Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. In the mornings, the my guy Kobe always treats me like family. Always reminds the staff to serve my French toast sticks just the way I like (in the black tray). In the evenings my girl Zulideysi helps me unwind from a busy day with her positive attitude & warm smile. Even if I’m having a bad day, her consist attitude of great customer service can turn my whole week around. The crew works very well together, food keeps on giving.

I just left this location with my Dave's double 3/21/2024 around 4pm. It was the tastiest, freshest Wendy's cheeseburger that I have ever had in my life (43 yrs.) The burger was hot, bun fresh, pickles crisp (I could actually taste them). My compliments to the staff there. I was received and served promptly AND it was delicious.

Service - consistently pleasant with a slim of " it's giving - mad at myself for this job so let me take it out on customers ". I don't understand because they choose to work there yet I get the rudeness, incorrect orders, and handing food while u chopping it up on your cellphone type of disservice. . While in America I had to try the troll queen Wendy's. Good value fast food hope they get past our sharks and come to Australia. Their soft drink selection is insane and totally worth a visit alone. Burgers and Fries not bad but could be better.

Ordered online through Wendy's official website. Card charged already. Called the store to make sure the order went through. Got there, waited 20min line and they said they couldn't find my order under my name so I had to cancel my order and reorder with them. Customer service was closed so I couldn'tdo anythjng. Yes Wendy’s on Fountain/Vermont 1305 N Vermont guy was smoking drugs inside, in front of everyone, kids, etc. Security let him. Why do Wendy’s pay security for? Here are pictures to prove and you can see security guard against the wall. First time trying Wendy’s we ordered a salad through the drive through and of course everything is packed so as we drove I open my salad it looked horrible. When is about food I like to pay a little bit more to get a better quality. Complaint About Poor Customer Service at Wendy’s – 1305 N Vermont I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Wendy’s located at 1305 N Vermont about 30 minutes ago. I placed a mobile order and redeemed a reward for a chicken sandwich. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, the employee rudely told me I should have “let them know ahead of time” that I had placed a mobile order. That doesn’t make any sense—how else am I supposed to pick up a mobile order if not by showing up? To make things worse, she told me I had to leave the drive-thru and go back through the line, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. There are no signs posted to inform customers of this supposed policy, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the app marked my order as picked up, even though I never received my sandwich. So now I’ve lost my reward and got nothing in return. At least McDonald’s gives you your points back when something goes wrong—Wendy’s customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced, and this is not the first issue I’ve had at this location. This needs to be addressed. I want my reward reinstated and a response about how situations like this will be handled better in the future.

Wendy's across Holywood presentation Hospital The employees seemed to be horsing around! I had never seen that in a fast food restaurant. What was the most disgusting was the fact that the bathrooms had no soap or towels, and yes the employees used the same bathroom! Truly disgusting and against all health and safety regulations.

I placed a mobile order on 5/23 at 9:51 PM. I arrived at 10 PM, the cashier told me it wasn't ready yet. So i waited. 15 mins passed and I asked again. This time he said "sorry bro i dont have your order". UMM OK? I showed him my receipt, my order number and my payment. He said "sorry i dont see it here or in the system i cant help you". Then he called the manager who could barely speak english, telling me "sorry we dont have it". She told me to cancel the order. Lol i dont think they know how the app works, you cant just place an order, pay for it, and cancel whenever you want. Anyway I filed a complaint with my cc company and reached out to wendy's also. They need to train the workers here because they are truly incompetent.

This place has gone from great to horrible in my opinion. I have to double check every order because they forget to give you things. I got chicken tenders and asked for bbq sauce. Burger patties tasted as if they were reheated from several hours earlier and the bacon was almost rancid; terrible runs ensued the next morning. The chicken and fries were fine, guess those were selling better that day. Location was very slow at the time of visit (early evening weekday).

This place has gone from great to horrible in my opinion. I have to double check every order because they forget to give you things. I got chicken tenders and asked for bbq sauce. When I got home, no sauce. Night ruined. This place needs to start hiring people that know what they are doing. It's just making sure the order is right.

This was the worst meal I've ever had from Wendy's I couldn't even eat my baked potato it was so terrible, then when I tried my Asiago burger it had som3 green sticky weird stuff and it taste it weird. And then my wife showed me her burger and it had the meat raw. Are you kidding me. Never in the years that I've order food from wnedys this had happen to any of my family until today. I'm so pissed with this place, I've normally order from here and never had a problem for years and today the o e and only day i choose to go drive thru i get this kind of meals. Wendy's across Holywood presentation Hospital The employees seemed to be horsing around! I had never seen that in a fast food restaurant. What was the most disgusting was the fact that the bathrooms had no soap or towels, and yes the employees used the same bathroom! Truly disgusting and against all health and safety regulations.
