Fabulous Food, Excellent Service and Great Ambience. Came here twice already and we will be coming back again. I celebrated my birthday here and ordered their seafood menu. The Lobster was really good, super tasty and big. My husband loves the sea bass, so soft.. I loved the spicy tomyum also and the seafood platter.. Yummy😋😋 The waitresses and the owner were so friendly, they even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and played a song 😍 ☺️ Overall, we are a HAPPY customer.. will definitely recommend this to my friends and family..

Awesome Thai food. The best so far. The girl server know the menu like the back of her hand and the dishes she recommended were the best. Beautiful ambience and soft music to compliment the location. Worth every penny spend.

This restaurant is honestly the best !!! I called in for a question about my order and they heard that I was incredibly sick not only did they check in on me but also sent me some complimentary Jasmine tea. Chicken soup was amazing and has definitely made me feel alot better thank you so much you guys made my evening !!!

I went to Tiger Lily for a working lunch we ate in the restuarant. The staff were phenomenal, the food is fantastic, well presented, well served and delivered. Caters for all diets. Probably one of the best places in Osterly a very relaxing atmosphere and good menu/selection of food. See photos. Great experiance. Would recommend.

Came here for dinner with my husband and we ordered chicken Kar pao, Pad Thai prawn and chicken green curry. We asked our server to make them as traditional as possible and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious.

Mouth watering every time we have visited here.

A very good and enjoyable experience. We were looking for halal thai food near where we were staying and this ticked the box. We really enjoyed the food and the staff were very accommodating.

The food at Tiger Lily was really nice. We had the stir fried chicken dish with egg fried rice and vegetable chowmein. Our overall bill came to about £15/head. They serve halal food here which is a bonus. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice evening out, with a nice atmosphere.

Everything was amazing! First the kitchen was closing in 8 minutes but they stayed open for us and brought us everything we wanted. The service was amazing and the food even greater. Definitely recommend and it’s priced very well

I recently visited this fantastic Thai restaurant that truly impressed me. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that captured the essence of Thailand. I started with the Tom Yum soup, which was perfectly spicy and aromatic, setting the tone for the meal. For the main course, I opted for the Massaman curry, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving delicious Thai cuisine. Not bad job. Atmosphere was terrible. Loud crowds gathered thinking they are at a party. Could barely have a conversation with my family. Service was okay abit slow. Food was good. Need to control out of hand customers

Visited one of the most popular restaurants for Thai food enthusiasts. We savoured Hot & Sour vegetable soup, Salt & Pepper Prawns, Vegetarian Red Curry, and Green Curry accompanied by Thai Jasmine rice. We noticed that while Green Curry is typically spicy, this time both the Red and Green curries were on the sweeter side. It might be a good idea to inquire about spicier options if you prefer a more intense flavour.

This is a weird one. I was excited to try this lovely, professionally presented looking, warm, welcoming restaurant. I was comfortable sitting in there and really enjoyed myself. The ambience was excellent. The only issue is that the Thai food was....forgettable. The different dishes all sort of tasted the same. The menu was a digestible length and the food titles were good and inviting. Yet my variety of dishes all sort of tasted the same. Sorry I'm not explaining this well at all! Perhaps there was no unique seasoning? I don't know. For example the chicken (unseasoned) tasted the same across all of my 3 different dishes. Unfortunately I feel I could have made tastier Thai food in my house.

You get to eat some lovely Thai food at Tiger Lilly. The Ambience, hospitality, decor and the food is really good. The chicken satay is really tasty and even the chicken Tom yum soup is delicious 🤤. The crispy veggies was coated a little too much with the batter but it had the right taste and blend. Green curry was perfect with a lot of veggies and chicken and the spice level was perfect. Highly recommend to try the green curry. The mango pot was too delicious 😋 👌

Food was good , large portions. 2 dishes were cold but on request it was immediately warmed and gave us some discount in the end. Service was good , friendly staff.

So the food here is good. I almost always get the Thai green curry and satay chicken. Very tasty. And as there are very few Thai places in hounslow the price is a bit much for what you get. Now something to consider when ordering any vegetable Thai green curry. As my wife is allergic to shellfish, a lot of the curry paste has shrimp sauce in it. So be careful when your ordering as even though it says vegetarian the paste most Thai places use have some sort of shrimp paste within the curry paste. However this place doesn’t have it in their Thai green curry as we were told by the waitress. It’s also handy that everything is halal. The staff are very friendly and are always quick to assist when you need something.

Would have given this place 5 stars as the food was 5 star, cooked perfectly with Thai flavours from the starters to dessert. And the venue itself was decent, spacious and clean. But sadly the customer service is very poor that it brings shame to the restaurant hence 4 stars.

The food was so nice the staff so friendly and helpful the restaurant very nice and specious one thing needed to make the difference is a little bit of nice music then it’ll be super Thank you to all the staff for help especially the smile 😊

Always a pleasant experience going to Tiger Lily! Could be better value for money but the food does taste good

Tucked away off the busy A4 in an unassuming location in Osterley is this great Thai restaurant and is well worth a visit. Not all dishes were great with the Singapore Noodles and fried green beans being disappointing. That said some of the others were great. You just have to try and judge for yourself. Oh and it’s very reasonably priced

Pretty average. I have been to Thailand many times. Food here was not really 'authentic'. Service was unfriendly. The one gentleman that served me was rude and abrupt. Efficient but not friendly. The best part of the meal were the complimentary prawn crackers and condiments. I only had a soup and an appetiser. Glad I didn't order more. The Thai Fisherman Soup which comprised mixed seafood in Thai hot and sour soup with fresh Thai herbs was not hot nor spicy. It lacked that depth of flavour that you would normally expect from Thai cuisine. The Goong Chup Pang Tod which were marinated prawns, fried in a light batter and served with sweet and sour plum sauce were OK, nothing to write home about. The prawns were not deveined. It is highly recommended, that the vein is removed as it is an intestinal tract, which contains waste and can give the prawn a gritty texture and unpleasant taste. There are better Thai restaurants. I was in transit in London and staying at a hotel nearby. I am glad that I will only be going once. On the plus, nice, elegant restaurant. Clean.

Tiger Lily has been established in Osterley for almost a decade now. It's an impressive looking Thai restaurant that offers a large variety of dishes, 94 to be exact, including a number of Chinese ones from the previous establishment that were popular with the locals and thus astutely retained. While there were a few dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed, including the Chicken Satay and Fried Duck appetisers, along with the two desserts, the majority hovered between average and good. This was a mixed, but overall poor experience. We had some mostly tasty starters, served with crispy pints, but the mains all round were very poor. The Weeping Tiger in particular was terrible. This is a dish I've had many times, and always comes sizzling hot, fantastically cooked with a nice sear, and a tasty sauce. This meat seemed to be actually boiled? A sad, unappealing grey colour, with no taste and an unpleasant texture. Service was quick and friendly enough, though if I am brutally honest, they were visibly a bit busy for us, and didn't make too much of an attempt to hide it. Total cost was £120 ish, which isn't bad for a three person, two course meal with a couple of pints each. Crackers and some lovely dips to begin are also included, which the waiter kindly replaced once he noticed we had finished quickly. I live very near Tiger Lilly so was excited to try it for the first time in a good decade or so, but I'm sad to say, we won't be going back. The mains were to such a low standard, that it just put a bit of a dampner on the evening.

I would not comment on food quality or taste as I did not open or eat the food. This is a review on takeaway only.. I ordered the food in from Uber eats and got packages as attached. The Thai curry was piping hot and IN a plastic box which had clearly sagged. I did not feel safe opening or eating the food due to fear of plastic in food. I am not sure if this is standard in all restaurants. I ask the restaurant to improve their take away packaging to keep the food safe. Apologies if the review is too harsh.

Food was average at best - had the mixed starter which was actually pretty reasonable, although the chicken satay was dry..... but the mains were distinctly bland. If you love Thai cuisine for the depth of flavours combining together in your mouth then I'd suggest go elsewhere. Beef massaman curry and beef panang tasted almost exactly the same and very flat, no hint of any authentic Thai flavours. Stir fry veg was ok. Best thing about our meal was the rice. Service was surprisingly impersonal, wait staff didn't even make eye contact when taking our order, or bringing our dishes, or when we left. Not a big deal really but when added to the underwhelming food, the overall impression was they just want to take your money and not really care about whether or not you had a good experience. 10% service charge automatically added to the bill and TBH they didn't deserve it. Would have loved to be writing a positive review today but unfortunately that's not the case. Leaving this review purely for the benefit of other like-minded Thai food lovers.

Worst Pad Thai ever! How can they mess up a pretty popular and basic thai food? Ordered pad thai and they still messed it up. The LACK OF FLAVOR is killing me. Never tasted a pad thai so bland before. 😭 Ordered two kind of pad thais btw, praws and beef and honestly both lacked flavour especially the beef which was also so hard to bite and chew. If you're looking for legit and real thai food around the area, The Swan Inn or Rising Sun are the best.
