I have been going to this Taco Bueno for years and years. Before this, I went to the Taco Bueno on Lemmon Avenue with my sweet Mother who is no longer living. The people at the North Central Expressway Taco Bueno are very hard-working, professional, polite, friendly and caring. I remember last year when we lost power for several days, thisTaco Bueno was the only restaurant open and two ladies worked by themselves at the counter taking orders and fixing food there with a line out the door! I remember one of the ladies was Tere, whom have I known since she worked at the Lemmon Avenue Taco Bueno and I do not remember the other sweet lady's name. Thank you to everyone on the staff for being so kind and generous to me and prior to that, to my Mother and me. I wish you God's richest blessings. .
Come on, it's fast food. The rice is the kind where each grain is separate. The refried beans have a slight smokey taste. This is a cut above THE BELL. Best fast food Mexican I've had.
First off, let me start by saying that if I could give this restaurant 6 Stars I would. This is my favorite restaurant chain and unfortunately it's really only found in Dallas. Houston does not have one nor does San Antonio. Austin has one and Waco has one, but really this is mainly found around north Dallas. I strongly recommend you order the "party burrito." And grab some salsa... it goes great with it. The muchaco is also a favorite. A thick soft fried shell with beans and meat.
I've not been to Bueno in several years. They were on point with great service and awesome food.
Food is always great, staff is always great! I don't think this place has ever messed up an order for us in the 10 years we've been visiting. If you used to go to the Forest location (now gone), this is your closest taco fix.
The weekend evening manager is a guy named Lupe and he is the greatest!!! He is super friendly and very customer service oriented! I already like Taco Bueno better than any of the others but this one is even better than normal & Lupe helps make it great!
The food is amazing, and YES ... it really is scratch made. The service, especially in the evening is equally amazing. I strongly recommend Taco Bueno. If I were to ever win the lottery, I will buy a franchise. That just how much I believe in their products.
The food was good, but the reason for 5 starts because posted on the building this location is open 24hrs for the drive thru... while other locations stat that they are open on Google and when you go by there they are closed. Also, the phone number listed for this location in not correct it's disconnected when called.
So glad to have a good Bueno relatively nearby. Always clean with nice staff. I'm a big fan of the beef chilada platter... Basically a Tex-Mex burrito combo for under $8
This location is great. Food is always excellent and during lunch, if its not too bhsy they will bring your food to your table. Love this place. Love Taco Bueno!!
This is the best Tex-Mex fast food chain in Texas. Love this place. Always great food and service.
I love this location’s cheese quesadilla. The cheese mix they use is absolutely impeccable. Apparently not all locations use the same cheese because this is the ONLY location that still to this day makes an amazing quesadilla with great flavor. this is the only location I will go to, no other locations can match their flavor.
I think as much traffic as this Taco Bueno gets, they deserve 5 stars for quickness and accuracy. Some may disagree but every time I have been here. Always so nice and informative.
Freaking love Taco Bueno! Best Mexican fast food around! Awesome in shell taco salad, delicious cheap party menu, great fresh salsa n garnish bar, and cheesecake chimichangas are just a few yummy things they have on offer!
I love to go to Taco Bueno. Unfortunately I'm going to have to stop going. It's gotten way too high in price. I stopped in yesterday. Ordered three tacos. It was over eight bucks. 2.69 per taco. All I wanted was a quick meal of three tacos. After my eating my tacos I look up at the board and they have the three Taco special for $8.49 that comes with a drink. I guess the woman decided I didn't need a drink and didn't suggest that. I really can't get over how much a taco and a burrito is nowadays. I know prices have gone up but Taco bueno's gotten ridiculous. I'll have to stop somewhere else from now on
Great crew! Friendly! Food was hot & fresh!!!!!!
Tex mex! This was by far the cleanest Taco Bueno, I have ever ate at. The salsa bar was clean, fresh and well organized. The front staff was friendly and welcoming and the food was fresh and hot. Another plus was, I didn’t wait long for the food at all.
I love this place for fast food it's definitely my favorite good price good food for what it is I go there all the time
Well, I felt it was my civic duty to leave this review. I went to this location 2 years ago when I first moved to Texas and hated it. The people were nice and patient, I just hated the food. And not to mention not a drop of sauce. Well needless to say, 2 years later my experience was great. I went at about 12:50 am, and that same 40 year old manager the other reviewer was talking about, was actually very nice! Food was fresh, everything was in the bag, and he gave me several sauces. Good job Taco Bueno!
One of my favorite fast food franchises of all time. Everytime I have visited this location, it has always been clean. The staff at dinner time is very friendly and I have never had any issues with my order being messed up. I personally suggest the Muchaco, if you haven't had one before then your in for a treat!
Impressed by the friendly, professional, & speedy service. Not to mention (but I will) very tasty tamales, bean burrito, & guacamole! Love the salsa bar, too! Most customers were drive-through or to-go, but I dined-in. Spotless seating/tables. My go-to when I’m in this part of the metroplex 😁
Food is always fresh and good. I have no idea how they do what they do so fast. By the time I'm at the window from placing my order they have the bag of food ready before I've even handed over my payment. We eat here at least once a week. They have very very rarely mucked up an order. Way better at getting orders right consistently than most fast food places by far. I wish they'd bring back their fajita meat tacos. That's my only complaint.
This place is pretty great. It's way better than Taco Bell and you can order stuff like a Bueno chilada platter which is like enchiladas and it's not half bad. I love the soft tacos here they're guacamole is on point ask for the firehouse salsa. It has a little bit of a kick to it and it's brown it's roasted it's really good. And I'm also a fan of muchaco. Pretty tasty stuff.
This was one of my best experiences with a Taco Bueno in awhile. Service used to be a lot better at most locations but I went to this loavtion the other day and got a Wholotta box and a large Chips and Queso. And all other locations constantly mess up my order and I always have to ask for more Chips cause the short me. The wholotta box comes with 4 chips normally and the large queso comes with 2 bags of chips but most Bueno locations when I order that they give me only 4 bags, even when I tell them to make sure I get all the chips. The service was quick, they gave me what I wanted in every way. And the queso was even good and thick, Like it used to be. Loved this! Keep it ip!
My fiancé and I had a surprise late lunch and visited. We walked in and ordered and were so excited to see the salsa bar still available! This restaurant was so clean and so nice. It was almost shocking because I don’t remember the last time I’ve been in a restaurant so nice and clean.
Excellent friendly service/ employees were all genuinely happy. The food is still great! Best beef tacos !! Their garnish bar was filled w/fresh yummy toppings including cilantro. Store was super clean too. We’ll be back- 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮
Taco Bueno is just unlike any other. Ever since ive moved back i havent even gone to taco bell. The chicken is a must.
Best place for late night taco craving, drive through service is very fast.
So much better than cabana and bell. Good service at this location.
In town for Remembrance Ceremony for my daughter Lynzee Ford who passed away from Acute Myeloid Leukemia in 2014. Toco Bueno in Kilgore Texas was her favorite place. I salute you.
It was exactly like I expected. I do want to note how fresh the condiment bar was. It was exceptionally clean compared to other Taco Buenos I have visited.
Always a smile on their faces. Many are native Spanish speakers. Great foos/very consistent quality!
I haven’t had taco bueno in years. I ordered the chicken enchilada platter. The lady was super sweet and the food was fresh. I was second thinking about going but I’m glad I did
Great service. Food was good. I would recommend this place.
Just pulled away from the drive-thru. And I was short maybe 15 cents. The manager said it was okay this time. And I am a regular so this doesn't normally happen. I just love the community and unconditional love this company displays. Through their food and their service. This is why I come here instead of the bell! Ps: I have like 6 'official Taco of the cowboys' cups. THANK YOU!! 🥹🫶🏾
Typically, I wouldn’t leave a review, but I was so impressed by the food, professionalism, demeanor, and quality of the food that I just had to say something. After a long workout, I ordered taco bueno. I ordered 6 party burritos, and two quesadillas. I asked for extra hot sauce, and sour cream. When I pulled through the drive through around 11:45pm on Saturday night 1/22/22, the cashier was very friendly. He repeated my order back to me, and told me that they were making my food fresh and it would be a few minutes. I pulled around and waited like 5 minutes, and he WALKED THE FOOD OUT TO MY CAR WITH A SMILE, and even wished me a nice meal. I work in a customer service industry, and when I have interactions like this whereby the employee is kind, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work, especially during times like these, it absolutely makes me want to do business with them again. It may not mean too much, but this experience absolutely made my night. The food was warm, perfectly cooked, and I enjoyed it so much. Taco Bueno, please look to promote employees like this to positions of leadership, and instill the culture of positivity and quality in your organization- Great Job!!
Our favorite fast food taco place by far. Love their fixins bar. I have been to three in the Dallas area and this one was slightly more run down compared than the other two. The others I would give 4 stars, had I rated them.
Always a great choice! Quality of food is consistent and service is fast!
Always better to buy the party burritos because the regular sized burritos are about the same size. Nice hot chips and salsa. The churros are okay, would not recommend getting them here. Good cheap prices.
Late night drive thru worker is not friendly. (Older Hispanic gentleman) I have seen him lots of times over the years and have always tried to show kindness towards him and yet he is always rude. I have a kind bubbly personality and he always choses to respond with negativity. (Perhaps he is racist against white people) I always try to consider the other person might be going through something in their life, but today was my final straw with him. I tried to get help with menu items both at the speaker and at the window. I wanted to know which items have chicken instead of beef. He refused to help me. Afyer he gave me my food I asked him for Salsa for my order and rather than offer it to me, he scolded me for not accepting them when he offered them earlier (so he claims). I don't recall him offering it, but whether or not he did is no excuse for him throwing the salsa on the ground instead of making sure I had them securly in my hand. I always go to this restaurant when I am in the area because the food quality is always consistently good, but when the customer service is consistently 1 star, I am starting to consider other options in the area. This man needs an attitude adjustment, or needs to find a different line of work. I will never return to this location as long as he works here.
I went in with low expectations and came out with a full belly and a smile. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I was full and that’s hard to do. The customer service could’ve been a little bit better and that’s why I gave it four stars. But other than that it’s worth it if you’re looking for something quick in filling that doesn’t break the bank.
Normally in the middle of the night this place is great. The guy working the window is nice. However on my most recent visit the lady working the window sucked. I ordered 3 burritos and she only gave me 2 hot sauces. She was also rushing everything.
Great fast food, Friendly staff,
I love this El Fenix, usually the food is great and service is really good, however this time was different. I ordered 1/2 order of beef and cheese nachos which were great. I also ordered, I think it's called the nacho salad which has beef, beans, sour cream and quacamole. The lettuce was very dry like it was not washed or had set in the refrigerator uncovered for a long time, I only got a dime size amount of quacamole which I dipped my chip in one time and was searching for the rest of it but there was no more and when I asked why such a small amount, the waitress said that is the normal amount that is given..smh. Very disappointed. So much for a lunch out.
Quick and accurate service, my go-to for lunch Their bean burritos are hit or miss, though Sometimes the beans are great! Sometimes they taste burnt
The food is pretty good. My favorite is the party tostadas, fantastic beans. I’m not a fan of the dude that works most nights, he is curt to the point of rudeness. Chill out dude and smile! You are in the “service industry”… key word is SERVICE!
Service is bad, the guy that works evening shift is not welcoming and very unfriendly. I asked him for the managers name, an acquaintance of mine that I hadn’t seen for a while, and he seemed to not care. Lorena the general manager is awesome!
I used to go to the location on Lemmon Ave in Dallas. It is now closed, so I go to the one on Central Expressway at Caruth Haven. I eat at Taco Bueno at least 2-3 times per week. There are some pluses and some minuses. Pros: The food is GREAT; it really is. Front counter service is very very good. There is a lady who has been there a couple of months who is so nice and attentive to the customers. My partner and I like going in when she is there. I can walk into the restaurant and know when she is working even before we see her at the counter. The restaurant is always clean; the salsa bar is clean; there are napkins and soda lids; we don’t have to ask for the basis when she is there. It is obvious that she cares for her customers but she only works in the evenings. It would be nice to see more people like her at the counter; actions speak far louder than words, and as a customer, she makes you feel important and that our patronage matters. She is the only one who does that. Cons: The two biggest negatives are extremely slow service and rude shift managers. If you go to the restaurant during busy periods, EXPECT TO WAIT AT LEAST 20 MINUTES FOR YOUR FOOD; a 30 to 40 minute wait is not unheard of at this location. The managers are not only rude to the customers, they are very ugly to the crew members working for them. I have watch managers and shift managers belittle and curse crew members more times than I can count. I personally watched a shift manager make my order and she made it wrong. I told her as soon as she gave me my food it was wrong. She promptly turned to the front counter person and snapped her head off for the order being wrong. It wasn’t the counter persons fault; it was the shift manager’s fault, but the managers at this location do not own their mistakes; they blame the crew members for them. That is likely why there turn over at this location is so high.
There is definitely something going on with this location, after moving to Dallas I have started to build my places to go and visited this location a few times. But my most recent visit was an experience. We walked into an empty restaurant and a full drive thru lane wrapped around the building. So we ordered like 10 tacos and after the 1st bite we noticed something was off.... The beef had no seasoning at all so now I understand the bad reviews about stuff missing from the order. So I drowned them in sauce and made my way home. Definitely not a good recommendation will have to try and save another location.
I used to eat lunch here on my lunch break for work and it used to be nice to come over the food was nice and hot the customer service was top of the line there where always customers dinning in as myself now it's no customer's the customer service is not pleasant they throw your food and leave it seating on the counter & they will not tell you your order is ready i mean so now i don't bother to go in this location
For whatever reason they have stopped deep frying the shell for the Muchaco, and it completely changes the taste of the Muchaco! Also lately the taco meat has been really really salty. People at Taco Bueno it wasn't broke don't fix it!
I ask for extra cheesy party tacos and never get the extra cheese aspect of it. I always order extra cheese because i know they won’t have enough cheese on them even on Thursday party taco day. Sometimes my tacos are in the bag upside down. Really hate when you shove tacos and rice into one small bag adding the rice to bag of tacos breaks them. Get a bigger bag or put the tacos in a container no one likes broke tacos. Really one of my favorite restaurants but it so disappointing the way the make the food.
This place comes up when you search for Pollo Regio. Clearly someone is trying to market themselves as Mexican food. This place sucks worse than Taco Bell. Only the loneliest most desolate people would choose to eat here. Absolutely abhorrent taste.
They were not having a good night. The three orders in front of ours were wrong. They then called our number and the order was packed to go and incorrect. We waited another 5 minutes to get our food. The food tasted okay but the muchachos had almost no beef in them. The sodas were flat. All in all a very poor experience.
Order was missing items.. Too inconvenient to drive back to fulfil order (tired from my own 9 hour day). Customer service is surely lacking at drive through. Smiles and thanking your customer is a show of appreciation. Try it.. Doubt I will return.
Not sure what's wrong with the man working nights at the drive thru, first couple times there he gave me actitud and I said ok he's having a bad day but a third time? He need another job. Never have issues when the ladies are in charge on the speaker.
Taco Bueno's flavors are very much generic canned and unseasoned. The service was good, but the beef taco was flavorless; there was no seasoning in the beef and the taco shell had no character; just generic out of a Great Value box. The nachos were overwhelmed with a canned chili sauce taste. The muchaco I think it's called was flavorless as well.
I love that there is a location open 24 hours but I hate that it was this location chosen to be 24 hours. The food is so hit or miss and when they miss, they miss by a long shot. Order food last night. Peep the quality. Those are supposed to be taco roll ups (we added onions) and this was the inside of my Bueno burrito. Mind you, I did not ask for anything to be removed from my burrito and they NEVER melt the cheese on rollups or quesadillas. They also did not include my cheesy rice party burrito and did not answer when I called.
Ordered a quesadilla and just got a dilla... i don't even know how someone sent this out. I guess to be fair there was a few shreds of cheese in the center.
Though I like taco bueno, this location is the worst. They mess up my order 75% of the many times I have been there. Yesterday they handed me a bag with a tostada in it sideways. All of the toppings were glued to the side of the box when I opened it. They also didn't give me any hot sauce which is a big disappointment. I can only construct that this location just doesn't care. Sad.😟
Very clean, Every product that I have bought there has had Substantial amount less ingredients than other taco buenos.
I wish i could give them zero stars. Over charged me. Always screw up my orders. I love the Bueno in Addison, but this one is ran by morons. They can't take an order correctly even when you talk to them face to face!
Absolutely disgusting. Currently throwing up every bit of food. It was all sitting which I don't understand how when we sat in the drive through for 30 mins. Me and my wife are sick from the food. Save your money, don't eat here.
This Taco Bueno is horrible. They hide their phone # so you can't call & I wonder why. They refused to use flour tortillas on my street tacos. A male teller (should have asked for his name) told me that he can't do that. He actually CAN do that, but refused service to me by telling me "no." Probably being difficult because he didn't like a white guy asking it. So I left
They messed up my order twice. Then just threw my food together. With hardly anything. I said no tomatoes they spread them over my food. It was more tomatoes than food. And I’m allergic to tomatoes. Oh
If I could give them one star I would. I just went and ordered and they left my order of chimichangas out AGAIN! This is like the third time in the last few weeks. They wont answer the phones, I dont have time to go back and I paid cash. Do your job!
Have been here before and haven't had issues but ordered a quesadilla and burrito last night and found it to be inedible when I got home. The quesadilla had shredded chicken instead of the normal grilled chicken. The cheese wasn't melted and the tortilla was completely mushy and sopping wet. Felt like it was covered in grease. The tortilla on my burrito was also very doughy unlike it normally is. Hopefully it was just an off night for them.
The people who work here are not bright! Went to order 2 orders of the $3 street tacos for 5$ and got strange expressions from the people working there when the cashier chic rung my order for 1 order. They were looking at me like I was trying to cheat them out of tacos. When I'm not the one who works at the register... SMH
The guy who took my order rudely kept speaking over me and didn't get all of my order. When I went back through the drive thru he didn't want to check my receipt and didn't offer to make it right. Needless to say we were shorted food.
The food quality has really declined in recent years. They claim that they have the fire roasted salsa (I ask every time because it is my favorite) but they always give me the regular, I have asked them multiple times and they tell me it is the fire roasted. I visit other locations, and the fire roasted salsa that they give is very different, eg. You can see the flecks of char from the fire roasted part. Their beans are hit or miss. Sometimes, they are fine, and sometimes, they are dripping with lard, and I just can't get myself to choke down a greasey, soggy burrito.
Absolute worst experience!! Went for the first time because I saw the coupons in the paper for fish or shrimp tacos for $8. I started my order with I have the coupon for any combo for $5.99. Then went on to order one shrimp combo with 1 jalapeno ranch (SHRIMP TACO) and one cilantro lime (SHRIMP TACO) with a strawberry fanta. I also ordered an additional 2 for $5 2 cilantro lime SHRIMP TACOS...Then ordered the 3 beef taco combo with a strawberry fanta. I was told my order was $22 and some change. When I got to the window I handed my coupon and the cash and card I had to complete my purchase. The lady who came back said she couldn't add my valid coupon to the order, and I needed to pay full price. I told her it was ok just put it all on my card. She did and I waited like hold on ma'am can I have my $11 dollars back? Then the lady in the window said but I'll give you your coupon back for next time. Like it was helping. Why were they continuing to rush me? There was no one Infront or behind me. When I get my order I see two boxes, so I ask so you just put at the SHRIMP TACOS in one box and the beef taco combo in another.. the lady said yes....handed me two small drinks....cool...I get back to the house to find not only did she charge me for two shrimp/fish taco combos....BUT ALL FOUR SHRIMP TACOS WERE FISH!!! I was also charged for the 3 beef taco combo which along with the chips were broken and stuffed into the corner of the bag... everything was cold and I live less the 5 mins away from this location! overall waisted money on food that didn't get ate was a horrible first experience!
Took 15 minutes to take mine and the person next to me in the other lanes order. Guy at the window was rude and aggressive. I come here 3 times a week but if this is the new norm then good luck.
Poor service. I didn't know what BOGO be spanish the lady told me to pull up and said that the car behind me ordered which was a two lane service so the cat must have been behind the do to no cars being in other lane. The lady said it meant two I am a native so I know what 2 means and I was eating Taco Bueno as a kid located on Lemon Ave. The dive through Manager told me to come in and told me BOGO means two I have never received a coupon like that and I didn't want two. I have been in my home almost 25 years. I am Disability for now I shouldn't have to get out the car and come in ...the lady said the customer behind me food is getting cold. Straight discrimination.
AWFUL. I've been a few times because it's the only convenient one in my area and every time I've come in my order has taken forever, been wrong, or something is forgtten. I don't even normally post reviews online but this place is horrible, the manager is really nice but her store can't get its act together.
Used to love this place. It always had the best deals and the cheapest prices. Over the past year this place has steadily gone from a top fast food choice to completely off the list. They ALWAYS screw up our order-every single time-like somehow paying an upcharge for steak means you get no meat at all... tortilla and cheese only, the cashiers are horribly rude-like rolling their eyes at you when you ask for a straw to go with the drink you just purchased then when they spill your drink inside your in your car tossing it at you not paying attention to what they're doing-they laugh giving you two napkins at the drive-thru rude. the prices are now more expensive than a sit-down Tex-mex restaurant-literally $28 for four steak tacos and two sides of rice and beans... DO NOT GO HERE!
Place an order on UBER EATS about an hour and a half ago, waited 25 minutes, just to get a notification saying that you guys did not accept our order. I call your location and speak to young men and he tells me that you guys are having system issues and that our order did not go through and we have not been charged. We understand, systems go out and said okay so what do we do? He told me you guys were not accepting UBER EATS ORDERS and the young man me on hold, the entire time I was on hold I could hear him taking orders in the drive-through, I was on hold for about 15 minutes until my boyfriend finally said that he was going to drive over there. My boyfriend gets there only to be told our order is being delivered my boyfriend says he'll come inside and the young man's response is "oh we are closed" okay???? No solution for your customer? Doesn't suggest anything dor us to do? Doesn't explain what happened, so this paying customer who just drove all the way across town? This point, our put card is now charged, he's being told his order is on its way by the UBER EATS app and the young man is telling him the food isn't on the way. Lack of professionalism and total BS training for your staff with this application useage. So not only have we been waiting two hours, driven 15 mins there and back, we still didn't get dinner. We will never eat at this taco bell again. Awful service, rude to customers and rely wrong information as well. Shame on you and your staff. Retrain your staff, basic customer service skills and don't partner with an application if you aren't going to have an action plan if the system goes down and train your team efficiently. Get it together.
This place is open 24 hours. I go here from time to time after I get off work after midnight. There's always this same 40 something Hispanic guy working drive thru and he's always rude. I went there today around 1a and he was just as nasty as ever. Why be nice when he's gonna get paid the same $7.50 an hour if he's nasty? He never greets me when I come to the window, but he's quick to crab for my debit card and hands it back without saying a word and slams the window shut. It's not my fought he's 40 something and working the drive thru window on the graveyard shift. He may even be some kind of manger, because he wears a different type shirt than I see most employees working there wearing. When my food is ready he opens the window and swings my bag out and I grab it and he slams the window shut again without saying a word. Then I just sit there and he notices I'm just sitting there and comes back to the window and opens it without saying a word and I ask him for my receipt and he goes "what". I replied, "May I have my receipt please". He hands it to me and slams the window shut again. He acted as if I offended him by asking for my receipt. I'm sure it's company policy that he gives receipts to each customer, because they have a survey on it to where you can let them know how they are doing. I don't know if he just treats me rude for some unknown reason or if he's just as rude to everybody else that comes there to spend their money. If you're having the same problem with this dude, then I incourage you to make it known by posting a negative comment here, answering the survey on the receipt that most likely you have to ask for, and calling the corporate office to personally let them know how this clown is behaving with taco bueno' s customers.
Why not just shutdown the company if you're going to continue selling lettuce tacos. I've never wanted a company to go out of so bad. Like the policy is clearly a few crumbs of meat and a whole glob of refried beans.
Food deserves 2 stars but I gave 1 because this location is always out of items I go there to get. Also, not the most kind staff...feels like they really don't care and they always always forget something (forks, condiments, etc). A shame. Go to other locations maybe? Or even another taco place...tons of better ones in the area anyways.
Poor customer service all around. When asked how long our dinks would be the waitress told us the ice machine was down was still giving others there drinks. The food was cold n took over 45 mins to receive
3rd time my order was shorted. Manager said they were busy and said if I didnt like I should ordered from somewhere else. Pretty incredible. Sad. Used to be a great place. I'm done.
Go to any other taco place but here. They mess up every time even when I have an email from the DISTRICT MANAGER! I had to call his personal cell and let him know they messed up my order AGAIN. The lady in the drive-thru was extremely rude and lied saying there was no manager. She also refused to give the meal for free even though I had the district manager's name and an email from him. I rather get sick from eating Taco Bell than ever eat here again!
I ordered chicken quesadilla the chicken was dry like leather I threw it out it was gross. Tried to call and this location keeps they're phone off line so you can't reach anyone only a busy signal
The food was great, but the old Hispanic manager was very rude through the drive-through. I didn't even get a hello or Thank you for choosing Taco Bueno. I got nothing. Even my husband was there with me, and he witnessed everything. I mean, if you don't like your job, quit. Nobody told you to work there at an old age. Next time you get drive-through customers, be polite and always remember yall getting paid because of us.
The queso has no flavor. Wasted calories. Please bring back the queso from the late 90’s early 2000’s 😂
So frustrated. We come to this taco bueno often and it’s always a disappointment. You get interupted when ordering and then they can’t get your order right. Brought it in and it was messed up AGAIN. It’s always this or missing items. Water is literally falling on your in the lobby.
never alert, always closed after dark. NOT 24 hours by any means. terrible. and in the day time? can we talk about getting an order wrong? these kids know it best. negative one star, if i could.
Went to the drive thru last night and the person asked me for my order I wasn't prepared so I politely asked her if she could give me a minute. The person then said in Spanish to someone "yeah because I have all day to wait on you". I was infuriated and told her next time she needs to make sure that her mic isn't on or better yet not talk rude about customers. She proceeded to laugh and ask me if I wanted anything or not...NOT!!! Nevertheless I left angry and hungry.
The MOD was very rude! We told them no meat, and they put chili sauce, which chili sauce that I know is chiles sauce. We went back through the line and I told him, I said I Spanish and when u say chile sauce u mean peppers. I mentioned I was Boricua. He said," we'll this isn't Puerto Rico this is Dallas" I was like okayyyyy. He was very rude, never going here again. Lost my appetite.
We ordered a combo and a party taco. The woman behind the counter added extra muchaco, which we caught. When our food came up, she had also added an extra Mexican dips and chips. When we pointed this out, she started ranting in Spanish to the other works and then blamed plus for her mistake. I have been coming to this one for years. Never again. Ever.
I bought 3 flowers tortillas for 68c witch is less then 1$ but they only gave me one so don't order online from this store they cheat you your order to save on time or food cost. I work at McDonald's and we will let you know without giving you a scam. It's that the dasher it's the store. They work hard but lazy when it's comes to being to being to late. Super disappointed but they gave me food so I'm not mad just wanted to give anyone a heads up on how this store works.
Went there Sunday and me and 2 other family members are just now recovering from food poisoning, not sure what it was we bought tacos and bean burritos with the salsa. I will say the tacos or shells had a weird taste so I stopped eating but 1 hour later I had projectile vomiting then my husband then my son. We went to the doctor and was prescribed ant nausea medication and told to eat a bland diet. I hope nobody else gets sick. I love taco bueno but it will be a very long time before I buy from them again.
Worst service ever I will never return here!!!!!!!!!!!! I pulled in drive thru and ordered a chicken quesadilla and a steak taco the guy at the window hands me my change $50 dollar bill rolled up doesn't count it out to me at all. He shorts me on my money and I just feel like he needs more training and got upset when I said I asked for ranch not jalapeño ranch! Never Never Go Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
