In-N-Out Burger is a place I go to for a special treat. Everything made there is fresh, no heat lamps, no microwaves, etc. They serve a consistently high quality meal. The menu is small, burgers, fries, fountain drinks and milk shakes. The burgers are available with fresh dough buns, baked daily, freshly fried hamburger patties, fresh cheese, onions (fried or fresh) if desired, and fresh lettuce and tomato. There is another option available called "animal style", and I suggest you try it to better understand it. The fries are cut and cooked as they are being ordered which is about as fresh as it gets! The milk shakes are made after being ordered from fresh ice cream. Again, fresh and simple is the best. I personally enjoy a specific drink I make there quite often. I place fresh cut lemon pieces in the bottom of my cup followed by ice. Then, I add fresh pink lemonade along with fresh iced tea. It is very refreshing, not too sweet and not to bitter, but just right. The quality of the food and service is equal to the cleanliness of each of the restaurants I have visited. In my opinion this is the best place for a burger and fries hands down! 🍔🍟🥤

Fresh says it all. Burgers anyway you want them. Fries cut and cooked when you order them. Shakes are so good. The employees are quick, kind and extremely efficient. I love that I can watch my food being made while driving thru.

This location has been one of my favorite locations. Always friendly staff, rarely any mix ups on the orders and with the quarantine/social distancing, they have been on top of organizing the space they have available to make sure things go through without issues or crazy lines where people cut in front. Fantastic service, fantastic leadership. Highly recommend if you want in-n-out.

Good as always. Whatever 99 percent of Mcdonalds restaurants do to achieve blanket conformity of excellence In-N-Out Burger does as well. I have never been to a bad INOB. This location being no different. Always greeted with a smile and what I perceive to be genuine happiness.

These have to be some of the best cheeseburgers I have ever tasted! I realize that I have limited experience but that is my opinion. The wait can be deadly so we went back before 5pm and there was a bit of a line but not too bad. It was worth it! YUMMY! The service is excellent, everyone seems very happy and excited to be there. I went through the drive through and I just have to these kids were amazing. Courteous, smiling so polite and articulate. Both windows asked about my day and seemed genuine. Great smiles gentlemen great job. Oh and the food was prompt, correct and delicious.

Even tough there were 200 teenage patrons inside, I still made my order and took it home. Three months later, I have been enjoying the protein meal where the bun is replaced with lettuce which is much better in my opinion.

There was a line of cars in the drive-thru and all I wanted was a Neapolitan shake so I decided to go inside and order. I was immediately greeted by a friendly cashier and ordered just the shake. The kid came back and handed me the shake in about 2 minutes. I am impressed.

If you like burgers and fries you really can't go wrong with in and out. One thing for sure is they're consistent. I've always had a pleasant experience with staff and food is always made the same no matter what location we go to.

Whenever I come back home to the west coast my first stop is here! Great burgers,simple menu,fast service,fresh food,friendly staff and great location. Prices are great especially when buying for lots of people. This chain would be big in Florida as they taste way better than Wendy's and McDonald's burgers.

In-N-Out should be considered America's number 1 burger joint, they have the freshess ingredients, and the cleanest stores. The staff is always amazing and typically greets you with a smile. I love coming here and I think you will too. When you have time, stop by and grab a double-double and let your taste buds run wild.

In-N-Out Burger is exceptional in every way. No fast food burger can be found. The food is made fresh to order including freshly cut fries. If you don't want a bun, you can order a protein style burger that is wrapped in lettuce. The workers at In-N-Out are always friendly and are some of the hardest workers you will encounter in the competitive world of hamburgers. I prefer an In-N-Out burger over any other.

Drive thru is the way to go, they step out once it triggers them that a line is forming outside. Great service and food.

Very busy restaurant. They do move the drive through as quickly as they can. Disappointed in the size of the milk shakes now. They are the size of a small soda. The regular cheese burger still taste good but burger is smaller all around. Bun is smaller, meat is thinner and smaller. To get a regular cheese burger, French fries and shake it's $10.73. you really can't get that anywhere else for that price but just remember it's just a tad bigger than a child's meal anywhere else.

I eat at a lot of In N Out restaurants. Had the pleasure last week Tuesday afternoon @1115am. Burger was made exactly as I ordered it. Fries were a perfect light well as requested. One of the better burgers I've had in 2025 from In N Out. Great job guys appreciate your efforts.

Had a good experience at this In-N-Out Burger in Lincoln, California. We were the first customers at 10:30 in the morning on Sunday. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Stores kept clean and inviting. The food was fresh and at a great value. Looking for a fast food burger while in Lincoln I recommend the In-N-Out.

Passed by here earlier this evening with My Father. This is My first time going to this In-N-Out location in Lincoln, California. The service was good. I ordered a 4x4 with no tomato and regular onion, fries, Large Soft Drink, and a Regular Chocolate Milkshake. My Father ordered a Cheeseburger with Onion, fries, and a Medium Soft Drink. The food was hot and fresh when I received it.

Recently went to grab food for 6 people, and entire bill was only $66 for burgers (animal style), fries (animal style), and shakes! Most affordable meal we can get in town. Highest recommendation, double-double animal style is my go-to, will return.

This is one of the best In N Outs ever! The staff is so polite and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and well kept. The trash is never overflowing and the condiment section is clean. The bathrooms are presentable and tidy. They do a great job at flowing the drive thru. I can see the kitchen works so hard and they hustle. I eat here often. Thank goodness for the mustard fried Flying Dutchman with xxxxxtra grilled onions. The image I provided was the best Animal Style Fries I have ever had. We always do the drive-thru. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it's not so quick, but it's always really good food, whether it's the Single or the Double-Double, it's good. The fries are almost always hot and fresh. If not, ask for new ones. They're always happy to do that for you.

Always consistent. And it is always best to eat the burger and fries ASAP, otherwise it is not as good.

The Establishment was very clean in the parking lot and as we walked into the restaurant. Was able to get to the counter in a timely manner made are order and our number was called swiftly. I haven't been to an In-N-Out Burger in about 8 years. It was good. A lot of produce compared to the thickness of the meat. But I'll go back. French fries were cold but it was the busiest time of the day. But they were good. What's not good about a potato!

The drive up line is always Long. We Park go inside mostly to no waiting. Super busy do the bathroom had paper towels overflowing so bad I told the guy that took our order nothing changed. This place was very clean. Customer service was top notch. My son really enjoyed the food. But, to me it was too salty. I honestly did not like it at all.

I rarely eat hamburgers. But I decided to drive in and get one; since I was working nearby that day. Usually, everything on it is perfect. This is the 1st time in years that I've been going there that I have a complaint. Hopefully, it is the last. The hamburger was tasteless & crumbly. It was an I'd texture. And the lettuce in it was older & wilted. Don't think I'd return again. Too many other alternatives.

I am having to make changes to my original review. I have eaten here twice in the last 2 months. Both times I had gotten so sick. It appears they are no longer taking precautions to allergies. I know some people are saying since you have severe allergies you shouldn't eat out...well once in a while its nice to take the family out. ***Orignal post***In n out is the best all around! It’s hard for me to write this review because I’ve been a loyal customer of In-N-Out, visiting at least once a week. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. It started a few weeks ago when I noticed my burgers weren’t fully cooked. To be safe, I began ordering them well done. However, even with that change, my last couple of visits have had issues. The previous time, my burger was incorrect, but I chose not to say anything, thinking it was just an off day—they’re usually very consistent. Today, though, I felt the need to speak up. The dining area wasn’t as clean as it usually is, which was the first red flag. I placed my order at 12:33 and didn’t receive my food until 12:50. After getting to my car, I checked my burger and saw that it was still made incorrectly—despite ordering no lettuce or tomato, it had double of both. I double-checked the receipt, and both my order and the cashier’s entry were correct, so the mistake happened during preparation. I truly wish this was just a one-time slip, but with the pattern over the past few visits, it seems like things may be going downhill. Out of respect for the place I’ve enjoyed for so long, I think it’s best I take a break from visiting for now.

I'm not a regular of this place but this chain's burgers and fries are pretty good. However, It seems like every time I come to this location they screw up my order. This time, not only was my burger not right, but I was missing two fries. The fries were missing because the girl who took my order wasn't listening very well. Yes, she did read back the order, so I'm partly to blame, but she wasn't very friendly either. Some people who ordered in front of me were also missing an item they thought they ordered too. There is nothing worse than having to standing in line to order food you thought you ordered the first time while your burger is sitting there getting cold. I was a little irritated but I didn't say antyhing. The worker must have been upset with me because after they made my fries she banged them on the counter and walked away. I wasn't a big fan of this place, but the time it takes to get your food, having to wait in line again because the order was screwed up and the bad attitude-- I can safely say we are done with this place.

Yesterday June 30 at around 11:48 pm we went through the drive thru and unfortunately we had a bad customer experience. A tall male employee at the second window was unnecessarily rude. I was confused on what he had ordered me to do and so I asked for clarification and he responded with a rude attitude. This was unexpected coming from in and outs customer service.

This location can’t get orders right. We have had multiple order messed up. You wait to long line to have the order incorrect. Get it right and go to a different location. This one will only waste your time and money.

Unfortunately on this time in the store I ordered my food well done and bun extra toasted and my burger came out not well and the bun was soggy. The produce that was on the bun was not very appetizing. The lettuce was old and yellow. But the customer service was amazing.

Was fanastic restaurant until tonight. Waited 20 for fries and a shake. I get that there were other people who ordered before me but its still ridiculous. Lady serving my order didn't even apologize for the wait or even smiled. Don't go on Friday night.
