This is the best Mexican restaurant I have been to so far. From the beginning the salsa was amazing and the chips were fresh and warm. We did not have to wait very long for our food and were impressed about the how flavorful and savory each dish was.
BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVER. We stopped on the way home for a quick lunch and randomly chose a Mexican restaurant out of the area - SO impressed!! The staff were friendly and the food was to die for. Both the red salsa and green sauce were delectable with the perfect amount of heat and the rest of the food was equally as impressive. We will be coming back anytime we’re in the area!
First time eating there. It was really good. Their salsa wasn't to spicy and not blend. It was really good. Hubby had steak nachos and it was good. I had the number 2 dinner combination and my tacos were really good. Rice and beans were good. The lady that took our order and brought pur food was very sweet. The cook was nice. It was very friendly. I can't wait to come back with my friends and eat. Chips were good too. Thank you so much for the delicious food😊
This is my go to place for tacos and tamales but everything is delicious and made to order. The corn tortillas are house made and so are the sauces. The al pastor and steak tacos are my go to but I also have to get some of their banana leaf tamales every time, no matter what. I can't recommend this place enough.
First experience was with their old food truck. Always a treat. Was stoked when they got a brick & mortar. Pictured are the chorizo & carne asada tacos, tamales, molcajete, & carne asada la pasadita. The most amazing Mexican food I've had in Arkansas. Their salsa roja & verde and queso are so delicious you're gonna want to order some for your fridge. Molcajete LaPasadita is a volcanic stone cauldron filled with carne asada, nopales, fried mozzarella, camarones, jalapenos, pollo & a stew with chorizo, onions and other deliciousness. Their food is so freaking flavorful. And the service is welcoming. Nothing about the food here is bland or whitewashed texmex. And they make their tortillas from scratch so don't be boring and order flour get those corn tortillas. LaPasaditas is the best most authentic Mexican food I've had in the south. Tastiest tacos in Arkansas hands down. I love this place
I've never been disappointed in 5 years from their spot on cantrell to the food truck to the new location on Rodney Parham. Great food at great prices with a great staff. I WOULD outright say they're the best tacos in town, but I stopped going to other places once I found them. No need to take a chance on anybody else when Pasadita nails it every time. Just go here and have the sure thing. 👍
I strongly recommend this restaurant. The place is new and very pleasant with authentic Mexican art wall and decorations. It is also very clean and light, which makes you feel at ease. The burrito california is huge and delicious! Definitely enough for two people. The Chimichamgas come covered in a delicious queso sauce and the service is incredible. I am definitely going back to try all the other dishes. It was a very happy discovery for me and my family
Very fresh and fairly priced. The Barbacoa was amazing. The tacos were soooo good!! I tried the chorizo, chicken, and pork tacos and can’t wait to try them all! I’d been by this place before but it looks so unassuming I’d driven right past it numerous times, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. My only knock is the service was just ok. But I think it’s because of course of staff shortage, and I will certainly go back again.
I won't pretend to know what's truly authentic Mexican food, but if I was placing bets, it would be on La Pasadita. Everything I've tried is fresh and tasty, from the salsa to the tortillas, and everything in between. Tonight we had a quesadilla with pork (pastor) and the carne asada al diablo, with steak and chorizo. So yummy!!
So I’ve been searching for the most authentic Mexican place in Little Rock and although I haven’t concluded my search this place does make the top 10 I order their Carne asada a la Diabla , pupusas and their Hawaiian torta, a small cheese dip and a small guacamole and 2 Aguas frescas tamarindo and horchata. So let’s start with the chips… Taste store bought and thin like most other places. They also break to easily when scooping up the dips. (To each their own) The red salsa tastes like it’s made from Chile de árbol which is authentic of course but a bit spicy and has a strong smoky taste to it. (Not for everyone) Their green salsa is made from tomatillo & jalapeños and maybe some avocado based on the creaminess my favorite was the green The Aguas frescas are homemade and delicious that’s a plus for me. The torta was alright my wife said their ham tastes like spam and the pineapple is definitely from a can. The carne asada a la diabla was good I like the smoked chipotle flavor. A bit greasy but that’s understandable with the chorizo and grilled onions. Another plus for me are the homemade corn tortillas. Very delicious. The beans and rice are just alright I’ve had better, more authentic tasting from other places. (Check out Casa Mañana for the rice and beans. Best I’ve had to this day.) Their guacamole is fresh another plus All else aside I want to give My best compliments to the cooks and all the staff at La pasadita. This is a family owned restaurant by good people just trying to make a living.
I stopped by here and tried their asada nachos. They were just ok. They had meat, beans, guac, qeuso and mozzarella but the mozz wasn't melted all the way. Idk, I'll just say I've had better nachos from many other places. The service was pretty good but I'll just post this place on the "meh" list.
I ordered beef enchiladas and they were extremely bland. In fact, so were the beans and rice. My husband had chicken fajitas and they served them with very little pieces of chicken...again no flavor! He did not enjoy his meal either. We did not take our leftovers. The "lunch" enchilidas were $10.99, the "lunch" fajitas were $12.99. I do not recommend this restaurant. It was a very disappointing $29 dollar lunch.
The food was fine and waitress was nice, but when we checked out the bill was twice the amount than what we expected. We (2 of us) eat before 3:00 p.m. order a plate each, 1 small queso, and two ice teas and it was $50.60, mind you this is not an upscale place, just a little hole in the wall.
