We had visited the mall about 2 weeks prior to trying it because the line was so long the first time we saw it. This time we were among the first customers in line on a Sunday, we had lined up about 15 minutes before opening. We tried several flavors: the Strawberry Milk Cream, Dubai Chocolate and Raspberry- all were good- not too sweet. The only criticism I had was that because it's a cafe and we were with a couple of younger kids, it would have been good to have a few more drink options. Overall it was a yummy experience.
Knotted just opened its doors at Westfield LA — and yes, it’s that insanely popular donut brand from Korea. I swung by on soft opening day, and let me tell you — it was so worth it. The signature Milk Cream Donut hits different here — maybe it’s the milk, but the flavor was even richer and creamier than back home. They’ve also got a solid lineup of new flavors tailored for the U.S. crowd. One standout? The Banana Kick donut — a super rare collab inspired by the Korean snack BLACKPINK’s Jennie recently raved about on TV. Only available at Knotted USA! Also, the Boston Choco Glazed? Unreal. So good. As for drinks, first-timers need to try the Knotted Strawberry Matcha Latte — it’s the perfect mix of creamy, earthy, and sweet. Total vibe. And the coffee? They’re using beans specially roasted for Knotted by Stereo Scope — a serious name in the game. Grab an iced Americano and taste the difference. The lines are about to get crazy — so go now before everyone else catches on.
I love the donuts here, especially their vanilla flavor. They’re not too sweet, and they pair well with black coffee. The staff were friendly, too. I would love to return if it weren’t so out of my way. I hope they open more shops in other locations.
Best doughnuts I have ever had. Almost not fair to compare to regular doughnuts. Flavours were strong, nothing tasted artificial or sugary. Doughnut was light and fluffy, not oily, milk cream was great. Tiramisu was the weakest and strawberry was the best.
I’ve been waiting for Knotted Donuts ever since I left Korea, and I rushed over the moment I heard they finally opened here. Every single item on the menu was absolutely delicious!!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍 I had the corn cream latte and my friend got the Knotted fog latte. Both were incredible. The cream was on another level♥️ I heard they’re planning to open a new location in the Arts District, and I’m already so excited for it!
One of the best donuts in LA—Cafe Knotted Century City nails it! Originally from South Korea, they’re famous for their soft, cream-filled donuts, and now I’m a total fan. Service was fantastic: super welcoming team, helpful with suggestions, and fast even during a busy afternoon. Grabbed two drinks, 8 donuts, and 2 cookies—each one was fresh, pillowy, and bursting with smooth, not-too-sweet cream. The cookies were a tasty bonus too. Delicious all around. Can’t wait to come back!
Whimsical, donut-centric and not overly sweet!! Cafe Knotted is a beloved dessert cafe from Seoul that’s now open in Los Angeles at Westfield Century City and soon in the Arts District. They’re known for its hand-crafted cream-filled donuts, fresh milk cream, and playful design. Handmade daily We tried… Donuts: Pumpkin Spice, Dubai Chocolate (MY FAVE - standout with that extra crunch), Black Sesame, Milk Cream, Roasted Sweet Corn, Biscoff, Tiramisu Cookies: Miso Toffee and Matcha White Chocolate Drinks: Chestnut Tiramisu Latte and Knotted Strawberry Matcha Latte with Cream Top
I really like this place. I always love a good donut. I like where they are located too. They are not on top of other places like some spots are. Staff here is really friendly as well. I would definitely recommend and am coming back!
Finally, made it to Cafe Knotted & love their donut! I only tried the orginal cream filling and their cream wasn't too sweat at all! Their doughnut was soft enough that keep you want to bite more! Honestly, one was more than enough and price was reasonable! Parking at the mall is free for 1 hour and plenty of time to go to the little cute Cafe!
IT'S AMAZING!! I never usually write reviews, but it's so yummy! I really recommend this place! I got the strawberry and cream and it's ⭐️amazing⭐️ Donuts are nice and fluffy and not covered in oil like any other donuts! And the cream with the jam is yummy! Strawberry matcha is the best! It has the perfect amount of strawberry, and it's so fresh and flavorful. The place itself is an adorable lil cafe, but the line may get long, but so worth it. Plz come before 2 pm because they may run out of donuts by that time.

Last night friends and I were craving some post-dinner dessert, and it was around 8:45pm - and we saw this place closes at 9pm! We rushed over there, and even though a bunch of the selection was already gone (being right before closing), we were able to get a solid sampler of the various options: cookies & cream, the standard one with strawberries, Biscot, and tiramisu. All of these were SERIOUSLY delicious! Furthermore, wanted to give huge credit to Megan (spelling?). Her shift was of course about to end, and yet she was still unbelievably cheerful/welcoming (and patient with our indecision), and that really made the experience that much better. We'll definitely be back!
As for the donuts, they taste exactly how they look. I think you should try it at least once in your life!! Strawberry and cream was a simple light classic, the biscoff was a bit too sweet for my liking. Still good. As for the coconut matchaaaaaa??? The coconut kind of gets lost I was hoping for a more pungent coconut taste but holy crap does the matcha make up for it. 10/10 matcha. One of the best I’ve tried in my lifetime. But it does get a point taken off because I feel like they’re stingy with their servings. It was gone in 4 sips :(

Updated review: I tried one Milk Cream Donut (most popular item on the menu) and one Vanilla Donut. Texture was very fluffy and cream wasn’t too overwhelming sweet. It was good but it’s not worth waiting in a long line. Also, I was disappointed with their packaging as the bag ripped and the cream got all over my car seat. For any to go cream donuts, they need to serve them in a box, not in a paper bag. Old review: What kind of donut shop doesn’t open until 10:00 AM? Bring back Randy’s donuts please.
So I’m still debating if I like this place or not. Went there Wednesday around 11:30am, I got the fresh strawberry cream, matcha, tiramisu, and the classic milk. I’m not sure since I went at opening if some of the donuts are from prior day. I speculate the strawberry one was since the strawberry looked kinda of dry, not freshly cut. I personally had the milk cream - not something I’ll pick again 😬. It really didn’t have any flavor lol but that’s my personal taste buds. The donut dough itself was kind of stale/hard.. hence why I speculate its from prior day. Maybe that’s just how the dough is suppose to be and I had imagine it to be more “soft”. I also got the miso toffee cookie - it was “meh”. Only tasted like white chocolate cookie honestly, nothing to gong ho about. I am going to go back a different day and time to see if it’s a one off experience. Overall I do believe everyone should try it and don’t steer away just from my opinion. They are very instagram pretty lol Update 04/30 @ 12 : Went back and got the strawberry cream this time. Definitely the dough was a lot better. I do believe it was a one off incident. I’ve changed my 3 stars to 4
Famous Donuts from Korea, heard the line was crazy during the opening weeks, passed by today and see very few people towards end of day hours, not many options left, but still would give it a try. Strawberry Crème is Asian standard, no too sweet, and the cream is good, donut body is good, but not outstanding. Chocolate is ok, a bit thick best pair with a milk based drink. Matcha is just ok too, very strong but on the bitter side, could be smoother. Overall staff was friendly century city mall is as usual my favorite. I think the donuts are good, still could give it a try.

Despite being open until the evening, those having been here must know most times they're sold out of everything super early and typically there's long line to get one. The tagline of 'Not Too Sweet' surely suited the doughnuts as that's indeed how all of them turned. I tried Dubai Chocolate, Tiramisu, Matcha, Banana Kick, Fresh Strawberry Milk, and obviously their signature Milk Cream. I'd say enjoying it fresh would be best to get the best fluffy and moist texture. Probably unpopular opinion but I preferred the Dubai Chocolate which came with more flavors and extra texture from the crunchy knafeh over the classic Milk Cream one, which was tad bland for me. Tiramisu and Matcha were prolly my next two.
You’ll probably love this place especially if you like whipped cream. We had the chocolate and the jam ones and they were pretty good!

The overrated reviews from tiktok brought me here and wasn't impressed. The best pastry was the oreo filling and the rest were meh. Nice atmosphere and disappointed at employee who doesn't greet guests as they walk in. Maybe she was sick or in a bad mood but at least acknowledge with a smile. I greeted 2x and was ignored. You would expect above and beyond service from its location but then again its century city. Oct16/1:30pm

When I was visiting I asked for a cold brew coffee and wanted to get a cream top added. The staff said that they don't allow customizations on their drinks which makes no sense since they have all the parts and I would've paid the difference/more for a customization (again it wasn't even a major change it was just adding their cream top to the cold brew). I ended up getting vanilla donut which tasted ok but I had to get my coffee elsewhere
Not worth the wait at all, would not return even if there wasn’t a line. Tasted dry and not sure why this was so hyped when it first opened. I’m willing to bet it tastes nothing like the Knotted in Korea.
You hear the buzz, you see the reels of the hour long lines, curiosity just yanks you in. Cafe Knotted was the donut spot everyone was talking about, supposedly slinging the best Korean donuts in town, selling out in hours. I figured, gotta try these at their peak, right? So, I was there practically when the doors opened. Let me tell you, I walked in ready for that "hot and fresh" donut nirvana everyone describes - you know, light, airy, practically floating. I had my pick of the litter, everything looking perfect. But man, what I anticipated and what I got were totally different. That dream of biting into a fluffy cloud? Yeah, that deflated pretty quick. Instead of pillowy goodness, these donuts were just.. rough. We're talking stale, with a capital S. The texture was tough all the way through, and honestly, kinda dry. Not exactly the melt-in-your-mouth dough I was hoping for, especially since other folks rave about them being so fluffy. It made me wonder if l'd gotten yesterday's leftovers, though showing up that early makes that seem unlikely. I had the Fresh Strawberry Cream, Dubai Chocolate, and Banana donuts. It takes quite a bit of force to tear apart the donut, almost like an English muffin. So maybe I caught them on a really off day. Or maybe this particular style of denser, drier donut just isn't my thing, and I'm the odd one out. But based on my trip, l'd be hard-pressed to recommend Cafe Knotted, especially with all the hype. Two stars because the idea is there and the storefront and display is beautiful. The execution, at least for me, was a real letdown compared to what I was expecting. I wouldn't be rushing back.
This is my third visit to Knotted. Now that the opening hype has calmed down, I finally tried their donuts. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste my carbs and calories here. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate and the Matcha. The pistachio donut was great, probably better than most dubai chocolate pastries I’ve had. But the matcha donut? Just sweet bread with cream & zero matcha flavor. Hard pass. Service was just okay. Maybe it was near the end of their shift, and the staff was tired, they had uninterested look. And the price $12 for two egg-sized donuts feels steep. There are definitely better spots I’d recommend first.

Donuts ended up being too sweet even though their slogan says not too sweet. I wish they didn't add the extra custard cream to the donuts already. The whipped milk would've been perfect without the extra custard cream. The corn latte didn't taste much of corn and more of coffee which is ok. We drove over here to try it, it was not worth the drive but maybe if you're already at the mall
