⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most wonderful family meal at Escape Restaurant in Horsforth! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome ,the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious ,beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and with plenty of choice for everyone in the family. The atmosphere was relaxed yet special, making it the perfect place to enjoy time together. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels both stylish and family-friendly, but Escape manages it perfectly. We’ll definitely be coming back again ,highly recommended!

Popped in after realising the tapas place we were going to was closed. Seated quickly, drinks and food came quickly and everything was delicious. Service was absolutely impeccable from all of the staff. Far too full for dessert so waitress offered to box it up for me to take. So pleased we found this hidden gem and will definately be returning.

We booked a table for a family lunch since there aren't many restaurants in the area that are open for the lunch time but the restaurant wasn't full when we arrived earlier than expected and we got the table straight away. We enjoyed our lunch with friendly, efficient service and good food. Would recommend and visit again when in Horsforth.

Lovely early arrival at 5 pm on a Friday lovely food and attentive staff. Only took pictures of our puddings, but the mains were superb. Told the staff to tell the Chef , it was awesome.

Fantastic evening meal 😘 including fresh oysters and scallops. So fresh and well presented. Very attentive staff. We chose an outdoor table as the restaurant was quiet noisy inside but to be expected during school holidays. We will definitely return in the near future. Thanks for such a lovely experience.

Went for dinner on a busy Friday night and it was hand down the best pasta I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely been returning and recommending to friends and family! Staff couldn’t have been more attentive and pleasant- overall wonderful meal thank you:)

I absolutely love this restaurant! It gets better and better! The food is unbelievable and very fairly priced. I had a fillet steak this evening and it was cooked to perfection and far better than some other restaurants that charge double the price. The service is perfect, the staff are friendly and attentive and the ambiance and terrace outside are lovely for any occasion. If you haven’t visited Escape yet then please do, you will not be disappointed!

Surprisingly good food. Pizzas were excellent and my Italian mother loved the lasagna. The staff were friendly with just the right level of attention. Good parking at the back. Good veggie options. Will definitely be going there again

We have just been for a birthday dinner here and it was beautiful. The food came out quickly and tasted divine, the decor and restaurant atmosphere was uplifting and unique, and the customer service was impeccable! What a friendly manager, would most definatley dine here again, so sad I haven't been here sooner!

Great restaurant! Food is top notch. Our last visit it was busy on a sunny Thursday but the staff were very attentive as always. Nicely positioned covered outdoor seating, also very well presented inside. Has become a regular for our family, the kids love it.

AMAZING!! We had my daughter christening here and hired out the room upstairs! The owner and staff were brilliant and I couldn’t have asked for a better day! They allowed me to go the night before to set up, we’re so accommodating with food and drinks ordering for 35 people and we’re so helpful I will be recommending to everyone I can to have food, drinks or even a party here! I’ve visited a few times for food alone and never have a bad word to say about this place. Thank you so much for all your help it was very much appreciated and we had a fantastic day

A really nice place for a lunch en route to a funeral. Friendly welcome, good choice of food from both lunchtime, specials and standard menues. We both chose chicken and pancetta salad which was tasty, succulent and plenty of it. Staff were curteous and friendly and although inly a few tables filled, it had only just opened. Decor is lovely and toilets are clean. Would definitely call in again if over this way.

We all shared a Caesar salad, pizza, mushroom ravioli, mushroom risotto and the arancini balls - all absolutely amazing!! It was a busy Friday night but Drew was so friendly and attentive, couldn’t fault her service!!

Came to Escape Restaurant & Bar last night to celebrate mums birthday, she had such a great time, we all did. Great food, excellent service, warm, wellcoming staff, great atmosphere. Cannot believe we haven't eaten here before.

Food was really tasty. I had the lamb chops, and they were cooked perfectly. This place has outdoor seating, as well as indoor, so during the summer it sets a really nice atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Will go again.

Absolutely stunning food. Popped in for lunch on the off chance. First time having a meal here. Had prawns in white wine sauce to start then scallop and pea risotto. Homemade tiramasu was stunning. Beautifully cooked and quality ingress. Highly recommended.

Not one to ever write reviews but this place deserves one. Come here most weeks with family or friends and can honestly say it is the best Italian I have been to in the UK. Special shout outs to the salmon pasta and four cheese pizza. Service always goes the extra mile and my niece and nephew love it. 10/10 would recommend highly.

We enjoyed a family get together as a party of 13. We all chose different dishes, including 2 off the gluten free menu , and nobody was disappointed. Service and food excellent

I booked a table for my son’s 18th birthday and I must say we had a great night. The food was excellent, my steak was cooked to perfection. The staff were all friendly and very professional. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant has nice modern decor. The night was topped off when the owner appeared unprompted with a desert for my son with candles and sang happy birthday, a lovely touch. We will certainly be returning and I highly recommend this restaurant.

3 mains (2 specials and a pasta dish), bottle of white and a Diet Coke = £105 including service charge. Busy Friday night so made a reservation. Lively, pleasant atmosphere and good service. Pasta dish was excellent and good value for money. Both specials were good and tasty but given the small portions, didn’t satisfy and were not worth the money.

We had a nice evening here. The food was lovely. They added a service charge, which I wasn't really happy with. It was around 10% . It is optional as far as I know, but I think people could be a little bit embarrassed to say no. The service was good, so we would have probably paid more anyway . I will definitely visit again x

We managed to get a last minute table for 2 on a Friday and we thought it might not be too busy but it was in fact fully packed, which gave it a nice atmosphere. In general the service was very good, we didn't have to wait long to be served, our glasses were always topped up and the food was served quickly. We ordered aranicini and calamari for starters which were amazing; the arancini tasted of pure mushrooms and the calamari was not stringy or chewy whatsoever, the batter was delicious and the tartare sauce was lovely. For mains we had a pizza and salmon tagliatelle. The pizza had a good amount of toppings and good ratio of crust to toppings with fresh ingredients and soft dough. The tagliatelle had a delicious sauce and the salmon was beautifully cooked. The house wine wasn't too nice, so wouldn't get that again. Overall, definitely would go again.

First time visiting and will definitely go back. We were a table of 5 celebrating my husband's birthday. Food was lovely, served quickly and hot. Staff all very attentative and there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant

Meatballs are a little over spiced, the lamb was absolutely lovely but the saute potatos was shocking, average rating service wasn't the best always an empty plate/glass left on my table

First time here,won't rush back. Food was fine but let down by service. Never been in such a noisy restaurant,my advice,take ear plugs!

A mix bag, pasta dishes very yummy, main meat dishes over priced e.g. chicken (a little dry) with a source (very thin) £20, veg are extra! (Very old school) Some tweaks needed... a rather nice tiramisu though, worth a visit for that alone.

The food was ok but the restaurant was really noisy. As there were only two waitresses taking orders, they were very under staffed (ask for better working conditions ladies) and it took a really long time for the bill to arrive.

Sadly very quiet (2 tables) on Saturday lunch so no atmosphere but not a problem as with friends. However my chicken burger was served raw inside and food in general was only average.

Family get together over the weekend, food cold, wrong orders, uncooked pizza, slow service. Apparently it was down to them being too busy, very disappointed.
