Es la especialidad de Acronia, tienen 60 cm y una amplia selección, puedes elegir tres sabores. 💵💵Buena relación calidad-precio. Pagamos 20€ por persona.Los camareros son atentos. 🎉 Acronia significa sin tiempo.

Immerso nel centro storico di La Spezia, questo locale è sicuramente uno dei migliori presenti. Accoglienza ottima, con personale giovane e sempre sorridente che, a mio parere è sicuramente un punto di forza. Posti a sedere sia interni che esterni. Ci siamo recati senza aver prenotato e ci hanno accolti ugualmente. Il menù è vario e ben fornito; su consiglio abbiamo provato la tipica focaccia da 1 metro. Molto interessante l idea di poter abbinare 3 gusti diversi in maniera tale da assaporare diversi prodotti (provate come d obbligo con il pesto, semplicemente favolosa). Il prezzo è minimo considerando l utilizzo delle materie prime che sono di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque.

Endroit très sympathique qui ne fait qu'un seul plat : la foccacia. Et qu'elle est bien faite ! Pour 22€, vois avez une foccacia de 80cm servie bien chaude et faite minute, avec 3 choix possibles afin de l'agrémenter. Parfaitement tankable à deux si bon appétit. Peut également être une bonne alternative pour plus grand groupe afin de boire des coups et cimenter l'estomac convenablement. Choix de vin rouges sympathique. Je ne met pas de photo de la foccacia car ma compagne est dessus mais l'intention est la. Merci à l'Acronia !

Les focaccia sont absolument délicieuses à un prix très correct. Nous avons eu largement assez pour 3 avec 1 seule focaccia prévue pour 2 ! Le vin est aussi très bon et l’endroit animé. À faire si vous êtes à la Spezia.

Ci siamo recati in questo locale durante la nostra prima sera a La Spezia. Volevamo mangiare una buona focaccia e l’abbiamo trovata! Prezzi leggermente alti ma vista la qualità dei prodotti, direi che ci sta. Possibilità di scegliere tre gusti diversi per la maxi focaccia (a metà tra pinsa e focaccia ligure). Focaccia croccante e ben farcita, l’ho apprezzata moltissimo. Abbiamo preso anche un tagliere di salumi che viene servito con un cestino di focaccia liscia, calda e gustosa. Tutto buonissimo! Un’ottima scoperta direi, mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Siamo stati in coppia un venerdì sera di autunno. Siamo stati posizionati per la cena nella veranda esterna chiusa, un pò fredda e dal pavimento che quando passano i camerieri ti si muove il tavolino, non il massimo ma passabile. Abbiamo preso un'antipasto con focaccia e salumi e niente da dire, tutto bene. Come pizza abbiamo scelto 3 gusti e tutti erano più che buoni, ma mi pare di aver capito che la vera differenza qui la fa la consistenza e fattura della focaccia che è perfetta, forse solo un pò esageratamente unta ma molto buona. Il prezzo modico e nella norma. Nel complesso tutto bene e consigliato.

Semplicemente uno dei miei posti preferiti. Ci devo essere stato almeno 25 volte nel giro di 6/7 anni e non mi sono mai, ma proprio mai trovato male. Ci vuoi portare una ragazza e vuoi passare una serata calma e tranquilla? Va benissimo. Ci vieni con I colleghi a sfondarti? Va benissimo. Vieni con gli amici e siete in 8? D'estate va benissimo, magari d'inverno è più un casino. Birra o vino, qui hanno tutto quello che desideri. Io sono team birra e adoro la loro bottiglia della Tamonti, del birrifio di Torza. La loro focaccia è divina e riesci a mangiare a tappo spendendo il giusto e mangiando roba buona. I dolci sono ottimi.

A small restaurant hidden between the streets of the historical center of La Spezia. It's main specialty is the meter-long focaccia which is baked with up to 3 combinations of toppings, a must try. They also have an excellent wine selection to accompany, I especially recommend anything from the outstanding Pojer & Sandri wines from Trentino which are personally some of my favourites.

We were a group of 4. The focaccia was delicous, it cost us 20e for 60cm with 3 toppings. We also had a great rose.

Nella nostra vacanza ligure, di occasioni per mangiare la tipica focaccia ne abbiamo avute, ma quella gustata (è proprio il caso di dirlo) da ACRONIA le batte tutte. Un locale accogliente e del personale gentilissimo hanno fatto da contorno ad una focaccia buonissima. Se passate da La Spezia dovete assolutamente gustarla. Il prezzo? Assolutamente adeguato ai prodotti (freschi) utilizzati. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Ho trovato questo locale molto carino. La focaccia è davvero molto buona con una vasta scelta di ingredienti con cui poterla condire. Il personale è gentile e veloce nel servizio. L unica pecca, a mio personale parere, è che non hanno né birra e né vino sfuso, tutto solo in bottiglia ed i prezzi non sono poi così a buon mercato. Secondo me è una pecca.

Avrei voluto dare una valutazione molto negativa dell' esperienza, il personale non è proprio attentissimo e il servizio è lento ma lento è dire poco, nonnsi tratta di primi elaborati o roba simile ma di focacce in pala , che sono una DELIZIA e questo va assolutamente sottolineato ma ci mettono un'eternità ad arrivare.... Per due pale 50 minuti di attesa sono un' agonia.... Ci tornerei? Non so per la focaccia di sicuro ma per l'attesa di certo no

Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. - We would recommend to use less oil and therefore a little more spices to add some flavour. But we do understand that it is common in italian restaurants to use a lot of oil and we have eaten a lot dinners here that have been even more oily. We would recommend to make a reservation if you want to come on weekends.

Sadly there is no portion for one person, but the price is still payable for one. The Focaccia is too oily. Never touch it with hands or you can no longer use the fork and knife. Taste is good. Personal very friendly.

Era da tempo che mi ero prefissato di andare in questo locale per provare il loro focaccione multigusto. Personalmente non ne sono rimasto particolarmente entusiasta, la focaccia è sottile e croccante ma un pò troppo unta per i miei gusti e con poco condimento. Il locale è molto semplice nel suo genere ed il personale, ma soprattutto la proprietà, tratta il cliente con molto distacco nemmeno fosse un locale stellato. I prezzi risultano un pò piu alti rispetto alla media. È consigliata la prenotazione o quanto meno fare una chiamata prima di recarsi nel locale onde evitare di non trovare posto o aspettare un'ora al freddo prima che si liberi un tavolo.

Con amici siamo stati per la prima volta in questo locale. La focaccia in generale non ci ha soddisfatto. Ne abbiamo assaggiato di diverse tipologie ma la focaccia si presentava troppo sottile e piena di olio considerato lo spessore. Inoltre gli ingredienti utilizzati li abbiamo trovati di qualità mediocre per non parlare delle quantità estremamente misere. Nel complesso una delusione.
