It made with Sweet Belgian Waffle, Berries, Granola and coconut whip. Perfect combination for my taste buds. I also order the PB smoothie. Great amount of peanut butter to satisfy my appetite. My bowl was delicious but the service was lacking. Conveniently located off greenville. This spot is great for a refreshing bowl or smoothie. A bit overpriced in my opinion but overall I was satisfied.

I love to go to Jamba Juice. I love everything about it ! except their Internet and their register constantly has problems and I feel sorry for the employees because sometimes they can’t take credit cards. Sometimes they can’t take gift cards. It’s just a joke.

Placed an online order it would’ve been nice for the phone number to this actual location actually worked so I can call and cancel an order and possibly get a refund. However, the phone does not work. I called multiple times and customer service only gives you an email online so now I’m out of $10.57 due to them not answering the phone.

The one employee did not speak as I came in waited a few minutes but she never spoke looked as if I wasn’t supposed to be there it’s not what I’m use to from other locations I understand being busy but welcoming and letting the customer know will be appreciated next time

I always get the açaí bowl chunky strawberry. It is never made properly. I've been to other locations and this one sucks. I won't be going back. I want my money back to be honest.

First off I’d like to say that I love Jamba Juice! I went in at 6:55pm ordering a regular carrot juice. The guy working, said that he could not make me carrot juice because his boss told him to clean the machine an hour prior to closing. I said to him-So you are still open for another hour and five minutes and your boss has told you not to make anymore carrot juice. He shrugged his shoulders. He was insistent that he was not allowed to operate the carrot juice machine because it was too late. I am a business owner and your business, either thrives or declines by the help you hire. Just disappointed.

I’ve been a faithful customer for the past few years, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars between smoothies, food, and juices. I came in today to get a protein berry workout, and I usually modify it a little bit , I usually have my own vanilla protein powder, which they have allowed me to use in the past, apparently this random new guy just took over this location and wouldn’t allow me to use my own protein powder in which he claims it could cause cross contamination and they’re not allowed to do it. What if I was allergic to their own protein? I’m not asking him to give me anything for free. I’m very disappointed with his outcome and I guarantee you just lost a customer for life.

The acai bowl was fine, but the customer service is horrible. The young lady, Brendy (that's the name on the receipt) has zero customer service skills. When I walked in the establishment she was standing there at the register. She Didn't say a word to me just looked at me so I wasn't sure if she was was working on something with the register. So a few moments went by and she is still staring at me, never said hello or how can I help you. So I asked her if she was ready and she said yes. I gave her my order and stepped aside. The young lady that came in after me was greeted with a smile and her order was even completed before mine. That too was given to her with a smile. She put my order on the counter when it was ready and walked away, still never saying a word. She needs to be coached on customer service for everyone that enters this establishment.

This place is HORRIBLE. I used to come here twice a week when I lived in the Village and never had a negative experience. However, I visited yesterday afternoon at around 2-2:15 pm July 30, 2025 and OMG the white young lady that was there treated me with such a nasty attitude and disdain, she did not even say hello, not even a good afternoon, no welcoming whatsoever even after I asked her how she was doing. I was the only customer there. I felt so uncomfortable and on top of that the smoothie came out horrible. Worst tasting smoothie ever! How can you mess up the Apples and Greens smoothie, it's not even that many ingredients? Will stop going to Jamba juice and from now on will only focus on Smoothie King. You lost a client. You need better hiring practices and training. Your staff is mediocre. You're hiring animals with no manners as employees, might as well hire horses and dogs and they will do a better job than that lady. Plus she charged me 9 bucks for the small sized smoothie. Do not come to this place.
