Nice BBQ place. Pulled pork sandwich was melting in my mouth. Nice smoke flavor but not overpowering. Fries were fresh and tasty and just right amount of seasoning. Ice cream for dessert just hit the spot! Excellent service at lunch. And you get to keep Big Yellow Cup!!

Food is good. No ice cream yet. Many locations have closed due to covid. We are hoping that this chain will recover. The pecan pie is great. Chilli brisket beans are good potatoe casserole is good with sour cream cheese and chives. Fast service.

Stopped in for a quick bite. We were staying at a hotel nearby and it was within walking distance for us. This was like any other we have been in. We had no issues and enjoyed our meal. It is in a 'strip mall' and was pretty easy to spot.

I love Dickies but the only reason why I give it a four-star out of a five stars is the price. I can get brisket on sale for $3.95 a lb but they're selling it for $33 a pound and if I buy a couple pounds of it you should give me a break or something. Don't get me wrong I'd rather go to Dickey's over other meat places because I feel the meat places might be lab grown meat because when I eat it it basically just goes through me. I've been a carnivore for almost a whole year now and Dickies meat doesn't go through me.

Excellent meals for a decent price. A little expensive for the portion sizes, but the taste made up for it. Easy to customize your sides and polite staff overall. Food was served hot and fresh. Enjoyed the outdoor table seating even though it was a little cold and windy. Recommend for a nice lunch that is healthy and delicious for everyone.

The customer service was great, the manager I believe ensured our order was complete and correct. He went down the order receipt 2 times, checked & rechecked and he noticed a couple things missing or wrong. It was corrected right away. The food was good, and ready to pick up about 20 minutes after ordering on DD. I gotta find my pictures. The sandwiches were great, and my daughters liked the ribs. 4 outta 5 bc the tri-tip was really dry. 😑

Pleasant and friendly staff. Not too busy and good food. I ate lunch there three days running and tried the turkey, chicken and brisket as well as different sides each time. My favorite entree was the brisket and my two favorite sides were the jalapeño beans and creamed spinach.

The gentleman working there were polite and patient with our slightly big group when placing our orders. The food was great however they were out of everything except pulled pork. I will come back again on day they have everything in and try out their Cueban. Thanks for the service.

I notice this place always feels dirty to me, even the meat seems to have a flavor as it's cooked in dirty water or is smoked in the smoker that is not cleaned regularly. It's like an old grease flavor . They used to make it rich in flavor now I do not look forward to the taste.

spent $60 for two people and left disapointed. heres what $60 for two people gets you, about 1/4lb of meat 1 cup of sides two rolls 2 drinks, thats it. besides the meat doubleing as sand paper, the only thing good was the roll and besides roll being half stale, had more flavor than the meat. if you want BBQ, this place isnt it.

I ordered 6 piece ribs with dry rub for $18. Well i was given 6 chicken wings with hot sauce. Everything else was good. Just don't order delivery, you must always eat in and make sure they get your order right. Because apparently beef and chicken are too confusing to tell apart.

I went to Dickey's today around 6:30 pm in Lathrop. I told the worker twice I want the $3 classic sandw iches . I ordered different meats (because the d ickeys website said I can't order the brisket-brisket). When it was time to pay, they said only the pulled pork classic sandwhich was $3 on monday. Our order was charged full price for the sandwiches (except for one pulled pork sandwich). The worker should of said something when I said wanted the $3 classic sandwhiches. I told him this twice I wanted the $3 classic sandwiches when I was ordering. He should of told me when I was ordering that the $3 sandwiches were only for pulled pork.

The food is good but the service was absolutely terrible! We were there for 30 extra minutes after being handed our food because the owner of the store didn’t know how to work a bonus gift card. He called someone and forgot about us so we waited as our food got cold. the owner of the store told us it was their first time using a gift card??? Like how is that possible. Would not recommend.

I ordered the two meat combo “ribs & brisket “ the ribs where one single rib and two intact ribs, the single was meaty and the two were just dried skin on bones, they gave me an end cut of brisket that I honestly could not eat, rock hard, the thin slice was so dry but did manage to eat it. I ordered it to go and once home I was so disappointed that I’ll never ever go there again. Shame on Dickies

Sliced brisket was more like pulled pork 3. Loaded baked potato was mashed potatoes 4. Pork rib a little dry 5. Corn bread was way too sweet 6. Dinner roll taste like yeast I will not be returning.

Very bad--no fat trimmed from the pork used in sandwich. Pork still on raw side. Fries were totally soaked in grease, discolored, and unedible. The people working there had zero training. I have been to many good Dickey's. This was the only one I would call terrible.

Customer service is good but quality of food was not good everything seemed like it had either been sitting out and or microwaved.meat was dry and hard. For the price it was not worth it.The brisket was ok but room temprature the sausage was room temprature, chicken was horriable not seasoned and was like it was microwaved.

Rude manager. Terrible service. I ordered on the app and when I arrived the manager asked me if I was picking up and I said yes. He then didn’t believe that I was picking up the order even after showing him my order receipt on the app. He then said that they didn’t have the order and then he looked down at the order that was in front of him the whole time and said oh it’s right here. Then he said that they were waiting on my baked potato and it would be about 6-8 minutes longer. I asked him if I can grab my drinks that are already filled and refill them when my order was ready so that I can have fresh drinks with my food. He then started arguing with me about how I’m giving him a hard time and I’m being ridiculous and so on. I told him “look I’m being nice about it and I just want to have fresh drinks and you’re giving me a hard time for no reason” he just grabbed to empty cups and handed them to me. Ive come to this dickeys a lot of times and never have received this terrible service like today. I ended up getting my order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Such a disappointment. Food was cold by the time I ate it 10 minutes later when I got home.

I placed my order through door dash. The time from ordering to delivery was excellent. That was it though. The order arrived cold. We ordered the Polska kielbasa sausage, the sausage we received was filled withe jalapenos making it inedible for the person who wanted it. I would have shared my 9 piece order of ribs but I only received 6 ribs. Ordered Texas toast on one order and cornbread on the other, got 2 dinner rolls instead. Ordered 2 Caesar salads and got 2 little salads with no dressing at all. Ordered 2 orders of pickles and sweet barbecue sauce with both orders and got neither. For the price I paid this was the biggest rip off ever. I tried to call them no answer. If I could give negative stars I would.

Dishonest and unethical management. I ordered online, paid online, and went to pickup my order. Turns out the electricity was out for that entire area in Lathrop and they never got my order. Employees were sitting in the dark (literally) and didn’t have the order (makes sense). I asked for a refund, they tried to call supervisor on cell phone who didn’t pick up. I contacted corporate via online form but no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card. Management said to credit card company that the order was directly handed to me and produced a receipt (surely never signed by me and printed at a later time when electricity was back). It’s not worth my time to continue to get a refund of my money. Will never order from them again.

Poor service. The owner manager whatever he is sits around in the back and never comes out to help no matter how busy it is. Always running out of things (mostly turkey), missing and/or forgetting things. Small portions for the prices > they sometimes weigh it and sometimes they don't. Never consistent. I rather spend my money on a burger. Employees have no kind of sympathy nor problem resolution skills whatsoever except to talk to the manager who never ever responds.

Honestly me and my family are fans of Dickeys, and since we don't have one in Fresno, when we get a chance to visit a dickeys, we stop for food. Service was horrible. There were 2 young ladies working, and it seemed they didn't want to work. No greeting of any kind, and when I placed my order, it was like I was bothering them. I ordered a turkey 2 plate and no turkey!! I got the chicken instead, and it was super dry and no flavor. My family didn't order anything. This experience was just sad

My first time coming to this place and when I opened my sandwiches like the pulled pork and brisket , the amount of meat were so little yet the store charged so much money for it. People , don't come to this place it's a ripped off..

Bbq is lacking every way. The cornbread was weirdly shaped like a flat dinner roll. Didn't even taste like cornbread. Tastes more like just bread but slightly sweet. Mash potatoes were warm and thick. Not quite right on flavor. Baked beans came in the smallest container possible. You're better off at KFC with the same size side order. Just better off going to a real bbq restaurant.

Worst service I have ever received. My husband did an online order for pick up . We went to go pick up and the manager said someone picked up our order through grub hub we never placed our order through grub hub . My husband asked for his money back when the manager said no . So we didn’t get our food nor our money the audacity that he didn’t keep it professionally and offer a solution . He instead said call dickeys why do we have to take the time out of our day to do all this when it was their mistake . Then gets mad at my husband for asking for his money .. we drove from Stockton to lathrop for this food and we ended up with no food nor our money 54 bucks gone . How do you confuse an order named Adrian with Benjamin it doesn’t even sound the same .. this location needs competent employees, ask for ID not just hand orders to people . In the time we took waiting 3 different customers came in with wrong orders how does this happen in less then 30 mins .we just want our money back,since we didn’t even get our food !!

Rudest manager. Spent 90 bucks and the girl was only filling the containers a little more than half way. I kindly asked her to fill them up and she did. He walked over and yelled at her telling her to not fill then up, and she told him we asked her to. He rolled his eyes. I can't imagine what he said to her after we left. What a joke! Dude for the price of this "just ok" food it should be filled up correctly. I will not be back.

Literally the WORST bbq I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’m from Chicago (the food capital of the USA lol) so maybe my standards are too high. I ordered chicken and my s/o ordered bbq and both platters were disgusting. BBQ sauce was weird, runny, and had an after taste out of this world. I didn’t even finish my food I let my dogs have it. Macaroni was disgusting and just as runny as the bbq sauce. If Texas BBQ tastes like this then I definitely don’t wanna visit!

I’m so disappointed in food but what was worse was calling and being treated poorly as if I do something wrong and no apology was even offered! Now I see why store has low stars 😔😏

We purchased family meal & as you can see not only was the brisket dry & at least day old it tasted like plastic!! I called after getting home & informed employee how meat was dry & taste like plastic he initially chuckled & then asked for our order & said the order would be reversed call back in 1 hour after calling back hour later he asked me to call manager following day & he would reverse order the following day the manager said he can’t do that he’s a high school kid & neither can I after arguing with manager he asked for card # said 1/2 the order would be reversed & here we are 2 weeks later & the order has not been reversed horrible food & customer service they don’t even deserve 1 star

So we were thankful for the few gift cards we recieved we got there gave our order and when I went up to pay he asked if I had another form of payment cause the gift card machine isnt working (the employee had the name Denver on his hat under the Big D in the hat. I said no it was all I have and that I have just enough in my bank to cover the little the gift card wouldn't cover. Well he decides to call the owner but kept getting the owner's kid and I guess its cause the owner didnt have his phone on him. So as our food is sitting there cold already due to the time that has passed the employee says well I'll just keep the gift card and I have to take cash for the rest my husband had to go dig for change in our car thankfully we had the rest in change but how embarrassing and then to be given our food cold and when I asked for a receipt he wouldn't give me one cause he said he had to keep it to fix the transaction. I was disgusted but sadly we were so hungry we ate it anyways. Oh if it helps we went January 4th 2020 after 7pm

Restaurant was hot & empty. Paid $48 dollars for 2 meals w/minimum 1/4 lb meat per order. I definitely want to support local businesses. But with these prices & being served inedible food is not right. So long Dickey's!!
