If you’re looking for your next favorite brunch spot in Vegas — Naxos is it! The food is absolutely delicious, from the first bite to the last. Every dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Whether you’re craving something savory or sweet, they’ve got it all covered. The brunch menu? A dream. From fluffy pancakes to perfectly cooked eggs, fresh fruit, and indulgent sides — it’s the kind of meal you’ll be thinking about all week.
This review is long overdue! I’ve been coming here since early this year, and it’s truly become one of my favorite spots in town. We celebrated a friend’s birthday here this past weekend, and once again, everything was perfect. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Consistently excellent food and a great atmosphere keep me coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!
Kostas the server was outstanding... It set the mood for a bunch of tasty dishes to come... But the surprise of the night was a 5 year old Greek brandy... Super tasty for a night cap.
Really great restaurant for the freshest seafood. Love the Kataifi wrapped prawns, Livraki (sea bass) and the grilled cauliflower. Gets very busy on the weekend for dinner, so Monday nights are perfect.
Worth leaving the strip for! The food was delicious - especially the lamb. The lamb chops were on a mint yogurt and I couldn’t get enough. We also had the saganaki cheese roasted with honey and lemon, the baby carrots, and the ‘Coal-Roasted Eggplant & Tomato’ dip. It came with fresh baked pita and the provided cucumbers as a gluten free option. A big thanks to the staff for making our night so special!
We came here for Thanksgiving, and we were not disappointed. The chill vibes and good food made for a nice evening. Not a big fan of the prawns, but everything else we had was amazing. I had the lobster and crab pasta... 10/10. Good size portions and the food was delicious. Definitely will be back for more.
Still one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas that most people have never heard of. Their lunch deal is one of the best reasons to visit.
We went to Naxos for a family dinner on a Sunday. The vibe of the restaurant was very nice. We enjoyed the eggplant and zucchinis chips for appetizers. My husband ordered the three course set menu for $60 and enjoyed the lavraki and chicken. Overall great experience. The dessert was ok.
We had a fantastic lunch at this Greek restaurant! The skirt steak was cooked to perfection, and the salad was fresh and crisp. The hummus was creamy and delicious, and the potatoes were perfectly seasoned. For dessert, we enjoyed a delightful Greek yogurt that was the perfect end to a wonderful meal. The overall experience was excellent, with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience here as a solo traveler. I opted for the prix fixe menu, and I ate at the bar. Bianca was a fabulous server/bartender - her recommendations were great, she was attentive without hovering, and provided nice conversation over the course of my dinner. Highly recommend!
There isn't enough wonderful things i can boast about Naxos. The atmosphere is very clean, bright and open. Coastal, Greek vibes -perfect for brunch. They offer a wonderful 3 course brunch menu that is SO worth it👍🏻👍🏻 and not to mention bottomless mimosas or sangria. The food was very delicious, presented perfectly, and portions were just right👌🏻 I ordered the falafel with tahini to start, skirt steak as main dish, and the baklava cheesecake for dessert. All I can say is the food definitely steals the show. Everything was SO GOOD🙌🏻 our server was very sweet and knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend this spot, and look forward to checking out more menu items in the future!
What a great spot for authentic Mediterranean food! Loved the mix of different flavors — everything was so fresh and delicious. The service was excellent, and the presentation of the food was absolutely fabulous. A truly enjoyable dining experience from start to finish! 🌿🍴✨
Sat inside Naxos but ordered off their menu and the Oyster Bar just outside. Staff was extremely attentive and accommodating to all of our requests. Inside the restaurant was on the darker side- a good date spot. We started with the shrimp cocktail, oysters, and King Crab legs. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail looked, smelled and tasted fine but the texture was a little mushy. I did not have any oysters but were told they were both good and fresh. King crab legs we initially ordered 1 lb (2 orders) and asked if they could be warmed. Oven was available so they were able to warm. The crab was so good we ended up ordering another 1/2 lb. Clam chowder was good but slightly too salty for my taste, we shared amongst the table the House Etouffee and Gumbo (there were 5 of us). The Etouffee and Gumbo were eaten over rice and by far my favorite was the Etouffee. We all shared 1 slice of the baklava cheesecake. The cheesecake was good - not too sweet.
Made reservations and was seated in time. The atmosphere is very welcoming, not loud and open. ordered the Naxos gin and tonic, which was really good. The food was also really good (see photos). The muhammara spread is a must try. Didn't try any of the seafood, but it seems like they have a good selection. Will definitely revisit and recommend to friends/family.
I came here for brunch with the girls and it was one of the best I've had! All the dishes were delicious and the unlimited Sangria was so good! We basically tried the entire brunch menu! My favorite dishes were the Strapatsada, Shakshuka, Lemon Tiganites and Melomakarona waffles. The service was amazing as well. Our server was very attentive and kept the food and drinks coming. I also loved the relaxed vibe of the restaurant earlier during the day - it's just so pretty inside! I can't wait to come back for dinner!
Food is delicious, staff is very friendly and will give great advise
Fantastic multi-course Greek restaurant within Red Rock. The entrance isn’t super close to parking so you’ll have to walk through the smoke-filled casino to get there. That’s probably my only complaint - I smelled smoke the whole time I was eating. Ryan gave us great recommendations and we loved the Sea Bream. He asked about our allergies and made sure things we ordered were ok. The pita and tzatziki were great. Everything was flavorful and fresh. The fish could have been shared with several people, it was big! Beautifully styled restaurant and outstanding service. We’ll be back!
I want to give a special shout out to Gizzelle and the rest of the staff. Our service was phenomenal. Great service paired with great fairly priced food and drinks makes this restaraunt top tier. I’m glad we ventured off of the main Vegas strip to come here.
Wondering around the Red Rock Casino, we were curious about the Naxos as there was a line outside the Oysterbar connected to the restaurant. We decided to try their prefixed dinner special and chose the chicken kaftedes (meatballs, they swear its chicken brest only no wing meat 😉) and of course the oysters for apps followed by Royal Dorade (whole fish) and charcoal steak for entrée. For desert, I splurged and payed the extra 7 buck for the Baklava cheesecake (a nice slice👍) For drinks, we tried the traditional Manhattan and a Greek larger. Service staff is very friendly and the manager who looks like Chief Anthony Bourdain is very approachable as well. We will definitely return. I say check it out.
This is a really nice restaurant that's inside of the Red Rock. The decor matches the food well as it isn't so overwhelming and almost makes it seem like you're near a beach (opposite of Vegas). Whenever I usually keep it light and just order their dips and spread which I say is worth it alone. We got their Tzatziki, Muhammara and their Marinated Green Olives & Herbed Feta. If you have problems picking, I suggest asking the server what they recommend as this is how we came across these flavors. This dish comes out with fresh pita bread and is a great appetizer as you get loads of different flavors in each bite. We also ordered the Green Chickpea Falafel which was fresh and crispy. They also have selection of oysters that vary from either West Coast or East Coast. Overall I feel like this place is good for a snack when you're at Red Rock. I don't see myself coming here just for this location on its own.
Looks like I found a great Greek restaurant in Vegas! I visited Greece in May 2023, and I like the variety of different food over there. This Vegas Greek restaurant provides the variety! I definitely will go to try different foods in the future! I recommend House Pita, Eggplant, Octopus, Wood Fired Artichoke, Chicken Kaftedes, Chefs Oyster, Salmon, Lobster Crab Diavolo, FroYo as sweet dessert!
I recommend this restaurant, come here pretty often. Lamb shops, pasta, cheesecake, fish, oysters, raw bar - yummy. Pitas are incredible!!! The only one thing I don’t like is their short poor for bubbles - champagne or Prosecco. Every single time, I ask for more generous pour, but looks like it’s their policy. U can see on video how short it is.
Greek food at its finest. Loved the wide variety of fish and sead food offered. Vegetarian options were equally great. Baklava cheesecake fusion dessert was something unique eaten here. Will go again.
I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. The service was helpful and present. The food was amazing. We were given a knowledgeable breakdown of the menu and what dishes are specialized/recommended. I think the wine offerings went well with the dishes available. I highly recommend purchasing a dip and pita to go with saganaki. the chilled shellfish tower is very good. The Mediterranean sea bass (grilled) was exceptional but if you listen to the recommendations of your sever, I don't think you can go wrong.
The quality of food and service at this establishment consistently meets expectations. I frequent this restaurant with my spouse at least once a month, and we have never encountered a subpar meal. The manager demonstrates exceptional leadership and professionalism. I highly recommend this establishment. Colby is an excellent bartender & server !
Perfect place for our first Valentine's dinner out (one week late because who wants to mess with the crowds) we don't dine out just to eat, we enjoy food experience 😀 😋 Naxos did not disappoint. Our server Noel was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She took time to answer all of our questions and gave recommendations when asked.
I had the best time at Naxos with the girlies- The brunch menu is amazing! My top 3 dishes were def the Shakshuka, Strapatsada and the Lemon Tiganites pancakes. The Shakshuka was so good. The combination of the runny eggs, flavoured sauce, and salty feta cheese was an explosion of flavors. It also comes with soft pita bread. Im getting hungry again just thinking about it. The Service is great and Ambiance was cute with hints of blue that took me back to Greece.
Came here last minute when travelling and am so glad I did. All of the food was authentic, flavourful and very reasonably priced. Sat at the bar and the bartender Alicia was so friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. A wonderful experience- will definitely be back !
Excellent location and delicious food. I really enjoyed the seafood such as shrimp, oyster and lobster, the service is very friendly, yes the price is on the high side but you feels that it is worth it. lot of parking at the casino.
Excellent fresh sea food with a Greek twist. Best king crab legs ever! I really think Naxos is a great ’local’s’ answer to Milos at the Cosmo. I do have food allergies and they have a handy chart to make the wait staff’s job easier to navigate such issues, I’d give an extra star for that if I could. I’ll definitely be back.
Naxos Taverna at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas is an amazing place to visit if you’re a lover of genuine Greek cuisine. From the moment you walk in, you are transported to Greece with their charming patio and stunning mural which displays the history and culture of Naxos. The atmosphere of the restaurant is inspired by a traditional Greek tavern, with walls of exposed brick and vibrant decorations that set the right tone for a truly authentic dining experience. The service at Naxos Taverna is exceptional, with staff members who are attentive, friendly, and passionate about their restaurant. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are happy to help you decide what to choose from the extensive menu. Speaking of the menu, there’s an incredible variety of delicious, hearty Greek dishes on offer - from the fresh and flavorful Greek Salad to the savoury Moussaka and Souvlaki. The ingredients at Naxos Taverna are top-notch and as fresh as they come, so expect a burst of flavor in every bite. The Gambas Saganaki and the Octopus dishes are particularly noteworthy. Also, the drinks menu is great with a good variety of both wine and beer options. The desserts are an experience in their own right, with sweet treats like Baklava and Rice Pudding drizzled in honey that are too good to just have one bite. Combine the experience with the great location of Red Rock Casino, and it just doesn’t get better than this. In summary, Naxos Taverna is a must-visit for anyone who wants to experience authentic Greek cuisine in Las Vegas. With an extensive menu of exceptional dishes, friendly and attentive service, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, you’re in for a truly memorable culinary adventure. Plan a visit today and be transported to Greece with every bite.
Really enjoyed this place the 2 times I've been here. The wait staff is very professional and nice. Everything we ate was super fresh and tasty. The whole fish is outstanding but it is a little pricey depending on which fish you get. I would highly recommend this for a nice date or business meal.
My husband and I went for dinner at 630 pm. Our server was Garrett. Let me tell you......Garrett was incredible! He knew the menu, shared stories about the creation of the froyo dessert, equally good BTW, and was simply the best server we have experienced in some time. The lamb chops were stellar. So tender they could be cut with a butter knife. The seafood tower was amazing! The greek salad, ask to add olives, and the fingerling potatoes were excellent. Over all, every part of this dining experience was top notch! We will be back, and will request Garrett every time.
WOW! What an experience! The food was OUTSTANDING! We had the John Dory, pita and dips, the grilled octopus and the giant prawn. One of the best meals that we have had in Vegas-EVER! We will be back!
Tina was our waitress on Valentine’s Day and she was absolutely amazing!!! The mahamarra was delicious! One of the best restaurants in Vegas!
Naxos Taverna & Grill is exceptional—plain and simple. The food is top-tier Greek cuisine done the right way: fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and dishes that clearly respect tradition rather than cutting corners. Every bite tastes intentional. The service is professional, warm, and efficient, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and comfortable. This is not a trendy flash-in-the-pan spot—it’s a restaurant that takes pride in consistency, quality, and doing things properly. If you value real food, generous portions, and a place that earns your business instead of begging for it, Naxos is a must. One of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas.
Absolutely fantastic Greek food. Fresh, well seasoned and flavorful, served hot and presented beautifully. This is also a gorgeous restaurant. We go out of our way to come here every time we are in Vegas. The salt baked fish is really great and so is the Greek salad and all of the smaller plates (like the delicious sweet potatoes).
I love Naxos. I live in Summerlin and Naxos is my go-to restaurant for heart healthy, low cholesterol, fresh, delicious food. Their Greek salad is excellent, and all of their dips are made with olive oil, not inexpensive seed oils. The fresh grilled whole fish is for sharing and is amazing and served so simply with olive oil and lemon so the fish shines. It is pricey because they use such high quality ingredients so I never mind paying the price to eat so clean and well.
My boyfriend works on the Strip and worked thru the holidays. This was our first opportunity to spend quality time together and relax. Our staycation included a few meals and three days at Red Rock. We made a reservation however, we really didn't need one, the place was pretty slow when we arrived. We had a booth in the back which was very nice. Our waiter was a little untrained, he began speaking to me while my boyfriend was on his phone (work). He failed to review any specials and was not easy to understand. He wasn't attentive and the restaurant was slow. We had already decided on dinner but drinks and an appetizer hadn't been decided. We chose a wonderful cheese appetizer that was cooked and had lemon over the top. And this tradition grilled Greek dinner to share. Plenty for both of us and we had to have a to go box. Everything was delicious. However since the experience (service) wasn't so great, we skipped drinks and dessert.
Wow!!!! I'm blown away with every dish I ate. Service was absolutely great on both of my visits. We dined here for restaurant week, and we returned again 2 weeks later. That's how good it was, but the 2nd time around, the food wasn't as memorable other than the bread. With that said, a SOLID 4. I can't remember each dish, but take a look at my photos. The highlight was the shrimp and steak with Chimichurri. We were told it wasn't a regular item on the menu. When we returned, we had the steak, and that was just ok. I prefer the restaurant week steak instead. The baloon lookomg bread was delcious with the spreads. Overall, I'd return again.
Can’t go wrong much with greek food, Loved the food, and the place. It was a little dark inside for dinner but a nice spot to have dinner with your significant other. We took the 3 course meal and ordered chicken kafte and wrapped prawns with olive aioli for first course. The prawn dish was so good and the aioli was the star. Chicken kafte was good too but a little heavy for first course. We also tried their muhamarra dip and loved it Entree was chicken and the sea bass. Both were good but we were expecting a bit more. Sides were ordinary. One disappointing thing was being told there could be small bones in the fish and that led me to being cautious while eating. Was expecting fully deboned especially for a quality place. Dessert was the dates cake and baklava cheesecake. The dates cake was good, but the baklava cheesecake was the best dish for me. It was served with a strawberry sorbet was both were fantastic
We had been looking forward to our first Visit to Naxos since before they were open. We are big fans of Milo's and Amalfi and live close by so rather than drive to the strip for a quality seafood place. So, first off. The service of the hostess was top notch. My reservation had some special needs. She was pleasant, professional and an a great ambassador and later when I arrived all the details I needed had been cared for ( wife's 60th) The manager on duty took us to our table after different hostess checked us in. Our waiter introduced himself and did his thing throughout with excellence. The service staff and support staff also were of a high caliber and performed amazingly. Now the food. ... Had to do comparison to the other restaurants mentioned. So..egglant/zucchini and octopus were ordered. The eggplant zucchini chips were better..but we had a had time finding the tastziki sauce.. Octopus was tender and the sauce ok.7 out of 10. The Saganaki cheese with honey and lemon was the best I've ever had. And I am a nut about saganki. We ordered the greek salad and rice with spinach to accompany our Lavraki sea bass. My wife loved the ripeness of the tomatoes...I thought they were over ripe The basmati rice with spinach was good. I could have probably done without it. The fish was excellent . The prices were amazing and we could make this a regular place for us because the value is there. If I had to be a snob..of the 2 other restaraunts mentioned..this falls 3rd. But the other 2 I would do on occasion. This I could do on a regular basis.
Looking for a gluten free lunch after driving to a marked gluten free restaurant and then finding out it's not actually gluten free, we ended up driving to Red Rock to eat at Yard House. There's only a few places I can eat in town as I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. We hadn't been to Red Rock since they changed the buffet to a restaurant space. We decided to take a lap around and stumbled upon Naxos. I decided to go ahead and ask if they had any gluten free options. Not only did they bring out staff to talk to me, they gave me the allergen listings. ******* ADVICE FOR MANAGEMENT ******* As a Celiac, I rely on online menus and menus posted outside restaurants to figure out if I can eat at a restaurant. Please start putting "GF" or a little symbol on your online menu and the menu out front so people like me can know ahead of time if they can eat here. The restaurant only had 2 other tables during Sunday lunch (lunch is only available on the weekends.) Honestly, money is being left on the table by not putting this information online or even on the menu as people with a whole host of autoimmune diseases, allergies and medical issues travel and have to scout out restaurants that can accommodate us. Because you can accommodate us, advertise this! We want to find you to spend our money! ****** My husband and I each ordered from the $35 prix fixe menu. I ordered the gluten free: Marouli salad (starter) - very nice size, tasty. Lavraki fish (main) - delicious. Pistachio & ricotta frozen yogurt (dessert) Not a fan. Had a rum raisin flavor despite it being pistachio ricotta but it was the only gluten free dessert. My husband ordered: Falafel with hummus (starter) 8oz skirt steak with salsa verde (gluten free) (main) Date cake (dessert) We also started with the $16 lunch portion of saganaki with honey, lemon and pistachio as a starter. It wasn't flaming and comes in a little cast iron dish. It was delicious but felt overpriced at $16. We didn't buy any more sides because spinach rice, cauliflower or potatoes range from $14-$15 which is just too much for a starch side dish. The service from Aaron was 10/10. The food was delicious. The restaurant was beautiful. The price point may be a little too spendy judging by the empty dining room. I think having a marked menu could bring in more customers - who will pay at the current price point - who want a meal out but don't know that this place can accommodate their food restrictions. Visited: December 2023
Nice place to eat some mixed Mediterranean food. Wish they had our reservation to a bigger table. We have to squeeze in to a very tiny table for 8ppl. A bit expensive but the quality is up there
The service was excellent from the hostess to our server Carissa. Unfortunately won't be back due to food looking nice but tasting mediocre. Lobster eggs Benedict was so over buttered it was dripping when I took a bite. Waffles tasted like buttery potpourri 🤮. The best tasting items they had were the artichoke appetizer and the filet mignon was perfect. Hopefully they take constructive criticism because it was a beautiful atmosphere to dine in.
Garrett is an amazing server! The food was better than what I was expecting but kind of weird vibes? Other negative reviews did warn about the service here. Our negative experience wasn't from our own server but the managers, and situation. Wednesday evening at 8pmish was empty. Garrett suggested a drink for me after explaining my cocktail likes and dislikes...skinny margarita, mezcal base was perfect!! Fresh! Great service from him. Again vibes are off because the managers were off puting, and not very nice. I would avoid this place if all the staff were like their 2 managers tonight. Food presentation was nice. Shrimp appetizer can be made without dairy. My cocktail was tasty! Oysters are not from here. It was an exception they made for the occasion and unsure if they'll allow it again. I'm tbd about returning unless my gf drags us back since it might be one of the few restaurants in the casino with decent food? Fyi, expect their staff to be dining near or next to you on the floor (dining space). Staff clump up there to mingle and you may not get the attention you need (when our server stepped out for break). I thought it was off puting for a nicer western type restaurant. I've only experienced/it's common at tasty hole in the wall Chinese shops where chefs and staff all eat on the floor, aka among restaurant dining space, next to you at their 3pmish lunch break. I love those places. This is just unexpected for a nicer restaurant? I normally wouldn't care but it definitely didn't add to make a sour experience any nicer.
We had a disappointing experience at Naxos. Despite plenty of open seating throughout the restaurant, the hostess seated us practically on top of another couple and right next to the casino area, which was extremely loud. When I asked if we could be seated at another table, the response was snarky and dismissive: "No reseating tonight." That set the tone immediately. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive, but it took a solid five minutes just to explain the menu. Any restaurant that requires that much interpretation should seriously reconsider how the menu is presented. The food itself was fine, but nothing memorable and certainly not worth the price point. The pistachio bar dessert was the low point. It arrived rock hard, completely frozen. We were given a steak knife to try to cut it, which did not work. It took about 15 minutes to thaw enough to eat. Overall, the experience did not live up to the hype or the pricing. Between the poor seating experience, unhelpful hostess, overcomplicated menu, and mediocre food, I would give Naxos a 2 out of 5.
Absolutely annoyed with Naxos. I’ve been coming here almost 3 years. We heard the chef died which made the menu hard to navigate- completely out of food on menu, no substitutes etc. Came today Valentine’s Day for lunch. 2 servers and service was AWFUL. tried to order the $40 lunch they have with lavraki and they’re not allowing it because the filets are too large? So we ended up spending $91 on 2 lbs of lavraki. Service is horrible. Menu absolutely sucks and pricing is even worse! Charging extra because we are using a credit card? Obnoxious for the level of serve and food. The Horta for example had burnt garlic and was not even flavored correctly. How do you say you’re Greek and not even put lemon on Horta??? Charging extra for tatziki with the egg plant chips is diabolical when you don’t even give enough to dip AND you put it at the bottom so everything gets soggy????? This will be the last time I am here. For this price I’ll go to Milos every single time. A part from the food the front greeters act like they have to call the owner to sit anyone without reservations??? The place is dead? Zero people. What the absolute hell. I have so many suggestions on how to turn this place around, please let me help you.
Came here for the second time. The first time everything was great outside of the prices. This time, our server Christopher seemed to have no service skills and hardly came around. The few times that he did come to the table, he didn't have much to say and just didn't seem like he wanted to be there.... We saw him twice on the way out, and he didn't even say thanks and avoided eye contact. We still tipped 20% on a 300$ bill... but servers like that make you question what are you tipping 20% for.
Review: Deeply Disappointing and Far From Greek Cuisine I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was so astonishingly bad that I feel compelled to speak up in the hope that something changes. This restaurant markets itself as Greek, but nothing we were served even vaguely resembled authentic Greek cuisine. We started with the spanakopita, which arrived filled with raw onions—something we’re still trying to recover from—and wrapped in what tasted like a buttery croissant instead of traditional phyllo. The result was heavy, unpleasant, and completely off-base. Next came the tuna crudo. Unfortunately, the tuna was impossible to taste because it was buried under an overwhelming, unpleasant sauce. At this point we were disappointed, but things only got worse. The final dish, the salt-crusted fish, was where we drew the line. The fish was presented to us whole and cooked—a promising start—but then 15 minutes passed before it was actually served. By the time it reached the table, the head of the fish had mysteriously vanished, and the fillets were drenched in cheap olive oil, stripping away any remaining integrity of the dish. That was the last straw, and we walked out. I’m writing this review not out of malice but out of genuine frustration. What we experienced is a disgrace to Greek cuisine and feels like false advertising to anyone expecting authentic flavors or even basic quality. I sincerely hope the restaurant reconsiders its approach, because what they’re serving now is simply unacceptable.
