The spicy san lucas shrimp burrito is by far the best burrito we’ve had in LA. Other food items are solid but that one menu item is transcendent. Self serve salsa bar is nice. We order this about once every fortnight.
The corn tortillas taste and feel hand made or at least, pressed/not mass produced. I highly recommend their salsa as well. The tomatoes taste like deliciously ripe heirloom! Yum!!
Awesome steak burrito on a sunny day, Westwood boulevard and Olympic. Consistency is key for successful restaurants and Poquito Más knows what’s up. I used to order the same carne asada burrito when i was little, then I came back over 15 years later to order the same one at the same store, and it tasted exactly the same. 10/10
I haven't been here in years. I used to come pre pandemic but then they were stingy with the salsa during and after. Yesterday I called first to see if the salsa bar was back. I was thrilled to hear it was. I had the chicken enchilada plate and it was as good as ever. I loaded up with salsa and pico and it was delicious. I'm glad I tried it again. The only drawback was that it took a long time to get my food.
I’ve been going to Poquito Más for years and I’ve always really enjoyed their food—it’s tasty and affordable. I hadn’t been in a while, but I stopped by today for dinner and it was a total hit! I ordered a steak tostada and a steak quesadilla, and both were absolutely delicious. I got my food to go, and even by the time I got home it was still warm and fresh. From ordering to pick-up, it took only about 10–15 minutes, which was super quick. I love this place and recommend it a million times!
The steaks burrito was delicious. The fresh tortilla was amazing too! Do you have any locations in the Greater Phoenix area??
Poquito Más is one off the most authentic Mexican places I have ever been to in Los Angeles. If you happen to stop by at this place I would highly recommend the burrito, Tostada and kids meal. The service is also great and the people who work they greet you very kindly. You can check the store hours on their website or by searching them up. Me and my family love this place and I'm gonna continue going to it as long as long as we can.😁
First time to this location. Plenty of parking, it is on a busy street, but there is a parking lot. Lots of seating inside. Line moves quickly, very clean. Lots of options, very fair prices. Friendly helpful staff, highly recommend this chain and would return to this location. Larger portions. Worth the price.
Really nice.ppace to grab a bite if mexixan flavor. The workers there are super friendly and they have decent prices. They make the tortillas there ! They have large portions and a salsa bar so you can add any type.of.spice to your meal. The parking is not bad and you can find a spot if you are there at the right time .
I've always loved This place. I usually go and visit the one in studio city, But this one is closer to me now. This last time I ordered a grilled shrimp burrito with everything on it. I wasn't disappointed nice being shrimps guacamole rice, the works. The parking lot is a little small and a share it with a Starbucks and Chase Bank so you could imagine on certain hours it could get a little crazy be aware. Also the girl that help me up the counter didn't really seem very friendly but who cares I'm there for the food. I recommend this place it's clean and the food is excellent good quality.
There are many locations around Los Angeles, this one is just east of Sawtelle. I would say the food is solid, there are better tasting options around the city, but it is always really fast and convenient here and they always get the order right. Inside has a lot of tables to dine in, but most people choose to go, which is what we did for our order as well. There is a large free parking lot attached with plenty of spaces and the food is always ready quickly. This most recent visit I ordered the Steak Burrito and really enjoyed it. I wish it would have had more meat inside, but still the flavors were overall pretty good. It’s not my favorite Mexican spot in town, but I would say I enjoy it and would recommend.
Been coming here for years with no issues at all & I was disappointed with my last two visits here. I paid $20 for a burrito with extra meat & my partner got a normal burrito & it was almost double the size. only difference was that he had beans in his. I asked and they confirmed that it had double meat but there was probably one piece per bite, I could taste only the tortilla really. Very disappointed.
I had high expectations for this joint and thought it would be better than Sharkys and Pollo Loco but that wasn’t the case. I got the small chicken tostada salad for $10 with some change. The size of that thing has a radius of approximately 5 inches. Guacamole had a noticeable bitter taste and cold , I suspect they freeze it. The tostada was stale , hardly any crunch. The chicken was dry and the portion was non-existent. I saw they make their own tortillas , maybe that’s why people come here and thus their selling point. In conclusion, I don’t think this place has good authentic Mexican food (I would take chipotle and sharkys anyday over this ) but don’t take my word for it 😂 if you do end up coming here, at least avoid their tostadas. 😆
Marilyn was very friendly taking my order. There were two other women who looked miserable. The rice was amazing. I have never been to a Hispanic restaurant that appease my taste for their rice. This place did it. Now, for the carnitas, ughh, I ordered a mas burrito, and I received one piece of overcooked carnita. It was more like a forced undercooked chicharrońe. The wait was pretty long as well.
