Dunkin Donuts is always a great place to get a nice Comfort Inn cup of hot coffee or hot chocolate the prices are a little bit better than some of the other competitors on the market and the staff is usually really helpful.

Oh what can you say about Dunkin Donuts. If you're a donut lover like myself you have to love donuts and hate them at the same time. They taste so good and they are so bad for you. But since I was on vacation with my wife and step kids I told her I'm going to have coffee and donuts while you are driving upstate to Lake George. I normally Drive because that's my profession, but the cabin we were going to is in my wife's family and she knows the way better. She normally does not let me have them of course looking out for my health. But this time it was for me and the kids. I never did a drive-thru for donuts but it was pretty cool. The donuts were very fresh delicious sweet and everything that goes with a great with a cup of coffee. The people are very nice and politely with a thank you for coming to Dunkin Donuts. So this most likely will be a stop on the way up to Lake George on the next trip. Thank you Dunkin donuts for satisfying my craving.

Went in this morning to buy coffee and donuts for a camping trip and we met this lady debby. SHE WAS SO AMAZING oh my goodness I hope she gets a promotion. Food was fast and the service was great! Love the Dunkin in Valatie.

When I came in the drive thru was full and the inside was full as well,I was expecting that especially for a Saturday morning your workers were friendly and very fast I was very happy with their service.It just upsets me to see other customers get so upset they have to wait even tho the lines are long and everyone is doing there best.I just want to say thank you for fast and friendly service you are appreciated

I absolutely love this place. I go here almost every day. (I'll die without my cold brew, I swear) I usually order online and go through the drive thru. Its to the point where i drive up and they say " you can pull up, Alyssa" and we either make jokes or whatever usually about having all the donuts that day which i get for my kids. I have gotten to know the workers there who are always very friendly. I love the people there! Great personalities always helpful and just funny! If you guys see this, even though I say it every time. Thank you guys! You AlWAYS make my day! ❤

This place is always constantly busy! As busy as they are Katie always seems to have a smile on her face and always has great customer service! My coffee is always made the correct way and the food actually comes out cooked the way it should be! But beside that I believe she is the manager and I think she is doing a great job to keep this place in check and keeping customers satisfied!!

I interacted with a very beautiful young lady named Katie, Katie is a very sincere, information thriving so she can perform her duties as a serious professional who has the proper training to bring her absolute best to the business table. The servers are some of the best that work for this establishment and the coffee is never compromised, nor cold unless you desire iced coffee. Very limited selection. Ordered 3 different donuts and kept being told they didn't have them. Really no chocolate, plain, or Boston cream. Then they didn't have the flavored coffee either. Staff was rather rude too. UPDATED - 1/30/23. I have had several days when my order has been better than previously noted. It better during the during the week. Older, more polite and experienced staff, with experience in good customer service are working rather than the teens who are in school at that time. Thinking again, the weekend and summer may still have lacking service with teens working. Just a thought. Update 11/13/23.Very empty. More staff than patrons. Order is correct but not complicated. Went to the pick up window, no one in line there either. Tried to tell staff behind the window "Thank you". Which I usually do but the guy has ear buds in and couldn't hear me. He finally asked what was wrong and took an ear bud out. I said thank you. There is now a tip jar.

Good service. Same donuts and coffee as any other DunkinDonuts. Sometimes at night the exterior lights aren't on so it looks closed it's not. They are open til 10pm

Coffee is usually bitter tasting, not sure why. Food is alright, but donuts are a bit too fried tasting for my liking.

So slow and basically out of d9nuts with 20 people in line.

We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order. There wasn't anybody in front of ud either. By the time they took our order the line was out the door.

The staff here is very inattentive. They spend more time laughing and joking with other employees than paying attention to quality customer service. There is usually an extensive wait at the drive through, they frequently are out of the beverages I order and tend to get my order incorrect.

We ordered three sandwiches. The bagel sandwich was burnt so bad that I could chip it off with my finger nail and was unable to eat it. My wife's sandwich was made on stale bread so it was extremely hard to chew as well and ended up being a waste of money. . Our daughter's big and toasty was fine as well as the coffee and juice. We were very disappointed since we do stop in to other Dunkin quite often.

If you care about your child, don't let them work here. There was no two week training as promised, there was no schedule posted until the last minute, there was false accusations and name calling. There were no breaks allowed unless you are a smoker. Find a better

Walked in girl worker is standing at the counter drinking her drink, walks away as I walk up, walks to corner puts gloves on, then takes her phone out, texts with her gloves on, ( still no one has helped me, at least 7 employees behind the counter) , now manager walks up to “help me” I point it out to him; he seems unbothered. Since beginning work near this location, I have attempted to use the mobile walk-in ordering system four different times. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently substandard. Despite selecting 'walk-in' for convenience, my orders are never placed in the designated pickup area; instead, they are routinely held near the drive-thru window or in areas inaccessible to me. During each of my 4 visits, the lobby staff fails to acknowledge customers, not even just myself.. leaving the food preparation lead to manage a massive backlog of orders (often 15+) while simultaneously acting as the only point of contact for guest assistance. The lack of support for the kitchen staff and the disregard for mobile pickup protocols have made this location unreliable for commuters.

Consistently the slowest dunkin ever. You'll wait 25 minutes in this drive thru (literally).

Girl in drive through window, with neck tattoo of birds, has a terrible attitude. I questioned $13 and change for a coffee and bagel. She was wrong. I asked for a receipt and she said she was giving me one with attitude. Walked away from window and I had to knock on the window because my order was wrong. I mentioned she should always check the bill. She says she pays all her bills herself. My point was to check my bill for it being $13 plus for 2 items. Her attitude needs a check.

During our visit to this location on the way to Lake George for breakfast, we ordered 4 egg and cheese on croissants, 1 plain croissant with cream, and 5 coffees. Unfortunately, we did not receive a greeting at the door or a thank you. The employee, who was wearing a face mask, appeared disinterested. We requested to eat inside, but our orders were ready without our knowledge. We had to go back to the front to find out that our food was ready, but it was packaged for takeout. When we asked the girl which item was the plain croissant, she told us to search for it ourselves and suggested that we were impolite for asking.

I used to come here all the time but the workers just got lazier and lazier to where I rather drive to Hudson or loves to get a better service and quality in my food/drinks. My order everytime is a frozen mocha coffee WITH whip cream… doesn’t get whip cream and has to ask plus they are to lazy to bother adding mocha or even the mocha swirl that I’m given at any other dunkin. The only decent and good attitude worker is the older women i recognize from Walmart. Props to her for dealing with all the lazy 20 year olds in there.

worst dunkin I've been to yet. gave us cold snackin bacon saying that it's served room temperature even though every other dunkin heats it up whenever someone orders it, instead of leaving it out on the counter for god knows how long. gave us vanilla bean instead of French vanilla and told us the machine didn't have the option for French vanilla but "it still is French vanilla" I don't think the flavor changes if it's only vanilla bean on the paper very rude overall going to up the stars of the other ones I've reviewed because now I know what to compare them to

Would leave 0 stars if I could. My girlfriend and I just wanted to use the restroom after ordering in the drive thru. We hesitated when the woman (a worker) came out because we weren't sure which one of us was going to go first and since we didn't immediately grab the door, she said "Okay, just stand there" with a nasty attitude. I didn't catch her name but I was completely taken aback. I worked at Wendy's for 6 years and I never would have spoken to a someone like that at my place of work, let alone in general, just because they didn't grab a door right away. Then she walked behind the counter and suddenly all of her coworkers were staring at us. I find this completely inappropriate and I just couldn't imagine being that miserable that holding a door for two seconds caused that reaction, for two strangers who I do not know, who are actually very nice people.
