I ordered on the app, when I got there the food wasn’t ready but it only took less than 5 minutes to be ready. I requested for napkins and ketchup to be packed with my order but it wasn’t. I did get some myself on the counter. I got the smoke house burger and it was delicious!

I've only been here twice..the burgers are excellent but my only pet peeve is the prices. I only got a double burger and a soda and it came out to $17 and change.. insanity. If I'm going to pay that much I would go to a better burger place or the diner. The layout is pretty strange. Feels cramped. Restrooms are all the way in the back. Atmosphere could be better. Not much to look at.

Taste Quest

I tried the Truffle Burger, and it had a rich, juicy beef patty topped with truffle sauce that really elevated the flavor. The melty cheese and soft bun rounded out the experience nicely. While it wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, it was solid—I’d give it a 4/5. Plus, the service was excellent!

I always have shroom burger here. It tastes better than other real meat burgers! Shake shack burgers are somewhat more expensive than burgers from other brands. Single shack burgers are also great but the sizes are so small compared to their prices. The design and interior in this restaurant are nice and clean so it is comfy to dine in! Oh, also, please try vanilla shake with the fries, too! :)

The burgers are very good considering the fact that they come only well done and due to the fact that I like my burgers medium rare, this is the main reason for only 4 stars. Also the lack of options in burger types and french fries that also contributed to this rating. I am more of a sweet potato fry kinda guy. Service was good though. Have sat there as well as done takeout. No complaints on that front. Just be prepared to only get your burger cooked one way. Kind of annoying.

I ordered the new K-Shack Spicy BBQ Cheese Fries, a SmokeShack, Chicken Nuggies, two half and half's, an extra order of fries and a puppa'chino. $47 total. When I got home, I noticed the K-Shack fries were missing the cheese. They were just powdered with the K-Shack powder, which to be honest, feels like cajun seasoning. There was also no Korean BBQ sauce on the fries or on the side. My daughters nuggies were supposed to also come with BBQ sauce, that was also missing. She opted for ketchup out of the fridge. Also to mention, we were sitting at the table in front of the pickup area. I was watching as the woman brought our order, placed it on the counter, looked up, said nothing and walked away. I only knew it was my order because a puppa-chino was with it. I gave it 2 minutes to see if maybe there was another bag. I got up and it was the whole order. I was not given a notification in my phone either saying it was ready. If I was not paying attention while listening for my name, the order would have sat there and the puppy would have been drinking a melted puppa-chino :( All in all, the food tasted good and seemed fresh. The staff though seemed happy-go-lucky and completely out of it. It seemed more of a hangout for the workers than a business, which makes sense why items in the order were incorrect or just outright missing. Shakeshack always has great food, but this location was lacking entirely in the service department. I wish I could have had the new fries the right way, and will check out a different Shakeshack location. With the "chill vibes" you get from the staff, the atmosphere at this location was nice. No one yelling, running around. Tables were clean.

Just moved here and was excited to try it out. Got there at 12 and the cashier was having computer trouble and was on phone. Waited 15 min and refused to acknowledge me at all! Really was a terrible feeling. Actually walked away from me to go to back without looking at me. Couldn't get service..hope Mgr makes it right

I do come here often. The food is good. Most staff members are not really pleasant but that’s OK. For the past several weeks, the building has not had any air conditioning. It is HOT inside. Easily 90’s on these warm sunny summer days. I thought it was a temporary issue but seems it’s not fixed. If I’m going to pay $50 for fast food for the family, I’d like to be comfortable.

I ordered a cookies and cream shake around lunch time today, it was very hot inside the store maybe because the air conditioning was broken, I ordered a shake and french fries and they made me wait more than 15 minutes, I finally got my food and went to my car and took a sip of the shake but it wasn't a shake it tasted like room temperature cookie porridge, it wasn't cold at all it tasted like porridge made by boiling cookies.. I brought it home as is and put it in the freezer and after a few hours I tried it with a spoon while it was still frozen but it was too sweet and inedible.. I ended up throwing it all out.

I accidentally placed an order through Uber Eats and canceled it within 1 minute. When I contacted them through Uber Eats, they informed me that they were unable to issue a refund because the food had already been prepared. The food being ready within 1 minute of placing the order is ridiculous...... Sayeed Khaled

This was a horrible meal. The burger. Cold. Soggy. Covered in more pepper than meat. The fries? COLD. cheese sauce. BROKE MY FRY WHEN TRYING TO DIP AND DIDNT EVEN GET CHEESE… it was freezing cold. We got take out from inside the restaurant and they forgot more than half our order. Over 45$ for two hot dogs two burgers and fries. What do they do. Give an attitude when trying to fix the problem and still had HORRIBLE food. Not going back ahah in. All kids who have attitudes and clearly didn’t want to be there. We are so upset. Wish we could be refunded our 45$!

Terrible service. They always take long. I ordered a shroom burger, hotdog, and a burger and it took 20 min. The worst part, the food was done somewhere in that time, but no one ever told me it was ready. A lady came and asked me about my order. No follow up just kept serving others. Finally went over to the mobile orders to see if they put it there and they did even though I put a table number. Also never got a text that my food was ready. Only got a survey at 7:11 after I’d figured out the food situation on my own. My food was cold as well. Disgraceful and overhyped. Don’t recommend, won’t be coming back.

Stood in the front at the register for more than 7 mins no one ever tried to help me dealing the the kiosk isn’t my thing I get confused and anxious trying to figure it out so I wanted a more relaxed experience! Far from what I received and for a place so expensive u expect to get ok service at least I spoke with the manager Maria who jus say oh I’m sorry I’ll speak wit them … sure… it’s sad bc the kids these days refuse to work I would have never let a customer stand that long waiting to order this is not ok
