I went to this place because a friend recommended it, he told me the pizzas here were very good and he was right. The pizzas here are delicious. It was my first time here and I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a bit far from where I live, but to pay and eat a delicious pizza like this one is worth the drive. If you are a pizza lover, I would definitely recommend this place. The staff is friendly and you can see how they prepare the pizza. The place is small but they also have outdoor seating. We got one large cheese and one large veggie pizza.

Great Pizza!! First time trying it.. it was recommended by a friend, but I saw that it had opened up. The crust has a great crunch to it!! I bought a half pep half cheese, but tried a white slice.. 😋😋😋😋 my fav! Mozzarella topped with Feta!!

Amazing Brooklyn style Pizza ! I cannot eat there enough.. Great thin crust pies that take remind me of home. Great taste , good prices ( get a pie ) and although the Owner went to my rival High School, I will forgive him because everything my friends and I have eaten there has been outstanding. Many Pizzerias like to put New York/Brooklyn on their storefronts, but this one puts NY in the oven and right into your belly... Don't miss this place. It rocks

I had a regular slice and a sicilian slice. I'm from Queens and grew up eating both at neighborhood pizzerias. I recommend the regular slice here and look forward to having it again next time I'm in the area!

Hands down the best calzone I have ever had. I also loved the size slightly smaller than most. When you grow up I. Jersey you spend the rest of your life looking for the perfect pizza place. Unfortunately I was here on vacation but I did find my place. The crust reminded me of the place I used to love in NYC. This is next level New York pizza. As I told my wife this is what I call gourmet cuisine.

Legit NY style pizza. Love the oil which most places don't understand. It adds flavor. Super nice staff as well. Would give it 5 on atmosphere but some other customer was blaring videos on her phone. Kind of annoying.

I was running an errand by the luggage store. I passed this place and was a little hungry and got a slice of the pesto pizza. Wow!!!! What a find! Delicious!!! And I'm a foodie and picky. This is going to my new go place for pizza! Glad to have you in Sherman Oaks!

Soooo good. Very flavorful and tasty. Made fresh it you get the full size. Many different options. They have pepperoni pizza, Hawaiian pizza, normal pizza, and many others. The service is great. They are very helpful. The prices are not that bad it is reasonable. Good location. The slices are very large. I recommend the garlic sticks.

NYC cheese slices are my jam, and we have an embarrassment of riches in Sherman Oaks. Within a mile of each other, there are three, count 'em three, authentic NY slice shops. My son and I visited all three of them on a self-guided cheese slice tour of Sherman Oaks. Pizza Wagon was stop three on the tour! The atmosphere is good...NY decor on the walls in what feels like a truly neighborhood / not-chain space. The service was great too...the staff worked quickly and were abundantly friendly and helpful. They do a good job with authentic style slices...the right amount of crisp on the crust and a good ratio of sauce versus cheese. The chew was good, though both the crust and sauce don't quite have the superior flavor profile of the nearby places. It's definitely a good alternative to those, though, and miles ahead of the major chain pizzas in terms of NY style.

In the mood for NY Pizza, so headed to Sherman Oaks. I had a pepperoni slice and a plain slice. My wife got the White Pizza slice and the Pesto slice. I really enjoyed mine, she liked the Pesto better than the White. The Plain slice was the winner and we got a couple more to go.

They tweaked their crust, I think. Or the guy working that day was a better cook. Anyway, it was very good! For slices, they are the top choice for me currently.

Pizza slices flavors are below average NYC pizza. The BIG difference is size. The pizza slice in Sherman Oaks is miniature in comparison. See photos with a dime for scale. The slice almost fits the paper plate.. The garlic ‘sticks’ were nice and came with Warm sauce, that was nice.

I have come here multiple times and usually pizza and service is good BUT today I had a horrible experience. I ordered two slices and after waiting for multiple people to get their slices who ordered after me, I asked the guy and he rudely waved me off saying 10 minutes. Then people kept getting slices and the other guy working there asked what I had then the main guy again said "10 minutes. Dont know what to tell you". He then gave people who had come maybe 20 minutes after me the same types of slices that I ordered. Then when I asked him what happened since the other guy working there asked again why I hadnt got my slice. The main guy even more rudely said Dunno maybe another 10 min since we dont have your slices. Obviously a mistake had happened and I liked the place BUT being treated so rudely while waiting 30 min for 2 slices completely destroyed my night

That pizza is bland and minimal toppings just horrible. They are obviously just trying to make a couple of dollars there is no love on these pizzas. Look, if you're just trying to make money sell burgers and pita sandwiches. Leave the pizza making to people who love what they do. Pizza taste like they have hate in their heart. Brooklynnn??? Stop it.
