Truly one of the best places to get a take and bake pizza better than Kirkland from Costco better than anything you're going to get at the grocery store absolutely superb and the customer service there is outstanding there very nice very sociable very helpful and much cheaper than any of your local normal pizza joints half the price if not a quarter of the price if you want to save some money and you have the ways and means to bake your own pizza Papa Murphy's is the way to go

The owner of this restaurant is amazing. She is evacuated from her own home due to fire and opened as soon as they allowed in Lakeport to help others. We went in lastnightl and told her our evacuation story. She supplied us with a cutter and toppings on the house so we could cut our pizzas. The food is high quality, fresh and delicious. So happy I decided to give them a try I can say this is the only pizza place that I actually like around lake county. I’m not a fan of pogos round table or any other pizza I have had around here. I was a bit skeptical because I had to bring it home to bake it but the tray they give it to you on cooks it very good. I will be going there again.

Your app didn't work properly, so wouldn't let me get BOGO. The server even helped me try and get it, but no luck. No manager on duty to do it manually, so I just got one pizza. It was very good once I got it home and cooked it. Will definitely be back. Hubby loved it. THAT'S AMAZING and doesn't happen often.

This is one of the best papa Murphy’s there is that one been too…and I’ve been to several in different cities and states. Staff is always polite, pizzzas are made quickly and ready to go on time, good qty of toppings. I highly recommend them. The owner is exceptional too

I have ate at papa's in WA for years. Not sure what is going on at the lakeport store. But, because of this covid-19 the pizza has been really skimmpy on very few ingredients on the pizza. I ate there pieces and no sausage yet. I am pretty disappointed. Popo pizza slams it with all kinds of toppings. Think I will go back.

The staff at Papa Murphy's Lakeport needs to properly learn to use the coupon codes that are presented to them and not be lazy and try to get away with writing what ever discounts they feel like writing in.

Lakepprt store is too slow. Order on line and the still wait to build your pizza when you arrive. Way to slow. Why order online?

Employees are nice here. Pizza quality isn’t there in my opinion. I have been here twice and wasn’t great either time. Maybe it’s the pizza I’m picking that I don’t like. I’ll give it another chance.

Called and asked if they could possibly wait till 7 mins after they close (they close at 8) so we could pick up a pizza. I understand that they dont want to serve someone after close, but the young man on the phone went a bit far by saying "that'll be after we close" followed matter of factly by "we open at 11 tomorrow if you're still hungry". I teach high school and I got more attitude from this young man than I have received all year from teenagers. Thank you Papa Murphys, but we will no longer need your services.

Bought pizza for daughter and grandson to bake. It was a stuffed crust, they liked, but i couldnt stand smell of it. I will stick to round table

Do not like their pizza at all. Tough spongy crust, funky flavored sauce just no good and chemically tasting "herbs". The ultra slow service for a place that is take and bake is disconcerting as well.

However, the inside layer was chocked full of their “mixed onions” since I had two or three good previous experiences I didn’t inspect my premise pizza as really the only two requests were 1 less topping and extra sauce. Needless to say I just got out of the hospital after taking a bite of my food once it was made, luckily I was able to spit it out before it had too much issue. Of course now the store is closed and has no answer service so I’m left to leave a review and attempt to call the next morning. You can bet I’ll be getting my money back DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD!

Worst Murphys Pizza Store ever. I've been refused service for ommitting an ingrediant that I'm allergic to on multiple occasions by the store manager. Plus the lobby floor always is sticky and dirty.

Left my credit card at home was going to pay with a personal check, but the girl at the front counter said they don't usually take personal checks. This was New Year's Day with my granddaughter, what a bummer.

Papa Murpheys lakeport lost a customer today. I purchased a chicken garlic pizza and discovered the green onions were rotten when I got home. I called in and was promised they would make it right at a later date. Today I called and spoke with Larry the assistant manager, he said they caught the error and admitted that the produce had gone bad. He said he talked to the staff about quality control, but now he would not remake our pizza. He said he could discount me a few dollars for the onions. The whole pizza was ruined by the nasty slimey onions. Super disappointed with their customer service.

It's really frustrating to place an online order two hours before pickup and include a tip with my payment, only to have to wait for my order to be prepared. Not even a smile from the one employee and I was the only customer in the store.

The employees at this location seem to have an issue reading instructions. The last 3 times I have ordered from this location my order has been wrong. It's a very simple thing to leave off an ingredient when requested but the staff here seem to have an issue doing so. It constantly asks for me to tip them when I place my order but I refuse to do so until they can start getting orders correct.
