Club is best in town! Service was great!
Right place for good fast lunch and desserts
Order was ready when promised, and food was ready and good.
Best honey glazed ham in Lubbock, by my count.
Always good food and friendly people
Always great group of kids at the counter and good food... A fun place to go eat, visit, and browse!
Best customer service in town!!! The food is also amazing. Thank you Honey Ham!
Love the ham bone soup. The sandwiches ate good and the cowboy pie is good
Absolutely love this place! You can never go wrong with "classic ham"!
The only place to go for a ham sandwich! Best you will ever have!
Great food! The customer service is outstanding too.
Very crowded the day before Thanksgiving. Expect to stand in line, and park a block away.
The Club is my go to if I don’t know what to eat or where to go. When I am hangrey.
Best ham I have ever had great place to eat or to buy a ham
One.of my favorite places.
Awesome ham and great spot to stop and get a lunch sandwich
It has good food and looks good so its cool.
Always go here for holidays their food is great
Good Rueben sandwich!
As always, great sandwiches and ham bone soup!
The California Club is our favorite sandwich!
Love their sandwiches!
Employees so nice, food is fantastic!
Really great sandwich for a quick lunch.
Perfect little neighborhood cafe with great food, friendly staff and a quiet environment.
We love the sandwiches and side items for sale. The hams are in a category all by themselves. Thank you Matt!
Today, I had 1/2 BLT and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup! It was DELICIOUS!! I wanted seconds, maybe even thirds!!
Food was awesome, pricey but definitely worth the price. Food quality though was good, I was very pleased with the portion of meat they gave for my sandwich!
A customer of mine gifted me one of their pecan butter rum bundt cakes and it is probably the best cake I've ever had
Really great food and customer service. One of my favorite places to get a good sandwich. I definitely recommend.
Purchased the deep fried cajun turkey for Thanksgiving. It was very delicious, had a little spice but not bad. Highly recommend .
A friend of mine recommended I come by (she works here), and I'm so glad she did! The green chile pork melt is so dang good!!!
This is a neat place. The sandwiches are spot on, pretty yummy. There is also a little store with all kinds of goodies to buy. You can also buy take and bake meals.
This is the best sandwich place and ham shop in town with a small little gift store inside, I highly recommend this to any residents or visitors in lubbock. Put it on your bucket list.
This sandwich shop / bakery is amazing. The service and staff were great and their food was just off the chart amazing.
A must if you visit Lubbock, they are featured on Food Network and deliver all over the US. You can get some of that ham sandwhich and beans for a nice meal or lunch.
From time to time have church group get take out of ham sandwiches. These are wonderful and the key lime pie is very delicious.
Excellent lunch, sandwiches we're very good. I would definitely recommend.
Really enjoyed the ham salad sandwich and broccoli soup. Will definitely go back!
Every year I buy fifteen hams for my customers and employees. Simply the best gift there is. Everyone loves them!
Great sandwich, just a little crowded, but I'll go again.
If you're getting sandwiches from any place other than here, you're wrong.
Favorite and best sandwich shop in town. A go-to! Wish they were in DFW.
A little pricey but food and service are excellent, love the store decor as well! Will definitely return.
Great Service. Friendly staff. And the Food is nothing short of Superb!
Amazing sandwiches! Fresh food and many options. The hambone soup is delicious!
This place is delicious! People are very nice as well that work here. I got the Cobb salad and the rest of the group got sandwiches which they all ate. We also got a butter rum cake which was great as well. Might be one of my new favorite quick bite places in Lubbock!
Great place to get your ham. Enjoyed it.
The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Only thing I would suggest is more tables or bigger place. I feel more people need to know how good the food is here. If you get a chance give these guys a try.
Great tasting sandwiches. The Classic Club was awesome. First time there, definitely not our last. I also bought a smoked turkey and fixin's, ready for Christmas with the family.
I recently visited Glazed Honey Ham, and I was impressed with the delicious food and service. Alyssa took care of my friend and me, and she had some of the most exceptional customer service that I have ever experienced. Alyssa recommended us food based on our interests, and she made sure to check on us periodically just in case we needed anything else. I highly recommend Glazed Honey Ham. Make sure you ask for Alyssa!
I went on Friday because I figured it would be a mad house on Sat & Sun. We walked right in and no lines inside, got our purchase and decided to take some ham sandwiches home as well. Their ham sandwiches were excellent. Looking forward to Thanksgiving now!!
We just got lunch there, which I didn't realize they did, and it was wonderful. Friendly curbside service and the sandwiches were great. Dont forget desert or you'll regret it.
The sandwiches are amazing, while everything is a la carte, it's still so worth it. There are lots of dessert options as well and plenty of other things to shop for. Stop in and check them out
This is where my sister took me to go buy spiral ham and all the fixings and also we purchase some cheese muffins and also had a little sandwich from The Little deli that they got there good sandwiches guys I love the chicken salad sandwich a lot good job keep it up and I will keep on going for another sandwich God bless you all.
Very impressive and good sandwiches 🥪 I had the classic club sandwich very tasty and fresh. I bought a honey ham and other items will be coming back.
Love this country gem. Fresh, cooked to order.
One of the best place to get ham or just get a ham sandwich. Great ambiance and they sell more than just ham.
Definitely some of the best sandwiches in west Texas, hands down! The employees are cool, especially Alyssa. She is literally the nicest person.

Glazed Honey Ham is our family's go-to place for holiday hams, pies, and the occasional casserole. We also love the sandwiches and the great selection of unique treats. Never not good!
Fantastic location for quiet lunch. My favorite is the Rueben sandwich and the hambone soup is always a top choice! The staff is so friendly and their homemade desserts are amazing! I cannot leave without grabbing some ham or chicken salad. Highly recommend!
Not only do they have the best ham in the area, this is a great lunch spot with delicious sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and warm. Great local spot.
Our yearly go to for our Thanksgiving ham! They never disappoint!
I was a new customer for Thanksgiving. My ham was out of this world and I am getting another one for Christmas. I'm in my 60's and can honestly say I have only had one ham that was better and it was a very narrow margin. You can't go wrong with their ham. The day before Thanksgiving they had 4 lines at the counter 6 to 8 people deep. That should tell you everything you need to know.
We started going to Glazed Honey Ham over a year ago and I can honesty say this isn't one of those "hit or miss" kind of places. The service always exceeds expectations. You won't ever regret going here. I can always be sure that Glazed Honey Ham provides quality products that I'm proud to provide my children. As it's apparent that taste, appearance, and quality are all priorities here. The store is also very clean and staff is also always very welcoming and patient. The staff really makes an effort to get to know your food preferences and make recommendations based on your likes/needs. I've worked on the HR side of the food industry and I know quality service when I see it and this is it.
Stopped in for lunch and tried the Green Chile Ham Sandwich — hands down the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The combo of that signature Honey Baked Ham with the green chile flavor is perfection. Service was fast and super friendly, and my food came out quick. I also noticed they carry Red Raider Meats selections, which is a nice local touch. Everyone knows Honey Baked Ham kills it with their hams, but I definitely slept on their sandwich game. I’ll be back many more times — new favorite lunch spot! 🥪🔥
I love this place. The sandwich bar is Lubbock's best kept secret.
I only ordered takeout so I can’t fully talk to this place, but what I can say is it has the best Reuben in town!
Their hambone soup is very good and would highly recommend!😋 10 out of 10! 🔥

really can't tell about the staff/service but definitely recommend key lime pie
Good friendly service. Good sandwiches AND soup
Good food that I don't want to cook myself
Always great sandwiches for a light lunch and you can't go wrong with one of their desserts made every day!
The Hams are really good. Had a very good sandwich while I was there.Service is great The hams are very expensive.
Good products. It's difficult to enter if using a cane because of the double doors but also the outside has different levels of concrete and a tripping hazard
Very nice store. Nice staff. However, the ham I got just was not quite what I was expecting. Expensive too.
A staple for holidays with their signature honey glazed ham and they also make a quick and delicious boxed lunch for hectic days on the go. Try out the German chocolate brownie it was the perfect balance of sweet and chocolate!
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Only tried their broccoli and cheese soup today and it was very watered down and lacked flavor, but looking forward to going back and trying a sandwich next time.
Great food, friendly service, but a little slow.
Do not ask for salad. Stick to the sandeich and soup
Food was good. Staff not so much.
Good curbside service, pleasant staff, but sandwich was quite expensive for what you get. Still good hambone & bean soup.
Mediocre. Got one of their sandwiches came out to $9 just the sandwich. Nothing special...could've replicated at home. Small and not much inside, tasted good but not worth it.
I've never had an issue with the food. I always get a chef salad and it is great. However, if you call in, be prepared to wait anywhere from 10-20 mins in line. Not really any point to calling ahead when you still have to wait in line. There should be a line specifically for take out, as my salad was ready the entire time I stood in line. Then the guy in front of me was charging his food and at no point while they were figuring it out, did they apologize or even acknowledge me. Then I asked the girl at the front how I could go about by passing the line next time and she ignored my question. I love the food here but the customer service is crap. There are plenty of salads elsewhere and I will go wherever "there" is next time.
I am disabled & unable to go to their brick & mortar location. So when I knew I was going to host a small family gathering in my home on Thanksgiving, I immediately thought of this place. I put in a call about 1 p.m. & got hung up on the first 3 times I called. I c hacked it up to the fact that my area code does not match where I live because when we moved here we kept our old phone numbers. Once I finally got through to someone, I was put on hold for 4 minutes and 38 seconds. And it wasn't a hold where you listen to the radio or ads for the place you have called. It was like I had died. The call had been banished to the void, and the only thing that told me I was still connected was the counter on my cell phone. Once someone came back on, I was trying to place an order when I was transferred against my will 3 times. I finally found someone to take my order and when I had finished I had my VISA out, ready to pay, when I was told that I could not have a final total as they would only have that when they did the final weigh on the day the products were picked up. They wanted to just set my order aside with my name on it, without requiring payment. I said no way. I didn't want them to give my stuff away so I insisted on giving them my credit card number and they gave me a reference number. The week of Thanksgiving, I sent my husband to get my order. He said parking was a nightmare and so was the interior of the store but once he got up to the counter, and gave them the reference number, he said it was smooth sailing. So the first half of the experience was terrible but the second half went well. And through it all, everyone was very polite & kind. They may not have been very efficient but they were very nice.
Edit: I use to come here and get different slice of pie, but now they have changed it to only one type for the day. So now if I want, say key lime, I can only hope that it is available. Happy hour has increase over 51% also. It’s not the same as it use to be. I use to come at least once a week, but I don’t think I will anymore. It’s lost it’s charm. I love this place. First time I ever came was with some people at work for the Pie and Coffee happy hour. I'm here four years later having pie and coffee with my wife and it is still just as great as it has been over the years. Sandwiches are amazing and I love the way the store looks and feels.

Slow service, nice staff, mediocre food.
I can not believe that they charge you .50 cents to add pickles to a sandwich, it should be included with the lettuce , tomatoes, and mustard or mayo, that is a cheep way to do things and it feels like a rip off.
My first visit to the store was 2/11/19. I was in search of some meat for dinner but learned the only meat that isn't frozen is 4-5 lbs of smoked turkey breast. After standing in the line that is apparently only for sandwiches, I found the correct area to stand. I was mistakenly under the impression this was a smoked meats store, but it more resembles a Cracker Barrell. The focus seems to be on the sandwich and seating area, flanked by trinkets and spices for sale, and kinda buried in the back at an unmanned cash register are the meats. After finding and standing at the counter for a couple minutes, someone came to help me. I was handed a package 5.25lbs of sliced smoked turkey for $47, because there weren't many other options for meat I could use that night. I optimistically assumed this was going to be amazing. When I opened the package of turkey, it was kinda swimming in a goo, which was kinda odd for smoked turkey meat, but warmed it in the oven per the instructions. The wife and I struggled to eat it. Upon closer examination of the package, I was sold $47 of turkey that was 2 days past the "sell by" date. I both purchased, consumed, and took the attached picture Monday the 11th. The meat itself tastes like a slice of turkey you might get out of a cheap TV dinner. It has less flavor and a chewier texture than sliced deli meat at the grocery store, which I would have been better off buying. The meat still sits in the fridge, because I hate the throw out $35 of meat, but it's awful, and no one wants to eat it. This meat was probably frozen, then thawed, then smoked, then frozen again, held in a freezer for who knows how long, then placed in a fridge to let thaw, then sold past it's sell by date to an unsuspecting idiot. I will not be returning to this store, and have given 2 stars, and not 1 because I'm soft. Good luck!
Ham slices in foil and not visible when purchasing. Ham was fatty and disappointing. Ordered Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving. Skin not cooked and had to slice and pan fry meat to ensure adequately cooked. Service staff friendly. Won"t return and Honey Baked Hams are far superior.
My husband and I went here for lunch today. We heard so many great things about their sandwiches here and excited to try. We walk in there is three girls standing there no one says hi so we say hi and don’t get any response back but a blank stare on their faces. We said it was our first time there thinking they would tell us more about the food or restaurant, again we get a blank stare as if we were talking to ourselves! We figured out what we wanted and ordered, waited, got our food and left. The food is great; flavors are good and the peanut butter cookies were delicious! The only negative thing I can say if this place has HORRIBLE customer service/ none at all so be prepared when you walk in.

Sorry, a fan for many years. But last three years Thanksgiving ham absolutely no glaze whatsoever.
I had a bad experience. Ordered a salad and experienced stomach issues
We got 4 sandwiches for 40.00 there was only one piece of ham on it. Save your money and go somewhere else for a sandwich. Will not ever go back.
Not worth the money. They don’t make anything there fresh. Don’t bother.
I wouldn’t I wouldn’t know how good the food is because it shows to be open but nobody’s here so just update your Google settings for your listed times please so somebody doesn’t drive 20 minutes out the damn way to come here and eat and be closed. Thank you.
Cup of soup was extremely small sandwiches are extremely small. I believe they should use the same bread that I buy at the grocery store and that's just not what I'm looking for. Definitely overpriced for lunch
Do not order frozen turkeys online. I paid over $80 online for a 10-12 lb turkey pickup and got home and saw it was only a 9 lb turkey with a price tag of $67. Not happy with the bait and switch.

I placed my order at 12pm and was told it would be ready for pickup at 12:15. Got there at 12:15 can called in and was told it would be right out. After 10 minutes I went in to check and was told it was almost ready. Funny thing is I watched them starting my order at that time. 25 minutes after being placed. No rush, no apology for it taking so long. Terrible service. I guess they don't like online orders so we will not be going back. As you can see they really care. They reached out 10 months after the incident. Place is junk!! Update: same thing happened today. I tried them again and waited and waited. Went inside and was informed they were still working on it. It was actually done sitting in a bag. Employees just did not want to do their job. I called and spoke with a manager like the asked on their really late reply. The manager told me they got swamped ao that is why they did not call me e to complete my order. The manager did offer me a free meal if I wanted to give them another try. I do not want it. Twice is good enough for me to know that is the culture there. Don't waste your time with this place as they really do not care.
I ordered the Southwest club. Let me just say, it is NOT a club sandwich. It is a SANDWICH!!! There were not THREE pieces of bread. I challenge management of this restaurant to Google what a club sandwich is. A club sandwich has THREE pieces of bread. I feel robbed. And honestly, I don't understand why I'm so upset about this. I feel cheated. I ordered a club, and I get a sandwich. Don't get me wrong, the flavor is great, and the portions were good and tasty, but it was not what I ordered. And for that, they don't get the stars that they want. CHANGE YOUR MENU! Stop the false advertisement!!!! I don't think I can bring myself to go back. What else is wrong with their menu? I just don't trust them.
