My wife and I absolutely love this place! We actually stumbled across Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen by total accident while heading toward Downtown Summerlin, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots. Honestly, it’s some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had There are a few standouts that make this place special The Charred Edamame: This isn't your standard steamed appetizer. They throw the edamame into a wok to give it a beautiful char. Those little bits of crispy garlic and the sear on the ends add an incredible depth of flavor. Fresh Rolls: These are delicious, especially with their tasty peanut sauce. We always substitute tofu for the shrimp, and they nail it every time. The Noodles: We’ve worked our way through the Pad See Ew, Pad Woon Sen, and Drunken Noodles. Every single dish has been fantastic—perfectly seasoned and fresh. The only minor miss for us was the banana spring rolls; we found the wrapper a bit too thick and bready, which masked the flavor of the fruit. However, that’s one small detail in an otherwise flawless menu. We make it a point to stop in for lunch or dinner every opportunity we get. If you’re looking for authentic flavor and a great atmosphere, don't miss this "secret" kitchen!
Nittaya’s is fantastic Thai food - we shared a few appetizers and a desert and truly enjoyed the food! The fried spinach and dipping sauce is famous for a reason - don’t skip this one - one of the most interesting things I have ever eaten - so good - may be worth the trip on it’s own. Everything else was just as good. Our server was superb as well. Some of the best!
Great experience and delicious meal. Our server / bar tender Asia was absolutely the best. Friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations. Tapas -Garlic Shortribs 100/10 (This is like a dish Gordon would gloat over 👌👌) Entree -Massaman Curry 10/10 personally biased as I love this curry best lol -Homestyle shrimp pad thai 9/10 Side -Garlic Rice 🍚 10/10 Service 💯
What a cool romantic and delicious ambience the restaurant has I went there on a trip with a Girlfriend for girls night out with a bottle of wine and some tapas and this place does not disappoint we didn't even want to leave. Service everything is top notch. You got to try this Thai Fusion cuisine.
Wow, another place with great Authentic Thai food. Great servers, and great ambiance. Good ingredient choices too. Chefs were great too. It was evident at every turn the care and attention to details. Wonderful. Thank you, will have this a we recommend place to people traveling to Vegas.
First experience here. Everything was fantastic. Nothing negative to say. We both enjoyed lunch specials (be sure to ask for the lunch special menu). We will be back.
There are so many choices of thai in Las Vegas and it’s great to see a higher quality of ingredients and flavors adequately priced and abundant servings. Service is top notch as my glass of water is always full. Flavors are close to authentic thai. I specially enjoyed the fried catfish, the flavors of the papaya salad and the stir fried eggplant makes you want to come back for more.
Great staff, excellent service, and generous portions. The food was solid across the board, and the wine selection is surprisingly huge. I’m looking forward to trying the happy hour next time. With an extensive menu and consistent quality, this is easily one of the better Thai spots in the area.
Nittaya's has a welcoming ambiance , helpful staff and amazing food! I have come here in the span from 2020 to now 2025 and they still had my favorite dish the coconut seafood curry! 🍛(also spring rolls!! Yay!!) the food is spicy although it tastes great!! Thank you for being a great Vegas spot! Great experience!
Very nice and a very busy place that we stumbled upon whilst being on this side of town. The egg rolls were very good as was the pad Thai. The spinach salad is like an addictive drug, the broth is amazing. Didn’t care for the dumplings we had, but everything else great as was the wine choices. Will stop by again.
I've visited Nittaya's Secret Kitchen a few times, and each visit is delightful. During this trip, I went with the pork pad see ew lunch special, which comes with a side salad and pot sticker. I made sure to leave room for the mango sticky rice, because it's always one of my favorite dessert dishes. I really love the decor, ambiance, and overall vibe inside Nittaya's. It's perfect for a business lunch, date night, or just a gathering of friends.
Service & Atmosphere matches the food restaurant provides. The food is tasty & the price won’t break your arm & leg for a decent dinner there. I like the Fried Spinach Salads, Eggplants, Pad Thai noodles, Pork Belly, & Pineapple Fried Rice.
We were told about Nittaya's by one of the Hosts at the Rampart. We love Thai food. The place is in a strip mall and seemed to have enough parking. We opened the door and we're pretty impressed with the decor, tones and lighting. The Host or maybe he was a server was busy getting some other 6 top seated and then came to us. Friendly. He sat us off to the side, in the alcove, we weren't crazy about this spot, but I hate messing with seating. The main dining room looked amazing and inviting and we really wanted that. But oh well. We did sit next to this a huge wine cellar. I didn't see the wine list, I don't drink, but this was an impressive wine room. And the fact that the wall was decorated with the wine boxes of some of the best wines in California had me intrigued. So I asked for a sommelier. Maybe my wife would be tempted to have a glass or two if we found one to match our items. However, the response to asking for a sommelier was a look of confusion and the staff didn't know what that was. Oh well..no points deducted..just would have been a great touch. I now just figured the owner uses it for her personal. Now the server and food. Ohhh my God!! Sooo good on both sides. Flavors that were amazing and fresh in the Soup ( lemongrass) we got some sort of tempura spinach thing that had this amazing sauce. We got Chicken Satay. Was ok. A little on the lets just grill it and get it out there side, the presentation was nice and the sauce and garnish was flavorful. We ordered Lamb. We though we ordered the dinner size, but relieved the Tapas size. Perfect..we had no room. Once again it was a grill item, and I'm not sure their grill is the strong suit for them. Over dressed but perfectly cooked with great flavors. Our server was the cutest and friendliest and efficient we have had in a long time. We now have a new favorite thai place. The prices are good. They seemd to have private rooms for parties, and the decor and cleanliness off the bathroom nice. They have a nice busy bar too.
What are great suggestion. A colleague took me here for lunch as we were in the area. It certainly didn't disappoint. We had several tapas and two entrees. The chili and lime squid was awesome. Tangy, a little spice with a nice salty finish. The squid wasn't to tough with the right amount of chew. The curried fried shrimp was delicious. It had a nice kick and man, I could eat the sauce with a spoon (which I did). The Short rib massaman curry was fragmentation and smooth, with the right balance of coconut to curry. The meat was very tender with the right level of umami.
This place is never a disappointment. Had some friends in town that wanted Thai food. Something not so touristy, "I got the perfect place"! They were impressed and we were happy as usual. Luis was our waiter, he did an awesome job suggesting new dishes we never tried. We have been here, but the items he suggested were great! Great service as usual!! Definitely will be back soon.
Expect an amazing, dining experience from start to finish here at Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen. Attentive and friendly servers with special attention to details even with strawberry-infused water. Nice selection of wines. The menu includes unique tapas-style dishes- spinach salad, golden-purse, and crying tiger beef. The mains we ordered tonight were beautifully presented, seasoned well and the noodles were perfect. Be sure to not skip the dessert- mango coconut sticky rice and island bread were delectable. Excellent place for a date night or a family dinner. Definitely worth a short trip off the strip!!
Food was great. We ordered 3 dishes and they were all tasty
I think this is definitely the tastiest Thai in Vegas. It’s a little more expensive but I think it’s worth it. It’s large but feels cozy. They have a reasonable lunch menu. We ordered from their regular menu but next time may order from it. The server was very friendly and came back to check on us. We moved back after being away for 5 years and so glad that Nittaya’s is still dishing up delicious food.
Wow. We came here on a whim for lunch and we are so glad we did. The service was fantastic and flexible. All the food was outstanding, some of the best Thai food we had ever had (and we have all had a ton) The red chicken curry was the best I’ve had, the volcano shrimp I would never order but I’m so glad someone in our group did because it was phenomenal. ❤️
Outdoor seating is definitely a plus during nice weather in Vegas! The menu was a bit fusion with some authentic traditional Thai food. The marble bar is a good attraction. They’ll charge $30 for bottle opening fee so we chose to order a sparking wine from them $60/bottle instead to celebrate our girlfriend’s birthday. The Kai Soi dish was on the heavy-rich flavor side. Other than that, everything goes well.
Excellent Mother's Day lunch experience.. Made reservations with OpenTable. Pleasant host got us comfortably seated in the shaded Patio. Initial service took a bit and went smooth thereafter. Very pleasing server. Great hygiene and used gloves when using the tablet for taking orders. We had veg rolls, spinach salad, chicken dumplings, ribs and chicken satay with pitcher of Sangria. Main course had the full fried fish, eggplants and garlic rice. All dishes were flavorful. Recommended..
Great Thai dining experience. Food Quality on point, service quick and friendly, presentation nice and good atmosphere that also allowed good conversation. Noted that asking the server best recommended was a great idea, they helped guide me through the menu perfectly. Recommend for sure 👍
Incredible dining experience at Nittaya's Secret Kitchen. When we first stepped in, we were asked if we had a reservation. Who needs a reservation on a weeknight. I guess you do here. The place was packed and we found out why. The food is AMAZING. I'd call it Thai fusion. It's not really authentic cuisine as you'd find back in East Asia. But they take many traditional dishes and give them a beautiful contemporary presentation and flair. Or they come up with their own innovative creations like their Fried Spinach Salad. 💡 Everything we tried here was incredible and was presented beautifully. The space is gorgeous. Tucked away in The Pueblo of Las Vegas, it's definitely more of an upscale eatery. The prices are a little higher than other Thai spots in town but the attention to details in the food and the establishment make it well worth it. Wonderful cocktail selection. Diverse and broad array of wines. Service was good. Nothing spectacular but was pleasant and helpful. This is a must stop for those that are looking for an adventurous Thai meal for a hip and upscale night out.
Overall, great atmosphere and food! You can’t go wrong. We ordered the Charred Shishito Peppers, Salmon Curry, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles and everything was amazing. The service was so attentive and timely. They even had a piano that I imagine some nights is lively creating an even better atmosphere! If you’re looking for great Thai, look no further!
Nice place, felt upscale in a way. Good fast service, and there was no wait to get seated, even for at 5pm on a Friday. Ordered a Thai Iced Tea, Crab Wonton, Chicken Satay, and Massaman Curry with chicken. You honestly can't go wrong with the tea, the sweetness was just right. The Crab Wonton was great, and the Chicken Satay actually surprised me. The sweetness of the peanut sauce really complements the flavor. The curry was delicious - my only complaint was that it felt like not enough rice to match the amount of curry. I'll definitely be coming back here to try out the other tapas!
I love Nittaya's. Always amazing service and even better food!!! [Update]: A late post but must be said! It's been years since we last visited Nittaya's, they were still at their old location. This new place is definitely larger with the same great ambiance as the last. You'll feel transported to another country. The staff is great! Checked in for our reservation and was seated almost immediately. I may have waited two minutes. As for the food... it's the same great tasting food you'll find. It's as if nothing has changed for these many years and it's no surprise they're so busy. They just need to expand to other parts of town.
Stopped here while passing through LV. Service is friendly and fast. The food is just outstanding. Tofu Pad Thai is the best I’ve ever had, Catfish Curry is bursting with flavor, and the Thai Donuts are airy and delicious. Would definitely recommend if in the area.
Got the shrimp pad Thai entree and basil garlic lamb chops tapas. Best Thai food ever!
Really unique take on amazing Thai food. Staff was super attentive and answered all of our questions kindly and in detail. The water is infused with fruit, which is a nice little detail. My kids really enjoyed that alone. The ambience was really well done, it had many fun architectural details. For example the wooden beams, light fixtures, and the walls. The crying tiger (steak) was perfectly cooked and so good! The pad-see-eww was so delicious. Probably the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the curries as well. This place is a gem and would highly recommend a visit!
I don't think I could find a better Thai restaurant in Las Vegas area. The food here was exceptional, service amazing, presentation was great and the dessert was awesome. The flavors were outstanding 😋 can't wait for the next nevada trip. This is at the top of my list for priority dinners.
As local Vegas residents, this restaurant always ranks high on mine and my husband’s list as the go-to place if we “don’t know where to eat.” It’s clean with a cool, casual and dimly lit ambiance. The servers are friendly and attentive. The bar is so cute and I love the wine selections. It has a small room that can be rented out with a minimum for business/personal gatherings and the cutest patio. I’ve eaten here soooo many times since moving here in 2017. They’re one of the bests. My favorite dishes are spicy catfish, crab Rangoon, tamarind shrimp, spring rolls, island bread pudding, and the mango sticky rice. Everything on the is a must!!! Tip well and be nice here as this place provides so much food culture to the Vegas community.
The food was excellent, started with the crispy pork belly, it was delicious and the sauce it awesome also! Got the citrus steak salad and the seafood curry both were tasty, both were listed as spicy but barely had a touch of heat. Atmosphere was kinda weird uppity wine bar feel with a piano player...but the food was good
I have been to Nittaya’s a handful of times but never posted a review. I have never left this restaurant disappointed. As of matter of fact, I have brought family and friends here to dine. They have all loved the food here and continently asked me to make reservations here.to dine. This place is a gem and I am always happy leaving here waiting to return. Highly recommend.
Excellent food quality, plentiful menu options!! Thai Sweet Tea is a must try, pad Thai and pineapple fried rice, deep fried spinach!
I was dining in at this location around brunch. The service excellent I was seated moments after I entered the location. The person helping me gave me a few minutes to look over the menu and decide what I wanted. I ended up getting the Pot Stickers. Pat Z U & Brappraisal Short Rib Curry. The food speed service was very quick after I ordered. I would highly recommend going to this location. I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant.
Came here after a game at Meadows. It was about 8:30 and still busy, we waited about 15 min for a table of 5. Very cool atmosphere Food was delicious, I had the drunken noodles. We ordered many tapas items as well, that were delicious. The spice levels are exactly what you expect! The service was a bit slow, which was the only gripe here. Drinks, food, weirdly ice cream(?), and the check took a while to come. But I can’t wait to come back here again! The food really carried my experience here.
I strongly recommend this place. Not over exaggerating, it was honestly one of the best Thai spots I've ever had. Me and my family like to try out new restaurants all the time, we have been to all the well known spots and this was up there. Will definitely be back!
5 RAVING 🌟’S ! Last night I had the pleasure of dining here ! Our server Jim was extremely kind and knowledgeable and was beaming with cheerful light. He gave good recommendations, and was attentive ! & truly represents this restaurant well. The live pianist was an elegant touch , cozy but spacious rustic vibes , very clean , and the FOOD was absolutely scrumptious ! The lamb chops were to die for , literally melted in my mouth and the wings were cooked to absolute perfection, the sauces they use to top the proteins are decadent, lastly the Duck curry was also a scrumptious delightful entree. I enjoyed the spread with a tasty Chardonnay. I’ve never been more impressed with a restaurant , usually I’m disappointed. The price is well reasonable and worth it 100% !!!!
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Nittaya’s. The ambiance is wonderful. It’s a beautifully decorated restaurant, very clean and visually appealing. Dream and the staff were very attentive and took great care of us. The fried spinach was a delicious new flavor for me, the basil chicken was perfectly done, but the beef jerky was to die for, I can’t even explain the flavor, just know it’s absolutely worth a try! The plum wine was a perfect compliment to the meal and I had no idea sticky rice was so good with coconut ice cream. RUN, don’t walk to Nittaya’s, there’s absolutely so much to love about this place!
We sat on the patio on a perfect weather night. The small plates were amazing, just right to share. The entrees hit the spot. I highly recommend the Shrimp Pad Thai. Then the dessert - wow! Try the honey toast, you won't regret it! The service was friendly, polite, and attentive. The waiter gave us the perfect recommendations. We will definitely be back!
I've been here before, but they've since renovated and upscaled a lot. It wasn't bad before, but it's now a fine dining establishment. The staff is excellent, the food is amazing. I had the Pad Thai and while the serving was plenty, I wanted more. The music is soft versions of pop songs and sets a really nice mood. I'd recommend this for nice work meals, dates, or a nicer dinner with family.
Nittaya isn't a secret anymore.. We ordered several tapas which included the Thai wings , spring rolls,, small portion lamb chops, and the best bean salad I've eaten in years. The wings were good and loved the fresh taste of the spring rolls. However, the lamb chops weren't as tasty nor tender as one would expect. Must say the bean salad that includes grill shrimp and a boil egg were the best for me
We enjoyed excellent service here at Nittaya's Secret Kitchen! The atmosphere here was upscale. Started out with the Spinach Tempura Salad - an excellent choice to start with for the three of us - it was so unique and delicious. I ordered the Cashew Shrimp for a main meal - it was absolutely delicious! My table guests each had curry dishes - Massaman Curry and the Braised Short Rib Curry - for their main course - they were both very good, but did not stand out like the Cashew Shrimp that I had. For desert we split the Thai Donut - it was tasty but would try something else next time. Pics were all taken after we had already dug into our food - so the pics don't quite do the presentation justice (sorry, we were very hungry).
Nittaya's Secret Kitchen is a hidden gem! The flavor combinations are absolutely amazing—each dish is a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. The creativity in the menu really stands out, and the bold flavors make every bite unforgettable. If you're craving Thai cuisine with a unique twist, this place is a must-try!
Great Experience at This Thai Spot! Overall, it was a great experience. We heard about this place from friends in Las Vegas and decided to try it out for my brother’s birthday. We ordered the Kao Soi, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Garlic Basil Lamb Chops. The lamb chops were amazing—definitely a must-order! The rest of the food was good, with simple but solid Thai flavors. I’ve heard the Mango Sticky Rice is famous and very tasty, but it’s a seasonal item. I’ll definitely go back to try it once it’s in season.
Great atmosphere in this cozy Thai restaurant with a live pianist playing classical music. Food was hit and miss, braised rib curry was excellent, shrimp skewer was delicious, but papaya salad had too much fish sauce and needed acid. Lamb was overwhelmed with a sweet sauce, and fried shrimp were terrible. Duck curry was decent but could be better seasoned. Mango rice dessert was superb. Staff was friendly, but there were too many different people attending, which created confusion and miscommunication.
A delightful and delicious tapas experience that won't break the bank. Fast and friendly service with a warm relaxed atmosphere. The Volcano Shrimp is to die for. I will be returning!
Not happy to leave this review because the majority of the food is delicious! The Pot stickers, Avocado Fried, the best Tofu Pad Thai, soups. Except the Desert (loaded toast with honey, ice cream and whip cream) I would give a 5 start easy to this restaurant but unfortunately the bartender/waiter that we had just ruined the whole experience unfortunately. After saying that the french toast was not eatable it was not taken off from our check and I just let it go, didn’t want to say something. On top of all that, I gave cash for the check and didn’t get the change back… when I asked where is the change, they said “ohhhh, you wanted the change??” This ruined my great experience and expectation I had from this place… maybe this is because I sat on the bar. Maybe I’ll give this place other chance but not sitting on the bar for sure (one of the pictures shows the desert that wasn’t touched because it was not eatable). And again, not happy to leave a review like this but I like to be very honest.
I have to say that for anyone that knows true authentic Thai cuisine and has been too authentic restaurants this is definitely not it. Everything was clean. The service was good. The meat in the meat salad was fresh and done well but nothing about this restaurant is really Thai or resembles the real dishes. If you’re looking for a Thai restaurant that is catered to an American pallet this is good for you.
I ordered food through their website. I have been a regular for several years both with delivery and dining in. My salad wasn’t right. The steak was overcooked. I asked for extra cilantro and didn’t get it. I asked for spicy 5 and it wasn’t. Usually the dressing has added fresh Thai chili peppers. It only had the dried this time. It just wasn’t good. And spending a little under $100 for delivery for 2 items is a lot. I sent a complaint via email and did not get a response. I tried calling the next day and was told the manager was busy. So the next day I went in in person and brought the salad back and asked for another one. I was told that because I didn’t bring it back in 24 hours they weren’t willing to make things right. TERRIBLE customer service. I have given them a lot of business over the last few years. I will take my business elsewhere.
