Such a beautiful spot. The design and atmosphere are stunning, every detail feels luxurious and elegant. The service was excellent, very welcoming and attentive. The desserts were not only gorgeous to look at but also absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors and perfect balance of sweetness. Definitely worth the visit if you want a unique café experience with style and class. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Prada Caffè — the place is absolutely stunning with a luxurious vibe, beautiful decor, and top-notch service. Everything from the coffee to the atmosphere was amazing and felt really special. However, I was a bit disappointed by the dessert. It looked great, but the taste didn’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the experience. Still, overall a lovely spot and definitely worth a visit!
We had a couple of problems, our own fault, but staff were amazing and so understanding. Because of problems with trains, we were a little bit late, but staff had no problem at all (we did phone explaining we were late). Also, we had a breakfast experience voucher that we forgot at home. By the time we managed to get a new email with the voucher sent to us, breakfast time was already finished. We were prepared to re-book, but again, staff were really great and allowed us to still have the breakfast. Food was delicious too. I definitely recommend Prada cafe and definitely will be back. Really worthy.
Delightful experience at the Prada Caffè. Definitely not something for every day but a luxury, occasional treat. Decor is beautiful and the Chocolate Tiramisu was delicious. Cost £17.50. Pricey for something so small but this is *the Prada Caffè* and I was aware and happy to pay these prices - as one off treat/experience. Was charged service charge as well as a £1 cover charge which was not explained and not idea what for. Halal.
had a very pleasant experience! The queue was quite long but moved smoothly, and even though I didn’t have a reservation, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering us a table for 45 minutes (which was clearly communicated from the start). The service was excellent — everyone was welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere was lovely. The dessert was good, the cappuccino was delicious. A big thank you to all the servers, especially Elizeh (I hope I’ve spelled that right!), who was exceptionally friendly and recommended some great desserts. Highly recommend visiting if you’re at Harrods!
I have been to the PRADA Cafe before but this time, I took my teenage daughter with me. Our experience was made special by AHMET. He radiates happiness, respect and love for his job. He was so helpful and he made sure to give us a memorable experience. AHMET is a true example of an exemplary service. From the moment he said hello to us, we already know that he loves what he does and he makes sure that everything is perfect. Thank you so much AHMET. By being so gracious, you’re part of our amazing experience at Prada and London. Of course, everything too was so delish. Always a delight Prada!
Prada Caffè at Harrods is a stylish luxury café offering an elegant Italian dining experience in the heart of Knightsbridge. Located on the ground floor of Harrods, it features Prada’s iconic green décor, beautiful tableware, and a chic atmosphere perfect for coffee, pastries, lunch, or a special treat. Expect high-quality espresso, desserts, and refined Italian-inspired dishes in a fashionable setting. Ideal for a quick break while shopping or a classy meet-up spot.
My friend and I came for dinner and it was absolutely amazing. I had the salmon and my friend had the crab linguine, both were absolutely divine. We also had the hazelnut dessert and some gelato. It was heavenly, no cap. The icing on the cake was our waiter; Jeanne. She was so warm and very attentive in every way. Before we asked, she was right there. She checked on us the entire time. We are grateful. We will be back for sure. Thank you ☺️
Lovely breakfast. The quality of the food was extremely good. The staff kindly boxed and bagged our fruit tarts as we were full. Exceptional. Well done to all the staff. Oh by the way the fruit juice is just lovely.
I attended as my monthly solo date. I booked ahead and, unfortunately, was a little late due to the trains. I did call, and the staff in the office that handled the reservations was very blunt, but she said she would let the staff in the cafe know. When I arrived the staff were lovely and very understanding. My table was ready and clean. The atmosphere was nice, girls brunching and chatting, very wholesome feel. However, some of the patreons can be very rude to the staff, which is not OK, and I did feel bad for this one female staff member who was trying her best. If the rest of your lunch party hasn't arrived, that's not the staffs fault! Prada or Greggs, conduct yourself in the same manner you wish to be treated. Onto the food! I ordered a lemon ice tea, tiramisu, and a flat white. The best part was the ice tea. The tiramisu had a beautiful texture, and you can tell it was fresh. However, the flavour wasn't there. That was disappointing because tiramisu is my favourite dessert! The flat white was served in a big mug, which was perfect. However, it was a little lukewarm and on the bitter side. It was creamy, though, which I feel saved it. My total was around £35 which wasn't bad for the experience. There was an additional service fee, which I was happy to pay as the service was good! The service was lovely, the interior was beautifully thought out, and I did enjoy it. I will be back to try the savoury options as the food did look beautiful!
I was skeptical at first as I’d heard some mixed reviews about the service and that the food was “just for photos”, but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised! The cafe was a little hard to find at first, but it’s close to the jewellery stores not far from the food hall. After we were sat down, we were looked after by a very friendly waiter - he was tentative, patient and even offered to take pictures for us. The caffe was also super pretty and very green (like the iconic Prada label). The highlight of the day was the cakes that we ordered. My personal favourite was the lemon flavoured cake, I recommend that one if you don’t know what to order!
I popped in just for dessert and a nice latte, and it was really good. The highlight, though, was the service — the waiter, Sergio, was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and just made the whole experience even better. Kudos to him — hope the team passes on the appreciation!
We made reservation for breakfast. The atmosphere is perfect,we ordered Eggs florentine and cappuccino.Everything was delicious but especially the service was amazing.Special thanks to Ahmet!!
A perfectly brewed flat white, calm Saturday sunshine, and the quiet charm of Prada’s courtyard. Sometimes simplicity feels like pure luxury.
We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Prada Cafe, and it was absolutely perfect! Huge thanks to Stephan and Team for making it such a special experience, his service was outstanding from start to finish. The cakes were delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was top-tier. Truly the greatest cafe around. We’ll definitely be back!
Nice place to visit once at Harrods. Good choice of pastries and drinks. Hot chocolate with raspberries was great.
First time in Prada cafe in London - Harrods and the service exceeded my expectations. Our server, Sheyla, was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. The food was exquisite. I had the crostini on olive sourdough bread, it was fresh with tasty cucumbers flavorful almonds and sensible cream cheese. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. This is now an unforgettable 5 star experience in our books thanks to Sheyla's great customer service. The ambiance was perfect and it was the service that really made our dining experience special
I went to Prada Caffé for a cappuccino and a raspberry croissant, and also had the pistachio tiramisu, which was amazing. I do wish it was a bit bigger for the price, but it was nicely crafted and I really liked it. The service was great, and I didn’t wait too long to get a seat. The second time, I had another cappuccino and a pistachio (can’t remember the name). It was nice, but not as good as the tiramisu. Overall, it was okay.
Prada Caffè has a stunning entrance and bar with very creative design. The staff are professional and friendly, and the desserts are delicious with unique, beautiful presentation. The seating area could use more creativity, and the 45-minute time limit feels a bit too short. Overall, a stylish spot worth visiting.
Is a stylish café inspired by the iconic Italian luxury brand Prada. It is known for its elegant interior design, which reflects Prada’s signature green color and sophisticated aesthetic. The café offers a selection of coffee, desserts, and light meals, creating a unique experience that combines fashion and dining. Located in a popular area, Prada Caffè attracts both fashion lovers and tourists who want to enjoy a luxurious atmosphere. It is not just a place to eat or drink, but a destination that represents Prada’s refined lifestyle and attention to detail.
The overall experience was great. At first, we were made to wait for about 5 mins without anyone asking us for our reservation reference and we had to call their attention to us. Then, we were given a table that had permanent cup stains on it by staff. We then call the attention of Shabbir to it, who was a remarkable person that made our experience so memorable and special. He served us with so much patience as we weren’t familiar with the menu and explained it to us. The wait time for the order was approximately 10 mins which wasn’t bad at all. The food was good. I had the salmon and eggs which was very good and tasty and my partner had Ham and cheese toast with a side of bacon. Dessert was tiramisu with cappuccino. The service was excellent and the food was great. The ambience was not that much of awe as I expected as the tables were dirty and the chairs weren’t that good for the luxury extravagant dining they are trying to sell. Overall, it was good except the ambience. I will recommend visitors focus more on the food and good service from Shabbir and his colleagues rather than the ambience.
We visited this café on a Tuesday afternoon without a reservation. It wasn’t very busy and we were seated immediately. The décor was beautiful and created a very pleasant atmosphere. We ordered cappuccinos, which were excellent in terms of taste. However, the desserts were very small and not worth the price. In addition, there was a £3 sitting charge and a £2 service charge. Overall, the café felt overrated for what it offered.
Lovely Branded Cafe at Harrods. The mint interior is quite refreshing and high end. Waiting time was around 15 mins on a Saturday afternoon. We had some refreshments and the hazelnut cake which was delicious but too small for the price. A luxurious experience? Maybe worth the cappuccino with the Prada logo on or a nice photo moment. The service was good and the staff friendly. Thanks to Ahmed for the recommendations.
We didn’t have a reservation, but the staff welcomed us right away. The place has a great luxurious vibe — everything from the cutlery and napkins to the cups and plates is Prada-branded, which adds a nice touch. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed. The only downside is that the cakes and pastries are quite overpriced for what you get — you’re mostly paying for the branding.
This was my second visit, this time without a reservation. On a Tuesday afternoon, getting a table was no problem at all. The staff was friendly, and both the coffee and the cake were very good. That said, you’re quite obviously paying for the Prada name on your coffee — quite literally, as “Prada” is printed on the milk foam, lol. It’s nice every now and then, but I can absolutely understand if it’s not worth it for everyone. American Express was accepted.
Lovely pastries, stylish setting – but very crowded The pastries were delicious – refined, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly despite the rush. However, the place gets very busy, so expect to wait for a table or feel a bit cramped during peak hours. Still worth a visit for the atmosphere and quality.
The coffee was really nice — smooth and well-balanced. I asked for an extra shot to make it stronger, but the waitress seemed unsure about the request, which was a bit surprising for a high-end spot like this. That said, the food made up for it. The croissant was buttery and flaky, and the granola breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The whole place has a stylish, luxe vibe, perfect for a chic coffee break while shopping. A solid 4-star experience — just a touch more confidence from the staff would’ve made it perfect.
We enjoyed our meal here a lot! Our waiter, Ahed, was very enjoyable to chat with, and he gave us very good recommendations for our desserts and drinks. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed - we appreciated his energy and attentiveness. Having missed out on dining in the indoor seating area, we were also given the opportunity to take a few photos on the balcony whilst the area was still available - thank you Denis and Luciana for doing so!
The tiramisu was delicious! Just a heads-up: they’ve stopped printing the logo on the coffee. Expect around a 40-minute wait as they don’t take reservations, but it’s worth it for the taste and stylish atmosphere.
I recently visited Prada Caffé in London, and while the experience had its highlights, there are areas for improvement. The wait time to get seated was an hour, which was longer than expected. I ordered the sea bass but unfortunately, it wasn’t well done or properly seasoned which was disappointing. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The waitress was attentive and polite. The drink I had was great, and the ambience of the caffé is absolutely beautiful, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. One suggestion would be to provide hot sauces or condiments for non-European customers who enjoy spicier food options. Overall, I had a good time, but addressing these details would enhance the experience significantly.
Thank-you to the lovely waitress who was working in the upstairs section on Friday. Excellent customer service. The ambience is quite lovely with both an indoors and outdoors section. This cafe is certainly a worthwhile experience. I am more inclined to recommend their desserts over savoury dishes. The service fell short when I wanted to make some chocolate purchases downstairs. The initial guy serving me wasn’t very helpful and lacked product knowledge. I waited a good 10-15 minutes and finally got a sales person who was very approachable and had extensive product knowledge. There really needs to be consistency with the level of customer service at this establishment.
The lady that greeted us and showed us to our table was sour grapes (think her name was Evisa)! Miserable and no smile to make us feel welcomed. However, once we were seated we were served by Ahmet who provided exceptional service. Ahmet was very professional, friendly and helpful. His service definitely made our experience an enjoyable one. Food/drink was hit and miss - tartlet and crossaints were nice. Pan au chocolat ok. Tea and Cappuccino not the best we have had. Doubt we would go again as prices are high but do not match the food quality.
The Prada Caffè is definitely one of the most stylish and unique cafés I’ve visited – the interior is stunning with its chic design, luxury vibe, and perfect lighting that makes the whole place feel elegant. The atmosphere alone makes it worth visiting, especially if you enjoy taking in a high-end, designer café experience. I tried the dessert and it looked beautiful – presentation was top class, very eye-catching and almost too pretty to eat. The taste was nice, but to be honest it didn’t quite blow me away compared to the price. I feel like the atmosphere and presentation are what you mainly pay for here, rather than the food itself. Service was polite and professional, though not the warmest. Still, everything came on time and was well presented. Overall, it’s a unique experience and worth trying at least once if you’re in London and want to enjoy a luxury café vibe. For me, the highlight was the atmosphere and style – truly 10/10 on that part. Food was nice but I’d say it’s more about the experience than the flavours.
Iv always wanted to come !!! It was nice and peaceful ☺️ not many variety of drinks wish they did chai latte or matcha!!! Salmon and 🥑 was lovely 😻 service was ok at least they asked for allergies ! Not many places care I asked wish mocktail was nice he chose the rose 🥀 hamame something like that!!! Was awful but well presented I’d defo come back again! 🥰🙌
We booked a table a few days before just to make sure we will have a nice table.Therfore,we expected to be settled by the proper table. However,As soon as we arrived the place,We were told to be sit down at the back of the place where the till was.It wasn’t convenient for us. Ambiance was abit cold to em.Service was ok.Desserts looked ok to me.However,They were not really big enough and prices were exaggerated compared to size. They charge for one piece of chestnut around 8 pounds.Come on I can understand that this is somewhere underneath of the Harrods l.But in the end,There was no need to exaggerate that much. Overall,Ot is only one time place to visit. That’s all.
It was a nice setting, and obviously what you expect from Prada branded cafe. A little too busy. Definitely overpriced for what they offer.it was just a cafe, but visited for a treat and to have an experience. It was not special by any means in terms of service or food. Just a insta cafe. It is attached the Harrods store, so if you have money and want to splash it, may as well do some of it here
High price high quality café. You’re given 45 min if you have a drink/snack an 1:50 if you eat. Now to the lesson I learned: TAKE A PICTURE WITH TIMESTAMP THE MOMENT YOU’RE SEATED. I was asked to leave after less than 20 min. When I told them that I thought I had 45 min, they doublechecked and told me I had spent 30 min (false). Nice place but being lied to spoils it a bit.
The interior is beautiful but service is poor. Table next to the one l was used and it was not cleared till l finished eating. I could not eat my croissant and l was told l could not pack it to go, l can only leave it for them to throw away or wrap it in a napkin. That was disappointing
It was okay. In no way was it bad or anything but its more about the atmosphere and experience. Breakfast and coffee were just okay and expensive. The pistachio cake was very good. For the price, i would just skip food and get coffee/tea and cake.
The place is definitely in need of a good clean. It was incredibly busy, with people constantly walking in and out—or just passing through. I’ve been to Tiffany’s at Harrods, and that kind of disruption doesn’t happen there. We were seated right next to the door, which didn’t help. People from the street kept wandering in just to take photos, which really took away from the experience. Even outside, people were queuing on the stairs and walking past to snap pictures—you could barely enjoy your own visit. I expected more from Harrods. It felt like the situation should’ve been managed much better. To top it off, we had to go down two floors just to use the toilet. We ordered a glass of wine, but it wasn’t great. The food was okay—tasty, but nothing memorable, and certainly not worth the hype. If it didn’t have “Prada” printed on everything, it would just feel like a basic café. Overall, I’d give it a 5/10.
We went to Prada Café and asked to sit outside, but were told that the outdoor area was reserved only for “special guests.” When I asked what that meant, I got no clear answer. There was no option to choose seating when making the reservation, so this policy feels completely unfair and discriminatory. Everyone pays the same prices, yet they make a secret distinction between guests. Very unprofessional, unacceptable, and I will never return.
Café Prada offers very good coffee and delicious chocolates — perfect for a sweet break in an iconic setting. Unfortunately, the service is very, very, very improvable. It feels so so and not very attentive, which really takes away from the experience, especially given the brand and expectations. I would come back for the coffee and chocolates, but the service definitely needs to improve to match the level of the place.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Prada Caffè at Harrods, which was meant to be a special celebration for my mother’s birthday. Despite making a reservation in advance, the experience was handled with a shocking lack of care and respect. One of the staff members told us that if we only ordered desserts and drinks, we would be limited to 30 minutes. This was said bluntly and without empathy, which immediately ruined the atmosphere of what was supposed to be a meaningful family celebration. To make matters worse, we were explicitly told we were not allowed to sing for my mother’s birthday. This felt unnecessarily strict, unwelcoming, and completely inappropriate for a café that presents itself as a luxury experience. Many items on the menu, including several cakes, were not available, which was not communicated beforehand. On top of that, the service was slow and disorganised — they even brought the wrong order, forcing us to wait again, despite the café not being crowded at all. The prices are extremely high, yet the service, attitude, and overall experience were far below acceptable standards. The staff were impolite, dismissive, and showed no effort to accommodate or respect a special occasion. This café completely ruined my mother’s birthday, and for such an overpriced venue, the level of disrespect was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 0/5 stars.
In August 25 we had a reservation at the Prada Café in Harrods. It sounded like a chic way to spend the afternoon — but what we got was anything but. First red flag: the menu. Battered, tired, and looking like it had survived more fashion seasons than it should have. No pictures, just endless text describing food that, spoiler alert, isn’t even available. We settled on avocado toast (£12.50) and tea (£6.50). But at the time of ordering, we were told the toast was on the breakfast menu and — because it was now noon — we couldn’t have it. Instead, we were offered “white sourdough bread & avocado” from the lunch menu for £18. When I asked what the difference was, the waitress cheerfully replied: “They’re the same.” So yes, £5.50 extra because the clock struck twelve. Still, we pressed on. But then came the tea — and with it, the cup. Not just a chipped cup. Not just a slightly tired cup. A cup with over 12 chips on the rim (yes, I counted), the black detailing worn away from endless trips through the dishwasher, complete with stains from previous servings still visible at the bottom. This was the moment Prada Café truly earned its title: The 12 Chips of Prada. Luxury? Hardly. Tourist trap? Absolutely. For reference, the final bill came to £76 for two avocado toasts, two cups of tea, and a single slice of cake. For that price, you’d expect flawless service, pristine crockery, and an experience that feels at least a little Prada. Instead, we got chipped cups, a broken menu system, and the sense that no one here cares about the details. Across the street, Café Erol delivers a far better experience for half the price — and without the gimmick. Verdict: Prada Café is all brand, no substance. Save your money and look elsewhere.
