The food is delicious, especially the bread. The atmosphere is of the old Western country. But it's always full, and the waiting time varies between 10 to 25 minutes.

Went here today for my birthday and it was great! The staff was very nice and the food was delicious! Restrooms were clean which is much better than my last visit. It was nice and calm around 4 when I went so if you don't want a crowd thats the perfect time.

Loved this last visit. Everyone NEEDS to try the meatloaf plate; it's served on top of mashed potatoes, I recommend asking for a side of white gravy or brown (if that's what you prefer). It was so delicious, feeds two people, but if your hangry this plate WILL do justice to your hunger.

Great food! Affordable prices. Their ribs were superb! Great taste, seasoned just righr, peel of the bone ribs. Their ribeye was pretty good too! I had their small steak serving with a baked potato and corn. Service was good. Our server was friendly, attentive, treated us well, and heightened our dining experience.

I've been here 4 times in the last month and a half and I've had ok service, bad service, and good service, but today I had a phenomenal time. I was waited on by Judy and she was delightfully interactive. A joke turned into a keen drink recommendation and she let me know of the specials going on when I was looking to select from the regular menu. It may have been just about a $5 difference but that kind of consideration made her a spectacular server. A+ for Ms Judy. ❤

I went for just a casual friends visit, and I was so greatly surprised with the service. I asked for a medium/well rib-eye steak, it came very rare, I politely did ask the server if could put it to go? (of course, must look unusual when we just started), so asked me back, if something was wrong, I explained I never like to send back my dish, he understood what I meant, left, 3 minutes later came the manager, apologized for the inconvenience and offered to cook my plate himself, I agreed and it was perfectly to my taste and delicious. . . yes, they go the extra mile to please their customers. . . highly recommend it.

Was pleasantly surprised during my visit at the Laredo Logan’s Roadhouse. Not only was the food really great (steak cooked as wanted, country chicken was succulent, and the loaded mashed potatoes were the highlight for my partner and I) the service with our waiter Luz was excellent. Even with the restaurant being busy, he made sure we had all of our condiments and drinks filled to the rim. Will be coming back!

This place has very good food, however, service was just OK. We arrived in a 9-people group about 30 minutes before closing, and the hostess took a long time to assign a table, without explanation as the place was already almost empty! Server was very helpful but was obviously with a lot of work and no help from her teammates, who had nothing to do... However, the food was excellent, especially the mesquite Salmon was delicious! Portions are large and prices fair. Bread is excellent!

The waiter was great, the food was great as well. Prime rib was good and juicy, the anything and everything salad was very fresh. Ribs were moist and flavorful. The only thing that wasn't great was the bacon bucket it was over seasoned but juicy. They did correct it quickly. Overall me and my group had a wonderful time.

I had a wonderful steak dinner on my birthday. I've been traveling the country alone for over a year and I still had an amazing meal, a sweet bartender and even random other people that I got.to talk to for a while. My ribeye was cooked perfectly medium and my cinnamon apples were hotter than the sun like all apples tend to get even they are cooked.

used to go for dinner. decided to try lunch since they dont really take long. the food was out fast and the server was on top of the table. the grilled chicken was suprisingly not dried out as most restaurants are used to. they have a little table menu with "lunch specials" but is all day everyday. ill be giving my lunch business to logans moving forth. great value and service

Everything 5 stars, I went today and the food was delicious. I ordered a medium filet Mignon and it came out exactly how I wanted it. It is honestly top 3 of my all time steaks. Our server was Bryan and he was friendly and knew exactly how to tend to us. Bryan is a really good server. From the times I've gone and he has been my server it's always been an amazing experience.

It's probably the best steak I've had. Went for dinner and had steak with crab cakes and loaded mashed potato. The steak was very tender, just the right amount of spices and oh so medium rare.

First time going to a Logan's. First of all the food was terrific and the service was great. Attentive, helpful and prompt. I ordered the steak tips broccoli and asparagus (nice to have choices other than starches)! The teas were ok. I ordered the berry tea that came with blackberries in it. Too sweet for me but fine. I followed that with straight black tea (no sug) and was well pleased. There was enough for leftovers. An amazing value at around $10. The only thing I didn't like was that the place wasn't very clean. The table was sticky and the bathroom was not clean. I hope this location addresses that because it could cause customers to get sick and then in spite of the food being tasty it would be all over. And hey it does make one wonder if the kitchen is clean. I still gave it high stars though I probably wouldn't go back to this location but would try another.

I rated this 5 stars 3 years ago, and gotta drop it to 4. Easily could go back up if quality control was at its peak again. Steaks were good...not complaining about those; salad was not fresh...lettuce old with brown red edges...and nothing worse than getting silverware with rice stuck to it and plates with crumbs on it. Easily fixable things, but as restaurants continue to prosper in Laredo, it seems that the little things are overlooked. Keep it clean and keep it fresh.

Average food. Servers disappear when u need a refill. Good place to be at the bar, though. Beer drinkers.... they have cold draft and almost any type of bottle beer u may want. Bartenders know their stuff and how to handle bar flies.

The food is great, but they've changed their menu. We don't go often, but when we do we always enjoy the steaks. Their rolls are very delicious as well. We usually order our steaks brewski style and they come with crispy onions on top, but this time they came with soft onions. We did not like that. The server brought me some of the crispy onion, but I lost a lot of the brewski sauce because I took off the soft onion. Not to mention the crispy onion didn't have any of the garlic butter sauce on it. It was disappointing. Other than that the food and service were good. The steak was cooked to perfection.

Service and food were good. They forgot one of my sides, but the waitress brought it out quickly when reminded. The fish and onion rings were great. I really liked the beer batter. Only downside was they didn't have ginger beer for a drink I ordered. The food didn't take long for being there on a Friday before 7:00 p.m.

IF YOU GO HERE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAHIR AS YOUR WAITER. VERY POLITE, HUMBLE, AND ATTENTIVE. WE WILL DEFINITELY KEEP COMING BACK! THE BREAD IS DELICIOUS!!! Even though our server was new, she was attentive and super sweet. The rest of the staff was super nice too. The food was nice and warm, but the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the beer was a little flat. They didn't charge us and allowed us to switch beverage, but it would have been nice to have a crisp beer. Besides that, service great, food great, and bathroom clean.

I loved the look of restaurant inside, I payed a total of 78$ for my meal and both of my kids meals, it took a while to arrive, probably like 20 minutes, but the wait was worth it the food is cooked really good and taste is phenomenal, 100% would try again when I have the money

This is our first time to eat ate Logan’s. They claim their steaks are grilled over mesquite but I don’t taste it. Normally, mesquite is quite strong. The loaded potato skins were not that great. The side salads were very good. The broccoli was cold and had no flavor at all. I think I prefer Saltgrass or Longhorn Steakhouses.

We had only been to Logan's a handful of times in the last few years. Mainly because the food was subpar and it kept getting worse. We only went here recently because a family member wanted to go here. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was great! They must have changed the cooks or management or something. Everyone's meal was pretty good. Jose was our server, and he was also great. The only suggestion I have is that they replace the kids' highchairs with new ones that are fully functional. I was given one that wouldn't strap down. I walked over to get another one, and most of them have the exact same plastic broken. I'm glad the food has improved. If you haven't been there in a while, I recommend you try it once again.

Their servers are always nice and friendly! :) Part of the experience is that they start you with THE BEST BREAD ROLLS EVERRRR LOL😩 ... their entrees have been somewhat lacking in flavor recently. As a regular customer, I’ve noticed this change throughout the years , and my friends have said the same thing... BUT! Their desserts are really good; evidently from the photo of the brownie :)... overall, still recommend this place for a casual place to your friends & family :)! Their lunch prices are really good so I recommend going during that time :)

It was long time since I ate here. I was craving the salmon. We ordered the salmon and fried steak. The salmon was not cooked. The fried steak was overcooked. The waitress seemed like a mood. We didn’t enjoy the food. The place seem dirty.

Went with my mother for lunch was surprisingly slow. We were greeted with a smile and sat right away. We were greeted and had our drinks right away. We had asked for time to look over the menu. From the salad to my mother's steak, they were wrong with errors. I had to wait for her food so that we could even start our lunch.

I would return back for the service alone but the food left something to be desired. I ordered a 22 oz Porter house Philadelphia style which means blue rare for those I don't know. When it was served it was borderline rare/medium. And there was so much char on the outside of it that you could barely taste the steak. There was a nice attempt to have their own homemade crutons but they ended up being a weird mix of hard and spongy to where it made them very difficult to chew but overall the Caesar salad was pretty good other than a croutons. Our server I think it is very important to note was very attentive and on top of everything. They made every attempt to make sure our meal was served promptly in our drinks as well.

The food is okay, their standards have dropped off a bit, we where seated promptly, the manager in charge was not interacting with his staff. He was not taking care of the customers needs or staffing needs. In turn we had a long waiting period to get service at our table. Which turned a one hour meal to a two and a half hour disaster. The waitress did a good job but was obviously overwhelmed. This was the managers fault he was not taking care of business !!!!

Never will spend another dollar at Logan’s. Dined in last weekend and had to get a hold of my server cause he was lost half of the time. Manager(I guess) had to bring my drinks and bread. Told my server multiple times no sour cream on my potato. Guess what ? They bring it with sour cream. My rice was cold as well. We ended up getting another server, the guy with the pony tail ended up saving the day! 3 stars only cause the guy with the pony tail was cool

Food has really gone down in quality Steaks are always dry even if you get them medium rare. Decided to get the crabcakes for something different and they were the most bland crabcakes I ever had. Should have a warning about it being fake crab meat and they barely used any. Was like eating just breading. Overpriced for such low quality fake imitation product.

Despite its valentine's day its anticapted we get a full house for holidays, however tonigh after getting greeted by staff, 30 minutes was the longest wait time for me for ordering a basic entree which is steak and two sides that takes less than half that. Nevertheless, the steak came out good as expected, sweet potato with cinnamon was a little burnt, however no bread rolls tonight unbelievable not to mention upon arriving to the bar, the table was sticky I had to call the waitress to clean it up. Very substandard service for tonight perhaps uneventful I'm a regular here but hopefully staff can iron out a few kinks to prepare for events like these. Other than that relaxing environment and great food, but service missed on this one.

When we usually go here, it is usually quite a pleasant night. Honestly, so today, more specifically, february thee 28 2026 we were having a pretty good time though he saw that the the restaurant seemed to have a very peak hour today.Because everything was very rushed since we almost never got our bread till we nearly had our food ready but firstly the server was nice when we were there as they helped us out and apologized about the late orders but that isn't the main focus or why I gave the place three stars you see when we were nearly done we spoke my mother and brother still eating we suddenly saw a COCKROACH fell into my father's saled as we were all stun and nearly scream which would have caused a big see but we did not do that we were silent but still shocked as my father made sure it stayed there so it can escape and contaminated my food my mom was eating and waited for out server to come back to tell them about as my father told them "don't freak out but something landed onto out plate" and the server looked down and still freak out which was understandable since it was a COCKROACH but the server took it away and they came back and apologized for that incident but we didn't get any compensation for it as while my brother continued to eat my mother never could eat her potato soup because of thst incident 4/10 had better experience in the past but that left a spur taste in our mouths and we might not come back because of that experience.

Meh, it was ok. We had a fairly large party, so I can't totally ding service, but it could've been better. Food was also just ok. Not really on my list of places I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Comfortable, country restaurant. Prices are a bit high for the amount of food you receive. Food doesn’t take too long and service is usually good. 4 out of 5 EDIT: I went a second time and my experience was horrible. It was a Sunday afternoon; they took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to get us the food and our waitress would barely check on us. Food was okay. 3 out of 5.

Very hot in Laredo. Came about 7 pm for dinner. Seated immediately, drink order and entree order taken quickly. Ordered the ribeye with a side of ribs, sweet potato with butter only, asparagus and a side salad. Very Paleo. Lol Very cool and colorful inside. Full bar, ceramic plates and metal utensils, paper napkins. Service was very good and my waitress spent just the right amount of time checking back in my opinion. Salad was cold and fresh, my bad to ask them to hold the cheese, the crotons came out easy enough but the cheese was just consumed. Seems like it took a while for my food to come out. Ribs were very good, steak was cooked as ordered, medium but was a bit tough. Sweet potato was cooked at too high a temp as skin was burnt. The burnt plate mixed into the flesh of the potato as I mixed in the butter. :( Overall not a bad experience but there is definitely some room for improvement. Service was very good and the steak and sweet potato could just have been a bad day. I will have to try them again next visit.

I love Logan's, but recently the service has been bad, just yesterday my family and I went for dinner, waited 15 min and no acknowledged we were there, most of the servers were in the front on their cellphones, I even told the hostess you might want to assign tables where there is a server, all they said sorry 😔. Oh well I guess I need to look for another place

The food is great while dining in but falls short when ordered for pick up. Everytime we order pick up, the food is always a disappointment. It's tossed all over the place as well. My husband got a chunk of potato in his MASHED potatoes. As for the side of broccoli, it was cold and hard instead of softly steamed and the side of pilaf rice was very dry. It's just a shame when we order several plates including kids meals and only one comes out okay. It's always a gamble how our food gets prepared everytime. We absolutely the bread though!

Since I have been on a low-carb diet, I have noticed that restaurants put lots of salt on their food. Logan's is one of those who does not hold back on the salt. So if you don't want salt on your food, don't go to Logan's. Their salads are made with iceberg lettuce, which is very plain for me. The croutons they put on salad are always soft to near soggy. The rolls they bring are almost always undercooked. One thing I do dislike quite a bit is that Logan's does not have Tabasco sauce. They tout Cholula sauce like it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, I hate Cholula. I went to a restaurant that did not have Cholula and asked the manager why they didn't have Cholula he said, "Cholula is for tourist!" LOL 😆! Service lacks enthusiasm for the customers, more concerned about soccer games on the TV. And the music is always very loud can barely hear each other talk. One of our party asked to have the music lower manager came and look at that person with contempt, no apology, but did lower the volume. I will not initiate a visit to Logan's, but I will go with someone who wants to go. But I know their faults. I just have to put up with them, unfortunately 😕.

Worst meal I ever had, my server was good but I guess she went on break and someone else brought my food out and was missing my shrimp and ordered sour cream and cheese on baked potato it had zero.sour cream. Server who brought my food.never waited for anything and literally dropped my fopd.on table and walked away. This was not my original server she was actually very good.my original server. Then shrimp had zero flavor seems because they seem like they rushed it out and to top it all off steak was cold and zero flavor until added a1 sauce. The only reason rating is a two is because of my original server being decent

Several menu items were not available. The sides I did receive tasted like they were a week old. I asked the server to get a manager; he didn't want to do anything. So I asked for him to comp my meal (nothing on the platter was really that good.) He gave me a $3.00 discount. I hope this was an exception, but I'm not risking going back.

Ordered for delivery which was fine and didn't take to long. However the food was not good. Aside from automatically not being as good as it would be fresh, I ordered loaded waffle fries and regular waffle fries with a meal and neither were waffle fries and the loaded ones weren't "loaded". There was barely any sauce on the sandwichiches. The whole meal just was not worth so much money. Visiting from out of town and looking forward to eating different places this is one I will not be returning. I was expecting a lot better.

With over 25 years in the food service industry, I would have to say that this has been one of the lowest experiences I've ever had. What brings the score up was the service that was good at the beginning but tapered off towards the end. Granted we did stay for just shy of 3 hours celebrating a birthday, but overall it was bad. The place was empty, only about 8 tables seated and a sparse number of people at the bar. The music playing didn't seem to fit the vibe of a roadhouse and was barely audible. The food quality has gone down since my last visit of about a year ago. Side salad size has gone down, entree accompaniments have been removed and menu size has been reduced. While this may seem to be a product of inflation, it is obvious that the cost reductions have gone too extreme. Sub standard food quality and a reluctance to throw out prepped items after their shelf life had past led to the overall poor food rating. Management ( both store and regional) needs to have honest conversations with their superiors about the state of their business. PROFITABILITY NEEDS TO COME FROM THE TOP EXECUTIVES BOTTOM LINE NOT FROM HANDCUFFING OPERATIONS TO A RIDICULOUS BUDGET !!!

Use to like it. The service was good but the food was really bad. The ribs dry, the mushrooms smelling bad and the sweet potatoe was not fully cooked. I dont feel like going back soon.

There side salad was about the only plate worth eating and was fresh. 👍 We had the Baby back Ribs and corn, and steamed broccoli but the Ribs were so saturated with bbq sauce that you couldn't really taste them and it's probably bc they were old. 😝👎🤔👎 we also had the Filet mignon w/grilled Shrimp and side of broccoli. 👎👎😝 The Grilled Shrimp I had to send back bc they were burned dried up and over cooked. 😝👎👎😡 We told the waitress but she didn't seem to care and was always gone, not attentive at all. We won't be back.

we were a larger party on a busy day so i think the service was decent. upon entering, the hostess told us to walk around and find our reserved table. i think we looked confused enough that another young lady at the hostess stand stepped in and guided us to our table, where we the first to arrive... our server was nice but based off the mistakes, i assume she was new. i could be wrong. she did get my order wrong. when my order was "corrected", it was still wrong. i let the gentleman with glasses and long hair know that it was missing sauce and he insisted that i was confused and i misordered or somehow mixed different components from different dishes. dishes that i dont remember the names of that he mentioned. he did bring me the correct sauce that the plate is advertised with in the description, plus another sauce he believes i meant. it was alright. i couldn't really enjoy my food considering i felt gaslit lol. my responsibility as a patron was to order correctly and clearly and i did. i don't really go to logans and every time i do, I'm reminded why i don't like to return. "Hand-breaded chicken breast fried & topped with white pepper gravy." is the description of the dish i ordered and was gaslit to believe i was wrong and misordered. food runners, learn the menu please.

I ordered the beer battered fish with steamed broccoli and French onion soup for pickup. I get home and open up the container and see this is my beer battered fish. Every piece looked like someone took a bite out of it. The French onions soup was a joke. 3/4 of it was big, thick, near raw chunks of onion and unusually too sweet of broth. They just threw a slice of cheese on top of it, to top it off, (no pun intended). Worst Logan’s ever. The steamed broccoli was okay, though. Kinda hard to mess up broccoli, amiright? Needless to say, I definitely won’t be coming back here.

Long wait to get our food from the time we ordered; it was busy but no one came to check on our table, no one updated us, it was at least 30 minutes from the time we ordered. Sirloin had a lot of fat, had to send it back. Not the best experience, maybe next time will be better.

Today was a total mess!!!! We order a medium cut Center top sirlion AND the gave us a well done meat, very dry AND cold!!! The waitress was totally lost and was very rude, i ask for the manager but he or she never showed up so we leave... And we Will never come black... Eat here ar you own risk, it seems More a cheap and bad copy of Texas Roadhouse...

Came here for mom's 88th birthday party. We were a small group, about 20 or 25 people. They sat us in the back room. They alllocated 1 waitress for our small group. Although we were a small group, they still should of had at least 2 waitress for this birthday party. It's not like they were too busy because they were not. As I walked around the restaurant, I noticed plenty of waitresses and waiters sitting around. She did her best, and I commend her for trying hard, but there is no excuse for her to have worked our party alone. Management failed her for not allocating another waiter to help her out. She took all the orders alone, drinks and food, and when the food finally came out, most was cold. At the end of our event, she alone, was cleaning up after us. Again, Management did not provide another person to help her out. I do not understand why they decided to work this birthday party with only one person, when clearly there were plenty of people who should've helped her out. We had given Logans plenty of time for this birthday party. We called well in advance, 2 weeks prior to today for them to work this out. Very disappointed with the end result.

Peanuts, bread, potato and service were good. I ordered the prime rib medium rare.The picture on the menu was what I expected, red inside. It came out brown and I asked my server is this medium rare? He said yes, so I cut into it, it was reddish in the center, but it was not tender and juicy as I expect from prime rib, and it was grisly. I asked for horseradish sauce and received a white sauce that tasted like a bad relish sauce with a faint touch of horseradish. My suggestion is management should taste what is being served.

The absolutely worst experience, our food and drinks took forever to get. We had a family dinner there and they only had one waitress for us instead of 2 seeing that we're a large group of 17 people. Not but some of our family didn't even get their food brought to them on time, when the majority had already finished eating their food and they kept getting the orders wrong. But the absolute worst was the manager she was so unprofessional, she was so wrong for yelling at our waitress in front of the entire place, where everyone could hear and see how she was screaming at the young girl for getting out tabs wrong and taking forever with everything. It wasn't her fault if anything it was her fault for only putting one waitress for our group. She was so mean to that girl she almost mad her cry in front of the whole place. We of course didn't allow this and defended the girl. After that she kept giving us attitude making things worse. Till she finally ended up charging us herself and took forever doing so as well.

I gave this place one more chance (July 29, 2018), but I regretted doing so. This time my son's steak and mine were bad. Not only not cooked to what we requested, but the meat tasted bad. My wife's food also tasted bad. To add to the matter, the waiter simply put was worse that the food. He never spoke to us other than to take the order. He did not offer refills nor take away plates after we were done. We thought about speaking to the manager but the manager was having a buddy-buddy conversation with this waiter, I did not see the point. I am never going back to this establishment. It is a shame that it has gotten this bad. I gave it a one star because I could not go lower.

Very disappointed in the steak considering it is one of their main dishes. My coworkers and I visited the Laredo location while in town for business. After a long day we waited over an hour for our food only for it to come out not as expected. The coworkers that ordered burgers were very satisfied with their meals however those who ordered steaks did not get them as intended. The medium done steaks were all very well done, not one line of pink was visible. And the medium rare was completely rare. I added shrimp and sautéed onions to mine as well. When my steak came out no mushrooms were present so it already had to be sent back once. Please let me add the waitress was very nice and trying to accommodate but we were also on a time crunch after waiting so long for the food to come out. The steak was very hard to cut, a joke was made that I was shaking the table, and the shrimp was undercooked and barely had any seasoning. I also paid for loaded mashed potatoes to which I had to request green onions and sour cream because they only came with bacon and a little bit of cheese. After the waitress asked to take the plates back we stated we did not have time, the manager came and offered us a 10% discount. However I paid $40 for steak and shrimp that I barely ate and got less than $4 taken off. We have teams working in Laredo often so it’s sad that we will not be recommending this restaurant for future visits.

Terrible service. They have so many waiters and hosts but they all kept in groups of 4+ gossiping amongst each other. From the very beginning the 3 lady's in the front talked to each other in front of us watching us with a blank stare. Frustrating enough we made the decision to seat ourselves at the bar. Because of the unattentiveness of the staff even the rolls were delayed on top of everything else to be served to us. I caught many times in photos of more groups of four scattered in different sections of the facility. A group of six by the soda fountain, a group of seven by the window display of the kitchen, another group of 5 at the host podium. Only a handful to be actually waiting tables while the rest stood around doing absolutely nothing. For once I thought to myself that they were overstaffed. So many unnecessary people just standing around and even making the restaurant more crowded than it really needs to be. And then not to mention more than half of them on their phones including the bartender who was serving us. I even saw one young lady clock in and walk around aimlessly for a solid 35 mins. Never picked up the dirty tables around us, never asked anyone if they needed anything. Just looked completely lost and would occasionally join these little groups to chit chat.

I have gone to Logans multiple times with happy results. However this Sunday I was welcomed to horrible service where we never got our drinks already half way through the meals. After finally getting another waiters attention we received our drinks. One of plates was given with cold raw meat when asked for medium well. Our waiter will disappear constantly leaving us to ask for other waiters for assistance.

COCKROACH INFESTED/UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. I recently had the misfortune of dining at Logan’s Roadhouse and it was an experience so horrendous that I felt compelled to warn others. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this establishment was far below any acceptable standard of cleanliness and professionalism. Upon arrival, the female manager was on her phone and inattentive. No host to be seen, yet she’s the manager and had myself and my toddler standing there like idiots. After 20 minutes we were finally spoken too and sat, tables sticky. Our server was inattentive, a common theme. But the worst part? Cockroaches. Yes, cockroaches. As we waited for our food, we saw multiple cockroaches scurrying across the floor and even across one of the tables near us. It was absolutely revolting. I lied that was not the worse part a COCKROACH was even in my child’s DRINK. The filthy conditions, unprofessional staff, and the shockingly rude manager make it a place to be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the trouble (and potential health risks) and dine elsewhere. This restaurant is a disgrace to the industry and a health hazard to its patrons. I can only hope that the health department steps in soon to address these serious issues.

I When there to buy my daughter a $50 gift card for her birthday, to my surprise I was charge twice on my debit card. I went to talk to the manager and he send one of his employee instead. Guess he was too busy to talk to me, since he was the one who charge me twice. I Have email the company several times and after 7 days no response from them. I guess the company need the money more than I do. We got horrible service when we ate a Logan's. The waiter was rude and treated us so bad. It took him 15 mins to get our drink orders. We had to ask if we could order. With this, our waiter got upset and said that he was alone which was not true. We saw other waiters standing around. The restaurant wasn't packed. It felt like our waiter made it a point not to look at us, so again we had to ask if we could order. He took our order with an attitude. As we ate, we asked him for hot sauce and a side salad that he forgot to bring. He would go into the kitchen kick open the door anytime we asked for something. We can felt unwanted him and the others that he was talking to. We were there celebrating a special occasion but this experince ruined our dinner. We checked our bank account and the waiter decided to write in his own tip after we wrote in the total. Be careful and keep your reciept. So disappointed. We rarely go out as a family and when we do we get this. This waiter and the other staff need training on customer service and fraud.

As I sat down at the bar, I was greeted by a little girl that immediately said, I'm not a bartender but my manager sent the bartender home so I have to do it. Service was horrible. My meal came out before my app. And it was cold. The kitchen manager was sitting at a high top, I asked where my shrooms were. She said I don't know. I took one bite of my tenders and they were so cold. She gave them to the other manager standing by the kitchen manager and he took it to the back. He then returned 3 minutes later with the same tenders that were fried so hard I could cut let alone chew them. And here is the kicker, before I could ask where my shrooms were, he interrupted me and said there coming. Still no shrooms but the meal came out twice before them. Then the little girl brought my shrooms and said he is taking them off. The manager never apologized or even came back to see if my tenders were better. I don't care about money. My company pays for my meals. HORRIBLE management. No wonder Logan's are closing. So I took my clients the next night to Longhorn and had AMAZING service. Dear Logan's close this one too. Waste of money.

Very poor customer service. The server seated the guests behind me and totally ignored my presence! Also, the Mexican waiter asked me for a tip! Extremely unprofessional! Also, as you can see in this photo, the servers are not waiting on the patrons, but looking intently at their personal phones. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Bad service we have to wait about 44 min to get a table but that was not the problem I know we have to wait some times the problem was that we order the drink and the drink don’t have ice so we ask for ice and the waitress never come back it take him about 30 min to come back then the food was dry and cold the shrimp were over cooked super hard and the sirloin it was super dry and cold and the forks we’re dirty this is the first time I come here and I will never come back bad service

We visited yesterday to celebrate our son and we got our food and everything but no one ever came to ask if we needed anything no refills on drinks or anything. I had to call the front to request someone which the girl was rude as well and hung up. WORST SERVICE and it was not even packed.

Not a very good experience. Continually had to ask the server to bring things and would respond with my bad after he kept forgetting. He was bad all night. Caesar salad seemed like it was in the refrigerator for more than 2 days. Chicken fried steak was burnt to the crisp. The meat was incredibly tough. The taste was horrible. We ordered two of the same dish in both chicken fried steaks were completely different sizes. They used to have a very good chicken fried steak but they have completely lost it. Took a very long time to wait for the check. Finally got out of there. We do not plan on ever going back.

The service was horrible. Our server, Javier, kept forgetting food. The food took extremely long to come out ( at least 45 minutes). When we arrived, the table wasn't set up. The server kept handing plates directly to us instead of placing the food on the table. At one point, as he was passing out food, he put a plate on a chair and then handed it to the appropriate person. He kept making my fellow patrons yell across a long table. The waiter deserved no more than 5%, that is how bad the service was. In the end, he surprised us with an 18% automatic gratuity charge.

I went to buy some chicken fried steak. I was totally disappointed with it. The crust was horrible, it was dry, hard and the meat, well, so called meat was just as bad. It was way to expensive for it being so bad. The waitress was very attentive. The picture is being to kind. It looked worse in person.

I’m sorry, I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I feel disappointed and compelled to share my experience. My family and I enjoy visiting Logan’s; we love the bread, the food, and the employees. However, today was different. We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday, as she wanted to dine here. We arrived and asked to be seated at a booth but then waited for about 20 minutes. During that time, no one came to our table to take our order or to check if we were being taken care of. I have never experienced this at one of our favorite restaurants before, and it saddens me to feel ignored on such a special occasion. All the employees saw our table but looked away and never approached us. It's really rude, immature, and unprofessional. I feel angry, sad, disappointed, and in disbelief regarding this experience.

Horrible experience today at Logan’s , we got sat and a waitress took 15 mins to greet us, then they brought us bread and then some wet plates full of what looked like food from previous customer . Then we finally get our drinks in super dirty greasy glasses . Our appetizer never came no straws and my family and I decided to leave . Then they bring me a 25 dollar bill . WOW we said no way we didn’t even drink nor ate anything .

This place sucks!!! Do not waste your money here! For starters it was Sunday evening and it was slow during the time we went. Employees were just standing around chit-chatting with each other that's why I say it was slow. Our server was kind and polite but it was obvious she had not been trained correctly. We ordered Ceaser salads and had to ask her about it because it seemed as if she forgot. The complimentary bread was under cooked. The salads were warm not cold and the croutons were stale! I ordered a $30 ribeye steak and it was tougher than beef jerky! When I told the so called manager about it all he could say is sorry about that and he repeated that several times. Never did he offer a discounted price or a voucher or anything. Even after I told him that I did not feel that I got my money's worth! I wasn't looking for a free meal just looking for a discount or a future voucher. It's a good thing he didn't offer it because I will never waste my money again on this place! The only reason I went was because I had a gift card. Please be aware this place sucked!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. My recent dinner at Logan Steakhouse was not just bad; it was a masterclass in poor service and mismanagement. The core of our terrible experience was the utterly unacceptable wait time. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive at the table. This wasn't on a busy Saturday night—this was during a standard evening service. Our server offered vague apologies but no tangible updates or manager intervention as the minutes ticked by. The restaurant was not full, making the delay even more inexplicable and frustrating. When the food finally did arrive, it was predictably anticlimactic. My steak, which I had ordered medium-rare, was overcooked and lukewarm, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a significant part of that hour-long wait. Sides were cold and tasted like an afterthought. We left feeling hungry, irritated, and significantly lighter in the wallet. A steakhouse should excel in two things: timely service and quality food. Logan Steakhouse failed spectacularly on both counts. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your evening—go literally anywhere else. The rice looks like clay and mashed potato.

Server was"training" someone, they were nice but not cut out for the restaurant industry.. I ordered a new York strip medium rare with a side salad and mashed potatoes. They never brought my salad out until after our food came and I had to ask if they were going to bring it. They brought the wrong cut of meat and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to prepare the correct cut of meat. Mashed potatoes were of the instant variety and poorly prepared.

Food quality was not good at all. Rolls were fresh but overcooked and hard. My Caesar salad was wilty and felt like I was eating salad soup. On top of all that my steak a 12 oz ribeye ordered medium rare was flavorless and tasted like it had been frozen for over a year needless to say I didn’t even finish it which is rare for me to do.

The waiter with the kiss tattoo on his neck was extremely rude to my large party. I feel as if he was less careful of his language and behavior towards our party because large groups have automatic tipping. I usually have much sympathy towards service workers and I gave him grace several times, but when it came the third time around he was giving my party an attitude as a grown man, I stopped giving him excuses. Not one person was returning the tone he gave us, no one made any extra comments, we only were ordering our food. Then, another waiter began to help with drinks at the table and also had an attitude, even continuously calling one member of the party "sir" when she is very obviously a girl and wasn't responding to the comment. Overall, the entire party agreed the service was very poor and off-putting, which seemed unwarranted as none of the members had interacted with the waiters outside of ordering food and coordinating payments.

If I could give this place no stars, I would… worst place for a Mother’s Day dinner with family… the waiter was clueless to what we needed and didn’t really pay attention to what was happening or what we had ordered. We ordered strawberry sweet tea and one unsweet tea, they bring us strawberry lemonade, then we tell him that we didn’t want that and brings us both unsweet tea no strawberry, I had to call him again to tell him to just change the drink. Then we ordered my daughters food and we got her chicken strips, let me tell you they were BURNED! And they took super long for our order.. I wasn’t gonna feed my child burned chicken. So I called the waiter again to please change them and he brings me “new” ones but it was from the same batch… like I don’t think they would even eat it themselves! Then we had ordered a double cheeseburger and they bring it with one meat, we call the waiter YET AGAIN, to let him know that there was a mistake, and we tried giving him the plate and he said no that they’ll bring it it out in a bit, and they just bring us a patty by itself and they took like 20mins to get it out. The food was cold by then… honestly the worse service I’ve ever gotten at Logan’s, from the cooks, to the food itself to the waiter… I understand that there’s other people eating at the restaurant and he has to wait other tables but that’s why there’s notepads to help them remember and keep tabs of their tables… at that point I didn’t even want to pay for anything. A true disappointment of a night.

Very disappointed with my order for pick up 1st ordered the crispy bucket fried pickles jalapeños and onions they were totally cold and soggy 2nd ordered the Road House Burger Didnt Have No Crispy onions nor mushrooms as advertised 3rd the two burgers ordered were not cooked as requested 4th Whoever the girl in front was she did not know what she was doing gave us bad service I was disappointed they did this Oh forgot and the ketchup lol
