The staff here, within the local Stop n Shop, are super friendly. Even with my mask, they knew my order!
Adore Starbucks lattes and the matcha is unbeatable. Always have my drink made perfectly and of by some reason its not they're happy to correct it. The pumpkin loaf is fantastic and I love how it now comes packaged in plastic as a single slice! It's nice knowing it's fresh and untouched by hands.

This was one of my best Starbucks experiences. The woman at the counter was funny and engaging, she made the visit really nice. My latte was perfect and there was no long wait. Great job!
This particular Starbucks is set inside the Stop and Shop on Rt 37 East. It's a gem. The staff is awesome and so nice and helpful. They are amazingly fast with orders and always smiling 😃
I wish this particular Starbucks was in PA because the girl who made our drinks was awesome, sweet, chatty but not in an annoying way and made them right the first time!! We sat there and talked to her 25 minutes and we were desperate to get going on our 3 1/2 hr drive home. That’s how great she was!! I wish I remembered her name. Now amazing personalities and can actually do their job correctly, That’s hard to come by here in Scranton. It was really hard to find though being tourists like we were. It was inside a Grocery store. I think it was a Giant? Maybe I don’t remember but we drove by it 4 times before realizing it was inside the store! Maybe some better, bigger signs out front would be something to consider? But still 5 stars for the amazing staff you’ve got there!!!!

A nice easy and conviant place to stop for coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can use your Starbucks card here and gain points but just be aware that you can't use your points at this particular location.
I liked the atmosphere. I had my two young daughters with me doing what kids do and no one acted as annoyed as I was. I'm grateful for that.
One of my favorite starbucks. They make my white chocolate mocha perfectly. If you happen to be in the neighborhood stop in and grab a coffee you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I live in Orlando Florida and we visit family in TomsRiver as often as we can. Whenever we go we’re sure to stop and get coffee every morning at the Route 37 location in Toms River Stop n Shop location There’s a lovely lady her name is Marta , who always greets us saying it’s so nice to see you back, or great to see you enjoy your family . When one of our family members was batteling cancer last year she remembers and asks how’s your brother doing ? Mind you she hasn’t seen us in four or five months !!! She’s one in a million . If we still had our business we would love to steel her from you ! Lol Thank you Marta , you don’t even know how the little things can brighten someone’s day .
The women working there were very friendly, helpful, & efficient. Food was good, coffee great as usual! Definitely recommend this Starbucks!

My husband and I mostly order through the Starbucks app ahead of time and then walk in to pick up items. We order americanos, lattes, and cappachinos, mostly. Wait times are minimal. To date, our orders have been correct. Occasionally, we sit in and have coffee. I have to say that Starbucks is a great addition to Lacey. It's on Lacey Road, in a convenient location. The inside is roomy. There seems to be a nice atmosphere there, with some people choosing to work their on their laptops, couples, children, teenagers, families. Staff is friendly. I just wanted to give an overall review of our experience so far.

Went to use a giftcard but, it didn't work. Need to call on it, but the man tried everything to make it work. We got the new summer drink with bubbles, and it's great!

I get the same drink every time I go & never have complaints no matter who makes it. :) Employees are always so kind and attentive. Some time's there busy an understaffed so you might need to have patience, it's not their fault.

I got a Medicine Ball that was made perfectly, but was out of two different breakfast options, and the wait time was almost 20 mins from walk-in to walk-out.
This is a Starbucks in Stop & Shop, so if you are part of the Starbucks Rewards program, you can earn rewards points, but you can't redeem them for your free item here. Otherwise, it is a very nice & convenient place to get your Starbucks fix while you shop. The baristas are friendly and efficient. There can be a line sometimes, but the wait is worth it.
I used to love coming here fast and easy for working in downtown toms river, but lately it has been horrible! Closed down at 1 in the afternoon, and only having one person who doesn't know what they are doing behind the counter. I would rather drive farther to another starbucks then go here again

$STARBUCKS LIED$ I was always a Dunkin Donuts girl. I'm not sure when the switch happened, But I can tell you, You will never catch me at a Dunkin' Donuts again! I realized that coffee was very bland @DD. At Starbucks, my favorite is the caramel crunch. My son's favorite, he is 4 years old mind you LOL! Is the strawberry lemonade refresher. And we always buy a Danish, my favorite being the Cheese Danish! Unfortunately, I do have a complaint! I bought a Starbucks coffee cup key chain from the front counter. It was a miniature and I loved it. A coffee cup that opens and you could put whatever you want in it or keep it as a decoration on your keychain. I more than loved it! It was my favorite! Then sadly, I broke it. I believe my keys slipped out of my hands and the cheap plastic exploded everywhere on my front porch. No biggie. I thought to myself. Even though I was upset. And they are NOT CHEAP! I would just go by another one. So I did... Once again, it broke on me! This time. I had put my key into my car door and the key chain top fell right off and onto the road. And smashed once again! At that point, I was getting so frustrated. I wanted that key chain! I told my grandfather in a fit about it. To my surprise, the very next day. He brought me my third and final keychain! It was so thoughtful of him! It meant more to me. Then the other ones did because it came from my grandfather! It held value. To me other than just being a keychain. I loved and wanted. As I thought the saga had ended, one day I looked at my keychain and the top would not screw on correctly. I do not know how that happened. I don't remember breaking it or being rough on it. And my keychain mostly sits in my purse. And no, I don't have a lot of items in my purse. Let alone heavy items that would break plastic! I was so upset, at my witts end. Then the most unfortunate event happened and my grandfather passed away. That made that stupid keychain have so much more value to me! So much more value than it did before. I tried to fix it, and screw the top back onto the bottom correctly, Nothing worked! The amount of money that I've spent to get it replaced and replaced and replaced is ridiculous! So I called Starbucks headquarters. I talked to a supervisor and she told me she would be sending me a free keychain in the mail! I was so excited! Happy! And impressed that Starbucks would offer before I even asked or said anything! Well, this phone call had to have been at least six months ago. - Possibly longer! PATHETIC! Do you think I received the keychain? NO... I knew it would take a little bit to reach my house. I started checking the mailbox the second week. I started opening my mailbox every single day waiting for the moment to receive my package. BUT I NEVER DID!!!! WHY TELL ME YOU WOULD SEND ME ONE, AND NOT!? BEYOND DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. Especially after telling her that my first two broke and the third one had meaning to me. The woman was so nice and understanding, I had no doubts in my mind that it would never show up! Well, It never did. Still waiting for Starbucks! She also said she would be giving me a twenty-five-dollar gift certificate to Starbucks as well. Why make up fibs? THIS IS HOW STARBUCKS TRULY TREATS IT'S CUSTOMER'S. And I am a loyal customer. First it was broken and now the workers say they shut off the oven at 6pm to clean it (even though they don’t close until 7pm). Today, I finally got there a couple minutes before six only to be told that they already had shut it off for cleaning. Super disappointing, especially when half the menu is baked goods. They need to just eliminate the food section if they’re not gonna service people to try to close up shop early so they can go home.

Personal I don't like the coffee there. Way to strong, and my bowel can't handle it. Drink it only when I need to go. If you know what I mean. 😉😉
Well I was in the Stop& Shop and just happened to walk by Starbucks. I never was in the store, but we do buy the coffee in the Supermarket. We luv it. Nice and smoth.

Absolute worst coffee ever and it’s not just this Starbucks....Would rather get coffee from a gas station....And they have the audacity to charge that much money for a cup of sewer water.... if I could I would have not given any stars but it wouldn't let me do that...1 Star is way too many for this place 🤮👎🏻

this LOW rating is for todays experience 7.20.2025 at 11:30 AM Sunday in Rt 37 Starbucks in Stop and Shop. We are regulars in this location but today We had avery bad experience with the employee named Martha! Very very rude! not helpful! Ne careful with her lack of knowledge with what shes doing. Other Starbucks employees in that location are amazing and helpful. Second time we encountered this Martha employee but today she was worst!!! We went in in a good mood, smiling and friendly but that completely changed when she started giving us an attitude! then, in front of the other customers, she played the victim like she’s innocent that she was me and kind, and she was attacked by a customer, She’s the reason why we lost our patience with her and canceled our order because of her unfriendliness and rude manner so be careful with This employee named Martha! The management should look into this employee.
I waited in line to order 2 cups of ice water and was told I had to purchase something to get water. In the year 2025 as if that somehow makes any sense.
The poor girl ringing me up. The girl making the drinks behind her spoke down to her and talked to her with no respect whatsoever. If that was me i would have quit if someone spoke to me that way. If someone is not sure how to do something or makes a very minor mistake you teach them what they did wrong in a RESPECTFUL WAY PERIOD THE END ESPECIALLY WITH CUSTOMERS AROUND.
I came here twice once on a Saturday around 12 and the next day on a Sunday on Saturday one of the ladies that was making the drinks was yelling at the lady at the register and when I came back on Sunday, I got a phone call while I was on the register and the lady at the register, rolled her eyes at me and once it was time for me to get my drink The other girl was giving me an attitude. I don’t understand how these people don’t get in trouble. I guess it’s because it’s New Jersey and the laws are different but their customer service sucks and they’re actually so rude to each other. It’s so terrible no teamwork.
Menu is limited and they are out of stock on multiple items (not just one day). Can’t scan rewards QR code for stars. Workers attitudes are poor. Drinks made wrong. I guess thanks for heating up my egg bites properly, those were fine. Easily worst ran Starbucks I’ve been too. Go head and close this dump down
