Great drinks and great food! Tofu rice bowl is my favorite! Everyone in our family loves it. I like the fact that they have both boba drinks and healthy food options. My go to fast lunch destination!

My friend took us here for her bday. We had amazing boba milk tea and snacks. The vibe, atmosphere, Milk tea boba and snacks are incredible!! Highly recommend!!! Staff is so friendly! Will definitely come back!

My daughters and I were there last week. We ordered 2 boba drinks, popcorn chicken and cheese sticks. The popcorn chicken was amazing, love the flavor, spices, right hit of everything . Kids said the drinks were awesome. We are going back again and again and recommend everyone to try this place, you will never be disappointed.

It's a great place is you want to grab a quick snack. They are pretty quick and mostly empty when I go so it would be nice to see them have some traffic once in a while. For me it's nice and close to the school I go to so I can always head that way if um getting hungry. The curly fries are to be recommend, they are my friends favorite. The parking is nice and accessible. 8/10 would go again

Stupidly good!! Highly recommend the taro milk tea, also worth a try with sea salt cream, though I think for next time I prefer the straight taro flavor. Looking forward to coming again! So many flavors to choose from... The avocado smoothie is also interesting and very tasty. Very friendly and cheerful service too, can give you a great recommendation!

Really great little spot!! I actually visited Taiwan and the tea that they serve here is very comparable to that in Taiwan. They have an amazing seasoning that they use for the chicken bites "which are amazing" and I believe it's the same seasoning for the fish tenders, and the onion rings. The service is always nice, but try to get there either before or WELL after school let's out because all the kids go there for a after snack before they walk home. They used to ask if you want regular, or spicy, but now they dont. They allow you to put on your own spice, and be warned the cayenne powder they have is HOT!!! GREAT PLACE!!

Tried this place twice last week with my kids. Service was VERY slow in store, there were at least three employees but they just couldn't keep up with in store and online orders. About 10 min wait in line and other 15 mins for two drinks. A few days later used an order ahead app and showed up 25 mins later per app and upon arrival app said order ready, however only one drink was ready, wait another 20 mins for 3 more drinks and the employee was still trying to hand me someone else's drink. Drinks are good but not good enough for such slow service esp when you are trying to get kids to practice etc.

All three workers inside looked at me, but didn’t speak at all. After waiting 10 minutes, someone who seemed like they hated their job finally greeted me. Fast forward, the following multiple people after me were greeted immediately with enthusiasm and were also offered a stamp card, which I wasn’t even offered. It just goes to show how far customer service goes.

service and atmosphere is good but not food. ordered cookie and cream milkshake and it was more like slushie. should change it’s name to slushie. burger joints have better milkshakes. i would recommend to order something else not milkshakes.

I will never go here again - went here for the 1st time today and I can't believe how rude one of the staff members was from the moment we walked in. 15 people in the establishment and the cashier yelled at us to put masks on. We clearly didn't see the the note on the door but to be THAT upset and yell at us in front of so many, was unprofessional. Being it was our first time there we were so embarrassed because we weren't aware that it was still a requirement to put masks on and if not you get yelled at for not having done so. Then when ordering, my daughter didn't know what she wanted (again, first time here) and the cashier couldn't control her rudeness. Instead of being polite she had an attitude because we ordered the wrong Boba item. She treated us like were were an inconvenience vs being a customer. She also couldn't hear my daughter when she ordered so my daughter pulled her mask away from her mouth (still on and covering) and the cashier told her to put her mask on. I would have walked out she was so rude but we were there with friends and I didn't want to make a scene. I went to pay and noticed it asks for tips and they had one that said "wow" (as in wow, great service) and that was a 20% tip. That's what I gave her, a "wow" not because she deserved it but because "wow" you treat your customers so horrible and not welcomed that I just said it outloud, "wow" to make a point. Not to mention she watched me put my pin in so I covered the pad with my wallet. Uncomfortable. Be better T4 - never again will I support you and we'll be sharing with our friends and family.

The coffee is terrible, like drinking pure syrup with a splash of coffee flavor. Weak, watery, and wayyy too much sugar. The smoothies are made with artificial colored syrups, not real fruit. Fruit teas have no fruit bits… Basically, quality is cheap and price is high. An added insult was the owner kept messing up a basic order. I wished I didn’t leave so I could ask for a refund on the coffee since I couldn’t drink it at all

So I order and I realize I forgot my wallet in the car, no big deal, I have a virtual card. I quickly pull out my phone, activate NFC and HOLD MY PHONE closer to the tablet. I didn't select a tip option and neither my fingers or phone touched the tablet. It automatically puts the transaction through, 24$ with a 7$ tip!! I tell the cashier and she just says "sorry" I then demand to see the manager and he GASLIGHTS me as the tablet didn't glitch or bug, and had the audacity to LIE TO ME about refunding the tip, I had to dispute it with my bank and now I can't use my card. Thanks for absolutely nothing, this place was doing better under the T4 name. Edit: I got my money back so you KNOW it was fraud and they were trying to steal my tip because they had a problem that I had a problem with their system.
