Rude cashier. I'm ordering on behalf of someone and I didn't know if they wanted extra cheese. She says with an attitude "a bacon cheeseburger comes with cheese" 😡 hope I don't get another order from here now 🥱

Waited along time to try this place. Walking in, we were the only guests. By the time we left there were maybe three other guests. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger bowl (no bun) and the service was fast. The burger itself has a very distinct taste, like no other burger. It was pretty delish. The location was clean and the music playing was all great music. Overall, this place loses a star due to unnecessary high prices.

Good Workers With Great Attitude And Clean Environment. Every worker was doing there job and this is the first restaurant so far I've been to here in Lubbock that has a great worker relationship. Great job. Keep up stock on straws, lids, etc. Other than that GREAT JOB And Keep It Up!

Always a good juicy burger with your choice of toppings - grillled onion, mushroom, cheese, lettuce, pickles, jalapeno, A-1 steak sauce, mustard, mayo, ketchup, etc. The fries are served in a paper bag - the regular size is enough for 2 people, the large is HUGE - perfectly seasoned. Kitchen is open concept so you can see what is the food prep/cooking. Service is quick and friendly. Best part they are not over priced "designer" burgers!! They do have a hot dog and grilled cheese, but I havent tried those yet... ** NOTE OF WARNING** Peanut alergy alert! They have open boxes of peanuts that you can serve yourself from.

While I appreciate that everything is done fresh. Everytime I pick up an online order, order is never ready on time. I have to wait an excess of 15 minutes. What is the point of an online order system if the wait time is the same as ordering in person?

Went there after a long day of work and wanted treat myself. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Hotdog with just the basics, a Little Fry and a strawberry shake. Well they completely forgot about my shake and it was so thick I almost sucked the life from myself..My hotdog was burnt and didn't come with cheese. They tried to fix it well you can check the photo. For my first experience with Five Guys I definitely wouldn't recommend or come back.

Soooo over priced and nowhere close to being worth the money. We ordered 2 burgers 1 fry & 2 drinks - over $36. Wasn’t even very good. Wife couldn’t finish hers. We won’t go back. I have had much better burgers for a cheaper price. I can’t believe 5 guys has many customers. Staff wants a tip but doesn’t even bring food to your table. Definitely not worth the money!

In my short time in Lubbock so far, I have heard positive feedback from locals about Five Guys restaurant. I visited this restaurant September 25th, 2025, with a experience I was disappointed in. Starting with the good, this restaurant keeps a clean facility. No bad smells. No trash where it shouldn't be. I appreciate a clean place like anyone else. As far as good experience, that pretty much wraps it up. Without being specific, what made this visit not appreciated was how errors were handled. There was an error that occurred on the ticket, which was taken care of by the lack of an ingredient they ran out of for the night. This caused me to have an incorrect meal without trying to fix it, because the ticket contaiend an error. My meal should not suffer because of a mistake I did not make. What should have happened was 1. Bare minimum, let me know about my meal not a different person. 2. Try and at least offer an alternative item, to me not a different person. The main complaint is, please try to resolve the issue with the correct customer. Be the first to offer a solution. Never just assume the problem is fixed. If you're the staff reading this, thinking I'm an entitled person that doesn't know what they're talking about, I used to work in this industry and never dealt with errors this way. All in all, this was my experience. Again, not trying to be specific and be rude.

If you are door dash or other delivery service note that this place does not get your order ready until you arrive nd you will wait between 10-20 mins. They are not kind or helpful

Ordered a hot dog without a bun. Added mushrooms and bell pepper. Got two tiny slivers of bell pepper, and a small amount of mushrooms. Hot dog tastes like it’s different than it used to be. So maybe just ask for extra. Good luck.
