my last 5 meals at this location have all been hot and served quickly, and they don't look at me weird when i ask for a bbq sauce. lockhart has the best mcDs in the area.
Rarely have any issues with any orders here and in the morning I'll pay at the first window and my food will be ready by the time I get to the second

Family and I came around 110 pm and had to wait over 15 min for our order 1/2 the fries were cold and chicken nuggets stale. Restroom dirty and tables sticky. asked for takeout and received order to dine in.. so had to bag items ourself. missing sauces and super surprised since it wasn’t that busy in the restaurant.
I'll been there many times. Like 98% of the time they always get you order wrong. I don't know if there is because there is always young people working there or anything else. But they are always wrong. We used to love this place 😪
Came here to eat during night hours. The food was good. The service was okay. We used the touchscreen panels to order our food. Ordered one of their new chicken sandwiches but they ended up giving us the burger version of it. Overheard some other customer having issues with there meals but it is what to expect since it was 12 midnight and low staff. The lobby was clean. Overall good experience aside from the sandwich mistake.

I was eating my lunch when I was half way done I found a long hair in my sandwich, it was disgusting I had to spit it out and couldn’t finish my other food in case there was another hair. I called to see if I could get a refund but they wouldn’t unless I bring the sandwich why should I bring it back. I told the manager to make sure everyone hair is up she said HER hair was up but didn’t mention others Hair should be in a tight bun not a ponytail if you are in the kitchen. I know there was lots more hair today at McDonald’s.
Got the air land and sea, they charge you full price for everything individually which comes out to almost 13$, if you order everything individually through the app it comes out to less then 6$, you also must assemble it yourself which defeates the purpose... the real hack is ordering the coupon deal buy 1 get 1 free from the app, get the big Mac and get the filet o fish as the free, add a hot n spicy comes out to less then 6$, if you order in store, get a mcdouble add bigmac sauce and add a hot n spicy patty and filet o fish patty, less then 5$.
I had a horrible experience at this location. I placed a pick up order for breakfast. I sat in line for 20 minutes they confirmed my order waited another 10 minutes and by the time that I reached the window they asked me to pull forward and wait for a bit more. Finally a worker came out to tell me that my order had been cancelled because I had not arrived in time for breakfast. I told her they could’ve at least let me know when they confirm the order instead of having me wait another 10 minutes in line. This was a complete waste of Time. I went across the street and was able to get a meal in less than five minutes. Needless to say, I will not be returning to That location.
I normally try to not leave a bad review but this McDonald’s just needed one bad. Rushed at the drive through, order completely wrong, then fixed but rushed where I couldn’t even add the last things so as I pulled up to the pay window I stated nicely over and over so sorry I need to add more, first I fixed the drink because it was still wrong, then I requested a double cheeseburger with extra onions and extra ketchup, and a hot n spicy with a extra chicken patty. Then as we get home and open the food we noticed that they had the audacity to put our chicken patty with our burger on purpose. All in all this place needs to get some well TLC.
My husband and I came in for lunch, ordered at the kiosk, picked up our table number, and sat down. It was busy, so we expected a delay. However, we watched several customers receive their food, eat, and leave while we continued waiting. The employee delivering food passed our table multiple times, clearly saw our number, yet never checked on us or asked if we had received our order. After waiting 25 minutes, my husband went to the counter, and our food was handed to him with no explanation. When he returned to the table, we realized the food was cold. We went back to the counter and were met by the manager, who looked at the employee and said, “I put this food here a long time ago,” in a rude tone. Instead of offering a fresh order, our sandwiches were microwaved and only the fries were replaced. I understand being busy, but the complete lack of communication, acknowledgment, or apology from both the staff and the manager is unacceptable. A simple apology and effort to make the situation right would have gone a long way. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this location. Leadership sets the tone, and when the manager treats the situation this way, it explains why the employees don’t take initiative either.
I wanted to share some feedback from our visit today. When we arrived, the women’s restroom clearly needed attention—there was no toilet paper or hand soap, and only one stall was available (which has been the case for weeks). Unfortunately, it still wasn’t serviced at any point during our meal. When I tried to use it before leaving, an employee was in the restroom, still with no soap or toilet paper available. Additionally, the orange juice tasted extremely diluted, almost like water. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed. Thank you.
Haven't gotten a burger here in years. Now I remember why. Got a quarter pound it was awful. Ketchup leaked out everywhere. The pattie was old and dried out on the upside. I never have to worry about wasting money here ever again
Someone needs to teach the entire staff how to do promos for happy meals. Somehow I am getting the same toy three different days with no stickers without the apple slices and milk being what the promo says. Aside from that the employees won't even fix the problem because they are the ones taking everything before the customers can even buy it. The service is bad the food is usually wrong but now can't even go here for promo stuff like what's the point of this location then??
The manager had an attitude cause in how they messed up on order all she had to do is give me fresh fries for three order simple fix but no .I was standing there waiting on her. For 30 minutes.my food got cold. Manager need to fix their attitude this happened 8 pm on 8/12/25
Stopped by for supper around 6 pm on a Saturday while traveling. Ordered four happy meals and that’s how much fries was in each container. If we had had time to go back we would have. The happy meal burgers were all ordered with extra pickles. That’s not extra pickles. The nuggets were far from fresh. Of three chicken burgers the only ones that were not stale were the ones ordered with extra sauce. There is no drink machines so when you place your order for fountain drinks you have to tell them what you want after placing your order at the kiosk. She was patient with our kids trying to decide while talking over each other so 5 stars for her service but the food quality and quantity was super poor.
We went through the drive thru on 6-21-2025 @5:43 p.m. the worst fries we've ever had at a McDonalds they were chewy n hard not fresh, no ice at all and the coke was flat. We had to wait and the girl acted like she was inconvenienced because we weren't pulled up enough hence a vehicle being in front of us so we couldn't. During the day we've went and food is hot and fresh , night shift needs to take cues from the day shift workers.
No matter what time of day i come here, they never fully cook their mcgriddles. You get random pockets of unmelted syrup in every other bite. If I go back and complain they can make it correctly, which is even more frustrating bc j know they can do it right if they wanted to. This is the fifth time I've come here and the fifth time I've been disappointed in both service and quality. Never again.
