Amazing local eat if you are looking for mexican food in the tri-valley. The are plenty of options to customize your meal. I got a cheese enchilada with a vegetable filling. The enchilada sauce has a rich taste and spice level. It is served with tortilla chips, black beans and rice. The burritos are stuffed and definitely not meant for one meal. Great spot to bring guests.

Incredible food and service. Got the three enchilada plate with mixed beans and rice. They chips and salsa come with. Al-pastor, carnitas, and pollo we’re all very much spot on. I wish there was some cotija but it’s NBD. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! No AC that day, but they had fans. Would come back again.

Located in a strip mall, just of the 580 freeway. Food bar. Similar set up (like Chipotle) but more authentic meats. Choice of tacos, burrito, or bowls. Select your delicious proteins: I recommend the Salpicon (beef brisket) and Carnitas. Well seasoned, tender beef and pork in their savory juices. Rice and choice of beans, refried, black beans. Veggie toppings, cheese, onions, and sauces.

Quick service with quality ingredients and decent prices (Comparable with the local taquerias). Carne asada burrito was one of the best I’ve had locally. Not fatty or under seasoned. Some days they’ll make quesabirras but you have to ask the staff if the cook is willing. (Hint hint management - please add this option!)

Fantastic food here and the employees couldn't have been nicer. You can taste the fresh ingredients and they take pride in their food. The taco salad was great. I tried the carne asada taco as well which was also fantastic. They make the soft tortillas fresh right in front of you. I'll definitely be back.

First time ever going to this place. It's hard to find good tacos. But let me just say DAMN!!! Definitely will be back. The tacos, quesadilla, chips, salsa and the margaritas! Omg so good. Did i mention everything is made fresh? Include the soft taco shells!!!! I'd give 100 stars if possible. Keep up the amazing work

Came here for dinner. I got a quesadilla with chicken, my kid got a bowl, and my husband got a burrito. We got a few bottles of soda as well. The customer service was extremely friendly, the food was great, my husband got a burrito with so much in it, they could barely close it! And it didn't cost extra to add everything he wanted. Quantity for price was excellent. We definitely would go back. Especially since they had really good waffle cut fries as well!

Food is always great! Clean. Fresh tortillas!! Lots of options. A the name states, you can customize your own taco. They make their own "spicy" carrots, too. I quote spicy because they aren't as spicy as the ones you get in the can with the jalapeños. I feel they give you a lot of food on your taco/ meal, including the meat. Staff is cool. Their orange sauce is delicious 😋 and spicy!! Def recommend this place.

Hand made fresh tortillas. Everything was fresh and tasteful. The meat was well cooked and fresh. I tried fish, shrimp & chicken. Everything was amazing. Fish taco was really good!! Haven’t seen this fresh and yummy tacos around Livermore. The spicy sauce was very creamy & yummy. I would definitely recommend this place for taco lovers. I couldn’t find chorizzo taco in their menu. That is one of my favorites, it will be great addition to their menu.

I was in Livermore on business and jumped on DoorDash to see what was nearby because I didn’t want to go anywhere. I quickly found a place named man vs. fries, which is a location within a location, long story short that’s inside of this, Cinco taco bar. Man vs. fries looked absolutely phenomenal, but I’m sorry I wasn’t going to pay the price they were asking for the food so I opted to just grab Cinco taco bar. Same you know what! I got the Carnitas bowl which was absolutely hog heaven. (Yes, pun fully intended). It came loaded with cheese, sour cream, onion, cilantro, Carnitas, beans, rice, it was delicious. I crushed that bowl and was craving more. If you’re nearby, I definitely suggest it. The Carnitas were juicy and delicious! And guess what the bowl was just over $12. Great food at a great bargain, definitely would suggest.

Outstanding tacos!! (I wish there were more stars to give). I had heard about Cincos and I'm so glad I finally tried it for myself. Their food is so fresh! Pleasant atmosphere, very clean and comfortable. Their staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. The selection is great and so much variety. This is not your average taco place, so if you haven't tried Cincos, give this place a try! You will not be disappointed! Highly recommended!

Outstanding tacos!! (I wish there were more stars to give). I had heard about Cincos and I'm so glad I finally tried it for myself. Their food is so fresh! Pleasant atmosphere, very clean and comfortable. Their staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. The selection is great and so much variety. This is not your average taco place, so if you haven't tried Cincos, give this place a try! You will not be disappointed! Highly recommended!

The hand made tortillas are to die for, however, it was hard to taste the food through all the oil that was in the meat. I swear it came out of each taco like a water fountain. Maybe some pre draining of the meat after being cooked would be good. Then more draining before putting it in each taco. It made the whole thing soggy. The one in San Leandro is great. Never had an issue before

Food was good but a bit expensive for what you got. Everything is now tho. The food seemed just OK compared to other options but just as expensive. The plus side was the service and homemade tortillas. Plus they are not a cookie cutter chain and that's worth supporting.
