I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had a pretty good experience. The customer service was prompt and accommodating. Although the staff member assisting me seemed a bit unenthusiastic, she was incredibly responsive to my request to swap out some turkey meat that seemed off, doing so without hesitation. The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was perfectly soft, making for a delicious meal. Overall, a five-star experience at Jersey Mike's. Highly recommended!

I walked in I was greeted, gave my order & workers came out of the back & my subs were ready in 3 minutes. Great customer service, efficient, professional & the subs were tasty.

They serve excellent sandwiches. The gal that helped me was very nice and knew exactly what to do with the sandwiches. It was amazing experience.

Fantastic place to stop for my lunch break! They are quick and the staff is great but the sandwiches are worth every penny.

Absolutely loved the food here! The Mutton biryani was rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked with amazing flavors in every bite. It was great experience with authentic spiciness of Hyderabad. Chilly chicken and goat dumplings biriyani was super good. Though chilly chicken was spicy, it was perfect for south Indian taste bud on cold night. Apollo fish also good one to try and don’t forget to finish with chai tea. Real Indian food. You could tell by a lot of Indian looking families are having meals here. Highly recommend. Very quiet and nice because a lot of people order their meals to take out or delivery. The kitchen is busy serving guests and packing food for DoorDash. It is nice that I could choose any table and had no push to pay and leave. Very peaceful and nice place.

Drove out to Laguna Woods location from the Coachella Valley to try Indian food for the very first time and to celebrate my 45th birthday and boy oh boy was I impressed!!! The service, the time the food was out and the quality of the food was out of this world. My taste buds had an explosion of flavors on this day. I highly recommend this location and their food.

But this one turned out to be Fantastic..... The quantity was generously very good... when I picked up the bag delivered by Doordash it seemed heavy. Chicken 65 biryani had, if I did not miss the count it had approx 25-27 chicken manchurian balls.. the quantity, the taste, the masala, the spice, the heat, everything was balance with good taste.... I am a heavy eater but could not finish it.. it was tasty tried alot but couldn't ...😀 They had 2 different desert... shahi tukda and jamun ka ghosla.. Ordered jamun ka ghosla .... it was different ...it was tasty... Good quantity ... good taste .. balanced sweetness ... OVERALL TASTY AND VALUE FOR MONEY... We ordered 2 appetizers Samosas and chicken 65 , for main entree we ordered chicken Biryani , Shahi tukda , & Ras malia for desserts, mango lassi, and chai. Everything was extremely tasty Everything was so delicious and very authentic to Hyderabad food taste! The serving staff was very professional, knowledgeable, polite We are happy that we don't have to travel to Artesia to eat good Biryani anymore! This is a must try place! Five stars!

A friend suggested this restaurant for dinner, and even though we made a reservation for 7pm, we weren't seated until 7:30. The restaurant itself is narrow/tight in terms of seating--you'll quickly find servers and hostesses squeezing past you if you're trying to wait indoors to be seated. By 7:30, the only table that was free was next to the front door (not ideal for a 30° night), so we decided to sit at the bar instead.

Stopped by Jersey Mike's recently for a quick takeout sandwich, and it hit just the spot! I opted for a mini turkey on the rosemary and Parmesan bread, Mike's Way, which comes with lettuce, pickles, tomato, provolone cheese, oil, vinegar, and spices. It was exactly what I was looking for in a light meal. The sandwich was both filling and incredibly tasty, a perfect balance for a satisfying yet not-too-heavy lunch. The staff were also super friendly and efficient, getting my order ready in no time. If you're in the mood for a delicious and quick sandwich, Jersey Mike's is definitely a solid choice.

The food was flavorful and tasty, especially the spicy kick from the dishes. However, the temperature was a letdown. We waited 10 minutes for our Goat Chettinad, which arrived piping hot, but the side rice was lukewarm and dry. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the Hyderabad Goat Dum Biryani, and it was disappointing to find it wasn't hot at all - just slightly warm at the bottom. Unfortunately, it was also dry and overly salty. We were looking forward to trying their weekend specials, but they were sold out by 7 pm. On the plus side, they offered free self-serve milk tea and a 10% discount for cash payments."

I use to be a weekly regular but found out they have done away with there Sr. Discount?? I will no longer be a customer. My opinion is your sandwiches have always been over priced. It's pretty sad you can't recognize the Sr. community your doing business in by passing along some good will????

We ordered a family feast along with the weekend special mutton haleem. The haleem, Apollo fish fry, and Shahi Tukda were fresh and tasty, and I really enjoyed them. However, the goat sukha had no salt at all when it arrived. The Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani tasted good, but the portion size was noticeably smaller compared to our previous visit. The chicken pieces in the Chicken 65 biryani did not seem fresh and contained excessive food coloring. Overall, there were significant differences in taste compared to our last experience, which was disappointing and unexpected from them.

Charminar had been on my list for a long time, so we finally went today with a family friend who’s originally from Hyderabad and was excited to try it. We ordered the Goat Dum Biryani, Chicken 65, Mutton Ghee Roast, and Butter Chicken. The food overall was okay, though a bit heavier on masala than we prefer. The Chicken 65 was decent, just different from the classic deep-fried version we were expecting. The Mutton Ghee Roast also had more garam masala than our taste, and the biryani could use a little more balance and depth of flavor. However, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and truly the highlight of our visit. Halal .

Today I ordered two regular subs to go (Philly Cheese Steak and the Chicken Bacon Ranch). It took over 30-minutes to get the subs. The cashier rang me up before I could enter my phone number (rewards points). The cashier stated I would need to wait to have my telephone number entered for reward points on my next visit. Another dissatisfied customer asked to speak with the Manager and another employee responded “We don’t have one today”. I spent over $25 for two small (regular size) subs. When I got back to my hotel room, neither subs were cut in half and were very messy to eat. Also, I never received a sales receipt, which I assumed the cashier placed inside the bag. Had I received one I would have called their Corporate Office to file a formal complaint. Extremely poor customer service and we will never go back.

Grabbed take out from this location on my way to an event. They mixed up my sandwich toppings for the two sandwiches I got. I have celiac so it's not even like I can switch sandwiches. Pretty upset as I can't get any kind of refund or have them remade.
