eat fresh fast 💨 you will get prompt service and then some great cookies butspme constrution is going on right now so dont get stuck increasingly crapy traffic butclean and friendly service dont have any concerns with the customer service or anything related to covid they got couple hand sanitizers to keep it nice and sanitized and raise glass to keep the food safe and sound all they need to do is give that some free samples maybe then I say A+ plus all around but I am always glad to support businesses that are proceeding to sit here and serve with great service and have half the employees because that makes happy customers and I’m not always the easiest customer but when I leave without any problems woop woop good job

I ordered two foot-long and she rolled them up the wrong way. She didn’t fold it in half. She rolled them up because they were flatbread and I’ve never seen that at a subway in my life and honestly, I thought it was a little bit odd so the foot-long’s didn’t look like foot-long‘s. They looked like 6 inches in the Packages, but it was actually a foot-long so I guess it was just very odd and it was just something that I wasn’t used to so if you’re all right with them being rolled up weird then I guess it’s for you. It just wasn’t my favorite thing. It was also odd to me that they packed up all of the veggies and all of the breads, even though it says that it’s open till 2 AM and it was only 12 AM.

It’s whatever too much money. Worker took way too much long to make the sandwiches. They were taking their sweet time and it was obvious cause by the end there was a line out the door. They didn’t even make it right either like how are you gonna take your time and not even do it right.

This location does not work with the App and any discounts. I have the Subway App. $3.99 advertised 6 inch. They do not cooperate and I was charged $7.99 for 1 six inch sub! The footlong was $6.99. These guys are rip off's! I asked why. Blamed on corporate. I don't recommend this location

When you go to this place, I STRONGLY recommend to double-check the receipt thoroughly. If there is any wrong calculation, you should call the store manger to adjust the issue, not the lady at the front. I visited Sunday and I ordered 6 Meals of Sunday which is Turkey 1/2 sub including drink and chips. It should be $7.99 plus tax for each. But the front lady charged me $11.98 for each. I totally understand every body can make a mistake and redo it. However she never understood this miscalculation and insisted that she is right. I had to call the store manage by phone and the manager called her and she fixed it finally. But she did not apologize to me at all till I left the store.

Message to the owner... Ordered pickup instead of curbside by accident (I have a broken foot). I was notified the order was ready and called the restaurant and told the employee I have a broken foot and asked if she can bring it to me 10 ft from the door. She said "no sorry, you didn't order curbside" which I said I know It was an accident I have a broken foot though. I can see her at this point in the restaurant on the phone and she says "no I will cancel it for you or you can call someone to come pick it up for you". Regardless of policies. That's a very bad employee. March 11th 4:08 pm Hispanic woman

Horrible customer service. Not a single person was in the building but me and my friend and the little lady ignored us the whole time. We finally gave up and actually just left without ordering. My friend had brought a bag of chips with him that he had clearly been eating while waiting on her ...and once we chose to leave she runs after us saying we stole the chips? We told her to watch the security cameras and take our order next time. Horrible horrible subway

I used a coupon that was 2 foot longs for $13.99. The gal who was there spoke no English. She took the coupon and told me to scan it on a device there. I tipped her in cash (really foolish!!!). She said I could not get a receipt. Actually, she just shook her head, “No,” again. I gave her the coupon and she said something like —“only Turkey or ham.” The coupon does not say that, so I asked if one could be both Turkey & Ham. She shook her head ,”No,”. So, both had to be Turkey (according to her. When it came to cheese, I asked if she could put one cheese on one side and another cheese on the other side. Again, she shook her head,” No.”. Then after all of that ridiculousness, I had to look at how much she had deducted for the two Turkey footings. She charged me $17.89!!!!! What a thief and what a major scam! What a ripe-off! This is the worst Subway on the planet!!! She was rude, overcharged me, had no ability to communicate and had horrible customer service. NEVER go to this Subway unless you want to be completely screwed over. The WORST! F

Whoever this little lady is working there is trying to scam people First she told me my coupon was only good gor turkey or ham sandwiches, which was false and the system proved that. Then she tried telling me I cant customize my sandwich how I want it unless I paid a $1 for each topping. She proceeded to make it how its already setup to be made. I didnt want sauces, didnt want jalapenos. Lady absolutely just ruined my whole order. 3 people ahead of me also had some kimd of an issue with her. Insanity.

Bad customer service. Went here before the beach and waited 5 mins while both employees were right there having their own conversation even though they saw us. Then when she toasted the sandwiches, she left it in for an extra 15 seconds because she was helping someone else and burnt them. When i said they were burnt she pretended not to understand English until another customer told her in Spanish. Then the other employee rudely said “they aren’t burnt”. But while toasting the other peoples sandwiches they would make sure to take them out as soon as it beeped?? I saw this Subway had a two star rating and I see now why lol, get better employees

DONT EAT HERE!!! Really rude customer service. Extremely rude. You need to fire these preople, or at least get them some training on customer service. They act like they dont need the job, dont want to be there, and barely can function. The employee/woman helping me make my sandwich stopped what she was doing, to go dump trash, didnt change out gloves. This is disgusting. DONT EAT HERE!!! Get some better management. only three cheese options. Bead looks like my dog was playing fetch with it for hours. No ice tea or other drink options other than soda (this has been for the last year at least it seems). I thought you were supposed to be a healthy option? Why post signs everywhere that you now slice your deli meat, when you dont slice ANY deli meat. Why post signs everywhere for the last three years that you accept food stamps, and then have your small sign at the counter saying you actuall dont accept food stamps.

Had a terrible experience here, workers need to be fired as they are extremely rude, can’t do basic tasks and will back talk you when asking about a coupon. Avoid this location. Will also skimp on portions, asked for spinach and they gave me two leaves, even when asking for more they gave me sass

I had the worst experience of any subway ever. I am hoping that the employee I dealt with gets some training. After making 6 sandwiches, she couldn't figure out how to use my gift cards. I was told that I could use only one in a transaction, when I had used multiple cards many times in the past. After several attempts and not being able to process even one card. I walked away and ordered pizza.

This subway SUCKS!!the sub was SO MESSY WHEN THEY MADE IT..ALSO i asked for chese on my subway i ask 2 times and guess what she said she put chese but she didnt..and i asked her to put lettuce tomatoes and onions on one side and everything eles but pickles on the other side and she didnt listen and put everything but pickles on the whole footlong.and i told her to fix it and she didnt and so i had another lady help me..and the lady who messed up my sub was a lady who probably didnt understand a word i said.

I stopped at the store at 2727 Newport blvd. Suite 301. 15 min before work (across the street) the store was not busy but only had 1 person working. So the guy started my order and stopped to help someone at the register. When he came back he said he had to help the phone in order (he already started mine and the phone in person was there and said to go ahead of him because his order was big) I mentioned this and he said he was starting the other order. I told him to cancel mine because I did not have time to wait. He said that's your choice. I will never go back to this store again.
