Love everything about this place. Only drawback is it’s the only Starbucks I know of that has mobile ordering disabled every single day. Edit: someone listened. I haven’t seen it turn off since posting this. All the stars.

They need more people work during peak busy times. 15 min is to long of a wait for a caramel macchiato. They need more staff so the employee are not stressed, overworked . That mood shows and carrots to the present customers

I came here with my dad today 12/30/25. The 3 girls that were working were the sweetest! We ordered, then sat down to eat. When I went back up one of the girls said "Hi Lillee! Back for more?" And she was the absolute sweetest person ever! It was so busy but they were doing a great job!

So I have left previous review which was stellar and with previous management. This time. I ordered coffee and about 8 different people got there orders before I even got my just black coffee. They are not organized nor do they have a great process.

Due to my traveling job I recently moved to this town about 3 months ago. I have had exceptional service up until yesterday 8/7. I have been ordering the same drink made the exact same way every single day. Most of the baristas know my order by heart. A barista by the name of Kylie however (not sure if that’s her real name, or a fake name was given) took it upon herself to catch an attitude with me when I told her my drink was made wrong. She rolled her eyes, and continued to be disrespectful to me after I tried to explain the way my drink is usually made. I didn’t trust her to make me another drink so I asked for a refund since the girl at the register said she wouldn’t be able to remake due to her working the window. That was the first day in a year that I wasn’t able to get the coffee I love. It was very upsetting.

I walked in, and the line was so long that I decided to use the ladies room 1st. It was so filthy and disgusting in there that I turned around and left the establishment itself. I don't know how fair it was to judge the whole store based on what I saw in the bathroom, since they were busy out front, but it was obvious that no one had been in there to service it in quite a while. There was no tp, and the room was filthy.

Sheer laziness in this place. 8:00 visit. 4 people behind the counter, 3 customers. 1. I went to the restroom and I am not sure when it was last cleaned. But not at closing last night or before opening. TP all over the floor. Hair in the sink. Does someone live here? 2. Ordered bacon and egg sandwich. 2 slices of bacon in there. Covering about a 1/4 of the sandwich. How hard is it to put bacon on? Manager should be ashamed.

I was there on Wednesday and the girl wit the brown pony tail in the drive thru windows was very disrespectful ..i placed an order in store by accident and went thru the drive thru and she was extremely mad about my mistake. I felt stupid, I was just trying to get coffee… I didn’t want to say anything but this happens all the time with the same girl.. Will not be coming back anymore unfortunately…

Ordered coffee and mango dragonfruit. She only rang in my coffee and I watched her stand around watching her co-workers works and just stand there. Then handed my coffee and I asked where was my mango dragonfruit she said I ordered it wrong so she had to correct me as if I am wrong. I was asking my wife at the time if she wanted it made with water or lemonade and that where the worker corrected me so she decided not to put in the order. Had to wait longer now. And watched her stand there and wait for it to be passed to her to me. Wow such a hard worker she is. I’ll go to dunkin next time. She wasting Starbucks money by standing around watching her co-workers work. Amazing.

I entered in the building, going to use their Restroom, I was told that they are closed , and I cannot use their bath room, despite their front door been open. I was very shocked, I’m an African American , and I felt that I was discriminated against .

I order the same thing they cannot do my order right every single time. After a total of 30 minutes they managed to complete one drink incorrectly, and we watched as he moved on to another ticket, ignoring the second drink. We left.
