Who doesn't love KFC!! I love the fried chicken and so glad they brought back the wedges..

I was driving by going to Corpus Christi from Austin and stopped by KFC with the family and got the texas bundle with 5 jalapeños, ooooweeee, and the pot pie for the road. Service was decent, but the food was cooked to perfection, exactly how the Colonel would have wanted! The whole family of 5 ate and the pie to go for less than $30.

It was amazing loved the people who served us. The store was very clean and well maintained.

Or maybe in Luling Tx (I couldn't remember) The store was updated and the food was super. The staff was very kind and helpful. Im now certain it won't be very long before I enter and order me some KFC.

Everything was good & hot especially the biscuits.. usually my biscuit from here is cold & hard but this time Everything even the chicken & sides were hot & fresh now mine you I got thisat 10:30am so that could make a difference too.

Love, love, love the food. Fantastic service at Lockhart location. I mostly order to go. I just wish they would offer the same value for meals without a fountain drink. I always drink water and generally have my own. I never eat the dipping sauces. Dipping sauces are free with order. Yet for a small bowl of gravy, I'm charged for a side???. So to get a meal with a bit of gravy I have to pay almost the same price as the meals where you get a large fountain drink and a bunch of dipping sauce.

Was driving through. Went through drive thru and took 20 mins to get a 3 peice chicken strip. They had several customers waiting. Not sure what was going on! Finally got the food...fries were fairly cold , chicken was ok. Maybe was a short handed night...not sure.

BIG Let down. You know the food is always good. Nothing beats the Colonel's recipe. And the lady at the window is always sweet just like a little bit of morning sunshine. But the value has just gone down down down down kind of like everything else. So I ordered the "BIG BOX" lunch off the menu. And on the menu board through the drive-thru it looked huge. That box was full. But when I got it oh my goodness it's only about 20% full. Now I feel bad that I've used so much tree pulp to house this tiny meal. It's just a great big let down once you open the package. Kind of like that old folk song, where a man meets and marries the most beautiful woman he ever saw. Then he brings her home and she takes off her wig, pops out her glass eye, pulls out her false teeth, hangs her false leg on a peg and says come love me honey. Kind of a big let down once a package is all removed :-( now I know I'm probably going to catch some haters for this comments but oh well

I don't like using drive through so I normally go inside and order my food. The manager was working the drive through, saw and acknowledged me. I waited while three other orders were taken and handed out the window. I then asked the manager if I would get service quicker if I went to the drive through. She stopped what she was doing and took my order. It took a bit, but the order was right and tasted fine.

I got the mashed potato,corn, chicken and gravy bowl. The lady made us wait forever. My friend ordered last and paid with a card but got her food before 3 of us that needed to pay with cash. Then got offended that we wanted to pay.

Honestly probably one of the worst kfc’s I been to in a very long time. I used to work for the company and when I order today @8:30 there’s an hour and a half till closing and you’re telling me you’re outta most things.

This was a terrible visit. They forgot part of my order, forgot the sauces, and forgot to give me utensils. The bowl was alright, but not filling enough and barely had any gravy. The spicy chicken sandwich was horrendous. The chicken was basically rubber and half the size of the bun. Now for the spicy part, you can't just drench a tiny fried chicken breast in buffalo sauce and call it spicy. Couldn't taste the breading and it was just soaked in buffalo sauce so that's all I could taste. Oh, the coleslaw was really good though.

KFC is getting a little too expensive for what it is. $53 without drinks. The restaurant seems to be empty every time we go, and golden chick is full. I guess it's time to try other chicken places.

Really disappointed with the chicken I got here. The piece selection was OK. 1BREAST,1 THIGH,1 WING,1 DRUMSTICK. However, the only semi-juicy piece was the thigh. The other pieces were dry and all the pieces looked like they had been cooked way earlier in the day and held under warming lights too long. I ordered extra crispy and there was a lot of crust but it was mostly dry and not very crispy. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese and it was just OK but much better than the chicken. Also the biscuit was very dry and hard. I paid a little more than $12 for a four piece order and I didn't get my moneys worth for sure. I won't be spending my money there again any time soon.

One of the worst KFCs that I have been to. The worst service and food. I Went there to spend my hard earned money, only to have to throw their poor quality food in the trash. Among the things that I asked for was mash potatoes without gravy and they confirmed without gravy twice, only to be unpleasantly surprised a mile away from their store, after discovering that all the mashed potatoes I got had gravy which I am allergic to. Never again! If you want great service and great quality food, this is definitely not the place.

I went there about 4 pm Sunday afternoon not a lot of people there the cashier seemed impatient when we were trying decide what we wanted I got the pot pie and was very disappointed you’ve got this giant crust and no filling the pie tin was less than half full there was 1 little piece of chicken mainly broth tables was dirty had clean them ourselves only choice of drinks ice tea and Pepsi everything was out. It’s a cold day out and they AC on to cold in there. I was disappointed at that location.

Every time I come here they never have extra crispy they won't you to take the original. I waited one time for over 45 minutes. For extra crispy. And had to leave. This store needs a manager that knows what going on in the community. More than likely will not be back. Not only no crispy chicken i took the original bucket i get home it was cold and very very greasy.. they make you take the old nasty stuff. Before making anymore. Not good that chicken should have been in the trash can several hours before i got it no good if i could i would give this store a - 5 and that is a minus 5 NO GOOD

Went today to buy mother’s Day dinner 2 family meals and 6 extra sides ($90) The breading and the chicken on One bucket was not fully cooked (no one ate this bucket) Bucket 2 was over cooked, some of the pieces were not eatable I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this was very upsetting. Spent so much money for our family to enjoy mother’s day The sides however were really good

How can you be a chicken restaurant and have no chicken or chicken tenders an hour and a half before closing ?? This is not first time either that this has happened to us well before closing.. they started off good when they 1st opened but have gone down hill ..now besides running out early sometimes you get greasy or batter not crispy. I keep trying because sometimes they are good and better tasting than the other chicken places.

The KFC in Lockhart is the worst one ever they are either out of stuff, never have food ready even at peak time when they should have food ready. There food is mediocre which I don't understand that whole thing. We have given them several chances but I am done with them.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Arrived at 10:16am. Online and door hours say open at 10am. Main entrance locked and chained. Staff member sweeping and mopping in front of entrance. So no access. West side entrance also locked. Staff inside saying they are closed. Pointed to hours as posted on the door. Still saying closed. Finally someone comes to the door and says that they are having "technical difficulties. Come back in 30 minutes. Chicken will be ready then." We went and bought BBQ instead. Their sale loss. Wish I could give zero stars.

I'm rating this place with one star, only because I couldn't leave a review without rating. So this KFC opened up about 2 months ago. My husband enjoyed coming here on his lunch break only up until he had an experience that was not so pleasant, so I would go for him instead. Well today is my very last day I will ever be even in this parking lot. SOME of the workers here are very unprofessional. I know this isn't an upscale diner or restaurant but I've gotten better service and the gas station... Even on buying and selling apps. I would recommend somewhere else to eat if you actually care about morals and common courtesy. Actions reflect leadership! EDIT: WENT IN TODAY 2/1/19 THE WHOLE STAFF IN UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lockhart that cashiers Spanish girl she have a bad attitude that's really sad Kentucky Fried Chicken always been a good food but the service they have on this store is very low I don't see how they stay in business

DO NOT EAT HERE. It’s not the KFC chicken. Our order was all dark brown, super soggy and had a bitter taste. Maybe it was coked days ahead and then refried, I have no idea, I couldn’t eat it.

I went here last week and didn't check my food till I got home, which is pretty far away from this particular kfc. When I started eating, I noticed that my food was basically covered in dog hair. My fries and tenders had dog hair hanging off of them. And when I bit into my burger, it had a long hair in-between the buns and chicken. I don't know if someone working there decided it was ok to come to work covered in pet hair, but it was disgusting. Never coming here again

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. First of all, they hate dine in customer's and will walk right by you and not say anything. If you don't want to serve dine in customer's lock the door jeez! They rarely wipe down the tables we did it ourselves. Even in the drive-through they are slow leave yourself plenty of time! My family has always loved KFC but we will never go back to this location.

Everyone needs to be retrained, or honestly, they should just rehire a whole new team. This place is poorly run.

My mother n law went to order food Togo mind you she doesn’t live in town. It’s a good 20min drive. Anyways she got home and her biscuits and jalapeño were not in the order. When she calls to ask them they wanna call her liar!! And say they personally did that order. And talked to 3 different employees that all said they need to “review footage” lol this place is a joke. Over some biscuits and a jalapeño??? Do better KFC
