Fantastic lunch. Walked in for lunch, got a table right away. The food and drinks where delicious and served with an amazing service. We had the Strawberry martini, pineapple martini, American mules, crab cakes, seared sashimi tuna, filet and lobster, rainbow trout, mahi-mahi and shrimp, kids mac & cheese and key lime cake. Quite and although looked closed, luckily it wasn't, nice chilled atmosphere and cool environment. Was our first time at a fish restaurant and would definitely return again after this experience. The waiter was Nick, and he was great. Friendly and had approachable introduction, had a styled look of a chef's uniform. Along with great level of standard wearing whites. Time waiting was superb, fast to be seated. Before even being seated myself, Nick was already introducing himself. Having an electronic tablet, once drinks were taken whilst our food was being ordered, the drinks were already being dished out and knew exactly who ordered what and where was sat. Fantastic, and this is how it should be done. Cleanliness was amazing all round. The consistency was great. I didn't have to ask for a drink, although it was worth mentioning that these aren't free refils, especially the sodas. The Sirlion and Shrimp was devine, not to mention mouth watering. Melted in me mouth, and I ain't talking about the garlic whipped potatoes either. Wasn't tough and done as requested, medium rare. The fish and chips were brilliant, not much batter and done perfectly. No grease on it or nothing, all round superb. The electronic tablets highlight how fast service was, especially for drinks. This had to be one of my favourites, and I definitely outranked some of the other restaurants I've visited. Was also offered a complimentary bread with their signature like pestro oil, whilst we waited for the mains.

We went to BFG with another couple and had a great dinner. Food was served hot. So much so, that our waitress, Piper, warned us about the dip plate being very hot. Food was very good. Piper's service was excellent. Both friendly and efficient, without hovering. Atmosphere was nice too. We had a great time with excellent food, and great service. Thanks again!

Was visiting family and they never been to Bonefish Grill but always wanted to, so of course we had to come here! It was late about 30mins before closing, but they sat us anyways. Chris was so friendly and polite. No one rushed us and we stayed a little past the closing time. Chris took our orders and even helps with suggestions. After he placed our orders we ended up chatting with him as we had just finished watching Avatar 2, which was why we were eating so late LOL My stomach wasn't feeling well so I got the Tempura Crunch Sashimi Tuna instead of an entrée. It was delicious! So the family members never had raw fish and was willing to try a little piece and they loved it. Rainbow Trout is delicious, I usually order this when I'm in Bonefish but wanted something lighter, so hubby got it instead. :D Family members got the Old Fashioned Cedar Plank Salmon with Green Beand and Fries, wow that smelled amazing! And the MahiMahi with Mash and Mac & Cheese. Everyone loved their meals and I think we have new loyalty customers :D

Alex was great and the best waiter! He made sure my son was taken care of for his birthday and was so attentive and prompt! We were really impressed with his service and the restaurant overall! Food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect! We can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed this very much a low key restaurant that leans to an upscale atmosphere. The staff is courteous and helpful with menu options and recommendations. Highly recommend the crab cakes that are light and delicious. Also enjoyed the creamed spinach side. The fish is cooked to perfection.

If you’re looking for a quality seafood restaurant, Bone Fish Grill is the place to be. They are impressive with the selection they offer on the menu. During my visit, the waitress was really fun and very attentive. The food was great and the experience was worth making the visit. They have a nice quiet environment and a full bar setup. It’s worth it for you to give these guys a shot.

We completed our meal with a pitcher of Mango Sangria with our meal and topped it off with a slice of moist Key lime cake. We had a fantastic experience. He was super knowledgeable about the menu, especially the gluten-free options, and paid just the right amount of attention to us—never hovering, but always there when we needed him. Coffee was yum. Go here now. Seriously. You won’t regret it.

So I've eaten at this location about four times in the past and everything was good but I have to say my food was great today!!! I went out my comfort zone and ordered the swordfish and pumpkin ravioli and I'm glad I did! Awesome atmosphere and my old fashion was on point. Thank you Tony for the great conversation and knowledge on my swordfish. Appreciate the experience. I'll be back.

Bonefish Brunch event was EVERYTHING! We had a girls day and reserved two seats for the event and I’m so glad we did. From the hostess to the servers, we received stellar service - Karim and Piper were amazing. The food was amazing - the ambiance was conducive for great conversation and they were so accommodating. My friend and I don’t drink much and they made mocktails for us that were awesome!!! We had the best time and I can’t wait to go back.

Excellent meal in a nice setting with excellent attentive service. Franklin took very good care of us. My two cocktails, a French 75 and smoked old fashioned were excellent. The bang bang shrimp were great to start with, and the warm bread melted in my mouth. The black cod was good, as was the Mac n cheese side. I had no room for dessert. I would recommend making a reservation.

Way better than the spot at Osceola parkway. The service was fantastic and the food was cooked to perfection. The dragon fruit and mint refresher is definitely worth it. The new apple cheesecake was a wonderful addition to the menu. One thing that I might have to say is definitely make a reservation online before going so you can avoid a 25-30 minute wait like me and my girlfriend did.

This place had good reviews and we entered hesitantly, expecting to be told that it was too late to be seated. But the host greeted us warmly and quickly sat us at a table. Then we met our waiter Karim. He was friendly and gave great recommendations since we had never eaten here before. We all enjoyed our food and the dining experience! I had a combo of Mahi Mahi (blackened) and grilled shrimp. Food was fresh and prepared well.

Food was great. Bang bang shrimp was delicious -and also a very large serving. Corn chowder was great-not too heavy and had a little spice. Brussel sprout salad was excellent. Chowder and salad both came with fish sampler platter —that also came with choice of sides. It was less than the cost of one entree at many restaurants. ($45). Had so much leftover food! Jeremy was an amazing and professional waiter. He was very accomodating and super responsive to our requests. Highly recommend!

We are in Orlando for a conference. From NYC so used to unbelievable atmosphere, food and service and not generally impressed by the restaurants in Orlando - especially chains! We decided to try Bonefish Grille and were extremely skeptical and it was fantastic!! Nice atmosphere. Great white paper covered tables. Service by Jeremy was attentive, accommodating and just outstanding. Our salads, especially the shaved brussels sprouts were perfect. The grilled seafood - blacked shrimp, mahi mahi and salmon was fresh and delicious and the sides, especially the cauliflower was amazing. Great martini, perfect Super Tuscan wine. Too full to try dessert. Will try Bonefish Grille next time we are traveling.

Near Disney World. Siri actually took us through Animal Kingdom’s parking lot to get here lol. We came for a Father’s Day dinner, at my Steve’s request. Of note: Reservations are recommended at this location!!! This particular Bonefish Grill is swankier than others we’ve visited. The servers here move elegantly, as if they are serving on the Queen Elizabeth II. That’s what crossed my mind as I saw a server changing the white tablecloth in the quiet, much larger dining room in the back. The music seemed to be modern female jazz renditions of 70s to 80s hits. I wondered if it was a proprietary playlist for Bonefish Grill. My son-in-law checked the singer of one song with his app. It was What Are We Waiting For by Ally Brook and Afrojack. Earlier, maybe the same singer had done a modern, sultry version of U2’s In the Name of Love. The vibe was sophisticated. Patrons were well-heeled people in the back room and people on dates and celebrating dads in the front room. Disney vacationers were there, too, of course. We saw license plates in the parking lot from Connecticut, Minnesota, and more. Because we didn’t have a reservation we ate at a hightop table in the bar area, our choice. It got crowded for about 45 minutes, then the dinner crowd thinned out and the front and back rooms were at 60-70% capacity. Upper management did a fantastic job getting our orders taken and food served in a timely manner and with gracious smiles. Our server, Danielle, remembered our orders without writing them down and checked on us adequately. Kendra pointed out that Bonefish Grill’s menu changes to emphasize produce that’s in season.

Then had the Scallops and Shrimp Scampi from the daily specials and it was excellent. Also had the grilled Mahi and it was overcooked and dry. Rather unexpected in an otherwise nice dining experience. Cocktails were fresh and tasty along with plenty of great bread.

Taylor was amazing. She took the time to go over specials with us and made sure the kitchen paid attention for to our allergies. Thanks hun. If you want great service and good food come to The BoneFish.

First time at Bonefish. Very nice atmosphere and service. I ordered the happy hour ahi tuna on wanton chips along with beef and ginger pot stickers. I prefer my tuna hot but daughter loves sushi so she loved the wontons. The pot stickers were wonderful just order without soy sauce. Shrimp and scallops very tasty. Salmon with salad but order dressing on side. Seasonal risotto was way too salty. Also purchased drinks of a nice margaretta and seasonal harvest cider. Food great just reduce salt in food.

Very nice and clean restaurant. Our server, Kevin, was very professional, very kind and efficient. The service from the kitchen was a bit slow, but the food had good flavor and the portions were decent. 4 adults ate and each had 1 cocktail drink for $170. The food and service was good so we will be back again one day to try other entrées. 👍🏽

We did not have reservations. The wait would have been 25 minutes. We were told we could sit at the bar. We had full dinner at the counter. There were 2 bar tenders who were very friendly. Service was a hit slow, but understandable.

It’s a really nice restaurant smiling faces it’s clean and it doesn’t “smell weird”like other restaurants do.. I do service is not great even though the waiter was a wonderful girl the kitchen is full even though there were not too many people in the restaurant we waited over 35 minutes for piece of salmon, cod fish and tuna .. the food is very nice and delicious. The pricing is very normal. They have a good selection of wines. I recommend to all. I wish I could get five stars, but they have to work on their “service cooking speed” from the kitchen!! ⭐️

Only took off one star because it took a few more minutes than I’d expect to have the server initially greet us. After that everything was lovely. Very attentive service. The drinks were well done. One of our table ordered the cod which was lovely, even if you don’t think you like fish. The lobster tail was a bit on the small side but the filet was cooked to perfection and quite tasty. The chicken Marsala was also excellent and highly recommend the garlics mashed potatoes.

The experience at the Irlo Bronson location could've been better. I have visited other locations and attended the similar events and the experience was superb! I would suggest to limit the amount of guest, have the managers ask the guest how their experience is going and have the managers engage without a script. The food selection was not enjoyable and 2 out of 4 of the drink was tasteful and delicious. I did enjoy my bang bang chicken. I truly hope this review helps for the next event maybe the experience will be been better.

Please read in full. Our waiter was running very behind but cordial. Sure we were a tough crowd with two young kids, but that doesn’t warrant being overlooked. Overall we experienced decent service and great food and drinks- thanks to the manager Kathy, who stepped in to get things started. The other staff in black shirts and from the kitchen were also very friendly and salvaged a poor experience into an average experience alongside the manager. I was honest with her on the way out that it was not our best Bonefish experience but her and the other staff were exceptionally attentive to pick up where our server was lacking. As usual the food was very good. So all in all it’s about a 2.5 of 5 therefore a 3 rating. I truly believe normally they are capable of much higher- we just didn’t experience it tonight.

What a huge disappointment!. We Order an Old Fashioned and a Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini. The Martini definitely gets a Star. The second Star was for the bread since we were starving and we needed something. The service must of been a new record low. Wow! Let me start by saying when I made the reservation online it asked if this was a special occasion and I selected Birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted at the front and the host was very receptive and pleasant. She smiled and took us to our table. Overall impression at first was that this place was nice, then we started to notice the details. Lights for example where we sat were not dusted often as you can see the build up. We looked past that as an oversight. Our waiter showed up and stated that its been a quiet night and he was glad to have someone seated where he was. We thought to ourselves that great... a waiter looking to deliver... but we were so far from that, the service was slow and dragged. We felt like the waiter was there but not there as his service felt forced. Zero enthusiasm whatsoever. We ordered the calamari and that was pretty good. The corn chowder with lump crab was ok but had no crab taste to it whatsoever. I ordered an old fashion which was decent and my wife ordered the Mango Sangria (not so good). For our entrées My wife ordered the Dynomite salmon with parmesan risotto and brussels sprouts. The risotto was both al dente and mush.. not sure how this was accomplished. The salmon and sprouts were pretty good. I ordered the signature pasta, first it looked like it sat under a heating lamp while waiting for the other food to be prepared as the top was dry/rubbery, but then it was just bland in taste. Note that at no point did anyone ask or mention a birthday, My wife wanted her food to go and the waiter dropped off a flip top food container, no bag or to go utensils offered and we paid our bill 104.00 plus a 15.00 Tip (I strongly considered leaving less) then left the restaurant.

came here with a buddy of mine, everything was cool until we were seated. our waitress took our order for cocktails, 1. she never gave us water nor bread until we HAD to ask, by that time, my friend was irritated because the people seated next to us, who came at least 10-15mins after us, had received water, bread and their cocktails. so their service was trash but it was nice and not too busy especially being in the tourist area

This was our first time at Bonefish Grill. The restaurant is elegant yet comfortable and the lighting is easy on the eyes. The decor is simple and calming. The restaurant had about 10 tables occupied when we arrived and quickly filled up. It took about 30 minutes to get our bottle of wine and over an hour to get our food. The bread with herbs and olive oil was hot and flavorful. The beef and ginger potstickers were over cooked and very hard. The chicken and shrimp dish was served lukewarm and both the shrimp and the chicken were dried out and over cooked. The Chilean sea bass internal temperature was cold and unfortunately my husband didn’t say anything until later or I would have sent it back. We saw other people receiving their plates of food with steam coming from the plate suggesting theirs was hot but I think ours had been left sitting too long and I’m not sure what to make of the sea bass being cold. In retrospect we should have requested it all be prepared fresh again but we were so hungry by the time it arrived we ate it. We hadn’t planned for 90 minutes to receive our food. We will give it another chance because we did see other people receiving great looking food we just were not one of them.

I had a terrible experience at Bonefish Grill and left extremely disappointed. The service was rude, and the food was not good. I ordered the salmon with asparagus, and neither tasted fresh. The asparagus seemed old, and the salmon lacked freshness and flavor. Because of this, I asked to speak with the kitchen chef. Unfortunately, he was rude and dismissive. He quickly said he would “waive the dish and offer a dessert,” but that completely missed the point. I wasn’t looking for free food — I wanted to be treated with respect and to have my concerns taken seriously as a customer. I came here because I used to be a fan of Bonefish Grill, but after this experience, I truly hope I never have to eat here again. Customer service and food quality were both far below expectations. Very disappointing.
