This was our first time here and everything was awesome. Will definitely be back. Our waitress was so kind and welcoming too.

We ate here for the first time, and it won't be the last. We had an amazing experience. The food was unbelievable. I had the Scorpion Burger. The meat was cooked to perfection and had the right amount of seasoning. The garlic fries were amazing. Our waiter, I think his name was Travis (its been a week since we've been there), was WONDERFUL. It's been such a long time since I've experienced customer like that. We will be eating here again!

Our waitress, Abby, was wonderful! She was patient with us for our indecisiveness but did not make us wait either once we were ready. She kept us smiling and took great care of us. The food came out quickly and just how we asked for it. We enjoyed our family lunch today.

We had a great time. We went around 12pm on a Friday and it wasn't too busy at all. We were seated right away, drinks ordered right away. They mixed up the sweet and unsweet tea but before we even said anything they noticed and brought us sweet tea on their own. My wife wanted cheese fries and they were kind enough to make us some even though off menu item. The manager I think was who took care of us, and she was absolutely lovely. Would definitely go back. Food was great. Oh and side note, restrooms were very clean. This concludes my thesis 😅

The food was great and was brought to us quickly even though we ordered an ice cream cake for an appetizer. Our water Colin was attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty and that our dishes were to our liking. The music was SO LOUD! not just here, but most chain restaurants, some of the local spots, too. I usually order takeaway because I am exhausted by the assault on my ear drums at most restaurants.

Good food, staff member was great. After last great experience, decided to take my daughter out for dinner. Waiter, sorry forgot name but something like Shaun, was great. He was very polite, attentive, and actively involved with the tables. Now this location has a 2 for 2 record with me after a terrible prior visit. We keep coming to this location. Keep up the hard work.

Took my 2 year old son, almost 3. Had a great time. He kept complimenting how good the mozzarella sticks were with each bite. I really enjoyed my burger with the pineapple slice. The young man waiting our table was very professional and confident. The hostesses were very warm and welcoming. My son had fun playing around with one of them as she passed by every now and then. We are a late lunch with family. There was hardly a customer present. We didn't get very fast service. The server was nice, though. Food was good. We will definitely return. It's our meeting spot with family when we're in town.

I'd had a bit of a crummy afternoon, and there was a wreck on the Loop 289 access road. I decided that was a good time for a burger, so we went to Red Robin. We were immediately greeted by a pleasant manager and seated right away. Dawn was our server, and she is the absolute best. She brought out a side of oranges for our loudly hungry kiddos before our food came out (which came out hot and very quickly too!), and we had refills immediately. My Southern Charm burger was excellent, and my wife's pig out double burger was great as well. The kiddos loved their Mac and cheese, as well as the onion rings. What a wonderful experience!

The team members and management staff are great. The servers are very attentative and a manager always stops by to see how everything is. Atmosphere is great and kid friendly. Food is always great.

I got a tavern double online, and asked for no sauce and ended up getting it with sauce. All I had to do was call and tell them what happened, and the manager Blaine told me not to stress about it and he had it remade for me. Reds tavern double might be my favorite burger in Lubbock. Garlic fries are unbeatable. And all the people at the front are always nice and make sure you’ve been helped if the see you there unattended. Will always go back to eat here. Thanks again.

My kids love this place! Always friendly service. Wednesdays they have half price kid meals including a free sundae bar during the summer. Update: Still great, and they've added a bunch of menu items like different salmon and chicken dishes.

My favorite is a scorpion gourmet burger and love garlic fries and onion rings. I love orange cream soda. Nice place to eat when you really want some good burgers.

Today, we went here after church. It was our first time here and everything came out great. The burgers were delicious and our waiter, Javi, was great! Another reason, I gave it a 5 star was, EVERYONE, I mean everyone, even the managers were working together, No one was sinking ship. Overall, will come again.

Came to eat here and everything was nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Just about everyone came to say something so that made us feel welcomed. We were a church group and enjoyed the experience.

Our waitress was awesome! My husband was looking for her to french fries, and told her to keep them coming when we placed in our order, so on the first run they brought out for baskets! Both of our burgers were excellent, they were kind enough to let me substitute what kind of cheese came on my Royal. We had a banana and chocolate smoothie, as well as the Irish beer smoothie, all were excellent!

Stopped by Red Robin in Lubbock while passing through for a conference, and it absolutely hit the spot. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with the Steakhouse Fries, and everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The burger was juicy with just the right amount of bacon and cheese, and those Steakhouse Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Oreo milkshake was easily the highlight. Thick, creamy, and loaded with Oreo flavor. Exactly what you want after a long day. Service was friendly and fast, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. If you're in Lubbock and need a solid, satisfying meal, this is a great choice.

To start, the waitress was very nice. She always came by to ask us if we were doing alright. Only thing was that she may have said “perfect” too many times lol. Next is the food. It came in a good amount of time, looked really good, and tasted even better. I got the scorpion burger which I though was going to be spicy but wasn’t. Not a problem though since it was still good. Unlimited fries and stuff was nice but unnecessary since the amount given from the burger and the appetizers were already enough to make a person full. Very nice interior and very good vibe to the place. This was my first time coming here and it looks like it won’t be my last. I’ll definitely come back to Red Robin as long as there is one near where I am at. (Funny note, we came to Red Robin because BJs was completely full and the waiting list was so long. By the time we finished eating at Red Robin, we still hadn’t been contacted that our table was ready. It didn’t happen until about an hour later.) Thank y’all for the great food and experience!

Stopped here to have some lunch just before work, the staff were super friendly. Had no wait at all when arrived, was greeted and taken back to our table. So much food to choose from, in the end we decided to grab “The 9.99 big Yummmm” meal. This meal has endless sides and drinks. Our waitress was very polite, made sure we had our drinks 🥤 topped off and if we wanted more sides. If you are looking to grab a bite to eat and love burgers 🍔 I would recommend Red Robbin

We came here for an early dinner around 4:30 on 11/16. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated upon our arrival. The staff were very kind and attentive. After a few minutes of reviewing the menu, we decided to get the queso fundido and the tsunami shrimp for our appetizers. The queso was creamy and spicy, with fresh crisp tortilla chips. The shrimp was not over cooked and slightly sweet served with delicious Yukon chips. Both were delicious. Then came our burgers. My son got the smoke and pepper burger with Mac and cheese. He said they were good, but nothing extraordinary. My wife had the Avo-Cobb-O salad. Again, she said it was good, but nothing to write home about. I had the new jalapeño heatwave burger with onion rings. The burger was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The spice really came through with the grilled and fried jalapeños, but it was slightly calmed by the creamy avocado. And the onion rings were crispy on the outside and sweet and juicy on the inside. Overall, we enjoyed our food and had a good time!

Had a fun date with my wifey and baby girl! So first off there was no wait to get seated, 5 stars on that alone. Then Parker came took our order, first some fried pickles and then on to our burgers, I had the Burnt Ends Burger and my wife had the Blue Ribbon burger. Both burgers were amazing and the service was awesome! Parker was very attentive and took very good care of us!

Absolutely hit the spot! Had their southern charm burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had definitely try it out. Then the service was fantastic we had a waitress that definitely knew what she was doing and she took care of us and she was very friendly and kind. I recommend this place if you are looking for good food with quality service.

Good burger, poor service. We enjoyed our burgers. Mine was supposed to have an over easy egg on it. It came out way overcooked. Asked the waitress if that was over easy even when I poked it. She said that it was. Could not get her attention after some time to correct it so I had to get another waiter to go get it done right. There seemed to be only 2 waiters to handle all tables.

Not my usual place to eat, because American food isn't my place to eat, but my boss took me there for birthday. This was actually my first time eating here. The server was was upbeat and friendly. After taking a look at the menu, I was debating between a burger or fish and chips. The fish and chips tasted good. I've had better, however, the taste was about 1 and a half thumbs up.

Had BLTA not a bad sandwich, don't come here very often.

So I don't know why this place isn't more busy, but I think their burgers are great and I've never had an issue with the service or the food. I usually get the red's tavern double and it's always pretty great and the bottomless fries are amazing.

Red Robin is a family favorite of ours. The food is always great, every now and then the service is lacking , but for the most part everyone is friendly. I always get a cream soda when we go, they are delicious, and bottomless just like their fries.

I got the Avo-Cabo Salad and was mostly satisfied. We were quickly seated and the server was nice, but a little slow to serve us. This location is stingy on the sauce and fries but overall it was a good experience!

A lot on the menu to choose from. Greeted immediately and sat in a booth. Server was good but never got his name, nice kid. Got pretzel bites that seemed a little over cooked, but the cheese sauce was great. Wife got the southern burger and will get it again, but said it wasn’t great. I couldn’t make up my mind, so I got the basic gourmet burger and added bacon. It was ok. Our server put in a refill of the garlic fries which were really good. Love the list of bottomless drinks and sides. We will be back to try other items. They were very nice and the apps and the refills came fast. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program to take advantage of the offers for future visits. We were definitely full when we left.

While my husband's burger was delicious, I had a bite, my order wasn't too good. I had the Cobb salad and the chicken was so over done the meat separated and the bacon was mostly burned. I substituted the Blu cheese for cheddar and had to ask the waitress twice before she would bring it. As for the waitress, she was not friendly, didn't even look at us when we placed our order.

Seated quickly. Waited on cars by person who sat us. Large selection of burgers to chose from. Onion rings were not that great this time. Breading fell off of onion when you picked one up. They didn’t come before the burgers did. Had to ask where they were. Friendly waitress but had to track her down for ticket to leave. Good selection on beers and desserts. Decor is memorabilia. Restaurant is kept very cold. Speckled lemonade is awesome.

Great burgers for a great price. Always a family favorite. Enjoy bottomless, fries, broccoli and drinks everytime. The times we've gone, the staff did seem like they don't want to be there. Although they weren't rude, they weren't very enthusiastic. The place is clean though. They are pretty quick with your main order. Let them know ahead of time for more fries though. Seconds on fries takes an unreasonably long time to get to your table. To go orders are assembled very neatly. No worries about messy burgers on your way home. Thumbs up.

Pretty good burgers, but very salty. Music was so loud we couldn barely talk. Not really worth the money, sadly 😭 I had memories of Red Robin being really delicious. This experience was not that. Server (Jasmine, I think?) was great!

The food was good and the atmosphere excitable. The servers were attentive when around but hard to get a hold of. not Kept having to ask another waiter for help. Another downside to my visit was the table I was seated at was sticky. It wasn't the best Red Robin I've been to but also not the worst.

It had been awhile since we’ve eaten at Red Robin’s & when getting the yumm burger deal , the burgers were hot , juicy & fries were fresh “ great taste & quality “. But the last 2 times we,ve ordered carry out the food wasn’t that good , there is no curb service anymore , & was disappointed with the quality of food , just wasn’t there as we’ve experienced in the past . Went there last night. Service was slow, but the waiter was nice and apologetic about it. As you can see by the photo, my burger width was just slightly bigger than a quarter. Being that thin, it was also crispy, not soft and juicy. Couldn't even eat it. Not worth the $17, or any amount.

Best part has always been the onion ring tower. Fluffy, golden rings. We ordered them on Saturday and they were over cooked and the oil tasted old. Not a great experience this time around. Also, our glass cups were broken at the bottom. All 3 glasses. I informed our waitress and she responded yeah they are all broken. She did nothing to assist.

There was a deal they were running for a $10 meal with a drink, we specifically said we wanted that deal, everything seemed fine until the bills came. A few of us had ordered freckled lemonaids, which unbeknownst to us was not part of the deal, which the waitress never told us even though we said we wanted the deal. The waitress became very rude even though none of us got upset, we were just trying to figure out what happened and if there was a way to rectify it. At no point did she offer any way to rectify the situation. My sister did make a complaint to corporate and was given a gift card, but it really soured our otherwise fun night.

The food was actually quite delicious. I haven’t had onion rings that perfectly fried. I had an Avocado Smash Burger and I was quite pleased with. However, our waitress was inattentive and lackadaisical.

Don’t bother to pickup. Overpriced and not good… go somewhere else for half the price. So very disappointing…

“Upcharges” forgotten orders and “extras” made our overall experience disappointing. A bacon cheeseburger shouldn’t be a certain price, then extra charges for the added bacon. And, an “ENTERTAINMENT FEE”???? WTH is that? Music playing in the ceiling? TVs on the wall? The place was almost empty the whole time we were there. I can see why.

This is one of those restaurants I don’t go to often, and for a reason. The service most of the time is okay, however, the food is always far from par. Let me elaborate. Our server was very nice, however, I’m not sure he was able to take the order as requested. One of my guests had a special request for the food. That request was not taken the first time, resulting in my guest having to wait longer for their food. The second server that brought it out was snotty. My food was personally okay, not the best, but okay. The best part was the drinks, and that’s saying a lot. This is one of those restaurants I would go to if it was requested by someone else, but I wouldn’t go here on my own.

Went on Thursday evening while visiting Lubbock. There were not many people dining & it took 10 minutes to get seated. Seems like there was not a lot of staff. Finally sat down & service was horrible. I didn't even get the drink I ordered until after I was done with half of my food & I reminded the waitress twice. There was probably 2 other parties dining in the dining room. Food was good though. Ordered burgers. It's just not like other Red Robins I've visited in other cities. Will not dine at the location again.

We have eaten at the Red Robin in Abilene several times and enjoyed it, but we will never go back to this location in Lubbock. We were seated immediately and then waited 10 minutes before even getting menus. It all went downhill from there. We had to get up to get our own refills, steak sauce, and napkins. Food took over half an hour to come out and they were not crowded. My burger was so over cooked it crunched when I bit into it. Our fries and salads were supposed to be “bottomless”. The first portions were so small we immediately asked for refills. We got one more order of fries about 15 minutes later (after we’d finished our burgers) and my salad never came. Our waitress apologized a couple of times, but nothing ever improved. Maybe this was just a bad night for them, I don’t know, but there are too many other great places in Lubbock to waste time going back for a second chance.

When we first walked in. My son and I we were asked - Do you need something? We were dressed really nice-clean and it wasnt busy. This was around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. I asked are you open? As I was not sure what to think. The gal looked at very rude and said- YAAAA! Ok. We were taken to a very back table and forgotten. We ordered and I wanted to ask the server a question but I was told she didnt have time. There was 2 other tables with people in the entire place. We have not been here in a few years. I now remember why.

The restaurant had close to no other customers, yet our waitress still took AGES to take our order and cash us out. I even noticed another family get up because they took too long to take their order. There was also puke in the ladies restroom sink! I’ve given this place three tries, and every single time I’ve gone it is absolutely dog water. The food is bland and the service sucks. Everything is sticky there and I feel like I need to take a shower once I’m done eating there 10/10 would not recommend.

We were so disappointed with our last two delivery orders. The second time we thought we would give it another chance. Our mistake! Since with the first order we had delivered,they were greedy with their "bottomless fries" we ordered an extra order of french fries the second time. This is what we paid a full price for?! Needless to say, we will not be going there, nor ordering from there any longer. So sad.

Ordered from uber eats after having a long day . I feel like you purposely burnt my burger , did not follow the directions. All around , extremely disappointed. We ordered because we didn’t want a fast food burger , and I would have been better off ordering McDonald’s. At least then I would have known I was ordering an edible burger ! We won’t be back in the restaurant, or ordering again .

Red Robin used to be the place to go. I used to love their hamburgers, now all of a sudden this whole shrinkflation thing where their hamburgers are about the size of a cheeseburger from McDonald's is awful, when I went to the one in Lubbock today, I paid almost $17 for a tiny hamburger and a small portion of overcooked steak fries, Red Robin. Shame on you. You wonder why you're going into bankruptcy? That's why because you're serving small hamburgers, low quality fries and have poor service, we barely saw our server come back to the table, that is the last time I will go to Red. Robin, I can get a much larger hamburger for less money and it tastes a lot better.

I'm so over it you guys used to be so good but all you do is mess up orders please tell me how when I order no cheese you send extra cheese and you combine the coleslaw in the same container with the hot fish along with pudding extra cheese when they're supposed to be no cheese this is why we stopped coming to you and this is why I will not be back

Worst experience ever. I had to ask for me server to come take my order after 20 min of waiting, appetizer was nasty and zucchini tasted old. Never will I return again.

Horrible service the waitress was completely disrespectful, dismissive, & had who gives a care attitude to there being a dirty spoon in my food. She did not want to listen or fix it. The manager was understanding but dismissive as well. Felt like they would rather no customers be there at all. I did not even get mad just walked out. Will never return.

They served my son barely warm food and messed my order up. Who serves a bacon cheeseburger without bacon. The server didn’t check in with us. I ate her several times before and had great experiences but I’m not sure I’m coming back after this one. Truly disappointed in them. Most Red Robin’s are very good
