I was sad that yifang at sawtelle disappeared after covid but at least i can have them occasionally at this location. I love their milktea! It’s not sweet and has delightful light aroma to them. One of my top 3 boba places in LA
Recommend! Very delicious teas. I've tried their Jasmine, Grapefruit lemon green and Peach fruit. They are very favorable and strong. You can really taste the real fruit rather then something artificial 🍋 I will be coming back here to try out more ✨
Such an underrated tea shop chain! Their Yifang fruit tea and green plum green tea never disappoint — so refreshing and flavorful without tasting artificial. Definitely would order to-go though because the atmosphere is just not it haha! But forever wishing that they expand to locations in San Diego!
Super easy to order on the kiosk, really customizable too! The Pomelo Sago slushie is my favorite, this is one of the only places in LA with sago options! 10/10 experience!
THIS PLACE IS CHEFS KISS !!! I ordered a sweet red bean sago latte cold with purple rice sago and almond jelly .one of the best drinks I’ve ever ordered don’t sleep on this place please worth every cent !!! The atmosphere is modern spacious and welcoming . And they bump the best music !!!!!!
GREAT tea. This place has some amazing and unique options you don't see everywhere. The flavor of my tea was outstanding, I got a peach flavored oolong, and the fruit flavor was FRESH. Not artificial, I doubt they used artificial fruit syrup. Tea flavor was nice subtle and not bitter. They load up the inclusions, and are not stingy with it at all. Serverice could use some work, but ultimately I did self service just fine and the tea was too good for me to be upset about the cold attitude of the employees.
The shop is very cute. They have mural all around. I love how the pancake maker is at the window and they were happy to show when the pancakes are made. Boba is very nice and well cooked. I reduced the sugar level to 30% which still feels sweet but overall, the tea was very good. One of the best I’ve had in LA.
Came here on a cold and rainy day to try out their hot drinks, and I ended up ordering the warm Sweet Taro Sago latte, and it absolutely did not disappoint! I got it with soy milk (which they charge $0.75 extra if you want soy or oat milk) but this made it lighter and less creamy than their recommended whole milk. But still, the amount of fresh taro they put in, along with their sago was perfect and having adjusted the sweetness level to 70% was perfect so it wasn’t overwhelming. The drink also did not come out, steaming hot, and in fact, it was warm and ready to be enjoyed. Inside there was one working ordering station, but you can always order at the counter, and the staff was friendly. Credit Card is accepted in contactless way, and the drinks did not take too long to come out. Although I will say that it wasn’t so busy when I arrived. I loved that the inside was nice and warm. They had a few 4 seaters anda small 2 person table; and the tables were clean. They have a parking lot which is free for pick up of drinks and food, otherwise you could park on the street. Their restroom is a single private space booth any gender and it was clean. Overall - I’m definitely returning for their warm Sweet Taro Sago latte!
Soo good! I ordered house black tea and fruit tea. I can only speak on the black tea for now (the fruit tea is for tomorrow). The black tea i got 50% sweetened with salted foam, and it is perfection! Strong, smooth, and creamy! The sweetness was perfect for me. Would definitely come back to try more options. They all look delicious!
As with most boba tea shops, Yifang Taiwan fruit tea offers boba and fruit teas. We ordered the Yakult passion fruit green tea, peach green tea latte, and the traditional black milk tea. All were refreshing and not overly sweet or bitter. Peach green tea latte had bits of peaches which really added to that peach flavor. There's a small parking lot which is kinda hidden in the back, or you can find street parking. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and prices are on point with that of most boba shops. I'll def be back for another peach green tea latte.
Constantly trying new flavors from this place which is saying a lot from someone who hates to try new things. From their Mango pomelo (gives it a zesty added flavor) to their fruit teas, you can’t miss with any of them.
Decided to stop by for drinks after dinner at Ahgassi Gopchang which is just 2 suites down and in the same Harvard Plaza. Note you can order from the counter or the ordering stand just inside the dining area (see pictures). I got the Peach Oolong tea and hubby got the Peach oolong latte tea with almond jelly. My drink had small bits of peaches in it. Hubby wanted boba but they were out because they were about to close. Dining area is small and people were waiting for their names to be called out or drinking their drinks. Peach tea was super tasty! Restaurant was decorated cutely.
So much yums. Pleasantly surprised that there was a Yifang in the heart of ktown! Was driving by to pick up some posthike takeout when I saw the sign for Yifang next to the Agasshi gopchang. Went to pick up take out- said it would take 15 min so decided to do a detour to pick up some drinks! There was soooo many choices- really wanted to try their winter specials with longan and dates and ginger but it was still really warm out after the hike so I went with a grapefruit green tea with aiyu jelly no ice and 30% sugar 🤤 so good, so refreshing. Gfs ordered a red bean sago latte at half sugar and a reg taro green tea.... Will definitely come back to try everything else especially the winter specials!
Boba was very chewy. The size of it is tiny comparing to other boba stores. I ordered black milk tea. One thing kinda disappointing was the taste of tea. It was not that strong for me.
Me and my partner have been coming here for almost 3️⃣ years now. It’s my favorite 🧋shop in K town. 💯I usually always get the brown sugar pearl latte, but today I got the winter melon lemonade with sago. 🍈 🍋 🥤 This drink hit the spot especially since it was 105 degrees today. 🥵📈‼️ Everyone that works at the counter is always really nice to us. Especially our homegirl Indya! 👋 We’ll probably go back by the end of this week… 🫣

Never had taro boba like this before. Seems like they had real taro in the drink! I got 70% sugar, but it wasn't sweet enough for me; should've stuck with 100%. I had a sip of the strawberry boba and it tasted like fresh strawberries, slightly tart. Yum!

This is my favorite tea spot in Los Angeles or even the world. It’s just the perfect drink.
My daughter and I came in here for the very first time I tried the lemon mountain sea and my daughter tried the green plum tea very delicious first time being in here
I always stop by YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea whenever I’m in Koreatown! It’s a cozy spot offering a wide variety of fruit teas and classic milk teas from Taiwan. I’m more into fruit teas than tapioca, so I went for the Mango Fruit Tea super refreshing and naturally sweet! If you’re a fan of brown sugar or boba, the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte is a must-try. You can easily customize sweetness and ice levels, and there are two touch-screen kiosks for quick ordering. There aren’t many seats, so take-out is the best option. Can’t wait to try more fruity flavors next time!

Wintermelon latte w pearl (no ice): This drink can't have sugar level adjusted but despite that it wasn't too sweet. There's that nice wintermelon flavor and the milk isn't too milky. The boba is absolute garbage though; it's too small and hard and barely has any flavor. Yifang fruit tea (half ice 30% sugar): At 30% sugar this is perfect. Do not ever get 100% (I've tried it before without anybody warning me and it was mad nasty). At 30% it's perfectly sweet. There are candied pineapple bits in the bottom and passion fruit seeds which adds texture so there's no need to add the nasty boba. The apple and orange pieces are great when youre finished with the drink. The drink itself tastes fruity and refreshing but isn't worth the money imo.

Yifang used to be one of my favorite boba place, but I’m really disappointed at my drink today. The green tea latte I got was so watery, can barely taste the tea.

Ordered Pink Guava Fruit Tea but what I got was nowhere near what a Fruit “Tea” would be. Tasted and looked just like a supermarket Guava Juice. Not a little bit of taste of tea. Hope other items are good. Not this one. The whole carton of Guava Juice costs $4 at the market.
