I want to give a thumbs up to the Starbuck in Lakewwod on Rt. 70. There was a mistake to my latte that could have caused me a allergic reaction. Nikki, who I assume is the manager took care of the mistake , was very concerned for my well being and a wonderful person to deal with. Thank you for being a caring, considerate person.

I live in Brick, so there are about 3-4 different Starbucks within driving distance. Right now I'm job-searching and it really helps me to get out of the house, so I had been switching up going to different Starbucks to sit and apply for jobs on my laptop. A few days ago, one of the employees here, at the Lakewood cafe, said "Hi Moire!" as I walked in. She was squeegeeing the outside windows and I literally stopped and stared for a moment to see if I knew her. I said, "Hi... I'm sorry, have we met?" and she replied brightly, "I know you from here!" Her name is Gia and she made my day. Now that I'm a bit more observant, I've realized that she (and the other staff members here) really go out of their way to be friendly and know their regular customers by name and order. So I only really come here, now. I feel valued and seen. It's a little thing but it makes a huge difference. So thanks again, Gia. You're the best!

Since my first coffee, I am addicted to coffee. This Starbucks was a great place to get a strong coffee (Hot of course lol). It was really warm and strong with tastes. Bar style seating option. If you're in the area I recommend coming this location. I will do that each time I will be around.

The staff are rockstars! I went this morning and they were inundated with orders and people waiting. Instead of getting flustered and hostile they worked together to get orders done. They were super nice, apologized for the wait several times and made sure to thank everyone as they left. I’ve worked retail for several years and rushes like they were experiencing are hard. Kudos to them for keeping their cool and busting their butts!!!

Super sweet staff. Some of the women were new and unfamiliar with my drink, and a veteran employee took the time to teach them and oversee the making of it. The team and manager there are amazing I absolutely love her and the whole team! She use to be at the ocean county mall and did a phenomenal job there too! Drinks always come out perfect when she's at a location I would wait in drive thru if I had too! Hands down best baristas!

My coffee is always hot when I pick it up,(Trust me that is not a given in some places)and the employees always greet me and say goodbye when I walk in the door. Also right near the Parkway so it is easy to hop off, get my coffee and hop right back on the Parkway in less than 5 minutes.

The staff st the drive thru is the best I've ever experienced st any Starbucks anywhere in the country. My wife has had the same experience. Nkt only are they professional and courteous, but efficient and the coffee is always exactly on point.

The place and staff are great. I used to come here every day after work..I came and stayed today..forgot how they blast the music so loud..I really wished they could tone it down a little bit and yeah never the right temperature there.

Why I love the Starbucks so much?! The one thing I know for sure the coffee is great, despite all other things not very good things... I waited a bit longer than usual here, barista attention was hard to get for a while, some overprized stuff. But my coffee was excellent! So, I'm happy with this one.

Music is way too loud in the store. I suggest that the volume be lowered so orders can be taken correctly. Other then that no complaints. Staff is always friendly and the food and coffee are delicious.

I don't care about the atmosphere at all, so I focus on what I need to get my job done, and Starbucks just helps my day go better. My wish is that they develop more things on the drink menu that don't contain sugar.

No more sugar-free flavors with exception of the vanilla-flavored world they offered. So boring for people who are trying to save calories.

I used the drive up. Girl on intercom screamed so loud I flinched. Could hear her two cars away, also. At window, polite but slow. Although Starbucks in general seems to be slow. Coffee was good, but not a place to stop if you are in a hurry.

This Starbucks is very congested. Overall, a clean spot, but limited seating. This location also does not have bathrooms, so it is a bit of a nuisance to work at this location. They have approximately 8 seats inside. They do offer all rewards options.

I rate Starbucks how well they can steam heavy cream. It shows how much care they actually put into your order or if they are just trying to process customers. This is not a good Starbucks. I asked for extra heavy cream steamed extra thick, they just ran it through the machine and processed me.

I ordered 4 different coffees asked the person on the drive thru to repeat them back to she did exactly the way I ordered, at payment window she repeated them back all was right, then the person who made them didn't read the order, messed up 3 of them then got nasty to me and the girl who took the order, then gave me a hard time about remaking them. I've never had that kind of problem at starbucks before very disappointed

I submitted an order 20 mins before closing. They threw out my mobile order and made me spend gas and tolls to come back to the store to issue a refund the next day.

Poorly prepared pre made food and slow service. Disgusting coffee, save yourself the money wish I had.

Worst starbucks out of all of them. They never follow the receipts for the drinks and do it however they feel like, always something wrong comparing to all the other starbucks the drinks doesn’t taste as they should. And the stuff is rude when u point it out to them.

I’ve come here regularly for the past 2 months and more recently my order has been messed up half the time and the pricing is usually incorrect. I order the same thing each day and the price has ranged from $5.45 to over $7 before. I’m not sure if the staff is new or untrained, but the cost fluctuation is an issue and to have to re-order half the time I am there is inconvenient.

Horrible experience. I was handed a drink through the drive-thru that didn't have the lid properly placed on it. During the transaction drink spilled all over myself as well as my car and damaged my command switch as well as having burns. Damages to my car cost me over $350 and I also had a $50 doctor's bill!

In any other Starbucks they will gladly take a evolution drink and blend it with ice in a Trenta cup, for some reason they said, its company policy that the largest size we can put it in is a Venti. What utter rubbish. If you have a closer Starbucks near by, i would suggest frequenting it.

Worst run Starbucks I’ve ever gone to, only gone maybe 3 or 4 times because the one I usually go to either didn’t have power (after a storm), closed for COVID cleaning, or was too far out of the way to go to so I settled for going to this one. Everytime I order in the app ahead of time I’m still waiting 15 minutes for my coffee and toasted bagel/croissant. The last time I went after waiting 15 minutes they handed me my daughter’s bagel with cream cheese, (which was supposed to be toasted) without a knife and it wasn’t even cut in half, so not sure how it was toasted or how I was supposed to cut it or spread cream cheese with no knife, and my croissant was rock hard and absolutely burnt to the point it was inedible.

Came here and ordered 2x large black tea's with nothing in them. Right from the start the girl sounded like she wanted nothing to do with being at work that day. I get to the window and they bring out 2x chai latte's. I inform her that I ordered black tea's and she apologized. Took 10 more minutes to come out with 2 black teas, which now after verifying were not black tea's for the second time. I wound up just taking the drinks and leaving because I could not stand to be in this place any longer.

The employees at this starbucks are VERY rude. I ordered a drink through drive thru and couldn’t receive a simple “hello” or “have a nice day” but instead the window was slammed in my face. Also my cup was stained filthy so maybe they need to clean up inside. But you could take my money. Will not be returning to this location to be treated this way when I am the one contributing my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The assistant manager Natalie, who claimed to be the manager and called me belligerent and degraded me because she was refusing to take my name and number for five minutes to have the real manager call me back. I paid $20 for drinks and tipped $7 and then didn’t put any of the extra add ons that I paid extra for, and since Natalie was so rude at the window I was scared to send my drink back because I didn’t know what she would do with it, I typically avoid this location being that this is not the first second or third time this happened but I was running late so I stopped here. I shouldn’t have to avoid any location being that I spend hundreds of dollars with this company. You need new employees, you haave been encouraging people like this for too long and it’s disgusting, I work in customer service for a franchise and I have never seen or had such disrespect. It was Missing the whip and missing pumpkin spice! I had to go in and they Refused to remake it! I brought it to another Starbucks and they remade it for me for free! Shout out to Starbucks @ 91 Brick Blvd and the supervisor Valentina.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The assistant manager Natalie, who claimed to be the manager and called me belligerent and degraded me because she was refusing to take my name and number for five minutes to have the real manager call me back. I paid $20 for drinks and tipped $7 and then didn’t put any of the extra add ons that I paid extra for, and since Natalie was so rude at the window I was scared to send my drink back because I didn’t know what she would do with it, I typically avoid this location being that this is not the first second or third time this happened but I was running late so I stopped here. I shouldn’t have to avoid any location being that I spend hundreds of dollars with this company. You need new employees, you haave been encouraging people like this for too long and it’s disgusting, I work in customer service for a franchise and I have never seen or had such disrespect. Even though they always mess up my drink I’m terrified to ask them to fix it. Customers shouldn’t be scared of your employees!!!
