This location is slow so they like to try and fool their timer which keeps track of how long each car spends at the drive thru window. The staff will frequently tell you to not pull forward until they wave their hands at you, putting you, the driver, in an awkward position as the drivers behind you think you just have no idea what you are doing and will honk to get you to move. Food is usually pretty good however.

Usually this location is pretty good considering the general decline of the quality of service in this Valley. A simple cup of coffee is no longer simple (or reasonably priced). After getting a 'cool' cup as a refill, I asked for another refill. Just as cool. I told the girl at the counter that that "hot pot" was no longer hot. Then somehow, it was my fault. She became very rude and told me I'd have to wait for new coffee to be made. Fine. When my new coffee was ready, she told me it won't be any hotter, walked away. I need cream, fortunately there was a different young lady that was really sweet to help me. I asked if the other one was always so rude and she said YES. After 4 years of pretty decent service, the last couple of months have really gone down hill. There are a lot of places around here for this quality of coffee, including other Jack locations. No need to come here anymore. Maybe Jack needs to visit some of his stores for some quality control. UPDATE AFTER MANAGERS RESPONSE: I'm not sure where the Manager got anything about a "Drive Thru", but now we see that the poor service comes from the top!

Bought a munchie meal from the app, picked it up, went home, and as soon as i get home and open it i see 4 lil pcs of onion rings and 1 of them looks like somebody took a bite out of it

Pulled up expecting quick service and a decent bite, but what I got instead was a whole lot of nothing. Wait time? Way too long. Nobody at the front register to greet or help. Staff walked right past me like I wasn’t even there — no eye contact, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Honestly, the customer service here is weak. If I’m taking time out of my day and money out of my pocket, the least I expect is to be acknowledged. That’s basic. And looking around, I can see I’m not the only one who feels that way — place was nearly empty. Kinda makes you wonder why. You gotta do better, Jack. Expectations should be met — not ignored. We’re not just customers, we’re the reason your doors are open.

Customer service was absolutely horrible, the lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and then had to wait about 10 minutes in the front to get our food another lady brought the food out to us we checked it and we were missing an order of tacos. We walked to the door and told the worker we were missing tacos she then cuts us off and says i put it there and basically snatched the receipt from my hand. Very Disappointed.

Came for late night online order pickup. No one in line. Waited almost 10 minutes and got greeted as if nothing was wrong. No ”sorry for the wait” or anything and when i expressed frustration, the only thing she said is “we have rights to do what we want”. She even said we have 2 people here. Why didn’t they say anything at all? No excuses for the horrible customer service and I will go out of my way to go to another location.

I was looking forward to my Jr jumbo jack so much ! Instead they gave me a bag of 6 tacos and it wasn’t even busy to make that big of a mistake. It sucks! And when I called the young lady said oh I will tell them, what is that . I hope when I go back they will consider to make it right

Lazy workers, older employees seem very entitled and laughed at the fact that I complained about them getting my order wrong, I ordered a jumbo jack and Jr bacon, they gave me two jumbo jacks, I just asked politely if they can correct it but they just gave me dirty looks and laughed about it with the cook as if I'm the problem. Younger workers are fine and aware. Manager needs to teach their older employees how to have proper customer service.

I have been trying to get a hold of them by calling for 30 mins now but no answer…. I guess after midnight no one likes to answer. I’m very upset I spent $$ on food that was raw. That’s definitely two different shades of meat right there. I want a refund or I want them to credit me for something else… but now answer

This location has gone from average to horrible in a couple of months. This picture is worth..... After I arrived at 5:00 p.m. and decided to just wait it out to 5:10 p.m., a female employee got on the microphone and told me that they are closed. At that point it was 5:05 p.m. and there was 4 cars in line behind me. I told the employee that I was just going to wait the 5 minutes for them to "reopen." The employee told me that I am "holding up the line." I told her that there are a few people waiting to also order. She told me if I wanted to wait that's fine, but I cant wait at the drive thru and I must go park in the parking lot and get back in line at 5:10 p.m. or I will not be able to order anything. I became frustrated based on a complete lack of customer service, any reasonableness and frustration. As I was driving out of the drive thru I saw a different female employee sitting in the dining room hanging out on her cell phone. I came to this Jack in the Box the week before and had to wait almost 10 minutes to order and another 10 to get the food and the employee told me she was working both the inside and drive thru. The lady was nice and I felt bad for her, but this is Jack in the Crack! Give me a break. If you dont have the employees dont turn on the lights. Ironically, while I was waiting for the place to reopen in the middle of the day, you are not allowed to wait in the drive thru.... RIP CUSTOMER SERVICE. 6/4/22. UPDATE Still bad service. I waited 10 minutes in the boiling hot 🔥 🥵 weather just to order. There was only 2 cars in line ahead of me and 4 cars ✋️ waiting behind. When I finally got to the speaker box to order I had to wait a few more minutes just to order. Then I waited another 8 minutes to get 8 tacos.... Despite all the unnecessary waiting I was given a "whatever" sorry for the wait mumble before the cashier asked me if I wanted to donate $2 to Feed America! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'm kept almost 20 minutes in over 100 degree weather for some mediocre tacos to be asked to donate some money. God Bless America 🇺🇸

Ordered the Sriracha Burger, so disappointed the bread wasn't toasted, instead it was cold and soggy it's like they slattered cold butter on it and forgot to toast it. The fries were given to us cold. They weren't even busy. Definitely not coming here again.

OK you can mess up my order. You don't give me my receipt. You give me attitude. At least give me a functioning cup. There is a gaping hole in my cup. I am not satisfied.
