Fantastic food and service, been coming for over 15 years. Amazing how they can keep their restaurants so efficient for so long, they deserve a community award.

Good food and prices. However, sometimes the service is slow. It might take 10-15 minutes for your order. I think it depends if you call ahead or someone orders a lot. Other than that, the food is good.

I’ve never felt the need to review L&L before—after all, it's like a McDonald's for Hawaiian food, right? Super consistent, but this location was a mixed bag! My niece wanted a few items, so I called in my order for the BBQ mix plate and 2 spam musubi’s. Here’s the scoop: the rice-to-spam ratio was a total letdown. It felt like I was eating a mountain of rice with just a hint of spam! I’d recommend skipping the musubi’s altogether and whipping them up at home instead! Fun stop, but not the best if you’re craving a good spam fix!

I ordered online & I got picked up the food was cold & very salty the young Asian boy was very rough & he not even how to respect people @ customers this is no the first time we get delivered by uber last time & it’s the same thing food was cold

First AND last time I come to this specific location. My fried shrimp tasted undercooked inside. It tasted either old or as if the batter was not mixed well with water & it had lumps of powder. Really strange. I had to eat the shrimp alone. Ruined my lunch.

All of my food was disgusting and tasted very old , the BBQ chicken was slimy and stinky like it was bad before they cooked and looked like it had maggots. Never coming here again

Had my husband pick us up some food(katsu fish plate) only to have been served spoiled fish. It's no way they couldn't see nor smell that it was rotten before coating and frying. I called to notify them only to be told that you have to bring the entire Plate back for a refund. SO I have to ride back to Long Beach from orange county with the smell of spoiled fish. Smh

I ordered the BBQ mix well done and they gave it to me all burnt. I don’t know what is it with restaurants when people say well done they get mad or annoyed and want to be funny and give the food burnt. The reason why I ordered well done is because last time it was undercooked and today they gave it to me all BURNT. Like can I just get my food well done, well cooked.

Bbq ribs were not fully cooked, fried shrimp was not fully cooked. I was able to taste the batter instead of the crunch. Smh so disappointing. Norwalk location is 10/10 this location needs to shut down or teach the cooks how to properly cook their food.

I've had some time to figure out how I felt about the seller location here on Willow close to Long Beach Blvd. near Southern Cross St., Pacific. The food here is terrible softener times undercooked chicken, undercooked, rice machine I cannot be behind these tactics I love LNL, but this store right here does not care does not care about the food quality or the service two thumbs down.

Last time I was here, I was given sauce for myself to pour, chicken did not have skin and bones. My plate was not as appealing as it has always looked at other L&Ls including this one. Not coming back. This picture isn’t even all of the skin and bones from the plate

they absolutely suck service wise 2 times in a week i show up order something so simple masubi and pasta and they literally take up my whole lunch worse park is that my order is sitting there waiting to be given to me i hate being a karen but yall sure love to upset me to say something please do better the girl b4 i believed her Maddie never made me waste my lunch this bad i had time to eat i absolutely have no time to eat and wasted my time or money last time i give u my money

Ordered delivery for the katsu chicken and after having the sauce my fave swelled up to what could be a allergic reaction. I've had L&L plenty of times at other locations and no issues but once I tried this location it was all hill. I believe the cook tampered with the food or accidentally knocked something in it to make me sick. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location and possible lawsuit should get this place shutdown!

2nd time trying hoping for different results but the beef kalobi both times TOUGH CHEWY MUSCLE MEAT. Omfg not many Hawaiian BBQ spots around guess I give up on L&L for Beef Kalobi. I mean seriously it's chewy and hard to eat and had tough stringy fat that u will have to swallow whole ... 20 bucks wasted twice 😭

I got food poisoning from beef bowl. I was so sick I had to go to go to the doctor. I told the owner he’s food got me sick and he didn’t care. BEWARE of what goes on behind the dirty curtains and dirty kitchen . I don’t recommend this place.

I will never step foot in this location again. I ordered a loco moco and waited. During my wait, the staff were unprofessional, having more personal conversations with each other than attending to customers. A homeless woman came in with a dirty cup, which she used at the soda fountain to get ice, and then helped herself at the water station in front of me and the counter. The restaurant smelled of urine at this point, and I expected the staff to say something, but they just watched. I also waited over 20 minutes for my order; I was overlooked, and about four people who ordered after me, even a phone order that came in after mine, had already been served. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, there was a lack of empathy, so I asked for a refund. No thank you, never again. In addition the customer whom ordered after me ordered extra food and was still served in a timely manner. The cashier only apologized for being short staffed. What about unsanitary?! The soda and water station was never whipped down. I completely lost my appetite.
