If you’re in Los Gatos and need a cup joe, stop here. It’s easily the most popular coffee shop around. This place is well known for their distinct flavors. So give them a shot! We tried a few and were not disappointed! It lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is more busy and fun than relaxing

I always get their mint Mojito, sweet and creamy. It’s soooo good! I highly recommend it!! If you’re in a rush, order from the app! Sometimes when I order food, I add in the comments section to warm it up but it NEVER once is warmed when I get the food and I have to wait foe them to warm it up. This is not good when I’m in a rush to work. Starbucks always warm my food up without me asking on the app, it’s just automatic with them! This is why I took off a star.

Popular chain now. This location doesn't have too many seats, but the high ceiling helps. Customize your coffee and drink! As for my mojito mint coffee, interesting, but a bit too sweet and not enough coffee bitterness.

I come here often. But today I came here at 10:25 am hoping to grab a coffee on a break from work. It took literally 18 minutes for me to receive my coffee. When I went up to the counter to say something the person behind the counter did not apologize or acknowledge my wait time at all, simply asked for my name and said “I think it’s getting to the counter now.” It was an off-putting experience to say the least. And it really should not take more than 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee

Another Philz, another mess. Open for an hour and the outside seating area is still a mess. They seem to be too busy chit chatting to take care of the basics. Coffee supposed to be ready at 6:40 is five minutes late. There are hardly any customers. 🤷‍♂️. Barista keeps touching their face; what happened to basic hygiene? Coffee is great. I give the Store Manager, Ky, high credit for talking with me at some length about these issues. Thank you, Ky.

The lines are bad enough. But more and more often this is becoming a place for employees to hang out and talk to other employees about their lives. Meanwhile, we are standing in a line to get coffee. It would be awesome if employees worked. And did their chats on breaks instead of my time. Want me to buy your over priced coffee? Give me over the top customer service. And that isn't long lines due to lack of labor. Because Instagram is more important than customers!

I genuinely love the coffee here, but the experience at this location has become impossible to justify. The wait times are simply not worth it anymore. Every time I walk in, I end up standing at the register for a long time before anyone even acknowledges me to take an order. Thinking I’d be smart and skip the line, I switched to the mobile app, but it was even worse. The app is incredibly buggy, constantly crashes, and managed to completely eliminate my accumulated rewards points. Even with the app, it took 25 minutes to prepare my order. To make matters worse, when I finally got my drink, the staff didn't even apologize for the massive delay. Instead, they gave me a ton of attitude for just checking on the status of my order. As much as I enjoy the actual drinks, the combination of poor service, broken tech, and a lack of basic courtesy means I certainly won't be back to this location.

I drove here from Santana Row area last night and arrived at 7:50 p.m., hoping to get an espresso latte because Philz Coffee has posted their business hours that indicates they close at 8:00 p.m. Very disappointed. I'm including a photo that I took upon my arrival to prove it. They have posted their holiday hours for specific days but they seem to forget what they posted on Google Maps. It's free and you can change it anytime. Come on now.
