⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Torchitacos — Absolutely Delicious and Worth Every Penny! I’ve been to Torchitacos several times, and every single time it’s just amazing! 😍 The tacos are super, super, super delicious — honestly, they’re worth every penny and they’re huge and full of flavor! 🌮🔥 Everything always comes out fresh, hot, and packed with that unforgettable taste. The music is great too, which makes the whole vibe even better. The area where the restaurant is located is really nice — you can hang out, walk around, and do different things after eating. I don’t have any photos this time, but I promise next time I’ll take some, because those tacos truly deserve it. 💯 Highly recommended!

The queso and the tacos were cold. I had to ask if they had a microwave or air fryer to heat it up. The food was replaced. I am hispanic and the restaurant was the closest i could get to mexican based on that i was getting a massage next door. I had better and this was disappointing. The salsa was nasty.

My two biggest complaints relate to new service policies and beverage changes: 1. The Ordering Tablets: I absolutely dislike the switch to tablet-based ordering. It feels impersonal, often slows down the process, and completely removes the human interaction I appreciate when dining out. It's frustrating to navigate and creates a barrier between the customer and the staff. I hope the restaurant considers returning to a more traditional ordering method. 2. Missing Cane Sugar Drinks: I am very disappointed that the cane sugar beverage options have been removed from the menu. For customers like myself who prefer drinks without high-fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners, this is a major downgrade. Please bring these healthier, tastier options back! The restaurant has a winning product with its food, but the new service technology and restricted drink menu are making the overall experience feel inconvenient and cheapened. If they can address the ordering process and restore the cane sugar options, it would easily be a five-star experience again.

Love the location in the patio. The mimosa was good Great job by the bartender! Oddly enough the food was subpar, not hot, the tortillas were cold and hard on the ends. A few of them had a bad odor. It seemed as if they were store-bought and maybe microwaved and/old. I'm normally a Torchy's fan. This was my first lackluster food experience and my first time at this location. You can tell by the photos below the food was not prepared well nor warm. Hopefully, it improves as I know it can be better.

If Hard Tortillas, Greasy Meat, Flavorless Brisket and almost no customer service is your thing this is the location for you! Zero interaction with a team member or even a glance while in the ordering process. We had to take our own order (which I don’t mind doing) but there wasn’t even a team member readily available to answer our question or even say hello or welcome. Food came out like warm and the Flour Tortillas were hard. My daughter’s quesadilla was so hard she couldn’t eat it. Only reason they get 2 stars is because someone came at the very end after we decided to stop eating halfway through our meal (because it sucked) and asked if there was anything they could get out of our way. Only a handful of customers yet food was lacking and customer service was non existent.

We used to love this spot. But upon our return after some time today, loss of one star right off the bat because they've replaced cashiers with kiosks. Not cool. Second star lost because the kiosk allows no option for removal of ingredients from the tacos. This is a concern for anyone allergic to any ingredients in these tacos. In this case there was no allergic concerns, but my son had to pick the jalapenos off of his Brushfire tacos and deal with the sour cream because that was unavoidable. On top of this we had to flag someone down to get my son the Mexican Coke he asked for, because there was no human being there to hand it to him. Final star lost, because after all of that you had the nerve to ask for a tip. For who?! The computer? Get real.

Terrible experience today… I go here now and then, and the different tacos I’ve had are not bad. I’d give this place a 3.5 stars. BUT, today I tried the Mad Cow off the secret menu for the first time, and never again! Steak was way too chewy and worse of all, by the time I finished my meal, I had to race home to hit the porcelain throne! Disappointing… I won’t go back anymore. Because I also had the Wrangler, street corn, and root beer, so who knows which of these actually caused the problem!

We ordered our food to go, now theres no one to take your order. You have to input your order in a kiosk system. I got my food and my babies quesadilla was burnt- hard edges that he cant eat, meat wasnt tender like usual. Very chewy. And it hardly had cheese. The lettuce you get was turning brown and mushy. We didnt that order. The queso was good, the chips.?! WOW VERY SALTY, each one of the chips were coveted in salt. Threw them away. More money down the drain. The tacos were good, but for some odd reason the corn tortillas cracked. That was a first, had to eat with utensils. So all in all money was ill spent and I had to get more food else where. Mind you I live super close.

I am so sorry to have to post this review. As a frequent customer I find it appalling that the heater is still not working after a month. Some employees have to go to their car to warm up during colder days. Food is great and service is good. But management is an issue here and I believe it is second level management issues based on discussions with employees. Gaining approval to repair the heater system or air conditioning system should not take long. Few yrs ago the AC was in disrepair for quite a while. I hope this review improves the conditions for employees and customers.

This was my go to place for tacos but the last 3 times I've ordered the meats been overcooked, dry , and salty. They've left the sauce off or doused it to the point of disgust. These used to be stuffed tacos that you had to struggle to pick up, but what i got last night was just not the same. A sprinkle of meat and a wad of toppings, but could still easily close the taco. I don't know if they got a new cook, but this torchy location has lost its fire. The bartender and service was great, but the food is suffering.

This pace is garbage. We haven't been for over a year because they mess up orders every single time. We gave up on them but we're close by and hungry so we gave it another shot. That made the 8th time we had been there where (simple) orders were incorrect... 8 visits IN A ROW where they got it wrong. They used to be pretty great tacos though so we put up with the mistakes, but last time, the beef in the Wrangler was so nasty I couldn't eat it. Cheese was completely cold, straight from the fridge temperature. One bite and it went to the trash. There were only 3 other customers in the whole place, it's not like they were so busy a bad order slipped through. And despite not being busy, the restaraunt was gross with trash on the floor and dirty, sticky tables. Don't waste your money on this place.

December 19th. Well understaffed for a Friday evening. Management should be more aware of staffing and their crowds. The kiosk system needs some work. It timed out while we were waiting for alcohol verification and we had to dart over. Not blaming the staff, 1 bartender and 1 person bringing food. The management needs looking into.

I’ve ordered “to-go” from this torchys about 7 times, in the past few months: every single time I get large queso, typically 2, and every single time, they fill the queso’s up 1/2 way, at best. Considering it’s $8 for a queso, just to end up paying $8 for a 1/2 a cup or less is wild. So this time I checked before leaving, and once again, “1/2” full queso, so I kindly asked them to fill them up all the way, and I even apologized for the inconvenience. One of the employees agreed to fill them up and acted annoyed at “the kitchen” because “they keep doing this.” But he came back out with 2 new queso’s, filled up 1/2 way, again. So at that point I wasn’t about to ask again and end up with someone’s spit in my queso, so I left. But this is ridiculous to be charging $8 for a queso and giving people $4 worth of queso, and then not even fill it up when a customer points it out. Y’all got one more chance to correct this issue or I’m done eating torchy’s, for whatever my $80/month+ in orders is worth to y’all. (Side note, I’ve ordered “trashy” tacos every time, and only ever actually received “trashy” tacos once.) So for customer retention I’d suggest addressing the staff, so they’re pushing out food that people paid for, rather than pushing out whatever they feel like.

Only then did I check the receipt and see a tiny note saying the order never actually reached the kitchen. The whole process was confusing and way too complicated for something as simple as ordering tacos. Having to waste time just to find out my order didn’t even exist was super annoying. Torchy’s needs to fix this system or ditch it altogether. Absolute headache of an experience.
