Customer service is excellent here! Staff very friendly and quick to correct any issues. Burger and fries were fresh and tasty

This Five Guys location on Wilshire absolutely hit the spot. I stopped in for a quick lunch and everything was exactly what you hope for—fast, fresh, and super satisfying. I ordered a double cheeseburger with grilled onions, jalapeños, and their classic Cajun fries, and it came out hot, perfectly stacked, and bursting with flavor. The burger was juicy without being greasy, and the fries were seasoned just right with that signature kick. The staff were upbeat and efficient, keeping the line moving while still making you feel like a guest, not just a number. The space was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of seating, which made it easy to kick back for a few minutes before heading out. You know what you’re getting with Five Guys, but this location goes above and beyond in doing it right.

I want to make a point that small gestures in community service goes a long way for consumers. Remarkable customer service. Delicious as always .

Five Guys is always a quick go to spot. The burgers are a bit expensive which is why I don't order them..... In n out burgers taste better and cheaper lol. I only ordered a Cajun and a regular fry but they were both really good. Not super greasy and flavorful.

It's a bit pricey fast food restaurant. The burger is pretty good, however the fries are a bit salty.

I feel like they would benefit from having more than one chef on the clock. There's always a line almost out the door regardless of day or time they just look like they need help.

Look, I like Five Guys - BUT would it kill ya to actually put a proper amount of lettuce on my $6 burger (that costs $12)? Seems like every location does this & I don't know why... It's 5 cents of lettuce - just make it right!

I don't understand how this unit constantly fails to be ready for the lunch rush. They should everything cooked and the line fully stocked but they never do. By 12pm they have only been open for an hour and a half so they aren't getting rushed early. Be prepared to be disappointed if you are looking forward to something special or limited, like the honey chipotle chicken.

I come to this chipotle all the time but today i encountered a rude employee he’s a black boy very flamboyant with glasses for one He’s sliding my food aggressively and his tone was very unpleasant he’s cussing at the line around customers and throwing people food he wasn’t very nice and I felt like my experience was rushed and usually this chipotle is usually crowded with people and the one day where it’s not crowded I was trying to make my bowl and he kept trying to guess my bowl like can I tell you what I want before you just start adding different items or guessing what I want , I didn’t like his custom service at all throwing people food is not ok.

Food quality was bad I went early in the morning I was supposing everything would be fresh. I was wrong and also grilled veggies boxes where about %10 full and tasted like if made prior day. Girls there seemed nice though .

The Nicaraguan security and the young man at the grill (where u warm up the tortillas) are the most positive and friendly aspects as far as the "atmosphere" and "service" here. The security guard HAPPILY greets everyone who enters the restaurant (that brightened my day) I'm not sure if the same woman (sista with the braids) manages this location, but based on the weird service I recieved at this Chipotle today, I'ma guess that she probably does NOT manage this location any more. The young guy who warms the tortillas was very polite and professional. As I'm watching them prepare the food for the woman ahead of me, I heard the lady say she didn't want a chunk of bell pepper on her beef barbacoa. So, the short, latina female worker (with the thick fake lashes and the attitude problem, who has the demeanor of someone who's from a prison-release program or maybe she was high or maybe she just hates her job) picks up the bell pepper from ON TOP OF THE BEEF (touching the meat) and flung it right back into the Fajita mix!!! VERY unsanitary!! Then, when she was about to make my veggie burrito bowl (with the same gloves she touched the meaty meal with). I could tell she isn't a good listener because I was telling her how I wanted my bowl and she was just slapping it together, in an uncaring way. It looked like slop. She put a tiny bit of lettuce and was moving too fast. Then the cash register wasn't working and all the ladies behind the counter had stale faces. The ice machine wasn't working and none of the Agua Fresca beverages were cold. Since the ice wasn't working, the fountain drinks should've been free. The space where u get drinks, spoons and napkins was unkempt (paper trash was mixed in with the utensils), most of the tables (and seats) were NOT clean (and I ate there for like an hour and nooooo one wiped a table during my entire visit) the restroom was gross/trashy and had an unpleasant odor. I can tell no workers checked in there or care This is NOT the quality of service I'm used to receiving at the Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw Chipotle! I mean, even the guac was watery and not creamy & tasty like it used to be! There was a huge chunk (like HALF) of an unripe avocado in my guacamole, as well. The majority of this crew of employees is totally slacking on almost everything here and not trying hard enough, overall... What the heck?? I watched a homeless man walk in off the street and fill his canteen (that he drank from without a straw) with soda from the fountain drink dispenser. This Chipotle has gone to hell! But again, it was KINDA saved today by the Nicaraguan security guard and ONE attentive young man behind the counter. If it wasn't for those 2 gentleman, I would've given 1 star. This location needs a new manager who is strict on hygiene, cleanliness/neatness in the entire restaurant!! Someone who is very clean herself and only accepts workers who have great customer service skills. If they can't deal with customers (or at least ACT LIKE THEY LIKE THEIR JOB) maybe they should just empty trash, clean tables (which was badly needed) and sweep in front of the store. What was once the best Chipotle (to me) is now bleh

Over priced for a burger joint, no combos available, fries WAY too salty, several tables dirty and a loud alarm kept going off again and again the whole time I was sitting eating my food. The guys working the counter were nice though.

Probably the saddest looking burgers I've seen. And they cost $8! Eight Dollars for one hamburger! The sign says all their patties are juicy and well-done. Why would anyone want their beef well done?! Unless you are the kind of person that thinks McChicken nuggets are good. Just look at these burgers. See how tiny, dry, and sad they look. Is this what some people think is better than In-N-Out?!

Tonight I was very excited for going to try Little Bacon Burger for the first time in my life! But this decision was a disappointment and it wasn’t tasty at all. Fries were fine though..

I love chipotle, it was also my first job after highschool. So when I say I know the high standards that are needed to be maintained, I know. This store in particular let me down. My boyfriend and I went to grab a bowl for dinner and it was just one person on the line. Poor girl needed assistance and the cook was cutting up the carne asada and when she finally got to us, they ran out of white rice and it would be another 30 minutes for the rice to be done and the pinto beans that came out were poured into the old tray that was on the line. We were lucky enough to get the last of the guac because they ran out as well. We went at 8 pm and I believe they close at 11 pm so I was shocked that they were out of alot of things. We proceeded but wanted the carne asada as a double portion and we were told to wait another 5 minutes. It was not a problem for us and we ordered it on the side. Then we look behind us and the line was to the door and still no one in sight to help her. I assumed they were short staffed so we were patient and she was sweet too I just knew she felt overwhelmed. We get to the cashier and pay for our food while we still wait for our asada. Minutes pass by and then I see three other associates come out and so I'm shocked because this girl was overworked when anyone of them could have helped. Finally someone else hopped on the line, as I'm still waiting for my asada I had to ask the girl who was chatting it up with I guess an employee who was not on the clock and I had to interrupt their conversation in order to finally receive my asada. By the time I went back to my bowl my tortilla was so cold and the carne asada itself was so chewy. I was so upset after everything more for the girl on the line since she was drowning with a line and NO ONE came to her rescue until 15 min later. I hope the manager steps it up for the employees because I know how hard it is to drown with a line filled with frustrated customers.

I’ve always been a loyal Five Guys customer because of the consistently high quality and great experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. My order was taken incorrectly: instead of a single hamburger with American cheese and toppings (mushrooms, tomato, lettuce, onions, etc.), I was given an extra combo with just a plain burger. On top of that, the overall quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys: The fries had a strange smell and were not fresh at all.The burger patty, which is usually juicy and flavorful, was dry and unpleasant. Even the bun tasted off and lacked its usual freshness.Everything about this order felt substandard compared to the Five Guys I know and recommend to others. This experience was very disappointing, and I truly hope your team takes this feedback seriously and addresses why both order accuracy and food quality have declined so much.

I was always given bad reviews on this particular Chipotle my 2nd time again displeased… A gentlemen was cutting fresh chicken chopped the chicken in the container was hardly any and dry so the young man that took my order said fresh chicken.. when he went to get it the chopper said it would be 10 minutes now mind you all meats empty except containers were empty accept vegan.. This particular Chipotle the preparations are Never on point…never so I guess everyone was right the only good thing was the gentleman making the burrito who apologized!

The young man taking order don't like when you have a voice. I let a couple go before me because I'm looking at the food and it doesn't look to fresh. So I ask when are you putting fresh chicken he said about 10 min I said ok. I waited for that. Because I seen the fresh rice come out . So he start to make my plate I said you not going change your gloves . So he like why. I just shook my head and said these youngsters with a job. So I said you took the people order before ,then you went and touch the register and you grab a credit card. That's why. So the chicken came out , lord that boy made sure he put all that burn pieces in my darn salad bowl. If I wasn't tired I would have walk back up there to address this matter. But didn't want to go there since they already had a attitude with me for correcting them for not having fresh and clean food area. Then I start to read the comments. It seem like you guys use to treating this area any kind of way. Get people in there who likes working with the public. Next, I'm calling the health department to come check this place out.

Survive is so unprofessional. This location is always at least a twenty minute wait. Security guard behind the counter handling food. Restraunt is always dirty. Foods are always mixed together. Today they had carnitas inside the cheese. Safety food violations all through the restraunt. This seems like an understaffing and unpaid issue. I usually go to chipotle at least once a week to feed my family. Never going back again. Hope they shut this location down.

The lady on the line just let some lady cut 5 people for no reason, bad customer service, very slow, I only come here cause it’s close to my house, I don’t see how they are still operating. Is always only one person on the line, they should have enough workers, I’ve worked at chipotle for 2 years so I know what I am talking about

Super skimpy. I didn't catch her name, but someone in line said she's a new employee. I noticed the amount of meat she gave someone before me and it looked like the average portion. However, she gave me the smallest scoop of chicken ever! I said, "that's it?" She said "Yes." I just kept ordering because I was in a rush (had waited 30 minutes already). She needs to be retrained on how to give all customers the same portion size. Each time I've been to this location (its only been a few times), the wait time is 25-30 minutes with only one person serving and one person on the register. Why aren't the locals complaining? This should be unacceptable. Stay away from this Chiptole. File complaints about wait times and inconsistent servings if you want to see a change.

Hey you guys so before this location was ok but for some reason I don't know if it's tiktok but they are getting out of hand. I went there a few times already and they are always out of the vinegarette salad dressing. But the lady in the picture that is holding a bag is the new manager and she is a micro manager controlling every single scoop and then when you ask for extra she be like don't give them a big scoop like she is a trip. She is doing way to much controlling portions and I'm paying for extra like what's is going on. But the make line is always a mess. The lines are extremely long for the area and the food is getting really bad. So I don't go to this location any more at all. I will just go to the one in El Segundo on my way home or something because I really like Chipotle but I'm over this location for sure.

This is one of the most disgusting locations. Not only do they cross contaminate all of their food but they over charged me on chips. I order a kids meal for my niece and they gave me a child's chips but charge me for an adult chip. When I came back to ask for what they charged, they told me no. Not only that but the corn was literally frozen. They need to shut down this location immediately.
