Had a lovely birthday lunch here today. Amazing quality food and great service from Davide. Would defiantly come back here again soon!

Lovely calm atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and quick to seat you and serve drinks. Food is amazing, it was our second visit this year and I had the same food as the first time. It was just as good, I wish we lived closer! You're not waiting long for food either. Just great all round!

Fannytastic restaurant in the main area of food in Liverpool. Cosy and authentic italian cuisine. We had the scallops, carbonara and ravioli 👌 Top notch service 👌

Good italian food from a very friendly team We visited on a weeknight for a quick meal and were not disappointed. I would highly recommend booking ahead table in advance as the restaurant gets busy. On arrival, we got seated just at the entrance and got our drinks orders in immediately. Drinks arrived almost immediately, and then we got shown to our table. Meals were ordered, and they came in good time. From the starters menu, I would highly recommend the scallops or calamari, whilst from the mains the wagyu lasagna 😋 is just the best. Portion sizes were quite generous The team at Piccolina were polite and very friendly. They consistently checked up on us throughout the evening, refilling drinks when required. I would highly recommend visiting Piccolono Liverpool if / when you are in the area. Thanks for a lovely evening, all....

Nice experience for Italian dining in Liverpool. Elegant atmosphere and nice food. I recommend the Wagyu Lasagna; it was tasty and affordable.

We had an amazing experience at Piccolino Liverpool. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was outstanding. We were served by a Spanish waiter who was truly the best—friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. His great attitude made our evening even more special. Highly recommended!

We went for a Valentine's Day dinner. We were sat down and had our drinks order taken quickly. The starters were amazing, with the truffle burrata being the standout. The mains were both good as well, and the gin & tonic was very good with elderflower. Service was amazing. 5/5, would come again.

Didn't book and was only waiting about 10 minutes for a table, service was very good, staff where very attentive it was a Saturday so got very busy, but had a great atmosphere, we didn't wait too long for food, my pizza was lovely the fries where piping hot, my partner got the Lasagne which he said was delicious. We got desserts which where gorgeous. We wanted to add a tip to the bill our server explained that there was already a service charge added to the bill but we tipped anyway as service and food had been great. Will definitely return in the future.

Had a wonderful Dinner at Picolino Liverpool with my son. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and everything came out quickly. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to David and the waiter Davide, who were both incredibly attentive. Highly recommended.

It was my 21st Birthday today and everyone was so accommodating, we booked the wrong time by accident and they were so understanding and set us up a table no issues! :) our server Emily was amazing, great service and all round an outstanding worker. Thanks for making my birthday special <3

Tried our luck on a busy Saturday night and got told an hour wait for a table. We waited at the bar and Emily managed to get us a great table by the window after recommending us places to dance! It was 100% worth the wait, food was delicious and Louisa service was 10/10, both girls are a credit to the team.

25/09/2025 We come here on occasion when we get a minute away for ourselves and it is gorgeous as always. The staff were great, especially Louisa who looked after us. She was so polite, welcoming and gave such great service. The food is delicious and we weren't waiting around from course to course. Thank you!

Had a really great experience at Piccolino! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything from start to finish was spot on. The service was genuinely outstanding—attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and very professional. A group of 26 of us from Chicago were treated to an excellent dining experience at Piccolino 15/10. From appetizers (brochetta for me) to dessert, everything was top notch. For dinner, I had the parmigiana and ate every bite. Topped off with three small scoops of gelato for dessert. Yum! Servers Hannah & David were extremely attentive to any need among our group. It made for an extremely enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Our Granddaughters favourite dish had been taken off their seasonal menu she was disappointed to say the least, but the staff here pulled out all the stops....they only went and sourced the ingredients and cooked it especially for her!! A great big thank you to the manageress Areti, the chef and Hannah our waitress for making this happen....we couldn't get over their kindness, talk about going above and beyond 💕😍❤️

Dined here recently as a four top, everything was seamless from service to food to wine pairing. Absolutely beautiful, the sea bass was the highlight for me. Amazing desserts also. You can tell that this establishment takes pride in their trade.

Superb meal at Piccolino in Liverpool. The food was of the highest of standards - fresh, quality ingredients, cooked and presented to perfection. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. I cannot remember all their names unfortunately but Meg was brilliant.

The restaurant should be proud of all of the staff working but we had Davide as our server who was fantastic. Orders taken quickly and food and drink arriving in a timely manner. He was very polite and shared a few laughs with my family. It was my brothers birthday, we asked if we could have happy birthday written on the plate of his dessert- he said he could do even better. An extra dessert was brought out with a candle in and everybody sang happy birthday to him. He really went above and beyond and made my brothers night. A really special memory created thanks to Davide.

Went to piccolino for my 20th birthday, food and drinks were amazing and service from Louisa was brilliant! She ensured we were happy throughout our meal and made sure we had a great time. Would come again!

Came here for my partners 30th. Served by Tom who was fantastic. Food was delicious, we tried the 25 layer wagu beef lasagne and oh my word it was delicious! Despite it being so quiet the staff tried to make the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. Massive shout out again to Tom for helping make the night so memorable We will definitely be back to try more

I had an amazing experience thanks to Angel behind the bar! From the moment I sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Every drink was made with care and precision, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. What really stood out was how they managed to keep up with a busy crowd while still making everyone feel noticed and welcome. Angel offered great recommendations based on my preferences and even crafted a custom cocktail that quickly became a new favorite. The atmosphere felt elevated because of Angel’s professionalism, sense of humor, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find someone who can mix great drinks and create a great vibe, but they nailed it. If you’re looking for top-notch service and expertly made cocktails, make sure to grab a seat at the bar when Angel is working. You won’t be disappointed!

I would definitely recommend. The food was lovely and the service was even better. My server Hannah was incredible. Whilst this place may be a bit pricey, it is worth every penny.

Louisa looked after us ..lovely and attentive ..the food was good but I did feel it was a bit over priced and also the drinks were.. we had 3 soft drinks and a cocktail. Two main meals a desert and a child's desert and a cheesy garlic bread and it came to over a hundred pound . Nice for a treat x

Emily the hostess was very accommodating We didn’t have a table booked but I had my 5 year old daughter and mother with me. Emily got us a lovely table and adapted the menu for my daughter’s tastes. Thank you again The children’s desert menu made the evening

We ordered a stake when ordering we asked how long the food would be as we were in a rush and didn’t want to wait if it would be a long time. They said 20 minutes at the most. 50 minutes later I asked where our food was, they then said they’d check they then brought the sharing stake out and it was medium rare not medium it was very undercooked and I could hardlys eat it as it was so undercooked for me thankfully my boyfriend was ok with it as we didn’t have time to wait for it to be cooked. So he eat most of it and I was left paying a bill of £100 for something I couldn’t even eat. We should have left before the food come out, we also asked for water but because our waiters shift was done he went home and we didn’t get that. Honestly wouldn’t go here again the staff were nice but they shouldn’t have promised the food would have been 20 minutes if it was going to take an hour which then ment I was late to the event I was attending.
