Cash and card, limited on-site parking. Very limited indoor seating with no large tables. To-go and delivery available in a limited area. More to meets the eye here, guys! Definitely a pizza and sub joint, but with some serious Persian flare. I was able to try what seems like the Persian equivalent of a chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious! I had no idea what to get, and one of the employees walked me through every single one of my questions with great patience--even giving me samples! Come here to try a pizza or sub with an ingredient you may have never tried before and enjoy the awesome service. Recommended.
I can say the Persepolis is one of the best subs I have ever had. And also their special pizza is delicious. On top of that the friendly staffs make the experience even better.
We ordered Persepolis Pizza ( it was Persian style with no pork) and tong and brain sandwich. The food was great and the staff were very accommodating. We ordered for pickup and arrived later than 7:30 PM ( let them know that we arrive late). They were super nice and friendly.
Everything was so superb food was delicious. Came out. Hot service was outstanding atmosphere is beautiful.
Great food with an authentic taste, especially Persian pizza and sandwiches. Very friendly team and staff. Since they are so busy, expect some wait time for your food to be prepared.
Persepolis Pizza truly exceeded my expectations. The quality of the ingredients is incredibly fresh, and the flavor of the pizzas is absolutely amazing. The crust is perfectly light and delicious, and the generous toppings are bursting with flavor! The restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff are extremely welcoming and professional. If you’re looking for a delightful and tasty experience, you must visit Persepolis Pizza. I can confidently say they serve the best pizza in town!
Great food for Persian-style sandwich and pizza... Childhood memories..
Good for a take out, the food is the one if you miss Iran’s pizza.
The best persian pizza ever..highly recommend
Probably one of the only places that have authentic Persian sandwiches here in L.A and they have always been consistent with their food quality at least in my experience. I also appreciate the fact that they make their own dough for their pizzas instead of using premade dough unlike many other places that serve Persian pizzas!
Lovely crew and the pizza was amazingly fresh
This is a great spot to try some memorable Persian flavors in their subs and pizza. We tried Spicy sausage sub which was great and the Persepolis pizza. Its also very well priced compared to the amount of food you get! Definitely will drove back again to eat at this place!!
Persepolis Pizza & Subs has the best Persian pizza in town! The restaurant is very clean, and the service is excellent. The pizza tastes absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfect blend of flavors. Highly recommend trying it if you’re looking for authentic Persian style pizza!
Interior is super clean. Family owned business. You can tell owners love what they do by the way everything is decorated inside. I got philly cheese steak sandwich. For $9.99 you get good size sandwich that tastes really good. Everything melts in your mouth. Meat, vegetables and sauce are perfectly balanced. Will definitely come to check out other menu items.
Love this place! Vey cozy place. People who work there are very friendly and welcoming. Had the best Falafel sandwich at this place. The sandwich was tasty and delicious. Highly recommended!
Best Iranian sandwiches & pizza in LA
The google reviews brought me here. The food quality, value, and service will have me coming back. I came here with my girlfriend, and we had the Supreme Pizza. It had the freshest ingredients, and a delicious hand tossed crust. You could tell it was a family business, and they care about their product and their customers.
Persepolis sandwich is sooo good!
🇮🇷 IRAN Excerpt from Eat the World Los Angeles: Since 2002 Persians in the Valley have been able to enjoy their pizzas from a tiny spot in Reseda named after the former ceremonial capital of the First Persian Empire. Stepping inside you start to feel that it is actually named after one of Tehran's biggest football clubs and perennial Asian Champions League contender Persepolis F.C., which has an entire wall devoted to its history.
OMG! The food is soooooo tasty and the service is really good and friendly. I just discovered this place and I’m telling you, it’s a must 😋 Their sandwiches tasted great, the bread is so delicious and the amount of sauce and cheese and everything was very proportional and adequate 😋😋😋 It’s a family business (as far as I know) so make sure to support them. There is another place we usually go when we want something that cannot be found in any normal restaurant, that place is in Westwood and it’s really good, but I’m telling you, Persepolis was even better!! I’ll go back again soon to try their pizza 😋😋 Oh! Btw, I forgot to take a pic of my sandwich before eating!!
Just the menu makes you hungry. Best customer service! Amazing food. MUST TRY. Can't go wrong with this place.

Friendly Staff Quality Persian fast food when I recommend you must try it.
I always order the brain sandwich and I'm amazed by the quality of the food, especially when I want Iranian fast food and don't feel like cooking myself.
The best Persian sandwich! The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying.
Friendly, fast, and fresh! One of the best kabob sandwiches in the Valley. Definitely in the top 3, which is quite a feat considering how much competition there is in the Valley. I haven't tried their pizza yet, but you can't go wrong at Persopolis!

Absolutely one of the best sandwich spots in LA. The bread is always fresh, the ingredients are high quality, and the flavors are next level. You can really taste the care that goes into every sandwich, nothing feels rushed or generic. Service is friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy, and the vibe is low-key but welcoming. It’s the kind of place you keep thinking about after you leave and immediately want to come back to. If you’re anywhere nearby and hungry, this place is a must.
It's a Mediterranean sub place with authentic Persian flavors and sandwiches. Recently renovated with appealing clean cut new look. Prices bumped up a bit while accepting all CD/touchless payments. A few indoor seating only. Parking is easy within the same plaza. Great for groups (coordinate in advance for 6+), meetup, casual eat out. Display for kids playing cartoons. Highly recommend mix beef tongue + brain sandwich and Persepolis special pizza.
Nice small pizza and sandwiches place Many hot and cold sandwiches Taste is ok Nothing to worry about if you’re hungry
I got BBQ Chicken and Supreme pizza. Both were excellent with just the right thickness of crust, the perfect amount of toppings and tasty sauces. The BBQ chicken is topped with the most delicious fresh cilantro, everything on this pie tasted very fresh. They have a well created menu with lots popular favorite pizzas and sandwiches , I’m sure everyone could find a dish they like here. I’m trying the gyro next!

The Falafel sandwiche was tasty but it looks like it was more bread in Falafel than chikpeas. Bandari hot dog was disappointing. It was not much Sossis in the sandwich as you think it should be but it was full of extra sides in it. it looks like we had stuffed Bandari not Sossis Bandari.
We've been loyal patrons for many years, appreciating the food quality. However, in recent years, there's been a noticeable decrease in portion size and a decline in food quality. On our latest visit, we were particularly disappointed with the Bandari sandwiches, which contained barely any meat and were overwhelmingly filled with onions, to the point where they should be renamed 'Onion Bandari.' Such changes are disheartening, especially since this used to be one of my favorite Persian eateries. If this trend continues, they risk losing dedicated customers like us.
Not the same place I used to go during past 10+ years. Customer service and food quality has dropped significantly.
1.Very expensive cuisine with middle quality They are charging $3.11 only for a Pepsi can.. top of it they charge more than menu price. 2.have no customer service at all. Tables are dirty, long time to make the food ready... Not recommended
If you have a medical condition DO NOT order from here. They will not pay attention to the restrictions and then if you complain they will cancel your order. Disgusting OWNER. I will make sure the entire LA know about what this person did to me. You do NOT WANT TO ORDER FROM HERE. If you are healthy and have no restriction just know you are ordering from someone who does NOT FOLLOW the rules. He thinks because his own the restaurant he can be as rude as he wants to the customers and do whatever he wants. I will NEVER order from here and believe me their food is disgusting and dirty. I have found plastic in the meat in the past maybe it was bones but DISGUSTING. Do not risk it. This place in filthy and THEIR FOOD should be placed in the trash can.
The brain sandwich we ordered had almost no brain in it. When we complained, the guy rudely said that he had put enough and if we didn’t like it, we didn’t have to come back next time. He was extremely disrespectful. We also ordered a pizza, which had no flavor at all. When we mentioned that it didn’t taste good, he simply said “It is what it is,” again in a very rude and unprofessional way. We will definitely not be going back. He charged us $65 for just two sandwiches and one pizza — none of which were enjoyable or had the proper ingredients. Very disappointing experience.
Tonight, I went to Persepolis Restaurant with my family for dinner. We arrived around 8:17 PM, while the restaurant’s closing time was listed as 9:00 PM, so there was still plenty of time. However, as we got out of our car, we were met with a very cold reception from the staff. A man, who was quite rude and disrespectful, stopped us at the door and said that they were only doing delivery orders at the moment. Despite the fact that it was only 8:17 PM and they could have still served us, we were treated as if we had done something wrong by coming at that time. The man and a woman who was equally rude and impolite essentially pushed us out of the restaurant without offering any service. It was clear they still haven’t learned how to properly treat customers. That being said, I’d like to thank them—because of their poor behavior, we ended up discovering a cozy restaurant called Denj Restaurant with amazing food and wonderful service. In a way, their rudeness led us to a much better dining experience elsewhere.
I ordered half chases half ad chicken It was the worse pizza I eat I throw the trash it waste my time stay away from the place and they don’t know how to make pizza it smile so bad

Low quality and too expensive. We tried this place a few times regarding we had heard good words about the taste of their foods. They know the spices and use them well but the quality of the materials they use are not good at all, and the prices are too much for a rather low Fred's Cafe.!
