One of my Favorite places for late night snacks or dinner due to Tray! He has some of the best energy I have firsthand experienced! He is over the top friendly and has always left a excellent impression for the franchise! He undoubtedly deserves a raise!

Tray is my reason to come to taco bell and this location in particular, an absolute ray of sunshine day in and day out! 👏👏👏 I've felt this way so consistently for so long and finally had to ask his name and leave a review. Y'all better be treating this one right you don't want to lose him! 😊

I have gone to this Taco Bell for 3 years now and it's by far one of the best and most consistent locations I've ever been to. Not once have they missed an item or gotten my order wrong. They have proper serving sizes and are very friendly. I've gone at all hours of the day: lunch, dinner, midnight snack, and they're always kind and do my order right.

Came in around 23:35. Checked in at kiosk with app. Kiosk wasn't working. Tried other kiosk, wasn't working either. Lost check in number. Stood at counter for service. 1 guy was standing in plain view, line of sight, texting on his phone and ignored me. The manager was telling him to get off the phone and do some work. He remained on phone. Another employee came towards the front to change out cinnamon twists, ignored me. A couple walked in to order at kiosk. Kiosk wasn't working. They saw me standing there with no one waiting on me and they left. Finally a female, possibly the manager came to the front and just looked at me. I asked her if I could order some food. She said to "use the kiosk". I advised her they weren't working. She came around and tried to use one, it didn't work. She told a n employee that they weren't working. He came out to look at them and he said "yep, they're not working" and went back to the kitchen. The female tried to take my order on the kiosk and asked for my check in number. I told her it wasn't gonna work because I had already tried to use it on another kiosk. She told me that she couldn't take my order on the register. Long story short, she took my order on the register, 2 crunchy tacos and a small drink. She didn't charge me for the drink. My order was made very quickly. Finally after about 10 to 15 minutes of entering the store I got to start eating my food. I was the only customer at the store, mind you. Worst Taco Bell experience ever in my life

If you go inside and up to the register, there is a good chance you’ll end up using a tablet to make your order. I didn’t see any workers come out to see if I needed assistance, but it might be a good idea to just give a glance if there are people who don’t know how to use it.

My chalupa was split down the middle. AND yall skimped me on the sauces. Do you know anyone who eats Taco Bell with no sauce? I don’t. I ordered 15 fire and 15 hot and got 00000.

So they can't get a simple order correct. Ordered a medium Mt. Dew and the 2 new burrito dippers and then changed one sauce to the avocado ranch and 6 packets of mild sauce. I got a Baja Blast and 2 Chipotle sauces, NO avocado ranch, 2 mild sauce packets, and not a single napkin in my bag. And these people want to be paid for messing up orders that they literally just have to read what you order on the app because apparently now they are all too lazy to take your order. It's either order on the app or at their kiosk in the dining room or go through the drive-thru. Won't go back to this location again.
