I would like to take a couple of minutes to just acknowledge the service my family and I recieved at Ikes wood fire grill. We had a waitress named Madi M. she took the time to answer all my questions and gave her suggestions which were very helpful! Our table was checked on repeatedly and our drinks never went dry. This review is to thank that young lady for having such amazing waitress skills. We will be back and I hope we can get Madi M as a waitress again! *My husband had the sirloin which was cooked to perfection and me and my kids chose pizza!

Mandy was our waitress and she is amazing! We have asked for her because of how great she is at her job. She makes sure you get what you need in a timely manner, gets ur order just right, and gives the best customer service!

The service was amazing!! The pizza here is a taste from heaven. The restaurant it’s self is really nice and chairs make it you feel like your home. Linsey was on it best service in town. Drinks stayed refilled and she just treated my family like it was hers. If you go ask for her!!!! Last but not least the BAR!!! Ike’s by far has the best drinks in town. Not to sweet or harsh everything was great.

Had another delicious meal on my 2nd visit. The meat lovers calzone was huge and very tasty. Everything about Ike's was outstanding. However, I am a beer snob, the taps were ordinary so I initially settled for water. I gave in and had the Texas Red, it was good, certainly better than Bud. Don't go there expecting a craft beer selection, just focus on the food.

When you talk about a great dining experience that checks all the boxes, it's just what I had. From my 1st beer, the meat cooked to perfection, and even the asparagus were spot-on. The asparagus almost stole the show. The manager stopped by and had a great chat about asparagus. The steak was divine. Gradient mid-rare, so juicy. Irish garlic mashed potatoes. Rustic like Mom's. Everything really worked together so amazingly. I cleaned my plate and was very satiated. They use different woods to cook certain dishes and proteins. The seafood was so tempting. Cedar and other woods like oaks and mesquite. It smells great in there and outside, too, even more. Perfection.

First time customers. Thank you Alex for such great service. Great attitude and very personable. Chicken fried steak was so tender and tasty and the dinner size was huge! We also had a very large plate of tasty fried zucchini spears. We’re referring everyone to Ike’s.

If you haven’t tried Ike’s Woodfire Grill you have to check it out. The service is amazing I definitely recommend Cameron for your waiter. He made great suggestions and the food tasted amazing. Ike’s is a pretty good Woodfire Grill restaurant. The staff is very nice and attentive and the environment is great! The Food is also pretty good. I had the 8 Oz Sirloin with beans and mashed potatoes and they were all pretty good. The Steak however was a bit bland at times and I believe it was underseasoned. Otherwise though the food was great! I would definitely suggest coming here as it’s a pretty good spot in Lubbock!

6th time in, and finally an entree that wasn't either burned up or overcooked! I still have the picture of the pork tenderloin sandwich that was literally black, and the consistency of a tire tread! Anyway, this review is more about Halee than the food. Absolutely outstanding young lady, even when faced with a 20 top service! Truly refreshing to see a young lady of this day and age that has a work ethic, a sense of humor, and the ability to control a group and not screw up the order! Yes, we probably got our wires crossed on the meat lovers calzone and the Alfredo sauce, but not a problem. Your attitude will take you to the top Halee! Thank you for taking care of our group last night!

First time here. Didn't seem completely busy. Got sat down when we first walked in. We were greeted and got our drink order quickly. Appetizer was wrong but didnt disappoint us on what we did get. The mozzarella cheese sticks were pretty delicious. As far as the rest, it did take a bit to get our order taken (was already picked out within 5mins of sitting down and maybe a good 15-20mins of waiting to have someone come back and take our order) and a drink menu(we had asked for 2 times). I don't know if they were short staffed but I do feel like they could use another bartender to help out if the bartender has to do the waitress work too. I don't know if I'll be back. The food we did have was very tasty but the service just did not match. I would say even tho that was our experience for a $105 bill we still tipped $20 for not so quick service.

I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with the buffalo sauce and blue cheese on the side. We also had the so-cal burger. It's the burger with avocado and swiss. The entrees are served on a wood board (like a charcuterie board). The boards were narrow, so I made a big mess, I prefer one or two pieces of lettuce than chopped lettuce, hence the messiness. Two pieces of chicken on one bun, holy cow! (Pun intended). Parchment paper underneath the food and lining the fry basket would be nice but is a minor detail- the server mentioned a wine list in the future. We went in at 4, but they were filling up fast at 5. Give it a try- we'll be back to try the weekend brunch🧡

Great place to eat brunch! I ordered the avocado toast, and it was so delicious that I actually ate the entire toast. The toasted bread came with smashed avocado, heirloom tomatoes, and mozzarella bite cubes. The menu says this entree comes with fresh fruit, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any... and I didn't notice until afterward. My hubby ordered the biscuits and gravy. It was pretty good. The gravy had bits of green chile in it, which made it tastier. The breakfast entree also came with hash browns and a fried egg, so this is definitely a must try! The prices are reasonable and the service was great! Our server, Alexandra, was a superb server with lots of writing pens 🙂

I felt like the food could have been better, there was hardly any seasoning or flavor in the meat. There were long wait times for an appetizer and food and the silverware I hesitated & should’ve asked for a plastic fork and spoon & now because of not acting on my instincts. I have strep. Which I felt like came from the silverware itself. It looks nice in the inside there’s many people however, the food definitely needs better flavoring. You need better cooks in the kitchen and we need to make sure that silverware is clean.

First time to eat here. Missing food on my entree. My wife’s steak was raw like purple. I waited for a manager and or server to come by but never did until we were almost done eating. Finally I was able to request a manager. I had already paid and didn’t want anything for free. The manager apologized. We will not be back.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Birthday Dinner We came here for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner and asked to sit on the patio since there was live music. The restaurant was not busy at all — only one couple outside and the inside mostly empty. We sat down while the singer was on his last song, and I requested he sing happy birthday, which he kindly did and made her smile. Unfortunately, after that, things went downhill. The musician packed up and left, and in the 20+ minutes we were sitting there, no one came to take our order or even greet us. A server did check on the other couple and the musician, but completely ignored us. We finally decided to leave, and only as we were walking out did the server ask, “Oh, have y’all not been serviced?” — which was painfully obvious. Very disappointing for what was supposed to be a special night.
