I just had the best experience ever! It had been a while since I’ve been here and when I came with my son to buy us some strawberries with chocolate, the young man working there was very polite and explained the difference between the chocolate to me and even let us try it to see which one we would like better. I really appreciate how he went out of his way to help us have the best experience ever. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would and I will be recommending my whole family when they come visit for the holidays. 10 out of 10 on everything

Way to prove me wrong on those strawberries 👏 this place really goes above and beyond for the flavor 👍👍👍and you know what's most impressive? We had a talk about watery strawberries about THREE weeks ago. She bothered to remember me and remember what we discussed. And she went out of her way to change my mind about it. THAT'S customer service 👏👏👏 wow!

The concept is awesome but the service lacking. I paid almost $20 for two people but they could not afford to give me a napkin. Some desserts are outstanding and others mediocre. It is very hit and miss. Their prices are higher than average and it is okay. Say a little prayer and maybe you hit a good day.

Very small building. The staff are fast in preparing the orders. Their chocolate apples are awesome. They cant be beat there. Be expected to pay a great amount of cash though. Not cheap here at all. I would recommend this place, but only like twice a year.

Strawberries aren't thawed out all the way, so LOTS of water keeps filling the cup. Strawberries are mushy, watery, and extremely cold! Just a heads up. 3rd time this happens on my chocoberry cups.

The cheesecake is mediocre. They must've changed owners because it used to be good. They sell ice cream for six dollars, but if you're lucky, it might come with one scoop.

It tastes good but it is insanely overpriced for what it is. They dont even have menus so you can see their menu options. On the bright side the store is pretty.

I requested double chocolate from the start, but the extra was served in a flimsy plastic container. Considering they charge about $3 for the additional chocolate, I was expecting better presentation and a more generous portion. Honestly, it feels overpriced 😵‍💫 the total for 2 SMALL cups and 4 strawberries was 33 dlls !!!

Guy that was there was so rude! It took him 10 minute to acknowledge us. He kept being on his phone. Definitely never coming back hope no body comes here again. Also the strawberries are not that great and service is the worst!

The last time that I went here, I was getting really lightheaded due to the strong stench of sweetness that I had to step out. Apart from that, I once ordered some strawberries covered in chocolate and the strawberry tasted awful & really soggy. Overall, I believe this place should lower the price range a bit down and focus on what the employees are giving to the customers.

My $7 apple turned out to be a $120 one as that is what I ended up paying urgent care for getting food poisoning. Have not eaten or drunken anything since I ate this last night. Reading past reviews I can assume it is an ongoing issue with their produce or just overall sanitation. This was my first time trying this shop too. Not risking it.

I’m so disappointed in my interaction today in the evening. They charge around $11 almost $12 for the chocolateka ice cream today which I was fine with in the afternoon. The lady there was so sweet! The lady in the evening though did not notify that they ran out of trays so they were using a small container which is not the same size! And it’s almost $12 which is a meal you know! So imagine when I see my boyfriend brings me that I’m like that’s not the same size from the afternoon so I didn’t want it because $12 for a smaller size I think not! And they didn’t want to refund so I can get something else. The gaslighting is real. I’m so disappointed I have been going here for more than 15 years and I never mind paying for what is advertised but not for less due to them running out of the container and than the lady being rude about it. I’m still in shock because who does that. It’s like getting a small drink and them charging for a large drink. It’s the ethics part for me!

The place seems like it needs some updating, restrooms were not working and they gave us chocolate from a fountain that was off. Was hoping for a better experience.
