What a find!!! Quaint diner type atmosphere with EXCELLENT pies. Our original plan was to share two of the 5" pies - Dutch Apple and Blueberry. They will even warm up the pies if you want. My wife loved her Dutch Apple so much that she changed her mind about sharing. The crust on both pies were outstanding, probably the best I've ever had. Everything that I saw the other tables getting looked very good. All of the employees were very friendly.

Dense chocolate…Real whipped cream…Tart key lime…Homemade pies GALORE…Big ones! Small ones!…and the BEST, thickest lemon square 🍋 with homemade crust that I’ve ever eaten! Beautiful little park across the street for kids to play in while adults enjoy their PIE!!! 🥧 Kyle’s pie place is 100% worth the drive from Austin!!!

Thursday meat loaf special was $9.75, great deal for a large portion which also came with a drink. The food was great, planning on coming for their Friday pot pie special. They also have a great option for to go dishes that we are planning on ordering for a family friend that's about to have a baby. Put it in the oven and family meal ready!

We were very impressed with their variety of flavors of pie. My hubby got a Smoores Bar, and I got a slice of Peanut Butter Mousse pie to eat there. My Peanut Butter Mousse pie was so delicious 😋. We picked up 5 different small pies 🥧 to take home (Buttermilk, Dutch Apple, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Fudge). We love all 5 flavors. These pies are so yum! It's so worth the 40-minute drive!! Gonna go back for more.

These pies and treats taste like love and happiness. OMG! These were soooo good! I literally got so many pies to try and they were all equally as good! I highly recommend this place! I’ll be back soon to try some other things in the menu.

Everything I’ve had here is excellent. This time, a to go order: pimento cheese on sourdough (mildly spicy), coffee, and a small strawberry rhubarb pie. The sandwich was AMAZING. The pie was even better! The service was efficient yet friendly. Order at the counter.

The food was absolutely delicious. I loved the pie crust, and everything I ate was delicious. I would have thought by the name that everything sold off their menu for sit-down food would be served as pie...

I have wanted to visit this pie shop for over five years, but their limited hours always made it impossible. During a recent trip, I finally had the chance to stop in. The pies are undeniably incredible—the two five-inch pies we ordered were easily the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the product is the only thing this business has going for it. The service was nonexistent, and the staff member treated our questions as an annoyance, acting as if we were wasting her time. If it hadn’t been for a kind customer nearby raving about the food, we would have walked out empty-handed. While the pies are great, the service is awful. I’ll stop by if I’m passing through, but I certainly won’t be making the three-hour round trip just to be treated poorly.

In my perspective today the food was okay. We went on a Tuesday and the special was King ranch chicken unfortunately it was quite a letdown. We have been on Fridays and had their pot pie which was very good. Some people in our party enjoyed their box sandwiches and the price was good for the sandwich, chips and a drink. Unfortunately there was a lack of communication between the dining room people and the counter people as we were instructed that we could not sit at the two larger tables at the front of the restaurant and we were told to move. However the lady located in the dining room had instructed our party to sit at the larger tables but had failed to communicate that to the employees working the counter. As for the service from the employees working the counter, they are probably very tired as being on your feet during the entire Christmas season but the young lady that was helping out was always smiling, courteous and very patient

Last time we were here was about 4 years ago, on a visit to the area we went back because we remembered having great pie here. Unfortunately, this time around was not good...might be a fluke but I have to rate on latest visit.

I was looking forward to visiting the Texas Pie Company. I had heard many raves about the pies and food. We had planned to stop for lunch and take some pies home. We walked in and I felt a little unwelcome. Not sure if the staff were tired from a lunch rush or something. We decided to skip lunch and take several pies home. 🥧 We purchased 10 small pies of different flavors. The pies were delicious to me. Some of my family members thought a couple were too sweet.

The chicken pot pie was good. The hot meal was meh. The service is terrible. You have to order at the counter, bus your own table, and get your own to-go box. They are very unfriendly, but expect a 25% tip. I probably won’t be back.

I have patronized this establishment for years. I love buying the three cheese lasagna that I can get already cooked. Today I went to place an order and was told that due to limited stock I could not pick up cooked. I would have to cook it myself. I figured I could just throw it in the oven and cook it. Fine. I followed the directions sent home to me and proceeded to cook it. 2 hours in my oven at 350 and the lasagna looked like soup. It was so runny it was dripping onto the oven base creating burning and smoke in my kitchen. It’s a real disappointment to spend money (same price as a cooked lasagna) on a frozen lasagna to have to cook it myself and it’s not cooking properly. I then cooked longer than the instructions thinking maybe the frozen lasagna just was leaking water. No change. It’s lasagna soup. Sad sad shame. I feel completely cheated out of my money and time I might not come back. How does limited stock even equate to “we can’t cook it” Soneone make that make sense.

This is simply absurd. Sent my daughter in to get a slice of cheesecake to share with her brother. She was charged $6.76 for a literal sliver of cheesecake that she said didn’t even taste good. Just wild.

We stopped in for a dessert. The le.on pound cake was not fresh. It was dry snd crumbley. There was no hint of lemon flavor. We won't go back.

Texas Pie Company has great pies, but the service ruins the experience. The girls behind the counter are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. They ignore customers and barely speak. It’s a shame because the pies are delicious, but the staff’s attitude makes you not want to come back.
