The staff were friendly and attentive. I would say I was taken cared of by 5 different people ensuring that I was enjoying my meal and that I was completely satisfied. The food was simply delicious. It was great quality of 불고기 meats and a beautiful assortment of 반찬 side dishes. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Good place for business lunches and meetings. The interior is spacious with adequate room between tables so you aren't disturbed by other diners. Well decorated, great ambiance. The food is good but the service take a bit getting used to. Once you learn their rules for ordering and how to communicate with them it's not a problem.

This place was amazing. The servers were so kind. It was also very fun having them cooking the food in front of you. Plus the prices are great. My family and I enjoyed this very much. Best restaurant I have ever been to in my life.

This was the second visit. The bulgogi was very good quality and taste. Egg pot(계란찜) and danjan-jigae(된장찌게) was the best of what I tried in US. The first time, we didn't like the server. This time, service was very good. Very friendly. Our two kids love this place as well.

The atmosphere is good here. The price is a lil much. I guess for the quality of meat makes sense but the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of five is because I thought we would cook the food but they did and that's fine but they over cooked it all. But besides that service was great they are really nice and explained things well. The location is a little hard to find.

Their meat quality is good. They cook your meat for you so you don’t have to argue with your company who is going to cook, but I believe most of Korean BBQ restaurants serve in this way so it is not a special thing. However, they lack in other general service aspect. I always had to try to get attention of someone to get more water, dishes, etc. Otherwise the server never came to my desk and ask how I was doing. This happened a few times when they didn’t have many customers, so it was not like they were too busy to take care of the customers. They need to improve their service quality.

Above average beef quality, and nice VIP rooms. But weak banchan and side dishes, mediocre service, and really high prices. Feels like they might have cut some corners since COVID.

Horrible quality and quantity of food. Noisy and loud surroundings. I’ve been here several times before and after covid; so covid cannot be excuse. Somewhat expensive but good quality of food before, that’s why I brought my friends. Literally embarrassed!!! Even dirt in the glass and sticky tables. Now I got to know why it was almost empty than before. We paid more than $170 for three girls, but we had to go somewhere else to fill emptiness. Be prepared! Only if huge blind money comes in your pocket, or if you want someone to go broke with shame, go ahead and nail it I feel super bad you ruined your business by yourself.

Hostess was snappy and rolling her eyes at party of people after us trying to ask questions. Server disappeared halfway through the meal and never returned. Food is extremely overpriced for such small portions. They also adjusted my tip+total after I left without permission. They cooked the meat for us without telling us even though every other party had a griddle at the table, not a big deal but kinda kills the experience of KBBQ and without warning was quite confusing. Sides were delicious and refilled without extra charge +the meat quality and taste was great. Would only return if all my regular spots were closed.
