I ordered a bundle smasher burger meal. Great well seasoned meal, a drink, and chips and salsa I can enjoy later. Love the paper box they put the hot stuff in - kept meal warm with no soggy fries. Much better meal than the drive thru burgers for about the same price.

Had a wonderful lunch today with my granddaughters, when I went to pay for the bill, I was asked to wait by a very nice man. I was a little confused, waited patiently when the waitress appeared and said the meal was comped due to a bug on the floor, she apologized, I said I did not see it but thanked her and Chili’s but asked about her tip, she said it was ok and I said no I owed her a tip, was charged a dollar, left her a tip. The staff at the Chili’s in Lake Worth is wonderful, sorry I did not say this earlier in person.

I ordered my meal to go, the customer service from the time that I called to inquire about the menu, to the time that I picked up my food was absolutely impeccable! I should’ve got the young ladies name that helped me out, and please forgive me because I did not however she was phenomenal! Very courteous suggested sold items whatever her training was. She did well and over the amount to be expected. Not to mention the quality of the food, it was absolutely delicious. It was fresh. It was hot. It was perfect. This is going to be my go to for a while I’m sure.

Horrible manager!!! Brad the manager talked extremely rudely to this young black couple behind us. When asked to get an item taken off his response was "why because you don't have money to pay?" In a very condescending way and proceeded to grill them for 2 minutes and they super taken back and caught off. As were we and multiple other guests who heard since it was not quiet. They even stated they "hadn't even seen the bill and they obviously have the money. Because they wouldn't go out if they didn't." And he just continued to be extremely rude and say out of pocket things a manager should never say to a guest who is not even being rude in any way. I sincerely hope this is handled with severe training or a loss of a job as we will not be dining here again after that incident. Food was great and our server Jackson was awesome.

This was my first time going to Chili's for lunch. It definitely won't be my last! My friend and I both ordered burgers from the lunch menu. It comes with a burger, fries, and an appetizer (soup or salad) all for $10.99 The burger was full size which is actually huge. It was fresh, hot, and juicy. I chose the loaded baked potato soup and let me tell you it was incredible!! Probably one of the best potato soups I've ever had. Our waiter was great (wish I could remember his name). He was very attentive without being a nuisance. Even the manager stopped by just to ask how everything was. To say I was impressed with our visit would be an understatement. Chili's isn't usually a place I frequent often or would think of when it comes to wanting a good burger but it definitely is now.

Chili’s isn’t trying to be fancy, and that’s exactly why it works. We ordered the Fajitas for Two, and they showed up like they were trying to start a fire — sizzling, loud, and demanding attention. Tasty, filling, and came with enough toppings to play fajita Tetris at the table. Bonus: no fighting over the last tortilla. The Southwest Egg Rolls are dangerously good. Crispy, cheesy, and dipped in that avocado ranch like they were born for greatness. Honestly, I’d come back just for those and call it dinner. Service was friendly, food came out fast, and we left full, happy, and slightly smelling like grilled onions — which I consider a win.

This is probably our #1 favorite spot to eat, the service is amazing ALWAYS and the steak 🥩 is always SO DELICIOUS OMG! I get the 6oz healthy meal steak w asparagus and some sort of green sauce on it and OMG so good! Our server was the morning shift bartender and her was flamboyantly AWESOME!!!!! He gave us great recommendations and made us the 6 dollar special margarita running through this month, OMFG I couldn't get through 1 but my lady had 2....( I had to drive 👀 lol) But ALL THE food was served in a timely manner, fresh and as you see the mozzarella sticks stole the show lol 10 out of 10 recommend.

I had the Old Timer burger which is one of Chili's basic signature burgers. The burger is served with tomato, lettuce, red onion, and cheddar cheese and includes mustard as the standard condiment. The bun is lightly toasted giving it a slight crunch in texture (top bun only). The presentation was basic for a chain restaurant as the burger is served with fries, nothing impressive. Chili's serves thicker burgers as they gimmick which isn't my favorite burger style. I prefer the thinner smashed style patties stacked up for height compared to one thick patty. But the meat was cooked on a griddle, which is my favorite way to have the prepared over flame broiled or grilled. This (to me)gives the meat patty itself a slight crispy crust. Unfortunately, they missed on the seasoning on the meat as there was little seasoning flavor to the burger(which may be due to the for-mentioned chain recipe requirements). I requested extra mustard as the was little to none on the burger preparation but the veggies were quite nice and well portioned for the meat and bun ratio. As to the taste of the burger, it was an average chain burger with the usual drawback of a soggy bottom bun. Overall not a terrible experience as burgers go but it didn't blow me away. We giving a 4.5 of 10 rating for this burger.

The service was outstanding and we were greeted as we entered. The main reason that we go there is for the Mexican corn that came with the 2 or 3 meat combos. Well they no longer have the Mexican corn on the cob. They now give you macaroni and cheese. Which was not fresh and the macaroni was mushy. Everything else was hot and fresh. Our server said that every other customer that comes in complained about not having the corn anymore. I guess we won't be going back there anymore unless they bring the corn back!

My grandson and I went for the burger deal. We both got the old timer burger and fries with endless chips and salsa and skillet queso. Everything good except the fries were hard.

I understand the Covid19 employee shortage but tonight's dinner was lacking flavor on some of the entrees our family of 7 ordered. Our server didn't listen very well at the time of ordering therefore one of the entrees were wrong. It took 2 hours to order, wait, eat and wait for the check. After talking with the MOD 1 meal was comp'd.

The wait was a little ridiculous especially for two people. Come on it’s LW not area with high population. GM and corporate needs to work on staffing issues. The mens rest room needs to be clean. I'll start off by being honest and say I've only ever really eaten one thing here. Also my thing is, once I find a place that I like something at, it'll become my go to place for that particular item/meal. So with that in mind. My wife and I recently visited the restaurant this weekend for our date, and it was very anticipated seeing as how I've been out of town for the last month (Work ).. she is also the same way with eating/choosing a restaurant that is "her place" for that meal. So obviously it was anticipated by both her and I. For the food and for our being together after such a long time of separation. So when I say it was so disappointing, you can understand the emphasis I am implying. My go to meal is the smokehouse combo with the dry rub ribs with honey Chipotle sauce on the side with smoked sausage, fries and a cob of street corn. Just thinking about it now is making my mouth water seeing as how my meal was basically destroyed because of the decision to take the dry rub ribs and street corn off the menu. Mind you this is half my meal. My go to meal. My go to meal of anticipation with my wife after being separated for a little over a month. It dam near caused me to walk out but since I didn't want to ruin my wife's meal along with our quality time. She deserved to at least get her meal. (Which by the way had not to recently been changed as well) almost too the point of destroying her go to meal (🤬😭) that's her and me reacting to realization. Idk maybe I'm overreacting but like I said earlier once I/she find somewhere/ something that's where we go. I understand change is a thing but why did it have to be the 2 things that basically made the meal. My point being. Please,...PLEASE! Bring back these 2 menu items. This almost ruined an anticipated 1700 mile meal of husband and wife quality time. P.s Almost forgot to mention, we have four children ages 7,6,5 & 1 yrs/yr old..(another big reason I definitely didn't want to ruin her meal as well).. sorry for such a long rant

The food was good but the service was strange. First off it took a long time to get our drinks refilled after telling him that we needed a refill. The Triple Dipper combo didn't come with the celery sticks as shown on the menu and when I asked the server went to check and told me the kitchen was lazy to cut some. The server also never came back to cash us out and I had to get he hostess to help us which she grabbed a computer from another table and got our check for us.

I did a pickup order for my grandma two days in a row. Both times she got the honey chipotle wings. The first night. Amazing all a cross the board. The second night. Her wings were undercooked. $27.99 Steak 3 bites spit out due to grissel. All food was Luke warm at best. (Note: The next morning we had breakfast @ R&K in Weatherford with an identical steak that was PERFECT and only $12.99) We will NEVER go to Chill's in Lake Worth- less again! This is the 3rd and last time we have either had bad food / service at this location. We used to live in Lake Worth.

We stopped by Chili's for lunch on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was mostly empty, so we were expecting pretty quick service. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were sat in the bar area and our drink orders were taken relatively quickly, but that's where the good service ended. The menu is drastically cut down and many of the "classic" menu items, like chicken crispers, aren't even close to the original recipes anymore. Really disappointing to see how far Chili's has fallen, very on par with Applebee's. Our food took almost 30mins and was brought out like warm. Also noticed towards the end of our meal that the burger we ordered was missing some of the toppings, like Avocado, but it wasn't even worth mentioning at that point. If you're looking for that classic Chili's nostalgia, that's long gone. The limited menu isn't great and the overall service is subpar.

My son and gf stopped there to eat. Now mind you whenever i have ate at chilis in Arlington, very good. I asked them to bring us the triple dipper. The food was not good, the southwestern things that are normally good sized were in a egg roll shape. Only 2 so when cut were half the size of what you get in the restraunt. Chicken was 3 tiny pieces and dried out. The mini burgers were ok but on the dry side too. Husband and i were both very disappointed and $20 bucks!! They said theirs was ok at the restraunt, I've never ate at lake worth one. Very sad. I will tell you the Applebees in lake worth make good food.

Went to Chili's today, Friday June 13th at 6:00 we got set down immediately which was great. We were only there for chips and salsa cuz my wife was craving it. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Every single time Ive gone here they are understaffed. This time around we called because we had a big party and were told we would have to wait an hour so we did. Once we were being seated we were then told we had to sit in separate tables. We waited an hour just for that which I found pointless. Had it been told to us from the beginning we wouldn’t have waited. There was never an apology from the staff nor were they trying to hear it.

This us our go to chili’s since we moved to the area and normally we have a great experience but last night not so much. I ordered bone in wings and texas cheese fries. The fries tasted like they had been fried already and then over reheated in the oven. My first thought seeing the wings was this looks light and should have been cooked longer. I saved 3 for later. When I warmed up my leftovers this morning I can verify my wings for sure were undercooked. One was still raw and uncooked. I guess thats why my stomach is a little messed up.

Never again will I go here again. food was not worth price even though we got our food paid by manager due to roaches. There was a roach 🪳 that crawled out and just ruined our appetite. He apologized for the issue bc stated they knew they had them in restaurant.

Welp, I don’t usually do this but here it goes.. Tonight we encountered the most rude and unprofessional staff we have ever seen at chilis, especially this location. Back ground, we go to chilis about 3-4 times monthly, since 2017. We loved all locations as they always cater well to our families needs. We usually go to Keller, lake worth, and Hulen, so this was not our first time here at all, but it definitely was our last. We went to have dinner after being out on the lake all day, at about 8:30. There was a line out the door, so we snuck in, as we saw three open tables in the bar area. Now, we are regulars, so we know that bar area is always open seating (seat yourself). So we did, me, my hubby, and my 6 month old. As we are walking into the restaurant we’re greeted unkindly by the host, she looks at us asks us what we’re doing, so we explained. She rolled her eyes and said “whatever, just go.” So we did. As we waited 5 minutes to be waited on, her (the host) and our server, for the section were up at the front staring at us and making nasty comments, while proceeding to roll their eyes and have an attitude. When our sever walked up, she threw a high chair at our table and said “high chair?” My husband miss-heard her, and said hi how are you, and she then screamed again “HIGH CHAIR?”. At this point, she asked to get our drinks and tells us they cannot take food orders for another 15 (again, never heard of this in almost 8 years). Mind you, still had an attitude. So I looked at her and asked her for a manager since this was obviously going to continue to be an issue. The manager came up, I voiced my concerns and how we were treated, she almost looked shocked and couldn’t speak. I told her that we would be leaving, and how ashamed they should be, as we come to this restaurant frequently. I mentioned that I was more than disappointed and disgusted with the service there tonight and my family would not be returning. Moral is, when they get a rush, expect to be treated like an inconvenience. When they don’t like your response, expect to get the most unprofessional customer service. We won’t be returning to this location. Ever. Keller forever has our business now.

Bartender was awesome, staff were great. Manager could definitely benefit in being re-educated with TABC laws. While it isn't a huge deal, it's annoying. I had to remain in the restaurant 30ish minutes after close to finish a drink I asked to be placed to go. To then be told I could not take it to go. Not a big deal. Just annoying. Whatever confusion the staff may have is beyond me. Great experience overall. Food was great. Won't be back soon.

Very disappointed 😞 never had issues at this location but wow, not sure if I will go back to this spot again. Ordered the Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl, well this is what I received. Hardly any chicken but lots of corn, really.

I went to order got my food but for 24$ this is what I got it's a close up but there is hardly any pasta I will definitely done with the one off hulen

The last two times we have been here haven't been great. The first time a couple weeks ago we had a big party if about 16. The manager there crammed us into enough seating for 12 even though there was a bunch of empty tables next to us. The excuse was that those were another person's section. And then on a Sunday we came in about 40 minutes after opening, only a handful of people there eating but maybe 3 or 4 little parties coming in at once. Plus some more people coming into eat behind us. Same manager told us all it would be a 15-20 minute wait while he gathered more staff to accommodate the little rush despite having at least 4 servers standing there waiting for people to be seated. It's Sunday, I get it with church crowds and all coming in but why was there not more scheduled at that time?? They really had enough people to manage the small crowd coming in that he could have just seated everyone with no issues. Management should be trained more on how to handle big groups and small crowds.

A friend and I dined here earlier in the day, and by that evening we were in the hospital. After consuming the food, my friend became severely ill and required medical treatment, and I also experienced significant stomach pain and persistent vomiting. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager regarding the situation. Unfortunately, the response lacked empathy, and the only resolution offered was a refund of my friend’s $20 meal. While I understand the need for businesses to manage costs, the dismissive handling of a situation involving serious illness was deeply disappointing. As a result of this experience, we were left not only with medical concerns but also with the impression that customer well-being was not treated with the seriousness it deserved. I strongly encourage anyone considering dining at this location to proceed with caution, as the management’s response suggested a prioritization of refunds over concern for customer health and safety.

Ok.. first off, they removed chilli, AT CHILLIS🥀😔 Then, they removed tho only good appetizer, Classic nachos and replaced it with some fuh ahh chicken bacon ranch. other than that, is pretty good.. EXEP FOR NO CHILLI OR CLASSIC NACHOS😭😭🫩

I told our waiter that I'm vegetarian and asked if I should choose the burger with a black bean patty or the nachos. She said the burger isn't good and that I could replace the meat on the nachos with the black bean patty. I received my order of nachos twice with bacon on them. I waited 20 additional minutes for my order to finally be corrected. Our drinks were bad. The tea wasn't sweet, the lemonade was sour and the coke was bad. The waiter confirmed we were correct about the drinks. My daughter's order for 5 chicken strips was put in as 4. The waiter confirmed she put it in wrong. After paying the waiter no longer came to our table. No bags were given. Also, there was something green on a supposedly clean fork. We will never go back.
