Have started going there more since I can order through the app and do curbside. I have always disliked trying to place drive thru orders, plus the line is usually ridiculous so the app is very helpful plus I get free stuff or discounts for using it.
Place definitely improved employees are kind and not hostile and are willing to help now never messed up a order, the food still taste like prison food and makes me sick but that’s just fast food lol I’m happy with the improvement
There was a large line for the drive-thru, so I went inside. The order kiosk was easy to use and allowed me to quickly personalize my order. Despite the drive-thru line, I still got my order quickly, and it was correct. I really appreciate that.

Went thru drive thru asked for a quarter pounder w cheese add extra pickle and a small fry. I had to wait about 5 minute but it was cooked fresh. Fries were hot. Q
Love the senior coffee they have for $0.50 here at my local Mc Donald's. Service is good most of the time unless you go really late at night it seems like people like to hang out at the drive-in and flirt with the employees. It was 3:00 in the morning and I went there for a senior cup of coffee I must have sat in the drive through driveway for at least 20 minutes and nobody was serving any food or anything they just kept on flirting with the boys that were in the car so I left.
When Taco Bell and Wendy's both closed early shut the door on US 30 minutes before they close McDonald's came through in a clutch good job McDonald's maybe that's why you have more stores than Taco Bell and Wendy's. And was timely got my order out quick food was as McDonald's always is.
Good but notice these employees have to many customers so if your order is wrong just let them know they will fix it be kind.
Food was as expected. However, fries were cold. Service was not friendly. The girl that took up my money did not even say hello. Customer service is not top-notch at McDonald’s.
Well food is always hot and fresh and usually pretty fast ..i give 4 stars because I actually got my food free ..after being asked to pull aside I waited for about 15-20 min .. do ally went in and asked about food.. there was apparently something going on with some ppl who had been there or something and was a lot of miscommunication going on ..so I was well compensated.. the manager gave me my $ back and gave me fresh hot food .
Great place to eat, has an indoor playground for the little ones to play before or after they eat. The only thing I have a problem with is, every time we go i get my daughter a happy meal and she loves the apple slices and they're ALMOST ALWAYS out of them!
eh, it's McDonald's 🤷♂️ it's ok if you need a small snack from the cheaper menu, but it isn't anything substantial. personally, i miss the days of getting a full meal for less than $6, but a big mac meal is closer to $9-12 now, and frankly id rather go somewhere else for that price
I finally got everything correct and fresh on my order!! It only took 2 years! And i finally got the cheese on the burger not outside the burger stuck to lid of box 😃
Well I see a lot of people go there but good is okay but also makes u fat but the service is good and love that I see most people go there and I been there so much but if I go there make sure u have everything that u ordered or else they will get your order wrong but still have good food.
It took me over 10 minutes for the person taking my order to get it right. I wondered if the speaker equipment was not working properly, but realized it was just the person taking my order.
The staff (not all) are loud and inconsiderate. They young lady taking my order because of staff being loud. The person on my side of the counter was visiting with a worker and wow!! I finally just raised my voice so my order could be heard. It never fails that a staff member is being loud about another worker or something. Ugh
Every thing depends on who's working and how packed they are. Sometimes everything is great, usually during calmer service times & on certain days. Also they can be a complete mess, with impolite staff. It seems they put the worst people at the worst time. They have only a couple of really nice workers that try their best.
Decent place, altho the wait for my food in the drive thru was longer than expected for a Wednesday night at 9:30p......the coffee was luke warm, and only one of my sandwiches was correct, the other wasn't even what I ordered
Slower then most mcdonalds ive been to. They took my order twice and really seemed confused. It was late and they might have been short handed or someone quit. Ill try again and see because the food was pretty good. :)
3 times they forgot something on my order, the first 2 times it was the bacon on my burgers, the 3rd time it was the fries that was part of my meal.
I ordered two small coffees through the drive through. They told me to wait until they made a fresh pot. I waited over 20 minutes and had to go inside to get my coffee.
Some visits are great but recently I keep getting over/undercharged and not getting the right food which is disappointing I know not to expect much from McDonald's but ouch never again.
This particular spot has a continuous history of failing to follow special requests during food making and delivery. I odder the same thing each visit here and the order is easy to get right. No onion, extra pickles. Now the company practice is extra means double the current specified item(s) upto 2 extra. So my sandwich comes with 3 normally, I should get 5-6 based on the procedures in place. I stead this time I received the meal with 1 pickle, no sauces, no cheese (dsspite being a Double Quater w cheese), and extra onions. My grill slip was accurate so I departed as working. By the time I got to eat the burger I was 40 miles away. Most other spots in our cities here complete the requests as made, without error.
95% of the time you will be asked to pull up and wait if you're in the drive through... apparently this location copies Dairy Queen and cooks your food after it's been ordered...and some how your fries will still be cold.

The food has been correctly made each time, but the Ordertakers have shown to be consistently rude and short with us. Crystal and aa blond woman were polite about the lack of sausage burritos. (sat 4:00 am Sept 1st)
Been here in Levelland working for 3 days now. I've gone to this store 3 times because I'm working nights next door for the week. The customer service here is at a negative level of it were possible to rate this with a negative number I would! They don't and won't put ketchup or napkins in your bag and when you ask for either the employee gets huffy and down right rude! Not once, not twice, but ALL 3 times this happened! Therefore I will NOT return!! If unprofessional, rude, and pushy is the criteria for getting a job here then they are doing a bang up job finding people that fit that description! Boo!👎
Ordered 10pc tenders n 2 spicy McChickens n asked for order 2 be made fresh. We waited for about 15 min n all was well until I bit into my 1st sandwich n it wasn't fresh. But I was hungry. So I ate it. The 2nd one and tenders we fresh though. But I don't understand why they didn't just make that 1 McChicken fresh.
They don't exactly hit the mark when they say "fast food" it's not fast nor food, this place takes forever if you're dining in and is only fresh 2/5 of the time. The employees are decent people, not exactly apologetic but they remade my food I would only recommend for those who are willing to wait 30 minutes(I counted) for a Big Mac and fries.
I come to this establishment every so often, and usually it is clean and good service. This time, on the other hand, the service was poor, the drink fountain area was pitifully dirty, and employees cooking in the kitchen area were just staring while I was ordering. The food was also burnt. Normally, like I stated earlier, everything is good. Not this time. Please improve on these areas.
Ordered 2 Apple pies then got to drive through and said out offered 🍪 blueberry or refund. We said refund and the told us to drive up and wait. Mom was thirsty so we went home.
Some orders can have a long wait time. Morning shift is excellent and on point most of the time. Evening shift is terrible, often times neglecting customers walking in.
If a good McDonald’s is like finding a dollar then this McDonald’s is like a bird pooping on your face and you choking on it. 10 minutes of waiting just to get cold frys and burned cold nuggets. Worst ever. Oh and rude won’t even say thank you come back they just throw your “food” at you and shut the window.
The best place in town to play drive through roulette! Place your order, and guess what you'll actually get in the bag! I only come here when Im feeling lucky!
Very average service and poor food if and when they even have it. Highly unsatisfied customer. However, the graveyard shift crew is very pleasant, but seem sadly over worked. Seems to have poor upper management.
They can never get your food right they're always trying to rush you out of the restaurant even through the whenever they do make your food rightfor example you can order two number two and three large fries and you'll get three large fries and one number two personal opinion the location in brownfield is much better
Play area is not clean. The area where everyone sits smell bad, they even let bigger kid's play in the play ground. Kids eat food while inside the play Area . The food needs to emprove. Management néeds to improve, McDonald's is not very well managed. Employees need more training also. An you will wait a while for your food.
They don't know the difference between coke and Dr.pepper. there needs to be a third drive through window where you can return everything that's wrong. This is the worst place to eat in town.
Kinda slow, they dont even fill up their frys or make orders right. Not to mention all of the hair cooked into my burger🤮 , I think employees need to take their food handlers class again.
One of the fry cook or servers would not stop talking to me about stuff i don't want to talk about. He would just bug and bug me anytime i go to McDonald's. It is very frustrating i did not go to McDonald's to talk to you, i came to McDonald's for the mediocre food. Also the Disney channel will not work in the kids play area, and the fox news does not have closed captions so i can't read whats going on.
10:30 pm. Ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets, Bacon McGriddle. Sausage buiscut. Was asked to pull forward. @11:10 we received our order and got it home. McGriddle contained a strip of uncooked bacon. Usually consists of Bacon, egg, and cheese but no cheese or egg. The sausage buiscuit had no cheese or egg as it usually should. If they were out it was never mentiond.Due to the long wait the nuggets were cold and rock hard. Receipt showed a Sausage biscuit w/ substitute with bacon????? How is that a bacon Mc Griddle. When you walk in to the front counter you are over whelmed with foul mouthed loud chatter. Management being the one with the flow of foul Language being spewed. How is this manager/assistant manager still employed speaking to employees with that kind of language? Upper management needs to make some changes.
so it was 12 somthing at night and I was feeling hungery and what's the only place open in lvlland ... well we order and get our food and everything Is good ... and I order burgers but I always like to put sauce on it and my frend forgot to ask so I like I'll just go in side so I walk inside and am greeted by some lady wearing a headset in a purple shirt but I'd hardly call it greeting she rudely said "what r u doing ur not soppose to be in here" and in shock i reply "what??" only to get the same rude tone "that doors locked what r u in here" ... to my reply " it was unlocked" and for some reason she acted like I had a key to the store "well its soppose to be locked idk how u got in here..." pausing but this time she came off as even more rude "what do u want" ... me pausing for a sec for the simple fact I'm a waiter and that's not how u treat a customer with a tone like that ... and ontop of that she acted like it was my fault the door was unlocked... look I dont mind when yall mess up food cus it happens often sad to say I'm use to that but the disrespect I had got is ridiculous... I am going to say this now I'm 16 and this lady was in her 30 mabye 40s I hope u do not treat ur children or even ur grandchildren the way u did me
The girl at the drive up window (second window) at pick up station was super RUDE. She was goofing off with the high school kids in front of my vehicle and her attitude changed drastically when I received my food. Zero manners and eye rolling with closing the window before I could ask for condiments. I will NEVER go to this location during high school lunch hour. Tried calling numerous times to speak with management and no answer.
They forgot my one of my sandwiches for the umpteenth time and their phone is off the hook. I literally always have an issue with my order every single time.
Me and my husband went there a couple of times. One time there was a hair in a chicken nuggets. I have went in the morning and they were rude and the manager that is there in morning time she looks and sounds like a guy. We will never go to the one in Levelland again. People don't waste your money going there.
This McDonald’s is trash. The employees are trash. Girl with glasses at drive through window handed us our bag of food in a rude manner then slammed the window, didn’t even give us time to ask for condiments. Not only that I ordered 2 regular McDoubles and I find burnt bacon on one of them. I also ordered a Powerade and the cup had brown soda on the sides of it as well as the Powerade being darker than usual. She mixed brown soda with my Powerade. Burn this place down because their is no saving it
Horrible experience here. The lady at the drive thru was very rude! First she gets our order wrong(and gets mad for it), then I ask for ketchup and she shuts the window in my face so I have to honk to get her attention and she yells at me "oh my God what do you want?" Really? At least she served as a lesson to my kids on why having manners and being educated is important.
I wouldn’t suggest eating at this McDonald’s unless you like your order wrong. I went to the drive threw and asked for no onions on the the mc doubles and worst I asked for only ketchup, cheese, and pickles only on the hot and spicy mc chicken. When I got home witch is 25 miles away and was handing everything out there was Mayo on the spicy mc chicken and my son is lactose intolerant. If it was just a once in a while thing I could understand and wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but we have issues with our orders almost every time we go.
Very very very slow service. Got in the drive through the first time to order and pay for my food. Then was told to drive around because they "just put my patties down". So second time in the drive through was even longer to wait because I had to get behind new people that just pulled in. So annoying! Not how "drive through works"!!
The food is so so! The customer service in drive is -10 ! They don't care at all about the customer. Then when you talk to the manager , the manager on duty on the night shift doesn't care either especially not about your order being totally wrong. They need NEW MANAGEMENT!!! and new employees!
I never eat here unless I don’t wanna travel into the city to eat at a McDonald’s but at this point I’m just gonna give up all together of eating here and save my money for other McDonald’s in the city. Why you would have a promotion on your menu just to have a McDonald’s worker argue with you that you can’t have the offer. Unless you have a coupon code is beyond me then don’t promote it on your store drive-thru menu because people will want the offer just to be denied it by some manager with an attitude that’s hiding in the store taking orders and not standing at one of the windows is a pretty shady business tactic not to mention very bad customer courtesy. If you’re gonna be at a business where you’re just giving attitude because you hate your job doesn’t mean I should suffer for it.
Not bad at all only had 3 of my last 4 orders wrong. But nonetheless it could have been worse . I could have gotten a big nappy hair in my double cheese burger! 👌👌
My order was given to another customer. So the Supervisor came out to tell me that. So the Supervisor told me that they were redoing my Order again. I was pretty much Upset that I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order.
This location is horrible. At night they have to tell you what you can order because they dont make what you want. They never have sweet tea and you can't understand anything the drive thru people are trying to say. I would love to see this place out of business and replaced by a higher-quality drive-in franchise.

Don’t normally come to Levelland very often, but when i do mcdonalds is horrible about putting lids on drinks correctly & never send me napkins for when the drink spills everywhere in my car. Also they are messy. The drinks have sticky coke all over & it never fails. But the people seem nice. Thats a plus
Went there and ordered two meals, paid for two meals, got a receipt saying this then had to argue with them because they said we didn't order fries. Even though the receipt said we did. I'm done with McDonald's in levelland. They're rude, almost never get orders correct, and we watched three other people have to go inside to get their stuff corrected after going through the drive thru.
Has to be one of the worst McDonald's ever. Wait time with just two cars in front is like 40mins food is hardly ever fresh and customer service is so poor you can't even rate it. Everytime I order get to the window to get my food they make me drive around and wait in this long line then my food is cold and nasty. Need to work on all of the skills. A 60 year old worker with black hair yelled at my little 7 year old sister for not wearing shoes and told her too get out, she also stares at other people’s feet and the service there is absolutely horrible— my sister cries every time we even go near the McDonald’s cause they made her feel uncomfortable and so upset for what the older woman said too this 7 year old, no worker should ever yell at anyone especially kids. The food is horrible and the workers are even worse, please don’t go here there literally so disrespectful and disgusting too people especially kids and have made many people I know uncomfortable. They need new workers who don’t yell at people and kick them out for not wearing shoes.
Ppl were rude and unhelpful. Places and online order. When we got there they informed me that they could not make my order bc it was after 3 am. Told me I had to order something else. And I did. Tried to charge me for the order I was told they could not make. Forgot a fry. Spent at least 25-30 min in the drive thru at 3 am with no other cars in line. Fries were soggy and almost cold.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Put in mobile order, waited 21 minutes for order. Watched people who made in store orders get food ahead of us, who ordered after us because we went in 10 minutes after we said "I'm here" via the app. Then the manager made a "Karen" joke after my wife told her our son is autistic and gets anxiety, that we've been waiting 20 minutes, and needed to drive home which is 40 minutes away. She laughed at us. Will NEVER EVER go to this place again! Especially when they DISCRIMINATE against autistic children and mock the parents! They seemed unorganized and frazzled. Do NOT ever go here!
If I could I would give zero stars. My family and I decided that we would stop in and grab a guick bite. So of course we ordered our food went and sat down they brought out our food well let's just say we couldn't eat in peace cause all of the employees was yelling and screaming it was so unprofessional like for a business so let's just say I don't think we will be going back. You know when you go to a restaurant you like to go and be able to eat and enjoy yourself with family but you can't even enjoy a conversation between each other all you can focus on is all of the yelling going on. Very, very disappointing

Ordered a burger with pickles and extra onions and got nothing on it instead. I don't get to eat out often so it's pretty disappointing. Staff needs to pay more attention to these orders
Rude Rude Rude Rude. Went through the drive through for breakfast before leaving on vacation and the blonde lady at the window was extremely rude. Hateful and no manners. Not to mention they had no orange juice. How do you serve breakfast but have no orange juice??? Terrible place and terrible customer service.
This McDonald's is a joke. Their so called manager Melisa in the morning shift has a horrible attitude. Her face looks like she was smelling her own cr4p the whole time. She must hate her lame job.. I almost never go to a McDonald's because their food is absolutely disgusting.. and when I go, I see this ugly old manager showing everyone how much she hates her job.. like I'm never coming back.. all so I don't see that manager's face.. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait over 10 minutes before I could order. When I asked them for a courtesy drink they said "sorry if we can't cook we can't cook..." I was like " I just want a drink for waiting" they kept asking anthyany else sir" when repeatedly asked for my courtesy drink they kept asking me to leave or they'd call the police on me...
Levelland mcdonalds sucks. I had a very rude employee..she made me move out of the way so next ppl could order as I was waiting on my cups they never gave me.i told her yea I'll move but I'm waiting on my cup.she gave me a dirty look.acted the same way when i asked for BBQ sauce. Said i had to pay for it.i said I did yall never put them in the happy meals for my kids.she was still rude.its funny cause she has no babysitter an her kid is always up there .that for one is unprofessional. Beware of a Hispanic girl with died blonde highlights.she hates her job and life i guess and it will reflect back on you.her kids always playing in the trash in the play area.she was very rude after I spent 35 bucks lol I hope Bill and Jane see this and fire that rude person
If there was a half star I'd check it. Super Rude at night. Always asking everyone to drive around. Ridiculous wait time and then the order is wrong. Not sure who hired the evening staff but this is the last time we eat here after 10pm. I'd rather drive to Lubbock than be yelled at to circle this building again.
This place gets worse everytime I go back. They assemble things without care. The mcflurries are never fully blended and missing ingredients. This time my cheeseburger looks like it was thrown together with a potato gun. Don't bother talking to management, because they won't do anything about it. This is why I will post pics of my food here everytime they mess it up.
I don't know what is going on with the Levelland Texas McDonald's ZIP code 79336, but it is unbelievable. I placed an order through the app a couple of nights ago. I get there and I have to wait in the whole line even though my orders ready. Then I wound up sitting behind two cars for over 30 minutes. I get to the window she goes off says she's getting my order comes back 10 minutes later with my food and everything is cold the french fries were stale. The very next day only because I had to, I ordered food for my grandson's lunch and they were completely out of meat products. How does that even happen? If you look at your Google reviews you will see that I'm not the only one. Then I tried to just leave this review directly to corporate instead of blasting them on Google, and you have to jump through hoops and then it just goes away!

Brenda is the rudest manager I have dealt with in a long time. I didn't get one of the large fries I ordered through the drive-thru and I always throw my receipt in the trash when I leave the window usually the order is good but this time I was missing just a large fry. So I went inside to get one (I didn't mind paying for it again due to I no longer had the receipt) but before I could get any of that out she started in with anything for free food and added in we don't give out free food here. When I said I didn't mind paying for it again she said well you have to because we don't give food for free. The way she was talking and her attitude was way uncalled for. Someone like her should never be in any kind of management at all ..
The attitude from the manager was not needed, and forgetting an item again is getting old.
I order on the app and it let me place the order but when I got there they said they were only serving drinks, if they aren’t able to fill food orders then the app needs to be turned off.
The worst!! Order was placed online thru my app! The drive thru intercom was not working, well one of them, so we were never helped! We drive up regardless, tell the first window our code for our order. Then we drive to the 2nd window and we were handed the wrong order. Needless to say our order wasn't ready so we were asked to drive up to the front of the restaurant. One of the workers came out and yet again, WRONG ORDER!! Surprisingly, I didn't get mad, just annoyed!! So I decided I would walk-in and get my order myself. While waiting, one of the managers decided it was cool to just loudly blast her personal drama to another co-worker! So professional right? Finally my order was pieces together from other orders that were waiting!! Furthermore, I still had to ask for a cup for my drink! Just absolute chaos!!
Bad service I went into McDonald’s drive through to buy 3 meals for me and my friends and I asked the lady named Karen to put it in 3 separate bags and she put all the food in one bag and put 3 small bags in the bag it’s messed up that they dont do nice gestures for us customers when we asked like come on I worked for McDonald’s before they shouldn’t be that lazy to put food in separate bags

Ordered 4 hot chocolates and was told to move forward after waiting 5 minutes for the simple drinks 3 meals where made before mine and the manager gave me a refund in cash not my credit card i paid with and threw the change at me, that is very low standards for a manager when the hot chocolates would have been way faster to make than argue with a customer in front of customers
Everytime we order McDonald’s and I mean absolutely EVERY SINGLE TIME, the order is ALWAYS missing something!! We can never ever have the correct order! How hard is it to read the receipt/order correctly and place ALL the items in the bag?!?! It’s not rocket science, read the order, place the right items in the bag and double check it!!! Well was told machine cleaning is always done on monday then told again by same manager that machine is down for cleaning but it aint even monday just seems like they dont want to make them past 9pm and fries were old as hell and cold so dont go to this placs unless you want shitty service
Where to begin.... seems to get worse and worse. The Manager tried to blame a new employee for missing items from drive thru order tonight. This was from a drive order earlier in the day. I told her not very professional to pimut blame on new employee. That this is more a managerial shift lead concern for not doing ykur job properly in training your employees effecently. 1) The Strawberry Shake tasted more like a Smoothie then Milkshake 2) we purchased 6 Mcspicy Chicken sandwich, Received 3 and the where regular mcchicken sandwiches 3) 4 orders of fries were very old, cold and overcooked and lastly the quarterpound was in-edible as it was swimming in like 2 tablespoons of salt taste too it.
***ATTENTION*** Place to get WORST MEAL & SERVICE at 3a.m. is Mc'Donalds in levelland, tx. Get cold 🍟 fries & bacon qrt.pounder 🍔w/🧀 cheese, with no bottom bun. What? Eat it with the bottom of the box 🎁? 😂 LoL!! No thanks. Would you complain? I went back to get my order right, got a rude attitude for complaining about my order. 🗣️ Bucky tooth p*** called da laws on me, but p***didn't tell"m da she was talking & making fun of me to another worker, cause I got pulled over by da cops. So what? Worker shouldn't be gossiping or making fun of customers on da parking lot, especially when you can hear 🗣️ them. I got embarrassed 😳, hurt😭 & disrespected. STOP ur rude attitude & get da ORDER$ RIGHT!!
HORRIBLE customer service I wouldn’t dine in at all or even try to interact with anyone that works there. The food is decent for a what it is and okay for the pricing but sometimes things are forgotten or done incorrectly.
I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes the line was so long. Once we get to the drive thru to order we are there for another 10 minutes and the other side of the drive thru has taken 3 orders and we are still waiting. I say hello, employee says hold on then we wait again while the next drive thru is taking orders mind you there is a long line behind us. Finally i say hello again and they are rude and ask what we want and we say 2 grinch meals then they say we are out. Funny thing my friend goes to McDonalds at 8pm and gets a grinch meal. Sad thing is there are always so rude and still have business because this is a small town and we do not have many options on fast food and that is the only way they stay in business
Some lady was mopping the store today my wife and kid sat down close to were she was moping and was giving crazy looks. Then she was talking Spanish quietly to another co worker walking by about people walking around were she was cleaning. Little did she know I may be white but I am Cuban from Miami and heard every word. It took everything in me not to cuss her out but I am better than that. Don’t assume people don’t understand Spanish because of there skin color. I will never eat inside again
If im going to be charged for things then I damn well expect to get them. Its never just once or twice. Its 24/7 each and every freaking order that yall think its cute to screw your customers. And im sick and freaking tired of it. Add all those times up then it becomes alot more freaking money. .40 for tomatoes and this is what I get 😒, one tine quarter sized slice of tomato. Same for lettuce and I get 10 little shredded. Its pathetic.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I ordered a bacon biscuit and specifically paid for extra bacon because I expect to receive what I paid for. Not only was my biscuit completely cold, but it only had about four small slices of bacon on it — which definitely did not look like “extra” to me. When you’re charging customers more for add-ons, you should actually put the correct amount on the sandwich. It’s frustrating to spend your money and not receive what you ordered. On top of that, the food being cold just makes it worse. A bacon biscuit should be hot and fresh, especially during breakfast hours. The customer service also made the experience more disappointing. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, the managers and GM came off as rude and dismissive when the issue was brought up. There was no real effort to fix the situation or make it right. Customers deserve hot food, accurate orders, and respectful service — especially when they’re paying extra. I simply want what I paid for. Very frustrating experience, and I hope this location improves both their food quality and customer service.

Service in Levelland Tx is getting worse every time we go! I got the wrong order a few weeks ago and today we waited for curbside pickup watching everyone around us get their food before us even though we were there before them. My husband got down to see what was going on and they would not give him our order unless he went through the drive thru. We waited another 15 minutes in drive thru only to be given half our order so we had to wait longer! We waited a total of 40 minutes. I left shaking from anger because not once do they apologize. I get that they are young but please do better! McDonald’s is not cheap!
