Good Jack in the Box location! Gotta hand it to their team for always being on top of online orders. They've also accommodated my order for a meatless breakfast sandwich and made sure I was charged less for having less ingredients. The service is great and speedy 😊.

All the girls that work behind the counter are very friendly and helpful at least you don't have to go punch a kiss Kosh just to get your order and Jack in the Box you get your order with a smile and friendly service

Went thru drive thru thanks to covid19 but got what I wanted pretty quick .. Not badd at all . keep up the pase

Jack is not very desirable on my list, it being fast-food is the reason why. Although, mi familia expresses its, "The bomb." Honestly all I enjoy at "Jack In The Box" are breakfast meals; tacos, salads, seasoned fries, shakes & deserts. Well, I guess I do indulge "Jack in the Box" more than I allow to be known. So, as far as the Jack meals I do eat, with consideration of fast-food, yeah I give Jack in the Box my respects!

Its been a year since we dined in due to the pandemic. We went today the girls and manger were very nice. 06/05/21. At 8:10am. We were there. Thank you.

Had chicken sandwich curly fries a taco and a drink all for $6.50 restaurant was very quiet so is very relaxing

It actually feels like I get my money's worth since the total price for three people is around $35 on average, and I don't feel ripped off. Best fast food hands down, and even better with the app. Plus the workers there are great and will give you tons of sauce if you ask. I highly recommend the egg rolls and their cluck chicken sandwiches if you want something tasty.

The food is great, but the wait lately is long.

It's cool and fast service and the 🍔 are nice and warm unlike bk where the hamburgers 🍔 are cold.

They have the breakfast platter with pancakes and eggs and sausage or bacon and a hash brown the only problem I have is why do you serve a hash brown on the side when you get a hash brown in the platter as well maybe offer a different side instead of the hash brown again

This place is notorious for ALWAYS forgetting something in my order. They rarely answer phone calls, however, they are pretty cool about fixing their mistakes when addressed.

We went to get our Jack in the Box fix tonight. We really love many food offerings from JIB. Tonight was really really bad. The drive thru line was really long and so my wife decided to go inside. They had kiosks for patrons to order from. It was the WORST. The manager was telling everyone she was stressed and told my wife she couldn’t help her. ??? 25 minutes later we got our food. Really disappointed tonight. I don’t know what’s happened at this location. Hopefully they fix it.

As far as fast food places go, I don't have high standards and this one didn't even meet those. I would drive out to Bakersfield before eating at this location.

Worse place I seen , dirty place , bad customer service, make me wait for more than 20 minutes, cold food , missing I have to come back to get my missing food , Manger and workers was rude ,

Went here and ordered three burgers for my brothers and I and they forgot mine so im dissapointed in these workers just a bit 🤲🏽🤲🏽🤒🤖🥴

Sunday December 2, 2018 I walked through the doors ready to enjoy a cup of coffee at my dismay an employee was mopping the whole area in front of the counter where you order I was very disappointed with their lack of professionalism, she failed to put any yellow caution cones on the wet floor, I had to stand at the end of the counter by the entrance to order, there was no consideration what’s so ever that was unable to serve myself a cup a coffee safely without risking a fall this employee needs retraining along with her Manager as she was also at fault by now mentioning the danger to her being that she was in front as well 🤔😵😡

On June 3rd at 7am in the Lamont. I thought Jack was open 24 hours there was only one person working and have the door locked. So I went to Mickey D's instead.

Was I the drive through waiting for 8 min Noone took my order then I went inside. It was 8:40 pm I went inside the lady ws just walking back and forth not even saying I'll be with u nothing I told her are u takin orders. Very rude she yes but I'm backed up how ther was 2 cars no people inside my kids were there. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Cold fries served here! I have never, out of 10+ visits...gotten fresh fries. The past 3 purchases, my fries were COLD, or barely room temperature. These employees NEED TRAINING. Customer service is trash. A simple "hello" would be appreciated, but nope..they just hand the bag out the window..cuz I work in customer service, I'm the one that says "thank you. Have a good night" before they even realize they should be saying "have a good night." It's literally part of the job, and the Lamont, CA location employees NEVER even greet me. Homeless nearby occasionally beg the drive thru people, so watch out for them..
