I usually don't eat McDonald's, but I stopped in with my wife as we drove through Lockhart. I ordered the Homestyle burger and they fixed it just like I wanted. Fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes. We saw employees constantly disinfecting the tables as they became available. The service was great. They even greeted our service dog, Xena.

Great McDonald's. Drive through is common knowledge to be packed dueing peak meal times. However, it's a speedy process with the 2 lanes. Dine is is great too! A lot has changed, so: Self checkout No soft drink refill No more tvs It's meant for a quick come and go vibe. Plenty parking, however, parking by drive-through, can cause a pickled situation.

I have really enjoyed the burgers. I've always had the Big Mac. Some of the best fries. It's really nice that McDonald's has discounts. So that you always pay less than $10 on food. A big Mac meal (Big Mac, med fries, med drink) will cost less than $7!

Stopped for coffee and orange juice. The girl at the counter was kind and courteous. Coffee was hot orange juice was cold.

McDonald's is always consistent and reliable. Any items I have ordered always reflect the quality and uniformity that you should expect. All the locations I have visited are very much alike. Can't go wrong with this fast food company.

It's a McDonald's, what can I say? The employees are terrific though. Fast and friendly.

Everything was ok until a male employee was talking to some customers and while having said conversation was using ugly profanity. There were children eating breakfast with their parents! It was very disturbing.

I would love to give 4 stars but, some time the food has been there a very long time, or is hard, or dry. The buster sits or highchair not clean, there are a lot of thing that they can do to maintain the place more clean. Also the restroom, I just wouldn't use them. Had to wait 13 minutes while they cleaned the cappuccino machine. We both thought they would've offered something (like a free refill on the black coffee we also bought) but nothing. Why clean that at 445 pm & not before close? Cappuccino was good though.

Drive thru takes so long and regardless of order pulled up to lane 1 or 2 they take orders as they want to. I've had been sitting in 1 lane and nobody was working it, person handling it went on break and didnt give to someone else to take orders for that lane. Luckily nobody else was behind me because I had to back out of that lane and move to the next which is when I was told what happened. Seems like common sense to hand off to someone but I guess not.

Most of the time the food is fresh and good especially if you eat in. However, i do advise that if you go through the drive thru you check your change and CHECK YOUR ORDER. It has been at least 3 times that my order is missing an item. I usually check the order but most of the time im in a rush and so are the workers(i mean it is fast food) so i assume everything is right, then it sucks when it isnt. so just doublecheck.

Plenty of workers and they werent very busy. One person was taking orders and cleaning the lobby. Arasely was very nice and took our order she was also the only one cleaning while the others were hanging out in the back she was very postive and nice to other visitors. If it had not been for her this store would have gotten a 1 or 2 star rating. For hanging out and having plenty of time to cook my food seeing as i was the only customer at the time. My chicken burger was not very fresh my cheesburger did not taste fully cooked. My fries were ok but not fresh either.

Not one of the best McDonald's. One day they didn't have change for a $20. The other day there was no A/C so it was sweltering hot. Few of the front staff seem trained well and don't last long employment wise. Food was the same as any McDonald's, but that's it.

I went during an off busy time. Service was pretty fast, they have messed up my orders on the past but nobody is perfect.

All I gotta say is "check your bag" before you leave. I'm always missing something anytime I go to this location lol just be sure to check before you leave. 👍

My sister and I stopped here this morning to get a Carmel macchiato, and a sausage, egg, and cheese, biscuit. We’ve never had problems with out orders in the past, but this time we’re a little disappointed. There was way to much cream in my coffee, and my sisters sandwich tasted like bleach. I don’t know if they set the sandwich down while cleaning, or what. Just thought I’d leave this here.

The service was much better this time around, although the food was all bland and tasteless. The French fries that McDonald's is famous for were also tasteless, and only lukewarm. Although the overall experience was improved, this McDonald's is still one that I probably won't revisit unless I just happen to be in the area with my children.

Came here to eat during night hours. The food was good. The service was okay. We used the touchscreen panels to order our food. Ordered one of their new chicken sandwiches but they ended up giving us the burger version of it. Overheard some other customer having issues with there meals but it is what to expect since it was 12 midnight and low staff. The lobby was clean. Overall good experience aside from the sandwich mistake.

The meal was doomed from the start: Two panels of the inside menu are blank- I was told the head honcho doesn't want to fix the unappetizing black and broken display, that lack of salads or anything attempting to be a vegetable. The coffee was tasty and overpriced. The next time I'm hungry in the early a.m. I think I will chew off my arm and snack on it- might be as impressive as my last meal at this eatery.

Probably the WORST McDonald’s I’ve been to in the US. Teenage kids that do t have a freaking clue what they’re doing or how to cook. Got the $8.99 McNugget bundle, the chicken was raw, there were pieces stuck together and the batter was uncooked. The fries were good. Foods good. But they are professionals when it comes to being able to ignore you. Don't waist your time going into the remodeled inside. The seats are made for young kids. All the seats hit you in the middle of your back. This is not good for older people. Even if you want water you have to beat on the counter so someone will help you. They have two ways out and only one garbage. McDonald's has out done themselves. So many people were waiting on their food, they were having to get out of their cars and come in just to get cold food. The workers that clean the inside are doing a good job as always.

They constantly get my order wrong. Often they ignore you. I went and they fore the bbq sauce for the chicken. I went to the counter and asked. Ignored. I said excuse me and finally the girl who looked like a swing manager said wait. She'd be with me in a minute. Rudely!!. When I worked customer service, I was taught to acknowledge the customer right away and just say " I will be you in a minute". NOT ignore them!!!! They now have new people. A couple of the girls are nice and friendly.

They messed up my order by not giving me a 2 plan cheeseburger and changed it to 2 Double cheeseburger. I just went in there to eat and decided to go to the restroom first. The restroom smells so bad. I can’t even stand to stay in there to go to the restroom. Much less Eaton there now. This was not a person before me kind of smell this is a call plumber smell.

The non-fat mocha I got yesterday at 9:45 am tasted disgusting. They're not cheap, and I threw 3/4 of it away. It was so bad, I think the experience has put me off McD's mocha, which sucks because I loved them.

They had completely no idea what to do they didn't even know what we ordered . And to top it all off this is the second time at the same location this happens. And the Food was not correct we got was old and dry I have been eating McDonald's for 25 years and this was by far the worst experience I have had .

I was traveling home and stopped here for lunch at 11 am. I ordered the #3 meal (double quarter pounder). They confirmed that I ordered a breakfast meal and told me that there were no fountain drinks. I corrected them and asked what they had available to drink. One of the options was iced tea, so I ordered that. When I arrived at pickup window #1, I was told that they were out of tea. I asked for a refund on the drink. They told me to move up to pickup window #2. I waited while they served 10 vehicles and received no help. I then opened the pickup window and yelled for someone to come to the window. I explained that I wanted my meal and a receipt for the drink refund. She came back with the food, but there was no receipt. I asked again for the refund. She left, and several minutes later, someone else came to the window with a dollar and some change to refund my drink. I'm guessing that initially, they figured I would leave with my food and no drink or refund.

DRIVE-THRU IF YOU DARE! So this is my second review of this shitshow but this time I tracked my orders over a span of 3 months. I stopped by 10 times and 7 of those time they forgot food. Including entire meals and completely wrong food orders. Charging for extras and add-ons but not getting them. Asking for gift cards and being told they don't sell them but still getting them after asking to speak to someone else. Almost never getting a receipt. They even THREATEN to call the cops for not pulling forward while waiting for a receipt. Management is clearly a joke.

The young guy that's in charge in the morning today is the worse to be in charge. I put in a order and he didn't hear me say hashbrown. Then he wants to charge me again for another one. She told us to go to the next window just to wait for 2 creams and 4 splendas and of course they took forever. We eventually left. I got up there i paid. I checked my food — they gave me no pumpkin pie. I was told to go around and wait again. This time i used my 99 cent deal for iced coffee to get a iced coffee instead as they were hesitant. After a 20 minute wait i got up there again. They tell me their register is down i cant pay for anything. Thats fine, i ordered a pie and didnt get anything and no one told me there was none. They tell me, pull forward to next window. I get there i explain again. The kid at the window is hesitant and turns around to ask his manager. Im like come on dude.. the pies are $1.58 and i used a $0.99 coffee deal to just get a coffee instead so im paying extra for nothing and you still hesitate to give me it after handing me my meal and not even informing me about no pies.. Tl;dr there was no pumpkin pies, but i paid for it, they never gave me it and never informed me, and had to wait 50 minutes in line for them to hesitate over giving me a free 99 cent coffee in replacement of the pie i paid for. Morning crew is not this bad.

The service is typically good, but lately, they've been slipping. The staff were being rude. I ordered my food, paid, and noticed they gave me an extra drink but forgot my fries. I understand mistakes happen, but their attitude was unnecessary. The cashier said they’d have to refund me and then charge me for the fries, which was fine, but she took the Sprite back and handed me the fries. The whole time, she had a bad attitude, and they were all laughing with each other. From ordering to receiving my food, it was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service.

Went there today 05/03/2025 at about 1pm for chicjen nuggets meal with a coke. Bbq sauce. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru as it was super crowded. I was eating my lunch when I was half way done I found a long hair in my sandwich, it was disgusting I had to spit it out and couldn’t finish my other food in case there was another hair. I called to see if I could get a refund but they wouldn’t unless I bring the sandwich why should I bring it back. I told the manager to make sure everyone hair is up she said HER hair was up but didn’t mention others Hair should be in a tight bun not a ponytail if you are in the kitchen. I know there was lots more hair today at McDonald’s.

Got the air land and sea, they charge you full price for everything individually which comes out to almost 13$, if you order everything individually through the app it comes out to less then 6$, you also must assemble it yourself which defeates the purpose... the real hack is ordering the coupon deal buy 1 get 1 free from the app, get the big Mac and get the filet o fish as the free, add a hot n spicy comes out to less then 6$, if you order in store, get a mcdouble add bigmac sauce and add a hot n spicy patty and filet o fish patty, less then 5$.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I placed a pick up order for breakfast. I sat in line for 20 minutes they confirmed my order waited another 10 minutes and by the time that I reached the window they asked me to pull forward and wait for a bit more. Finally a worker came out to tell me that my order had been cancelled because I had not arrived in time for breakfast. I told her they could’ve at least let me know when they confirm the order instead of having me wait another 10 minutes in line. This was a complete waste of Time. I went across the street and was able to get a meal in less than five minutes. Needless to say, I will not be returning to That location.

I normally try to not leave a bad review but this McDonald’s just needed one bad. Rushed at the drive through, order completely wrong, then fixed but rushed where I couldn’t even add the last things so as I pulled up to the pay window I stated nicely over and over so sorry I need to add more, first I fixed the drink because it was still wrong, then I requested a double cheeseburger with extra onions and extra ketchup, and a hot n spicy with a extra chicken patty. Then as we get home and open the food we noticed that they had the audacity to put our chicken patty with our burger on purpose. All in all this place needs to get some well TLC.

My husband and I came in for lunch, ordered at the kiosk, picked up our table number, and sat down. It was busy, so we expected a delay. However, we watched several customers receive their food, eat, and leave while we continued waiting. The employee delivering food passed our table multiple times, clearly saw our number, yet never checked on us or asked if we had received our order. After waiting 25 minutes, my husband went to the counter, and our food was handed to him with no explanation. When he returned to the table, we realized the food was cold. We went back to the counter and were met by the manager, who looked at the employee and said, “I put this food here a long time ago,” in a rude tone. Instead of offering a fresh order, our sandwiches were microwaved and only the fries were replaced. I understand being busy, but the complete lack of communication, acknowledgment, or apology from both the staff and the manager is unacceptable. A simple apology and effort to make the situation right would have gone a long way. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this location. Leadership sets the tone, and when the manager treats the situation this way, it explains why the employees don’t take initiative either.

I wanted to share some feedback from our visit today. When we arrived, the women’s restroom clearly needed attention—there was no toilet paper or hand soap, and only one stall was available (which has been the case for weeks). Unfortunately, it still wasn’t serviced at any point during our meal. When I tried to use it before leaving, an employee was in the restroom, still with no soap or toilet paper available. Additionally, the orange juice tasted extremely diluted, almost like water. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed. Thank you.

Someone needs to teach the entire staff how to do promos for happy meals. Somehow I am getting the same toy three different days with no stickers without the apple slices and milk being what the promo says. Aside from that the employees won't even fix the problem because they are the ones taking everything before the customers can even buy it. The manager had an attitude cause in how they messed up on order all she had to do is give me fresh fries for three order simple fix but no .I was standing there waiting on her. For 30 minutes.my food got cold. Manager need to fix their attitude this happened 8 pm on 8/12/25

Stopped by for supper around 6 pm on a Saturday while traveling. Ordered four happy meals and that’s how much fries was in each container. If we had had time to go back we would have. The happy meal burgers were all ordered with extra pickles. That’s not extra pickles. The nuggets were far from fresh. Of three chicken burgers the only ones that were not stale were the ones ordered with extra sauce. There is no drink machines so when you place your order for fountain drinks you have to tell them what you want after placing your order at the kiosk. She was patient with our kids trying to decide while talking over each other so 5 stars for her service but the food quality and quantity was super poor.

We went through the drive thru on 6-21-2025 @5:43 p.m. the worst fries we've ever had at a McDonalds they were chewy n hard not fresh, no ice at all and the coke was flat. We had to wait and the girl acted like she was inconvenienced because we weren't pulled up enough hence a vehicle being in front of us so we couldn't. During the day we've went and food is hot and fresh , night shift needs to take cues from the day shift workers.

No matter what time of day i come here, they never fully cook their mcgriddles. You get random pockets of unmelted syrup in every other bite. If I go back and complain they can make it correctly, which is even more frustrating bc j know they can do it right if they wanted to. This is the fifth time I've come here and the fifth time I've been disappointed in both service and quality. Never again.
