First visit today with my two children, and with a big pram to navigate and a temperamental two year old in tow, it can sometimes be challenging. We enjoyed incredible service from Jord, who was really kind and engaging with my two year old, letting him order, giving him a sticker and even coming over to give us paper and pens for drawing- we hadn’t even asked. It’s kind and personal touches like that which will make us visit places again as a family. Thank you!

Staff were lovely, especially Eleanor, who was very well mannered, despite having some difficult customers prior to me coming here. Quick service also.

Was greeted by Hajra and service was exceptional, was acknowledged by a smile whilst still waiting in the queue, amazing and friendly attentive service. It's nice to get served by someone that has a little time for nicities and a chat too. Lewis was also behind the counter and was helpful advising on the menu. Great service and some other service outlets could learn a thing or two from this duo setting standards that some companies can only aspire to. Thanks for a great visit.

The drinks are massive, they are American sized drinks and a good quality. Plus they are not too badly priced. Doughnuts are fantastic too, great range made fresh. Staff are polite and efficient, our drinks came quick and well prepared. Atmosphere is good but a bit quiet, which some may like but I don't always.

I was served by Hannah J today and she was so friendly and welcoming. I got the iced vanilla latte which she also made, it was lovely! Will definitely be returning for another on my next break at work

Dunkin’ Lord Street is my favourite place in Liverpool. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I was served my Will on Saturday 21st February who went above and beyond to make my visit special which I really appreciate as a regular customer. Nice relaxed atmosphere, always tidy and the service is so much quicker than everywhere else.

Great customer service a lot of Staff knows different languages i had an interaction with one of the servers who speaks Polish. Its just a great place to drink amazing coffee and eat sweet donuts.

Conveniently located in Liverpool City Centre, ideal for those of us with a sweet tooth or if you just fancy a coffee. Ordered a 12 pack of Donuts and various options available such as xmas themed donuts and the Boston crème with quick service. Bit on the pricy side but makes a good gift for a loved one. Self service tills weren't the best as they didn't include the option to order the limited edition xmas coffees.

The staff are so lovely and welcoming but missing multiple famous DUNKIN donuts items 😔

Donuts are delicious, hot drinks are revolting sweet, and I usually like sweet stuff! Busy, but only I staff around, so tables and floor were messy. Would go again for a donut but not a hot drink.

The counter staff are touch and go in this place attitude wise as well as the drink temperatures and the way certain ones are made vary between the staff. Ask them to make it warm enough I dare you O.O

Donuts were under filled and boring. The churro donut had the tiniest bit of filling I have ever seen and even after eating half the donut it was no where to be found. The apple pie donut smelt better than it tasted. Quite disappointing

The two girls working today (07/05) are awful. I went for a birthday milkshake that I got on the app and she asked me for proof of my birthday with the most horrible attitude. The other is no better, she gave me the worst coffee I have ever tried in my life a month ago and then had a massive horrible attitude when I asked about it. I won’t be coming back while those two work there. Not worth to be given disgusting attitude and food/drinks. Dunkin do better, hire actual people.

I ordered a large matcha, but I was given a medium instead. When I pointed it out, the staff just switched the cup to a large without adding any extra drink, and the attitude was really unpleasant too. Honestly, it was such a disappointing experience.

I came to Dunkin' Donuts today just to enjoy some coffee and donuts like a normal person. But while I was sipping my coffee, a lady right in front of me started changing her baby's diaper – the kid looked about 3 years old. It was so disgusting and rude! Seriously, who does that in a café? I'm never coming back here again. Eww!

I ordered the donuts and some munchkins online, when I ordered it I had to wait 20+ minutes, no one even called out my order and when i confronted them about it, they said the munchkins sold out without even telling me and didn’t even offer any apologies. not gonna come back here again!

Awful coffees, ordered a mocha and a cappuccino and the drinks were just awful, the guys making the drinks were clueless and clearly used the wrong amount of ingredients for each drink.l, they didn't seem to know how to operate the machines properly either , both drinks had about 2 inches of horrible foam on top and both coffees were weak and bland, left after a few sips, didn't see the point in complaining considering the time it took to make two bad coffees.The dunkins at St Johns is miles better so avoid lord street at all costs and go to the one up the road.

Coffee nice, don't know about the donuts because after 10 minutes waiting to be served I gave up. One of the staff even stood in front of me talking to her colleague but ignored my son and I . Not recommended 😕

Kids had the hopes up to be disapointed with the donuts. The white Americano was vile and no amount of sugar or high hope could save it.

Doughnuts and drinks are OK. Service absolutely horrendous. Lazy and disinterested staff, clearly hating their jobs. In order to avoid cleaning and doing any actual work, they put the chairs up on all but 3 tables and also lock the toilets. Shop disorganised and dirty. They serve you with a grim face and make it pretty clear that they wish you had not come.

Not good service, ordered 10 mixed small bits. Not nice taste stale . Very disappointed with £9 in the bin.

Not impressed, considering Dunkin is usually decent. Whilst the drinks we ordered and the donut were tasty, the service was poor. When it came to waiting for our order, a lad called out our order number, but only gave us half of the order, with no indication as to when we should expect the remainder of the order, almost as if that was it. We waited another 30-60 seconds and a lady paced up to the counter, angrily shouted out our order number and rudely launched the drink towards us. Better yet, the drink she prepared was half empty! The shop has fairly limited seating and feels cramped. There was also rubbish on most of the empty tables, so we just left and decided to sit outside.

Been to Dunkin Donuts all over the world. Been to this one twice and the service is atrocious. They don't allow you to sit down anywhere from 2-3 hours before closing time. I saw happier people in Schindler's list. The toilet is disgusting. If you can go to the one in St John's it's a million times better. The staff there are great.

5th of March 11am. I order a coconut latte, was given a soya cappuccino and I was told (with the most disgusting attitude) that the machine does them this way and it’ll be the same even if redone. The blond big girl on the till needs to learn more than manners. The coffee was absolutely disgusting. The fact that this woman has a job in hospitality is a mystery to me.
